The Media Won’t Admit the Magical Black Man Failed — but voters have no trouble at all firing Barack Obama
I’m often asked why the Ministry of Truth that is our national media is populated with Obama cultists who have put their careers and reputations at risk doing everything they can to lie about this election “being close!”, when in reality Mitt Romney is going to wipe the floor with Barack Obama today. Even formerly reputable people like Scott Rasmussen have been in on this fraud…largely because they know there will be no professional consequences for lying about Bathhouse Barry’s chances today. In fact, since Gallup was threatened with a Justice Department investigation if they didn’t start producing numbers the White House liked, all the polling outfits have jumped at every chance to work as propagandists for the Obama campaign.
Some people in conservative ranks don’t understand any of this…and that’s because Republicans have such a hard time understanding just how paramount race is to everything on the Left. Do you know how some straight guys go on and on about bacon, which appears to be their absolute favorite thing in the world? There’s even bacon-flavored milkshakes at some restaurants and bacon-themed boxer shorts and bedsheets because straight guys love bacon…while the Ministry of Truth (Minitru for short) just loves RACISM and RACE-RELATED news coverage. Everything is about race to these people, because their lefty professors in college taught them all to obsess over race and use RACISM as the soul of every story they write about Republicans (whom these professors also taught there students were perpetual enemies that need to be destroyed, Alinsky-style).
In 2008, the members of Minitru colluded via networks like the infamous “JournoList” group to maneuver a magical black man of their choosing into the White House because most of these guys wanted to live in a real life Will Smith movie. You know the guy: always smiling, prone to dancing around and shaking his butt, has a love of catchphrases and saying “Aw Hell Naw!” a lot as he mugs for the camera and turns even the most serious of conversations into a joke. Smith is a 21st Century one-man-minstrel-show, but he’s beloved by the Left as “the number one black action star”…who just happens to star in movie after movie where he plays a magical black man who mysteriously appears out of nowhere when white people need him to solve all their problems. Those white people on the screen then feel really good about themselves for allowing themselves to put their trust in a black man…and the lefties who write these scripts or whose butts fill those theater seats feel marvelous because they’re “supporting the number one black action star” by buying tickets to see these flicks.
One day — just watch — Will Smith will play Barack Obama in a movie (and he’ll be given an Oscar for the role)…so the circle will be complete; the man who got to be president because he reminded people of the magical black men that Will Smith plays on the screen will then be portrayed on film by Will Smith in the ultimate magical black man role. It’s all very meta.
The Left believes in the fantasy of magical black men so much that they’ll never admit Obama was a failure. They love having a black man as president, but unfortunately they picked a grossly incompetent and drug-addled one…instead of waiting for someone awesome and extraordinary like Allen West to emerge on the scene. For four years, the Left has worked overtime attempting to make Obama great when he’s really, at heart, mediocre. This is the man who scored Cs and Ds all through college (with many incompletes) and accomplished nothing of worth as either an Illinois state senator or in the United States Senate. Now of that mattered to Columbia or Harvard back when he was in school because of his skin color…and this mendacity was irrelevant to the Left as they pushed him for president too.
Barack Obama sure looked and sounded like a Will Smith character: he was slim and smiled a lot. He said goofy things and talked with a booming voice that would seem great up on a big screen. He even has big ears and a closeted attraction to other men…just like Will Smith! He was pitch-perfect for the part the Left always wanted a magical black man to play in American politics…and they’ve worked the last four years to “make him a success”.
This is very important for you to understand because at the very beginning of the Obama presidency, in fact on Election Night in 2008, Chris Matthews on MSNBC said it was now his job to ensure that Barack Obama succeeds in all he does after he was elected president. This was an open declaration that MSNBC would not serve as news media during the Obama Regime, but would play the role of a Ministry of Truth.
I think history will show that MSNBC really led the charge with this, and that other networks, newspapers, radio hosts, and ultimately the pollsters all followed suit. Everyone affiliated with news or entertainment (“infotainment” in newspeak) pledged their undying loyalty to Barack Obama and decided to echo Chris Matthews’ promise to guarantee his success. They decided to fall on their swords (or pens and microphones) for him no matter what happened, because it was their near-religious duty to ensure the magical black man in the White House never failed. They felt so good about themselves for supporting someone with a lot of melanin in his skin during his presidency that they all decided long ago that they’d lie, cheat, and actively deceive the public wherever necessary to make sure he got two terms in office…since they knew that even Minitru could not spin a one-term presidency as a success.
THAT is really why these people are so convinced Obama will be reelected; it’s unthinkable to him that anyone could see him as a failure, since Minitru has loved everything Obama did in office. Everyone who has opposed Obama was branded a virulent, despicable racist…so the only way the members of Minitru could conceive of Obama winning was if the nation was comprised entirely of racists who would boot the magical black man from power. Since Will Smith never gets removed from the scree in any of his movies and always gets as many sequels as he wants…Minitru just assumes that Barack Obama will be president for as long as he wants, too.
The catch to all of this is that none of these people will suffer any professional consequences for shilling for Obama so shamelessly all these years…or for freaking you out of your mind today telling you that “Obama’s winning!”. Tomorrow, after Obama’s lost, Minitru will begin damage control by saying that “racists turned up at the polls to vote with RACIST-ISM!” or that “Republicans stole the election somehow!” or some other such nonsense. This is their way of claiming that “if only the election had been fair, Obama would have won!”…and then in the weeks and months ahead someone at MSNBC, the New York Times, HuffPo, and Daily Beast will be assigned to start rewriting history and removing a lot of content that Minitru put out there as Obama propaganda over the years. A decade from now, these people will pretend that they never sacrificed their reputations by becoming propagandists for Obama.
They’re also counting on all of YOU being so euphoric that Obama is booted from power that you’re going to forget all of this. Minitru believes that its viewers and readers have no other options so they will just keep staring at their tee-vees and reading their ink-smudged newspapers, believing all the lies forever. Since Republicans tend to be amnesiacs and don’t remember what happened in the last election (when Minitru freaked you out right before the Midterms and told you Democrats would GAIN more power then…and look what really happened instead!), these people believe that there will be no professional consequences for them.
I have another plan in mind, and I hope you join me in this, because we are friends like this. I want to take down Minitru and help bring down MSNBC so that it no longer even exists as a network in five years. I’d like to see the New York Times go out of business for its propaganda efforts on behalf of Obama…and I’d love to see most other newspapers retired as well. I WANT these people to have professional and personal consequences for being the equivalent of Saddam Hussein’s Minister of Information (Baghdad Bob) for all these years.
Minitru won’t admit the magical black man failed because Minitru linked its fate inextricably to this man…and when he loses reelection today that opens the door for us to bring Minitru down…and these guys know it.
Voters don’t care about any of this and are just of the mindset today that they gave Barack Obama a chance in 2008, in much the same way that they bought tickets to what ended up being a real sinker of a Will Smith movie. But they felt good about themselves for supporting the black man in this…though they draw the line at signing up for a sequel.
Today Americans are going to fire Barack Obama, just like they avoided Men in Black III last summer. There will be no hard feelings and no anger…just the reality that though Americans love giving magical black guys a chance, they aren’t stupid enough to keep spending their time and money backing stinkers. And a second term for Obama would be very stinky indeed…no matter how matter how much everyone in Minitru would insist it smelled of roses and ambrosia.

The Minitru is going to get a big surprise. Nothing in business is unbreakable, and when a business goes out of business, so do those high-paying jobs. The NY Times stock price is about 1/10 of what it was 10 years ago and these days they’re in the position of the feckless aristocrats who sell off the family heirlooms to keep the lights in their mansion on. The WaComPost is faring better, largely because they own Kaplan, a private education company and TeeVee stations, but they are also trading at less than half of their levels a decade ago. And they used to own the once-iconic Newsweek (“We’re all socialists now!), which now is basically resting firmly atop the ash heap of history. All those high-paid journ0lists and editors are well, somewhere else hoping to hang on or else standing on line waiting to return their journ0lism degrees at JC Penneys.
The TV news divisions aren’t faring much better. News has always been a loss leader for the networks but in the old days, they made so much money they could afford to carry it for the prestige. Nowadays, not so much… so much more competition for the entertainment dollar. Fifteen years ago, I (who NEVER watch TV news) could name the anchors at the big 3 networks. Now, I wouldn’t know them if I ran over them with my lawnmower.
Real Capitalism (not the Obama crony style) is about creative destruction – when something is no longer of any value, it goes away. It’s an axiom in business, ignore your customers and they’ll go away. Minitru is going to find out what that really means.

Check out unskewedpolls.com final projection. He has Romney winning 275-263, with Ohio as the clincher. But he loses Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota. What do you make of this?
IA — the evangelicals and conservatives could do a Chick-Fil-A. It was a remarkable turnout; a silent protest that caught the left unaware. Enthusiasm is on our side to dethrone Nobama. Keep your hopes up and pray.
Makes no sense to me that WI would re-affirm it’s choice of Gov. Walker by 7%, and have a republican controlled legislature – and then turn around a eek it out for Obama. The unions did everything humanly possible to defeat Walker – and Walker’s boots walked right over them – Big Time – not even close.
So who are those people who voted for Walker and who will turn around an vote for Obama? Doesn’t seem likely.

In Dixville Notch, NH, Bambi won 71% of the vote in 2008; this year Bambi got 50%.. hmmm, not a great sign for Bambi… quite a drop
GOP will hold both house seats in NH and win the governors seat. Romney will pull it off, but Obama has been working the state hard.
But Ayotte won in a landslide, and they have 70% Republican house and Senate there since 2010.
New Hampshire has the 4th largest English speaking legislator in the world.
I just got back from my poll. I live in a very left-leaning part of the Hollywood Hills with many movie industry neighbors. There were 27 voters in line. Four families brought their small children, who would have been too small four years ago, with them for a Civics 101 lesson. One mother was showing her daughter the voting booths and explaining how everything worked. I didn’t see any of that last time. In 2008 there were over 50 voters in line at the 7 AM opening and there was more of a buzz in the air but today was more quiet so the excitement level is about half. Most of the voters were dressed up like they were on their way to work, unlike me who just goes to see the animals in the zoo and then comes back home. I would estimate that their early arrival was mostly logistical to schedule the rest of their day and not due to a political commitment. Missing were my neighbors who I knew to be very gung-ho about Obama’s candidacy. The line got longer as I was leaving but I was measuring from the precise opening of the polls to get an equal measurement of who the early birds were.
Voting the morning in Loudoun County VA – The line was long enough to take 1 hour to get through it. During my wait, I saw only 3 black people in line – 2 with Democratic voter guides; 1 with a Republican voter guide. Last election the turnout from the black community was FAR greater. Could be time of day, or indicative of low enthusiasm.
Wife and daughters voted at 7:30 in Frederick County, VA. 1+ hour wait in line.
I voted ~10:30: 20 minute wait. Huge reported turnout. . .

I just received a desperate email from the obama campaign asking me to meet at a certain location in my small town in west Cleveland..to GOTV! lol….they know their voting is down from ’08 in certain areas of OH, as is being reported right now. Sorry obama, but I’ve been assigned as a GOP poll observer in a Berea polling location!
Yeah, if the media are admitting it is close that means Romney landslide.
If Obama was winning, they would be ecstatic and proclaiming he won before the polls open. Just vote, and bring as many friends as you can, full the car and then make several more trips.

I went to vote with my Rosary beads in my pocket. Said my prayers in the morning and headed out to vote. I went around 10:30 so there wasn’t a long wait at all. The Republican man outside the station handing out Romney/Ryan flyers and info on the ballot initiatives was very nice. He looked pumped up and happy as if he’s getting good responses all day. Just my gut feeling, no hard evidence of this. I’m feeling good. I made sure to mark the ballot with the pencil hard so it would make an impression and went back and refilled it, like I was obsessed with it. LOL!!
Well Kevin, if you’re going to take down Minitrue, I can think of no one better suited for it. My husband calls himself a “junkyard dog”. I think you are one too, and minitrue should be shaking in their boots.

Well, it didn’t take long for Philly Dems to learn there is a new sherrif in town this year. They kicked 70 GOP poll watchers out of polls, only to have them escorted back in by sherrif’s deputies, with orders from a Philly judge. PA will be the shock vote of the night. Let’s win it, PA folks.
Ground report from South Carolina: When I voted this morning it was an almost 2-hour wait, but everyone was patient. As I was leaving, a guy offered me an “I Voted!” sticker and asked if I wanted a red one or blue one. I said, “A red one, of course!” and he smiled and said he thought the red one looked better one me.

I learned my lesson. I tried to watch and read what is going on so far and was bombarded by fear porn and lefties gloating about Obama winning.
I know the demographics are such that Romney can’t lose.
This and a fellow who distributed Values Voter guides has said he has given more out this time than any other election.
Roman Catholic Parishes last Sunday openly encouraged their parishioners to vote Romney.
Still though it is quite disturbing having so many people pretend things haven’t changed since 2008.
Kevin, I don’t know if you covered this, but there is a story at legalinsurrection that reported a march held a few days ago in Chicago by black people who were protesting their treatment by the Democrat Party and the Unions. They marched to ABC Chicago Headquarters and ABC didn’t even cover it. They called it a ‘media blackout’.
I heard about that march and watched a video–this was IN Chicago….amazing.

Hubby and I went early. Took about 20 minutes. Poll worker said that thirty minutes earlier the line was double what I found it to be due to those voting before work. Most were white. A very quiet but contented crowd. I winked at a fellow I knew well. He smiled and winked back. Romney/Ryan will carry Mississippi. Hoping Ohio is waking up and voting for the USA.

I’m in Reno, NV. Everyone is a super lib at the art office I work at. They are all saying it’s “too close to call”. And these are serious koolaid drinkers. Some have even said they “can’t make it” to voting because of work or family.
So it’s really lookin good!!!
Early voting was intense here in Washoe County, so the results will be very interesting. The Harry Reid media machine has been dang near silent this year, and I see barely any adds online. Dean Heller will take the Senate Seat, and Romney will get the state.
Count me in!!! I have thought for a long time that the media needs to PAY for the deception and outright fraud they are pulling on the American people. Nothing will make them take notice like losing their jobs. I am a consultant in tech and if I treated my clients to lies to protect someone I would be fired. These traitors need to be FIRED. I want to see the end of Chris Matthews employment!! CNN should be high on the list of those who need to pay. I’m an Ohio voter in a leftist city. Not near as many Obama signs this year as last time and there are even a few Romney signs.

After the Somali pirates were killed to free our Captain, Chris Matthews was crowing about Obama’s courage and yelling that Obama said “Take the Shot”. I burst out laughing because that should have been a total no-brainer decision.
Tingles is good for a laugh though. His poor performance on Jeopardy. his behavior after the first Presidential debate, the bizarre conversation he had with Lipton about Romney not understanding the Constitution, and his racism reasoning would make him a better comedian than a pseudo journalist.

Voted straight Republican with my husband at about 9:00 a.m. in Saline, Michigan and although there was no wait there was a line forming behind us.
Side note: My daughter’s high school (Saline, MI) took a mock vote today and Romney won 46% to Obama’s 45%. I don’t know what the results were in ’08.

Voting was very quiet. Even people that knew each other didn’t really say anything.
Grandson’s school voted obama 152 to Romney 134. I was impressed at how many Romney got. His teacher said yesterday that she was voting for Romney because she knows her life would change for the worse if obama was re-elected. He also knew that Proposition 2 would bankrupt the state. I really like his teacher!

The Republicans, Conservatives, if you will MUST mount a huge IO campaign for the next four years and beyond.
Set up talking points and have EVERY elected Republicans, yes, even the RINOs memorize them and repeat them in every interview and on every network and cable channel.
Getting rid of the elite Republicans and replacing them with candidates who will do the People’s work as outlined by The Constitution is a goal, too.
We need to be positive and reassuring just like Gov. Romney (soon to be our President) is. Our country has not been happy – it’s been divided.
We must be on the look-out for those within our borders who hate us and want us dead. Anyone who doesn’t recognize that is whistling past the graveyard.
Today, we change our country to align with our Founding Fathers’ vision and wisdom.

He went on to mention that you wrote about O moving the venue for after the election to a smaller more difficult location to access. That he is not familiar with Chicago areas.

Just talked to our son, who lives 3 hrs away in Columbus, Oh. He voted before he went to work. He said his polling place opened at 6:30 am, he got there at 6:15 am and the line was snaking through the building to outside. He had to wait two hours to get to vote and he was late for work, he said noone was talking about who they were voting for, he was stoked to get his vote in for RR!
Just got a panicked email from a family member–I told them not to panic, to ignore everything else they read here then come here and read through this website and be encouraged!!!
I read Ann Althouse’ blog. She voted for RR in Madison, Wisconsin. (that’s super-leftists country). She said back in 2008 she had to wait over an hour to vote. This time she just breezed through. The polling station in Madison was like a ghost town.

I voted a straight Republican ticket early this afternoon in the northern burbs of Filthydelphia, and was excited to hear Rush mention Hillbuzz on his program today as others have mentioned. I started coming here regularly in the past month or so and have enjoyed reading Kevin debunk all the fear porn-pushers out there since I tend to be pretty susceptible to the doomsayers.
I had my hair cut and colored today and was subjected to a customer and my hairstylist going on and on about voting for Obama and I thought I would vomit. It was so upsetting to hear two totally delusional women blathering on about him and how they figured he’d win the election and what Rachel Maddow said etc. etc. I just kept my head down, tried to read People magazines, and sucked on a Pepto Bismol tablet to keep the bile down.
I read today that this is the first time for Presidential election that Republicans have a registration advantage – at least 2-6%. In History. Ever.
Dick Morris says; Democrats can’t win in races where Republicans have beat them in registrations. Dick says Democrats NEVER win with that ratio.
