Thanks Ann Coulter for the tweet…and for the focus on the need to take the word “polarizing” away from the Left

Posted on January 31, 2011 by Kevin DuJan // 2012 Presidential Campaign, Action Items, Hillbuzz, Polarize This!, Purple Team - Palin, Sarah Palin

Thanks Ann Coulter for the Tweet today about our effort to take the word “polarizing” away from the Left, so the Media can no longer use it to hammer female politicians (from both sides of the aisle, actually, since the term has been used against Hillary Clinton as well as Governor Sarah Palin and other women the Left has targeted on various occasions).

By 2012, our goal on the Purple Team is to completely neuter the word “polarizing” so lazy journalists no longer use it as their default attack on women who won’t shut up and do whatever the Left wants them to do (which is usually to go away).

Knowing Ann Coulter’s watching, and rooting us on, gives us that much more energy to put into this.

    Megyn Kelly did a whole segment today on how even women on the left are getting tired of how poorly conservative women are treated. Seems like Michelle Bachman has been taking hits over Sarah Palin,at least this week.
    I was in my car listening so I don’t know who the guest was,but she quoted Chrissy Matthews on some of the nasty things he used to say about Hillary, so maybe its not all about conservatives,but just smart women.

      I think that this was inevitable. Eventually, this gets very tiring and then the realization hits, through the liberal ether, that the characterizations are wholly incorrect and ridiculously mean-spirited. As cruel as this sounds, I hope they keep this up. I know, I know..there are times I seriously despair at all this bile spewing, too. Some of the less deranged will wake up, though.

      When reality and clarity start coming into focus, I think more will shrug off the libprog narrative and become more open to the truth.

    I’m thinking about Kevin’s instructions on how Christine O’Donnell’s campaign and supporters could have neutered the “witch” crap that the execrable Bill Maher brought up about his “friend” – put a Bewitched-style spin on O’Donnell, so that people who aren’t really paying attention get a muddled message and can’t figure out what is the problem with sweet Samantha.

    So, as a person with an occasional creative spark, but not normally a big one, perhaps some of the really talented people who post here could come up with something that uses the North Pole to muddle the “polarizing” idea. Somehow connect Sarah Palin visually with the North Pole, the Alaska flag which has the North Star on it, and have her mushing down to the lower 48 to “polarize” it, or in some other way connect Palin’s free-market and economic growth ideas with the North Pole/Alaska and Sarah Palin.

    See what I said about having a very tiny creative spark?

    Now, no one laugh at me, because I’m shy and cry easily. Just walk by and ignore it if it’s a really lame-o idea. But, if there is a germ of an idea in there…

    I’m really curious if anyone else feels the walls closing in on the Obama WH. There’s the Egypt thing which they are fumbling all over the place. What Israeli is going to trust them about anything after this? Then there’s Pigford which seems to be collapsing and how many people have the goods on that deal? Then there’s the eligibility thing that just keeps bubbling to the surface. Now ObamaCare is declared unconstitutional.

    At some point this house of cards will collapse for the POLARIZING force it’s tried to be.

      Anyone who didn’t anticipate what happened in Egypt is an idiot. Obama’s ethanol policy is partly to blame for the fast rising food prices that was the straw that broke the camels back. Christians are the proverbial canary in a coal mine in the Muslim world. while the liberal left was getting so upset about a Rev. in Texas or somewhere posibly burning bibles, Christians were being masacered in Iraq and Egypt. The State Department was neglegent in not putting out travel advisories if not a full travel embargo in Egypty over the killing of Coptic Christains in Egypt. Now American citizens are sleeping in the Cairo airport, their vacations ruined and their lives posibly in danger because democrats just won;t see the Muslim world for what it is: Bat Shit Crazy!

    I want to make fun of the word “polarizing” by contrasting the great actions of our leaders to their leader. He pretends to do be a great action person, a person who makes waves, but is really a coward and follower.

    A polarizing person is just another name for someone who takes action that others may not like and in our case, because it is a woman, the woman is dismissed rather than her actions being challenged.

    How about something with Polar eyes??? Palin is looking at the White House with Polar eyes? And then her glasses on that t-shirt in the earlier thread that was so great with just her hair and glasses???

    Here are some definitions of polar that can be used as opposed to this administration or opposed to the direction the country is going:

    Definition:
    [adj] being of crucial importance; “a pivotal event”;
    [adj] extremely cold; “an arctic climate”; “let’s get inside;
    [adj] characterized by opposite extremes; completely opposed; “in diametric contradiction to his claims”; “diametrical (or opposite) points of view”;

    I for one am glad if Palin “wants to get inside” the White House she is watching with polar eyes, “completely opposed” to Obama’s agenda.

    I love Ann Coulter. Did you see her on Hannity last night? She was on fire, said she was torn about the Obamacare ruling because she just got her White House waiver. She went on to say that if congress can mandate that an individual has to buy health insurance then it can also mandate that you have to buy a gun and a bible too. I can hear the liberals squeeling now!

    Some really good photos of Sarah on this page. Note the “Polarize This” one.
