We need Governor Palin to agree to serve…hold her to her promise

Posted on November 26, 2010 by Kevin DuJan // Hillbuzz

http://www.americanthinker.com/2010/11/holding_sarah_palin_to_her_pro.html

Governor Palin said she would serve as president if people wanted and needed her to.

Well, we want and need her to.

Nice to see American Thinker saying it too.

Sarah will run if we can help her repair her image with the liberal media lamebrains who believe all the lies told about her. I believe her show “Sarah Palins Alaska” was intended for the purpose of restoring her and her families image. Refer your friends to http://www.factcheck.org/slimingpalin
They shoot down many of the flat out lies that the liberal media reported about Palin.
If I ever see on of these so called journalists who have slandered Palin, I will certainly give them a piece of my mind.

The LSM does not believe the lies they tell – that is their job as state propagandists.

What we need to do is out all them each time by name and all the personal data publicly known and repeat early and often(as Democrats vote). This will front-load Google and others – and will get them where it hurts – their reps and most importantly cocktail party reps (where dems and rinos meet)…

…follow Sarah’s lead – her most recent strike (i.e., 57 states, et, al) shut them down.

Also, let’s target the schools that gave them their degrees, so they will think twice about honorary degrees or proclamations for lying…these are the DEM equivalent of monarchical titles… and watch their fundraising dry up…we can’t change the prior generations already rolled out of these assembly line propaganda schools – but let’s save the next generation from this ideological slavery

      Just one idea…

It isn’t the LSM believing the lies — as you rightly say, they are the source of the lies. Who needs to be re-educated (I hate that word but it works here) are all the sheeple who get all their news from the alphabet networks. People who have not cable or just watch cable channels for movies and cooking shows have only the propaganda side presented to them at the “news hour”. How great would it be to have a wealthy, conservative conglomerate buy up one of the major networks and offer a fair presentation, available to all?

LSM doesn’t need to accept her. They just need to become more and more irrelevant. Which is happening.

I see Sarah as the Martin Luther of this millennium. As Luther articulated the German people’s anger against the corruption of the Catholic Church, she does the same with America’s anger against the corruption of the political and media worlds. And she has the perfect tool to do that. Luther had the Gutenberg press to spread his 95 theses (and thus spark the Protestant Reformation); she has her Facebook and Twitter postings to spark the Tea Party revolt. I am sadly mindful that she will suffer the same fate as Luther; an attack without quarter from the powers whose corruption she exposes. But I also know she will prevail because she possesses the same awesome strength which upheld Luther; her abiding and unshakable faith in God and reliance upon His word. God bless Sarah Palin!

Martin Luther did not attack any “corruption” in the Catholic Church, he stated a thesis that was his idea of a reformed organization that was not rooted in Jesus but on his own private beliefs.

Carmelo – it would help if you would first read the 95 theses before you tell us what’s in them. If you had, you would have seen that corruption was the very heart, the very basis of Luther’s theses against the Church’s selling of salvation (i.e., ‘indulgences’) in order for the Church to pay off its debt.

Points 1-4 of the 95 theses begin with Luther’s declaration that repentance is something that is the choice of the Catholic Church but instead was something an individual and God – it’s not something the Church can sell you; Points 5-9 say the Pope can not remove your sin (via indulgences); only God can; Points 10-19 express Luther’s horror at the Church profiting off of selling release from Purgatory; Points 20-31 state that selling of indulgences is evil, etc. And so and so on.

Again, I repeat that the very basis of Luther’s condemnation of indulgences was his condemnation of the corruption of the Church in profiting from frightened parishioners, etc.

And NO, Luther did not base the Protestant Church on his “private beliefs” that were “not rooted in Jesus”. That is patently false. To the contrary, Luther’s entire life and being were rooted in Jesus, rooted in God. Every action Luther made was for one purpose – to bring his parishioners closer to Jesus, to God, etc. That was why Luther translated the Bible from Latin into German – so that there would be no barrier between the people and the word of God. By doing so, Luther sought to let them know of God’s love and, most of all, that God’s forgiveness was not ‘paid for’ in any coin save that of true repentance and a sincere plea for forgiveness.

Phoo! I wish there was an ‘edit’ button so I could correct my mistakes. The paragraph “Points 1-4 of the 95 theses begin with Luther’s declaration that repentance is something that is the choice of the Catholic Church but instead was something an individual and God – it’s not something the Church can sell you” should instead read:

“Points 1-4 of the 95 theses begin with Luther’s declaration that repentance is NOT something that is the choice of the Catholic Church but instead was something BETWEEN an individual and God – REDEMPTION OF SIN is not something the Church can sell you”.

          Sorry.

Martin Luther was a pervert. He did not care about the Church, he cared about his own sexual urges. He even perverted and married a nun.

I am really worried that she won’t run :( After reading her first book, I was certain that she was planning to run for president, and her reality show does seem like an effort to introduce her family to America while also further acclimating her family to the spotlight…but then her interviews keep sending mixed messages.

I think she would make a fantastic president, but too many Republicans I talk to say she would do better as the leader of the Republican party. Then there are the conservative purists who still have their panties in a twist because she endorsed John McCain. Ugh!

Sarah Palin is everything I aspire to. I really want to vote for her in 2012!

let’s use the greatful dead. here’s sarah’s anthem:

As I was walkin’ ’round Grosvenor Square
Not a chill to the winter but a nip to the air,
From the other direction, she was calling my eye,
It could be an illusion, but I might as well try, might as well try.

She had rings on her fingers and bells on her shoes.
And I knew without askin’ she was into the blues.
She wore scarlet begonias tucked into her curls,
I knew right away she was not like other girls, other girls.

In the thick of the evening when the dealing got rough,
She was too pat to open and too cool to bluff.

    take the greatful dead

Well the first days are the hardest days, dont you worry any more,
cause when life looks like easy street, there is danger at your door.
Think this through with me, let me know your mind,
Wo, oh, what I want to know, is are you kind?

Its a buck dancers choice my friend; better take my advice.
You know all the rules by now and the fire from the ice.
Will you come with me? wont you come with me?
Wo, oh, what I want to know, will you come with me?

Goddamn, well I declare, have you seen the like?
Their wall are built of cannonballs, their motto is dont tread on me.
Come hear uncle johns band playing to the tide,
Come with me, or go alone, hes come to take his children home.
