Scott Brown is totally going to win the Senate race. Nobody showed up at Elizabeth Warren rally today despite 6 Mayors being there.
h/t LegalInsurrection for this.
Now, let’s look at the facts here. Five former and one current Mayor assembled for a rally for Elizabeth Warren in Worcester, Massachusetts. Since no one else showed up to attend the rally, there were more Mayors there than regular people. Almost everyone in attendance was a Mayor.
When I used to do event planning for a living I used to have nightmares about things like this: planning an event for months, working hard to bring everything under budget, inviting scores of people…and no one would show up. That never happened to me, THANK GOODNESS…but I would seriously wake up in cold sweats from dreams about it.
Honestly, let’s think about the Massachusetts Senate race for a second:
* Scott Brown is hot. He’s a former Cosmo centerfold. I smile a little every time I see him. I’m sure there are a great many women in Massachusetts who will vote for the “cutie” no matter who they vote for in the presidential race.
* Scott Brown is a guy people would want to have a beer with (if not wake up next to). Straight guys don’t find him too handsome…but see him as a guy they’d like as a buddy.
* Martha Coakley was a much better candidate than Elizabeth Warren.
* The Ministry of Truth said for a month that Warren beat Brown and that no Republican would take “the Kennedy seat”
* Brown made almost every pundit look like a buffoon back in 2010 by winning the race they said he couldn’t win.
I really like this guy. Always have. He is what he is and he represents the people of Massachusetts, who want their Senator to vote for things that I don’t agree with all the time…but he is light years better in the Senate than Ted Kennedy. He is light years better than Martha Coakley would have been…and he’s better than Elizabeth Warren would be.
I think Scott Brown is the best Senator that Massachusetts could hope for…and my contacts in the state tell me that he’s going to win and Elizabeth Warren is hated.
THIS rally above lends credence to that.
I will tell you that as an event planner anything I did outside in Chicago always attracted crowds of lookyloos. There is always a crowd for anything…unless people want nothing to do with whoever the event is for.
People want NOTHING TO DO WITH Elizabeth Warren.
Scott Brown will win even though Obama will win Massachusetts. Minitru won’t admit it, because it’s claiming that Massachusetts voters are just going to vote for Obama AND Warren…but that’s not true. They’re going to split the vote and keep the cutie in office.

People show up at her events – when paid to do so.
A lot of people love her, and most of those people live within the confines of the City of Cambridge.
Scott Brown gets about 1/5th of Obama voters to split their tickets to vote for him.
His approval rating is about 65%.
I don’t know what will happen in the voting booth, but I hope that more than 50% of people will vote for him, eventually deciding that they really like the guy.
Oh, yes, he’s hot. I treasure the picture I have of him with his arm around me and my strapless dress. (Was that TMI?)
Um, no!
You have to watch out for this guy – RadioMattM…He’s shifty I tells ya !
But, i think this year the Left will be sent out in the cold, dark wilderness. Went to early vote today and there were 500+ in line. (yes, decided to vote on election day instead)
Doug Schoen was on FOX tonight and comfortably said Scott Brown was going to lose. How ridiculous. Elizabeth Warren is such a fraud. I couldn’t possibly believe that anyone would want her to represent their state.
You do not know the loons of Ma !! Believe me, when I say I do!!
those “loons” did not vote for Martha Coakley. Scott Brown is the incumbent and a lot of Dems voted for him in 2010.
Doug is such a tool
I have had several calls from R&R/repo campaign over the past several days, being in a swing state, Nevada
I tell them I voted early for R&R/repo and give them encouragement, a hearty fare thee well and thanks for their efforts, they are all volunteers.
I know from first hand experience making these calls over and over and over can be difficult so I hope you all do the same.
It really boosts their morale
I had seen that too, and cannot believe that a fraud like Elizabeth “Fauxcahontis” Warren will win.
I believe you are correct, but I think it will be a close race. After all, he is running against the Democrat machine/unions. But when you talk to normal people – teachers, UPS guys, people who work at Panera’s, landscape guys, quarry guys, hockey players, shop owners, hairdressers – they’re all voting for Scottie. I’ve got a good feeling about this race, but you can’t underestimate the unions. Warren is a phony and en elitist, but she’s campaigning way better than Martha Coakley did.
Martha Coakley had the unions for her too. And that didn’t work out so good.
the union leaders are different from the members. The members voted for Brown.
True dat, Kevin!
we donated this year and in 2010 to Sen Brown
here in N NV we understood how important it was to take back uncle teddies seat and KEEP it
warren is a pathetic poster child of the liars on the left
My 83 yr old Mom lives in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts! She flies her flag everyday, she has her Scott Brown and Romney/Ryan stickers in her window, though some people have told her she may get rocks in her window. I have told her if anybody complains about her flag I will fly up from Texas, I will contact all of the media and we will together cling to her flag!!! The only gripe I have with Scott Brown is that he NEVER gave any credit to the Tea Party for his election in 2010. I gave money to him, the first ever I have given to any candidate. His ads were pathetic, until he got an influx of money from the Tea Party. If it was not for the Tea Party, he would not be where he is today. So I have mixed feelings, but as my 83 yr old mother says, he is a whole lot better than that pretend Indian from Oklahoma!
Warren is the MSNBC’s dream candidate, they want her to win more than ever.
Scott Brown is a huge threat to the Democrats as having a strong moderate figure that can help the GOP in blue states will do huge damage to the Democrats.
We need some moderates, but only in blue states,
i read the boston herald every day and liawatha gets really slammed in comment section. brown seems like a solid guy, moderate and will win ted ks “seat” and i think romney might win too in ma…a lot of people in mass hate obama . howie carr is a very good columnist for herald, radio host and funny as well. he has barbequed the kennedys, boston globe, peewee dukakis, the corrupt bulgers, lying barry, loathsome phony john kerry heinz, bwaney frank, the white indian, the 4 ex ma speakers of house who are felons and the rest of slimy democraps in ma. romney has been on his show many times and i know howie likes him fwiw. jeff kuhner is on same radio station as howie and writes for wash times, he hates libs and i reccomend him to all HBers…ulsterman said mitt might win oregon too. I have learned a lot here at HB and the country needs more people like kevin and the late great breitbart to tell us the truth about the dino media and nasty leftists
Scott Brown is really hot too. I don’t know if anyone here has ever seen him. Handsome.
Being a hetero male…I’ll take your word for it that he’s hot Kevin.
If it helps him win votes,I’ll take that over Liawatha Warren.
Heck yeah, he’s hot. Did you happen to catch the SNL skit back in 2010 where the Barney Frank character was fantasizing about him (played by guest host Jon Hamm)…hilarious…one of their few funny ones over the past 4 years.
Never underestimate the power of a good-looking candidate (see John Kennedy). Liawatha (love that) looks like a tired old hag. Frankly, like a lot of the leftie women…
Kevin,
Just read your article about how Scott was going to win. I will not be as hard on you as you probably have been on yourself but thanks for making me laugh.
I’m only mildly pro-Brown, but I am very anti-Warren. The more I looked into her, the less I liked. Everyone knows about the Fauxcahontas thing (which alone should cause her to lose) and the practicing of law without a license (ditto). An even bigger issue (to me, at least) is that the research with which she made her name seems to have been academic fraud.
This last may seem like a small thing, but her contributions to a “Pow-Wow Chow” cookbook consisted of two “old family recipes” that were both plagiarized. One was for crab with mayonnaise! (Yes, I’m sure her Cherokee ancestors were big fans of mayonnaise, that traditional Native American ingredient.) That is so blatantly stupid that I can’t believe anyone takes her seriously.
It is not just the academic fraud. It is also her lies about her court cases.
Warren keeps claiming that she has done things for “the people” but in fact her clients have been “big business” and her intent has been to ensure that people who have litigation claims do not get paid.
This is due to bankruptcy procedures. Legal Insurrection has up another case where Warrne lied about her role. Her actions meant that 4 grieving families could have been deprived of compensation because of an aircraft accident.
Everything that I have read about Elizabeth Warren shows that she is a very contemptible creature, and is far worse than Martha Coakley.
http://legalinsurrection.com/
has some of the most excellent info on the fraud Warren is.
I honestly do not get why the undemocratic party thinks, just because some people may be a left of center, that everyone is as far left as Liz Warren is.
There is no such thing as a centerist or conservative dem anymore, they were thrown out starting 2006.
Go Scott Brown, and oh yea he’s hot.
Kevin, I hope you are right. In metrowest MA Brown is winning the sign war, it has to be 10
:1.
I liked the guy at the end of the video clip chewing and looking at the mayors like they were circus freaks. The bus driving by and drowning out the mayors was a fitting tribute.
THAT WAS MY FAVORITE PART!
And then I liked when the bus pulled up.
They had her event at…wait for it…A BUS STOP.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
How about the grey suit uniforms? It looked like a 1980′s IBM convention.
Did they call each other ahead of time to co-ordinate?
It reminded me of the Monty Python Mr.Hilter sketch.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9FiPaSdiL0
Maybe they were expecting her to get off the bus? It would have been fitting, this woman of the people.
I liked the building architecture best.
So glad you found this clip – hilarious!!! I love you, Kevin and have been following you since the last election (and submitted money to Scott Brown based on your endorsement from this site). I hope all your prognostications for a big Romney win (and a senate majority) are 100% accurate. I’ve been desperately checking any conservative sites for positive predictions because I want Romney/Ryan to win so bad.
These Leftie events are really pitiful…
Obama hisself got about 2K people in a barn in Ohio while Mitt Romney got 30K
Sandra Fluke got 40 people the other day
and…this was a surprise
Stevie Wonder got less than 200 people at some Cinncinnati college at some pro Obama shindig
I guess people are too busy for all these clowns!
I swear this is true, but during the 2008 campaign John Kerry was campaigning for Obama somewhere and they had an event for him in an Arby’s. They had a back room they weren’t using. All of 30 people showed up to see the man who thought he could be president four years before.
If I live to be 100, it will be the funniest thing I’ve ever heard.
In 2004, Al Gore did some event for Kerry and like 100 people showed up. Most of them thought they were there to see the gay writer who is dead now (Gore Vidal).
Fluke got ~10 people at an event here in N Nevada last week!
Scott Brown was my first out of state donation back in ’10
and I sent more this year, more out of a dislike of Warren
MrsWarren is creepy. SenBrown really is a hottie. Smart, too.
I am THRILLED to read this — everywhere else I’m getting “Warren Up By 4″ — which has had me bewildered. I kept posting “Really, Massachusetts??” on every site I could find.
I shouldn’t judge based on looks but GOD SHE’S A TROLL!
And he looks like that guy on the Liquid Plumr commercial.
Just remember: they said the same thing about Martha Coakley. She was supposedly up by 8 over Scott Brown before the election.
Whoops.
People love a centerfold!
Thanks Kevin. You’re the penicillin of this diseased election season!
(ummm….meant to be a compliment. Sounds appalling.)
More like “He’s the lighthouse in the middle of the storm, guiding ships and sailors to (reasonably) safe harbors”…
Someone further upthread were disappointed in Scott’s missing acknowledgement of the Tea Party Movement – they should remember what kind of madhouse John Adams’ home state has deformed into…
That reminds me of the best post-election comment on the Coakley campaign: “It wasn’t the Hindenburg. It wasn’t the Titanic. It was the Hindenburg crashing into the Titanic.” LOL
“In 2004, Al Gore did some event for Kerry and like 100 people showed up. Most of them thought they were there to see [Gore Vidal].”
I have not stopped laughing at this!
LOL!!
Me too. I think Kevin owes me about 10 keyboards since I joined the site in 2009.
My daughter works for a Republican Congressman. Three of her friends from DC are working on Scott Brown’s campaign. As of last week, they told her they weren’t sure he was going to win,
Now maybe a good time to invest in Scott Brown’s campaign to turn it around.
Cheri –
I wouldn’t put a lot of credence in what the friends said.
I know a few people who worked on Brown’s campaign against Martha Coakley. They were big Eeyores.
You would be surprised how many people who have paid political jobs were Eeyores.
Anyone working for me like that would be fired.
But, Republicans tend to hire these people who lack a can do, make it work, get it done spirit.
I don’t know why.
K
Your attitude should be a requirement for all government/political/campaign work. Maybe we should chip in and get each Republican and their staff a copy of the framed saying Reagan had on his desk – “It can be done.”
Stumbled on your site tonight while googling “presidential election predictions,” and after reading your prediction and a couple other post you can bank on a few hits from me a day. This is good stuff and I just had to join the conversation. I’m in 100% agreement of your election prognostication. I’ve already set my DVR to record all of Wednesday’s programming on MSNBC/CNN. I’m counting on the lot of them being completely ignorant to the movement that is raging outside of their collective group think bubble. That ignorance is going to make the onscreen dismay and misery so satisfying. Down here in Texas I don’t run into all too many “nose in the air” Elizabeth Warren style liberals but when I do I just remind them that they vote the same way as the Obama-Phone Lady.
Im from Mass so just a snapshot. My neice and sister work in a restaurant he come in alot. They say he is arrogant [not trying 2 b eyeore] and doesnt tip…so/ I have this conversation w them/I never try to tell people how 2 vote, its sacred to me/anyway-2 female voters don’t like him but I say ” What,? Are you gonna vote for Elizabeth Warren?” then they shake their heads and say” You’re right” so..
thats 4 u union democrats family irish voters 4 Brown
I think they’re grooming him for pezdent
btw kevin/ I will get to that pie store tday;
Umm . . . is this a troll? Grammar, avatar . . .
What do mean I’m an eoyore? I just can’t help but panic. Romney’s only got 30,000 plus! That’s only 10 times what Obama drew at a barn in Ohio!
We’re obviously down! How can we possibly compete with that leftist enthusiasm!
And look at Sandra Fluke getting 40! Ann Romney only drew over a thousand at random when her bus made a stop for food at a town in Virgnia. Only a thousand at random! 40 — over a thousand.
We’re doomed! They’re obviously beating us in the unenthusiastic quotient! I repeat we are severely trailing the leftist in unenthusiastic turnout! I mean they’re pounding us in their complete lack of interest like never before!
If this keeps up, I fear the GOP will turn out in record numbers and destroy the democrats at the ballot box.
And then we’ll win the election and… wait.
So many funny parts in this clip it reminded me of a late night segment. Bus brakes screeching, guy chewing, more pols than people. Watched it twice and laughed and laughed.
I laughed at about 6 seconds because it sounds like birds are chirping. What a joke. No one showed up. These union-lib machine politicians are so corrupt.
Warren is an evil woman who tried to game every advantage she could from liberal affirmative action aka racism. I hope the fake Indian witch loses and I hope she gets prosecuted for her serial frauds including practicing law w/o a license.
A group of mostly women and teens made 1700 calls in one day to Ohio voters. I know this is about Brown but thought yawl would like to know what Mississippi people are doing. The count was just one day. Most days see at least 600 or more for the last two week. Calls are to our own state too but Ohio is getting special attention.
Bless you.
Great job Marsha! Amazing.
Kevin, you and others will enjoy this article by Jay Cost on why PA is in play:
http://www.weeklystandard.com/print/blogs/mitt-s-pennsylvania-push-real-or-fake_660255.html?page=2
Gives an excellent overview of the PA situation.
Kevin, you totally started my morning with a BIG smile with this one! I love the bewildered looks on the people passing by, since the speaker appeared to be talking to no one…priceless!
Bridget: Elizabeth Warren is a fraud on many levels from being a faux Cherokee to a lawyer with no license to practice law.
I heard NO one showed up in Brockton, MA last week. There were a handful of people and all of her supporters are PAID Union workers carrying signs who have to be there. That is a fact!
I think the smart people in MA have had it and like 2010 pulled a bug surprise on the media and the liberal leftie progressives ruining the State of MA. They are deliberately skewing polls which are all done by the democratic party.
We want the last laugh and I believe Scott Brown retains his senate seat and Mitt Romney wins his former state.
That video is beautiful. The chewing guy? Magnificent. Capped off by the bus pulling up…
You couldn’t have made it better for a comedy sketch show…
PJean: Doug Schoen is a DEMOCRAT and a progressive don’t let him fool you one bit. He is a big Hillary supporter and is unhappy that his candidate lost.
He loves Warren as he sees her as the next Hillary. I don’t give any heed to Schoen, Trippi and Caddell. They are all mouthpieces for the DNC. FOX has to have the other side on to debate. Out of the 3, Caddell is the better.
Yeah, even though Caddell is billed as a former pollster for Carter (FKA the worse president ever – displaced by the CURRENT worst president ever) and they have him on for the leftie view, but I have a feeling the Democrat Party has left him way behind on their march to the far far left. He’s sounding more conservative than Karl Rove these days.
Living far from Warren, I have never seen her in person, but I have witnessed some of the most vile and nasty and slightly demented videos of her giving speeches.
I would never want someone that unhappy in life and filled with such hate represent me or my state. I think she needs a Valium or two.
Brown easily handled Warren in the debates. The leftists didn’t expect that. I noticed a significant drop Warren buzz at Harvard. My son refuses to talk about her since I sent him all the articles that exposed her writing the court arguments FOR the “evil” asbestos companies.
ARGH! I hate this whole Kennedy for sainthood crap. It makes me crazy. They are a fiction, created by ghost writers and mafia muscle.
The Kennedy men are the worst misongynists (sp?) aka abusers of women ever known.
Check Romney site for new Ohio ad — amazing!
Please link these when you post.
Hysterically funny! I like the secret service-looking security guy who seems embarrassed (25 sec mark) and turns away from the camera. Did you notice on the side of the bus it looks like the RR logo.
Great comedy skit!
I don’t know who’s going to win the race but I do know that the 360 degree camera view is priceless and should become the standard for reporting political rallies. I’m sure most politicians wouldn’t agree, though.
Sounds like you know what you’re talking about. Hope you are right.
All good news today.
The Wisconsin State Journal endorses Romney.
The New York Daily News endorses Romney.
That. Is. FABULOUS!!!
I read the commentary on this last night, but just got around to watching the video. I love how the person filming keeps panning around like, “Anybody? Anyone? Really? Bueller…..?” Great stuff Kevin! I can see Tuesday from here and the air is electric!
Dess –
I just can’t stop watching that video. It makes me laugh and laugh and laugh.
I think it’s the best thing I’ve seen since the Where’s the Beef commercials.
It is just brilliant.
Axelrod says, “Romney’s in deep trouble”. “That’s why the campaign has expanded into PA, MI, and NH”.
Why that’s as believable as “We are keeping our crowds small on purpose”. LOL
FYI – FOXDetroit poll shows Romney pulling ahead of Obama.
I just check the power company websites for New York and New Jersey. A lot of people will not have power until the middle of next week. Please keep those people in your prayers.
Brown did not have a good response to Warren’s standard “tax cuts for the rich, he’s for the millionaires”. Anybody who supports cap and trade supports raising middle class taxes substantially. She was lying when she said she would only vote to raise taxes on millionaires. He should have called her on that.
That is funny Warren needs a valium or two, I think she does some benzos … she has a bobblehead syndrome. If you watched her in debates; you may have picked up on it.
I don’t want to be mean; but there is something off about her.
Not just her far left progressive political leanings; there is something not right.
I am not happy that Scott Brown did not make much of this very important fact. 87% of the lawyers from MA filed a suit against Eliz. Warren for practicing law without a MA law license. Of course, Martha Coakley is stonewalling them; this state is as bad as Chicago.
http://legalinsurrection.com/2012/09/elizabeth-warrens-law-license-problem/
Scott did not address this and there are plenty of people who do not pay attention and are unaware of this very important fact about Elizabeth Warren.
She should never be in an office as United States Senator writing laws, etc. She is behind the Dodd-Frank Regulations and a lot of the junk in Obamacare and both of these travesties are bringing the country down. Both need to be addressed ASAP because one is a job killer and the other is going to devastate the country’s healthcare system.
That was too funny. I can’t stop laughing. I come to this site because reading Kevin always pulls me off the ceiling. I admit I am worried about the Senate races because if Reid stays Majority Leader nothing will get done (as he has promised). Thanks for lots of good information, Kevin.
