What if conservatives put up billboards in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada pointing the way to San Francisco for illegal aliens?
When we were kids, we loved the cartoon Jem, about a group of female rock musicians who had a super computer and a Rockin’ Roadster and traveled the world with a purple-haired himbo who was so stupid he could never figure out that Jem and her manager, Jerrica, were the same damn person. Great looking stupid guys are hot.
Also on the show was a man named David Xanthos, who ran the Xanthos Foundation, which secretly funded all sorts of interesting projects Jem and her friends would sometimes involved themselves in. From an ornate library office, stacked floor to ceiling with leather-bound classics, Xanthos dreamed up all manner of elaborate and creative things to do with his money. He was sort of a BizarroWorld George Soros — only instead of working every day to destroy America and tank the world’s economy, Xanthos worked on the side of good.
We’ve always wished Republicans had a Xanthos of their own — someone not just with money, but with creative spark and big brass ones.
Because today a reader sent a comment in that really made us think, as well as long for someone with deep pockets to make this happen in the border states.
What if billboards were put up all through Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada pointing the way to San Francisco for all illegal aliens?
These would be written in Spanish so the illegal aliens can read them.
They would also feature plenty of large, colorful pictures for anyone who might be completely illiterate.
Each billboard would be like those signs in the mall that say YOU ARE HERE and direct you to the food court with big arrows and simple directions.
The billboards would depict San Francisco as the greatest utopia on Earth…a sanctuary city where illegals’ dreams all come true, and the Liberals entrenched there welcome all criminals with wide-open arms and faces stained with joyful tears.
Come to San Francisco, lawbreakers.
Come to the Bay Area, anyone who doesn’t believe they have to follow US law.
San Francisco is calling, so bitch, ya’ll best answer da phone.
This would be a fun Photoshop Challenge project, too, because if we can’t ever get these billboards put up, we could at least make posters that people in border states could possibly print up. They could plaster them all over the place in border states, like people did with the Joker posters against Ben Nelson in Nebraska.
“Move to the Sanctuary City of San Francisco” should be a major push…depicting the city as a Candyland for illegal aliens.
Let’s see what Gavin Newsom does then.
Let’s watch as California completely collapses under the weight of all those criminals.
Purge them from Arizona and Texas first, two states with brass ones big enough to start this, then work on Nevada and New Mexico, and drive all these lawbreakers into the den of anarchy that most deserves them…with San Francisco, in particular, being the favored nesting place.
Will the Liberals of San Francisco, from their perch on Knob Hill, be so found of unrestricted illegal immigration and the non-enforcement of existing law when it’s not the border states having to shoulder the burden, but Leftist utopia San Francisco?
Where’s David Xanthos and his eccentric megabucks when you need him?

Fabulous idea. I just don’t get all these celebrities and politicians – what part of illegal don’t they understand.
But more to the point, any country that cannot control who does or does not enter their country is not going to be around for long. All sovereign countries need to know and approve of who they allow into their country.

She’s particularly snarky about why they haven’t [R's don't want to be the hated "bigots" that can't get a Hispanic vote for generations - and D's want the votes because they want to stay in power FOREVER.]
It was surprising to see her come out against the feds and warning DC that they are losing the public more and more each day.

1. Take the funds away from some useless bureaucracy (ie NASA) and put it towards that or

I am a S.F native. I came out in 1973 in S.F when I was 19. What a blast, and I’m still alive to tell about it. Anyway, the board of stupidvisors are ruining my fair city. Most San Franciscans are SICK AND TIRED of crime by illegals. Hopefully the leftest wackos will be voted out next election.
Hey, I’m all for it. Instead of deporting all the illegals back to Mexico, just load them up and send them to the Land of Fruits and Nuts. California loves to be the state of compassion and charity while the rest of the country are a bunch of racist hatemongers (as evidenced by all their state-bankrupting social programs).

Your comment reminded me of an article or comment I read in a news paper many years ago. It compared San Francisco to a bowl of granola, “if you take out all the nuts and fruits, the only thing you have left is a bunch of flakes”.
I do have pity for California. Outside of the open-air mental hospitals known as Greater Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay, it’s a nice place.
All it needs is sane governance.
Actually most of the LA Metro area is sane and normal. Hollywood, the Westside, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills,West Hollywood, and the southern San Fernando Valley foothills are the domain of the lunatic left and the freakzoids. San Francisco and much of the Bay Area is and always has been an open air mental asylum and has always wildly embraced any criminal, fraudster, political charlatan and demagogue who rolled into town.
Having lived both in the People’s Republic of Santa Monica and in the Valley, I could attest to that. But they are pretty easy to spot and even more easy to run over if you aim carefully.

Officials there were asked about it, and were all careful to say that it hadn’t even occured to them. Of course not. Because it’s not like it’s hypocritical to claim that Arixona can deal with 400,000+ illegals, but San Francisco and the other sanctuary cities can’t take at least some of them. It’s almost like they’re a…burden.
I still don’t like the law, but the reaction to it stinks even more. Anyone else, for instance, find it odd that the Mexicans supposedly are too poor to provide basic services or man the border, but have enough organisation to enforce a draconian immigration policy of their own?

I’m not sure Texas has big enough ones to put up billboards directing them to SF. There are those who seem to think that Texas needs them for cheap labor so it appears that they are not as objected to here as they should be.

Speaking of billboards…I was sent a picture of this in an email. A person put a huge sign in his/her yard that stated, “My nieghbor does not believe in the 2nd ammendment. He is unarmed. I am. If you are going to rob a house, go to his. Not mine”.
I came across an interview today with the father of a teenager who was murdered by an illegal and gang member who had just been released from prison. From what I understand, he wasn’t deported because LA is a sanctuary city. Anyway, Mr. Shaw had some very powerful things to say about how the term “racist” is being thrown around to scare people and keep them from speaking up.

I am laughing my ass off here. 21 years ago, my friends son was 3 yrs old, and ALL he wanted was Jem and the Holograms stuff. We shopped yardsales looking, he was going to be a fashion designer, he loved Barbies, wanted a pink room. It was SO obvious from the get go that this kid was gonna be gay. As great of an idea as this seems, unfortunately, the entire state of California, not just San Francisco, would sustain the financial burden of an additional influx of illegals aliens.
The crooks in SF city gov’t are brilliant at turning public spaces into safe havens for illegals, drug abusers and homeless to use in prolonging their derriliction and law breaking activities. And let’s lets not forget all of the the “programs” our tax dollars are channeled into, propegating more and more people who feel that they are owed free food, clothing and medical while the powers that be continue to perpetuate the nanny state therby increasing the problem at a rapid rate.
So please, let’s focus on growing the BUYcott in AZ and supporting businesses in that fine state!
