Sharron Angle needs to change the narrative and recapture the message that Bush and Obama and REID were and are wrong about using bailouts and Stimulus as the cure all to the Economic problems . The manipulation that has went on with the funds from these Government Policies has ravaged the US Taxpayers to death , and we need to stop it reverse it claw it back , and replace it with what McCain wanted to do extend credit to these organizations to give them time to sort out their economic issues and not see the kinds of manipulations of tax payer funds like we have seen with bailout from Bush and Stimulus from OBAMA and REID !!!!!!
Bush Bailouts need to be repealed along with Obama’s Stimulus’s and we only extend credit and setup Claw back policies from now on into the future , then we can re account the US Deficits and solvency of the Dollar . How Much of the bailout funds are Going to SOROS and Brazil ??????? We will only be able to know with an Audit of the Federal Reserve , we the people deserve to Know this Truth !!!!!!!!!
This US taxpayer money sent to Brazil is in addition to the unspent US taxpayer “stimulus money” that Obama & Co plans to use to reelect Dems in November and The Obama in 2012. Senator McCain had the right Idea about bailouts , it should Not have happened we the people should have Only extended Credit to the Organizations that needed a Little time to sort things out then Special Interests would not have screwed Taxpayers and the taxpayers not get stuck with a debt that so many Special Interest institutes have benefited from while the taxpayers get screwed , We Need to Stand Up and say Bush and Obama are wrong , they are wrong about the way Forward with Our economic fundamental . Also On immigration , I heard a Baptist Preacher this morning on Fox News say that we had Help Needed signs on the Boarder that made the US Taxpayer we the people responsible for illegal Immigration and thats not true to say , We the people did not get a chance to be represented on boarder law by our State and federal Representatives , on the matter , and so to say we the people are responsible is just ridiculous , and makes that Preacher look like a Fool !!!!!!!! The problem is that Free Trade Policies over the past 16 years is directly responsible for the failure in Mexico’s Economy because like what happened to the USA also happened to Mexico , all the work that was down there to support Mexican families went to the Lowest Manipulated Currency country , China , and that left NOTHING TO DO IN MEXICO , http://www.thenation.com/article/new-giant-sucking-sound , so with Nothing to do In Mexico , the Poor people in Mexico had to do something to SURVIVE , are we in Leadership rolls in AMERICA so STUPID that we don’t even consider the One fundamental reason why people Can Live in a area , its because there would be a way to pay for a LIFE , Work and Get paid , or just Work and Trade Needs to Live , that was also taken away with Free Trade in Mexico , so where is the Leadership , and Representation of the People here in North America ???? So we the people are suppose to just except some bailout Bucks and shut the Hell Up ??? What if everyone gets totally dependent on the Government Bailout Bucks and then the Government decides that we the people don’t need that many bailout bucks ??? Or that rational on health care evolves , that you just don’t need that much quality in care , Oh Sorry but the average wait time to see a doctor went up to 6 months because we just don’t have a incentive in America anymore that drives people to want be a doctor , or anything but a slave to the bailout buck !!!! ???? !!! The Questions Republicans need to be asking President Obama is why didn’t He want to do like Senator McCain and extend Credit to these failing Institutions like AIG , and Goldman Sacks , and Industries like GM , so we the people had a chance to analyze and decide what needed to be done , so we the people did not just allocate Monies that went to Special Interests in the USA and Abroad that we cannot even find because of the Rejection to Auditing of the Federal Reserve , but we the people are STUCK with the Debt for this bailout ??? HOW CAN the President make the Case that this was the Proper way to go , and that the Republicans want to go backwards , ???

I am probably going to a townhall meeting tomorrow held by my congressman. What would YOU like me to ask him? I can only ask one question.
Why was the budget “deemed” and not debated and voted for?
Does he support a VAT to pay for all the spending, or a cut in spending to forestall taxes on the middle class?

If I remember an interview with Paul Ryan from a couple of weeks ago, the dems are deeming because they don’t want to show what they are planning. Besides, isn’t it just easier to spend if you don’t have to plug it into a budget line?
OK then, if he’s a Repub. ask him/her what they are going to do to starve out Obamacare. Will they defund this nonsense, since they can’t really repeal until 2012?

Old One, this is why we MUST get involved with the Republican Party at the Grassroots level – so we can make a difference. See what it takes to become a Precinct Committee Man or Committeewoman in your area – chances are, there is not one!! And what’s cool is, if you can get into that, even if you have to be elected by a write in vote – you then have a voice in the Republican Party.
Also, write, write, write -letters to the editor, letters to Michael Steele, to Newt Gingrich, to the National Review – write on all the blogs you can think of and let them know that the Republican Party, to be successful, must make room for those of us who are *not* Evangelical Christians or Country Club Republicans – but who make up the bulk of Flyover country and are conservative, hard-working, loving our families kind of people who also love our liberty.
I come from a family that has been republican for five generations (the way my forbearers thanked the Republicans for the Homestead Act blocked for two generations by the democorrupts).
I have college majors in Political Science & Economics but here in Los Angeles County and statewide the Repubican Party wants no volunteers and tells you so up front and that is why they have forfieted my once staunchly Republican areaof the region to the democorrupts.
The Repubicans have two area offices where phone calls are never answered and the doors are always closed even during the height of the 2008 campaign.
The party here has been fielding dolts for the US Congress and the state legislature for at least 15 years and losing in what was once a republican stronghold.
The cucumber & mayonnaise soggy sandwich crowd has been in charge of republican organizations in Los Angles County for fifteen years and has been consistently snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
I live in Atlanta (hence the name). I went to midtown atlanta yesterday afternoon. Every 2 or 3 months I go to midtown on a saturday, walk through piedmont park, check out the vibrant atmosphere, grab some lunch and admire the new architecture. (there has been major condo construction the past decade). Well yesterday it was DEAD!! hardly anybody was walking around. nothing was going on, it was depressing. Now I don’t know if it’s because last weekend was the holiday weekend, or because georgia tech is out during the summer or whatever. I just have never seen it that dead on a sunny saturday afternoon.
Also, I was considering, in the next year or so, looking for a condo in that area, if everything is going well for me. Prices are definately going down, there is a glut of condos on the market because of all the construction. I wonder though with all the economic destruction going on what will happen to that area? just venting.

I’m sure you know this, but make sure you do a TON of research on HOA fees and expenses before you buy a condo.
My son is a real estate agent and it’s becoming impossible to sell these attractively priced condos (he’s in Ohio). Seems like some of these HOA are using this housing crisis to line their pockets.
He’s had several deals fall apart once the buyers dug into these fees, etc.
I wonder if the same thing is happening in DC. We have all these new condos and office buildings going in around the new stadium, about a mile south of the Capitol building, in formerly one of the worst areas of town. Most of them are empty, or appear empty. There are lots of vacancies in Alexandria and Arlington, where I live, but not like this. I wonder if whites have decided they don’t want to live in heavily black, or near heavily black neighborhoods, for all the reasons talked about on this site.
The area still seems OK. There must be a lot more empty condos then they let on though. Everytime I look at the listings I’ll see 5 to 10 in each building. But there has to be a lot more units that never sold initially or have been foreclosed upon.
If those neighbourhoods are anything like they were in 1984, then I as a white, would not want to live in them. Another way of putting this is to say that I would not touch such neighbourhoods with a barge pole.
I am in fact speaking from my own D.C. experience. It was not a very happy one… In my whole life I had never seen the necessity for McDonalds to have armed guards, yet that happened in D.C.
My experience of PA was little different. Going through a neighbourhood that was black and even though on a major road and not in danger, my feel was that it was necessary to lock the car doors…. the area had that bad a feel about it.
Many of the people I know & talk with fear that Obama, his thugs, and the congresscriminals of the democorrupt party are destroying our economy, terminating our Republic, and ending our freedoms and are so disheartened and powerless they do not see how they can stop what is happening.
Voting. Palin says this all the time. That’s the way we fight back, and of course getting involved in primaries to choose a candidate who will fight- not an establishment clone.
We can survive this, we just need to fight back and stop being so fatalistic.
Tell your friends to start pushing for the impeachment of Oboomboom.
The time has come when everyone should be demanding that he be investigated and then impeached.
Tell them to push for an investigation of both Piglosi and Reid, and for their impeachment as well.

Well in order for that to happen, they will have to revise and/or eliminate the Federal Law that has been on the books since the 30′s or 40′s – long time anyway – the fed law says ANYBODY, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME can be stopped & asked to provide indentification………………. & racial profiling – nobody is more racially profiled than the white race………..
I get the feeling that Holder could be pushing himself over the edge with this. People are not thrilled with the DoJ right now with the New Black Panther case being dropped, the first suit against AZ and now this.
I was wondering if O is trying to totally bankrupt AZ knowing that the cost will be high defending these suits.

Holder needs to go on a train to Canada where you have to cross the border… it might shock him to see how the Canadian border patrol treat people on those trains.
My friends reported that the Canadians turfed an elderly couple from the train just because they were Americans and in retaliation to some other incident….
Well, Aussie, me thinks you need to get your butt over to AZ, run a stop sign or do something suspicious so you get pulled over, have to show your papers–or better yet, don’t show them and let the officers place their nice call to immigration. When I was in Ohio I did in fact drive around using my NSW license. Yes I got pulled over once… and just as well too..but the policeman never asked for my license at least that is how I recall the “incident” when I lost my petrol cap

I’m very frustrated with one of my mom’s friends. Nasty mean old hag who thinks that anyone who doesn’t like Obama should go to hell. She’s a dyed in the wool kool-aid drinker and cannot keep her *&^% politics out of every.single.conversation.
I used to feel bad for her that her husband left her, but now that she’s spending more time with my parents, I TOTALLY understand why! She’s mentally unstable and insane – and that’s not talking about her political views.

Just a question–has anyone been contacted by census workers for an interview even though the census form was mailed off well in advance of the deadline date??
Yep! I told her we already answered the census and she was a little embarrassed and politely asked if I could answer the questions again.
So I did. Our race is American – she giggled at that one. I gave her no names, just ages, sex and that we are all American.
I was yesterday. I got home from tennis and there was a note on the door that this census worker was there and to contact her; and later in the day, there was another form on the door by the same person requesting I contact her. I am leaving the note on my door in case she comes back telling her to stop wasting taxpayers’ money by checking on people who already mailed in their form and to quit harassing me.
I hope I’m home if she shows up again. One showed up at a friend’s house and she started screaming at her to get off the property. Love it!

We own a weekend home. When the census arrived there I mailed it back with a note that no one lived there fulltime. (This would not be a surprise as there are many recreational homes there.) A couple of months ago a census worker showed up. My husband talked to him, explained our situation and the situation with several properties near us to save the guy time and get things moving. Thought we were done with that, but no. Yesterday I’m about to leave and someone drives in, you guessed it, from the census. He acknowledged that we had already told them our status, but “something” wasn’t filled out just right. So, I confirmed my husband’s name and our fulltime address (which he already had from the tax rolls!) Then he said he could finish the rest and I went on my way. We owned this weekend place in 2000 and never got this kind of attention from the census people. Then they wonder why we are sooo suspicious about this census.
You need to check and re-check the voter registration polls to make sure your empty vacation home is not used by ACORN to be the address for fictitious voter registrations.

Srangest thing with a census worker. I live on a mountaintop with only 2 houses up here. We are full-time and the other house stays empty most of the time. Owners never come up. One census worker spent days coming up and down my road. Finally, one Sunday evening, he knocks on our door to ask about empty house. We tell him NOTHING. Just wonder how many dollars this idiot earned on one house???
I think they get about $14 an hour. These are the jobs the idiot created.
Yes, I only confirmed # of people at this address, no other info, and they have been back again. I refuse to answer the door.
Watching the World Cup Final. They keep showing the crowds in the Netherlands and Spain. Makes me think, if the US was in the Final, I sincerely doubt our streets and parks would be full of people watching.
Each Dutch victory has drawn many tens of thousands into Amsterdam, and the noise is everywhere, reverberating against everything and even at times causing foundations to vibrate (most smaller houses are supported on long foundational poles). And it’s still going on even now at half past ten.

I was originally rooting for the Netherlands, but I was pretty disgusted at some of the yellow cards they took and I switched teams when that one Dutch player deliberately kicked the Spanish guy in the chest. That was disgraceful.
A hard blow to the chest like that can actually stop the heart.
Oh well, it’s over for another four years and people can get their hearing back now that the vuvuezelas will be mercifully silent.

I was pulling for the Dutch too. I just can’t stand seeing grown men act like drama queens when they weren’t even touched. I didn’t see the chest shot, but there were many other replays where someone would fall to the ground complaining and pointing, holding a knee, and they hadn’t even been touched.
All the ambient noisee is not quite over yet for us, unfortunately. Tomorrow (Tuesday) the team will be honored in Museum Square here, and if it’s not raining — today, thankfully, it is again — another massive crowd is expected.
The estimate for the number of fans who assembled there yesterday is 180,000! (That sounds like a great exaggeration to me, but it’s what some of the media here is saying.)

Couple of things on my mind…
First the 2012 election is starting to wind up around here with a couple of “draft” campaigns for senate candidates to run against Jon Tester. For most people, this would seem to be too early (we haven’t gotten the 2010 elections under our belts yet, right?!), but IMO this could be very important as a proactive move to thwart Obama’s plans for a lame-duck Congress. The second thing I want to share – since my great HB buddies were so supportive of our Vote Phoebe campaign during the primary.
Phoebe didn’t win the primary, so we pretty much were in tear-down, wipe-up, clean-up mode. Then the Republican candidate in the neighboring district was forced out of the race due to health/financial reasons. Montana law allows the Party to name a replacement candidate, and after conducting a county-wide search, the selection committee has asked Phoebe to step in and run for HD 79. So we’re dusting off the website, updating the voter lists and re-assembling the campaign committee for another go. You’ve hear that politics sometimes makes strange bedfellows – in this case, politics makes strange beds! So our own mama grizzly is back in the thick of it and we’re excited about this opportunity to pull off a real upset.
The news will be official tomorrow, but I wanted to share the word with you all first.

Today, as at each victory thus far, there’ve been tens of thousands streaming into Amsterdam, milling about everywhere with all manner of noisemakers, and congregating in some of the largest squares, notably the Museum Square. Some fireworks have been set off, but nothing compared to what it would have been, had the Dutch team won.
Given the heat (interrupted fortunately last night by a lot of rain — finally!) many have been parked in outdoor cafes, knocking back white beer after white beer …
If it had been Germany in place of Spain, another war might have broken out … !

Happened to catch the NBC Nightly News last night (sometimes watch it to see what the LSM is reporting), and they had a segment on Sarah Palin & Mama Grizzlies. It probably ran for about two minutes. Anyway, after approximately the first 30 seconds of the piece, the sound went out. So we were left with just the video. When the segment was over, the sound came back on as they went to a clip showing VP Biden on a late night show (I think it was Leno). There was no explanation of the lack of the sound of the major part of the Palin segment; no apology for technical difficulties. I was upset. Just wanted to let somebody know about this. Did anybody else happen to see this?

A Virginia state official has called Holder out & told him to sue Virginia because that state was going to do what the Arizona law calles for in identifying and detaining illegal aliens.
And while they’re at it, the states could also pass laws like that one that almost was approved in Arizona requiring all candidates for the Presidency to present their official birth certificates if they want to be on the ballot.

I am very serious with this question: How can I get a restraining order against the New Black Panthers since I am a Tea Party person, and they have threatened me and my children harm on 8/27 if we go to D.C.? Anyway I could pull this off? (I would make a good poster child for this as I am mother of nine, typically non-political person.)

Here in my corner of west TN, 8th district, things are getting really nasty in the campaign. We’ve had John Tanner (D) as our rep for about 20 years, and he is truly awful. Last summer, rather than face any town mtgs he decided to ‘retire’ this year. And now the Reps are really going at it! The ads are awful! I’m ashamed of the lot of them! There are three condidates trying to win the primary and if the TV spots and mailers were to be believed they should all 3 be in jail! One of them doesn’t even live in the 8th, he is from Memphis and frankly he seems to be the biggest mud slinger. Anyone else from around here and what do you think of the charges/counter chargers being thrown about? I had settled on Fincher weeks ago, but, if he has indeed been voting in DEM primaries since 2000…..and you must declare a party to register to vote in primaries in TN….well, that bit of info does make me pause. This is shaping up to be the nastiest campaign I’ve experienced on a local level in many, many years. Is the same thing happening elsewhere?
I’m SO sick of political ads that are so obviously designed to “get our votes” instead of just presenting the candidate so that we can choose.
The remote flies into action for EVERY ad…..I don’t care who’s running it, I’m not going to listen to them or watch them, any more than I’d watch a 5 minute infomercial for dandruff shampoo.
The democrat running for governor in MN doesn’t have the word “democrat” anywhere on his ad.
