When someone without a brain in her head points out you have no soul, you've got problems

Posted on January 27, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

"I wonder if sandwiches have souls, and what they taste like. Maybe they taste like pickles. I sure like pickles", Claire McCaskill muses.

Claire McCaskill, easily the stupidest, if not most terrible, member of the United States Senate, has announced that John Edwards has no soul.

Apparently, Claire Bear’s been trying to figure out if Edwards has a soul, or not, for some time.

“My head hurts.  I was thinking and thinking and thinking on this, and then I decided to use that thingamabobbin the Lady says I can’t pour my coffee on, right Lady?”, McCaskill asked, of the Senate aid sitting outside her plush office.

“It’s a computer Senator.  And my name is Jane.  Not Lady, not Mommy, not Dame Edna, whoever that is.  And, no, you shouldn’t keep pouring coffee on things “to see what happens”.  It’s costing taxpayers’ money, like I keep telling you”.

“I hate taxpayers.  Never let me conduct my science.  What was I saying? Oh, yah, John Edwards soul.  I was thinking and thinking and thinking about that, and I decided he has no soul and he is disgusting.  People call me a lot of things, and most of the words I don’t understand, but nobody’s even called ME disgusting before, so I thunked up a good one to call Edwards.  Ha ha.  He’s disgusting.  That’ll show him.  Hey Lady, is it sandwich time yet?  I get to have ANY sandwich I want, ’cause I am the Senator!  Voters are so stupid.”

Sorry guys, but Barbara Boxer already has the stupidest Senator title locked up. She’s untouchable, no matter how dumb Claire McCaskill may be too.

I’ve lived in the state with BOTH of them at one time or another and it’s a hard choice to decide who is more stupid. Boxer has a longer track record, but Claire is especially talented for her short tenure.

The vote would probably go to Boxer by default by sheer tonnage of stupidity, and we can call Claire Ms Congeniality.

Who knows maybe McCaskill is after Joseph Ratzinger’s job, that’s why she’s brushing up on her Soul Discernment capabilities.

Claire was on the local talk radio this week and really thinks that we just HAVE to have health care to fix the economy, and that it was just too complicated an issue for us citizens to understand, and that the Senate needs to spend more time explaining it all to us dweebs. Gah.

OT: need to get this out: the government is not the only group working on stem cell therapy.

The Hughes Institute will crack it, wait n’ see.

For a hoot of why Howard Hughes founded the institute look it up. You will LOL.

and to think that with embryonic stem cell research you have wasted dollars with the funding. They are not even close to producing anything…. and where they have the result has been tumors…. NOT GOOD.

The real gains are with adult stem cells, especially umbilical cord blood.

All women should be prepared to donate their umbilical cords to “science” :)

There’s no need for embryonic stem cells because adult stem cells aren’t nearly as controversial.

They are also the only ones so far that have show actual results in clinical trials.

So far, embryonic ones bring with it the risk of cancer because of lack of cell differentiation.

How many umbilical cords are discarded daily in this country? Too many. How many women would say ‘uh, no you can’t have my medical waste?’ Probably only a couple of paranoid/whacky ones.

A veritable plethora of stem cells sent to medical incinerators…

One of the big problems in Congress (Senate in particular) is that they have created themselves to be an elitist class of people, above those who employ them (we the people) who through years of being in office have voted themselves all kinds of special privileges that the American people are paying for and do not get. We are not asked about whether we want to give them all the special privileges they enjoy, they just assumed they were ENTITLED to them, like 100% pensions for life, a special health care plan only they have, and using our tax payer dollars to fly around the country, stay at expensive hotels and spend our money with no oversight. Also the president of the United States and his family think they are entitled to spend our money at rapid rate. I think if you did an accounting, the Obamas have probably spent more on themselves and their pleasure in one year than any other president and his family in all four years. In today’s world and economy, many Americans are finding the excessive spending on senators and representatives very offensive. Many do not want our elected officials to have special pension and health care benefits. If their families had to have the same social security and health care that Americans did, things would change. Perhaps one thing Americans are screaming so loudly about it that we are tired of the elite class that they have made themselves at our expense. I think Americans have turned a “light” on our Congress and we definitely do not like what we see – this crosses party lines. P.S. John Kennedy did not take a salary when he was president. To my knowledge, he was the one and only president who declined it.

Our govenor of Tennessee (Phil Bredesen) does not accept a salary. He is a Democrat and has done WONDERFUL things for Tennessee. We have had a balanced budget since he took office. We have no state income taxes. Our education system is expanding and growing. Our state is in great shape.

I am a Republican and I support this govenor. He is not a partisan politician. Tennessee is a largely Republican state and he works very well with our Republican senators and congressmen to do the right things for our state. It is BECAUSE he works WITH the Republicans in our state that we are so successful. He should be a model for Democratic leaders but they pay no attention to him whatsoever because he works with “those conservatives”. Isn’t that sad? All his accomplishments but because he plays with conservatives the playground bullies don’t like him.

Obama is going to stand up there tonight and do one of two things. He’s going to pretend he is going to be centrist. Or he’s going to blame everything on the Republicans. Whatever he says it won’t be true. He has lied about so much how can anyone believe or trust him?

If this woman really uttered that statement, I am sorry for her , and sorry that she has a vote in our government.

If she has a majority of Christians in her state, she may get a long vacation come next election.

Being a Christian in the USA is getting to be a rarity in this country it seems!

Whether you are a believer or not it is pretty common for a person in high office to make that statement!

Actually, the majority of Americans are religious (varying religions) but the liberal media and Hollywood would like you to believe otherwise. Just like they try to fool people into believing Obama is “all that” they try to change public perception.

Claire was an unknown to me except for some locals, it was an error of ignorance here. Now BABS is a gift of complete stupidity with the local electorate that have been giving that twit a job since 1982.

I’m hoping that Claire’s tenure here will last just one term. With Babs, it’s all about people just pulling the lever for the D. They don’t usually care what D they get, just as long as it’s not an R.

This time might be a bit different, though. CA will occasionally toss a bum out but it takes decades to do it if they do it at all.

I’ve been reading “Game Change,” and McCaskill’s behavior towards the Clintons – who campaigned for her and raised lots of money for her – is appalling. I’m not a Clinton fan like you guys, but you have to give them credit for working their butts off for fellow Democrats. How McCaskill even has a career in the democratic party after her behavior and betrayals is beyond me.

I seem to remember that Claire McCaskill was one the early democratic senators to endorse Obama during the democratic primaries. Her, then teen-age daughter, told her mom she should and they apparently both were moved to tears when Obama gave his “teleprompter speeches.” This was Claire’s “sign” that Obama was the “one”. I cannot believe she actually said this in public. On an interesting note, Emmaunel Cleaver, a congressman from Kansas City, Mo., (Claire’s hometown)) and a prominent African-American in local politics endorsed Hillary Clinton during the democratic primaries at least up to and including “Super Tuesday”. He may have endorsed Hillary the entire time she ran in the primaries. I’m just not certain on my facts after Super Tuesday.

Then. On my local news. There he was…in all his unibrow (is Geico missing a Caveman?) glory…Bob Casey, Jr. (really and trully) Dim of PA.

Casey, appearing on the local affiliates to promote the SOTU and his equally brainy pal Barry (Bobby was an early Obot) proclaimed ‘how “good” THIS Administration has done for PA…he mentioned how we have 560k unemployed…and with a glee in his voice said he ‘looking forward to what Obama has in store for PA’s future…’ (Maybe an even mil unemployed?)

It was so surreal…I thought I had to give Casey an honorable mention…maybe Mr, Congeniality?
