Rielle "Lisa Druck" Hunter cries to Barbara Walters over photos that "make (her) look like a whore"
First off, nobody and nothing can “make” you do anything in this world.
If you think you “look like a whore”, then maybe you should consider wearing pants when your photo is taken.
Also, stop rolling around on a bed in a former Senator and married man’s shirt, bouncing your daughter’s stuffed animals onto the floor each time your bare butt meets bedspread.
Rielle “Lisa Druck” Hunter is the woman who changed her name because “too many people were making limericks about (me) before” and, apparently, “it’s harder to rhyme “Hunter”, and nobody knows how to pronounce “Rielle”, so no more dirty Irish bar poetry”.
GQ, a magazine, like Vanity Fair, we stopped reading completely once they went 100% in the tank for Dr. Utopia in 2008, has run a photo spread of Druck-Hunter that is truly vile.
On Druck-Hunter’s part.
This is a woman who broke up a marriage — though admittedly one where both husband and wife are terrible people (though the wife, Elizabeth, gets to hold court as martyr-goddess-cancer survivor). She also is complicit in the many acts of fraud Edwards committed on the campaign trail, where he used donor money to fund lavish trips for Druck-Hunter, where she presumably bounced pantsless with stuffed animals, condiment packets from fast food restaurants, assorted items from hotel gift shops, or anything she could get her hands on, really, showcasing her signature moves coast to coast while Edwards was acting as the spoiler Dr. Utopia needed to squeak by with the Democrats’ nomination in 2008.
If not for Edwards, there would be no Golden Age of Hope and Change right now.
If not for Druck-Hunter’s poor decision-making process, there’d be no “bouncing on a bed almost naked with stuffed animals” fodder to ridicule Edwards with today.
You know that old saying about something quacking like a duck being a duck?
It seems appropriate to paraphrase it relating to something bouncing on a bed like a Druck being a whore.

"Johnny" broke up his marriage. It was his marriage, not Hunter's.He was the one who broke his marriage vows.Hunter did not tie him to a radiator or drug him. He went willingly.If he did not want to go ,no one could have forced him.

Please, personal responsibility has been removed from modern culture. Edwards isn't responsible for his actions, especially when some attractive female makes it known that she's interested.
In line with that is the idea that the rich got their money from luck, or scamming people (as did Edwards,) not hard/smart work.
Given Edwards' following these modern principles it's a wonder his marriage and career lasted as long as it did.
His marriage and career were never blocking Obama's ambitions before.

I can't tolerate the view either. I concur with Mary Quite Contrary…it makes me ashamed to be a woman when I watch that crap. My Mother-in-Law used to watch it every day and would always seem to get her "news" from there. I think the 08 election finally did her in on that. She got so mad at Joy Behar and how they treated Sarah and propped up Dr. U, I think she saw the light. I still think she watches it though…but never when I'm around because I give her "the look".
I can't stand any of them. And why Elizabeth is on there I don't know. She says it is so women get a conservative view but she is not allowed to voice her views unless the others jump down her throat and tell her how wrong she is. There is only one reason I am tuned to a network channel and that's for either football or the Olympics.

I wrote a letter to Barbara Walters during the Rosie O'Donnell flap asking her why she still sanctioned the show. It was starting to look like The World Federation of Wrestling. She needs to sell the show to someone and distance herself soon or that's what people will remember her by – a screech fest.
When any woman tells me she "saw on the View today…" whatever, I just laugh out loud. "You're kidding…you WATCH THAT? I'm surprised." End of conversation about "the View".
The View is an all female version of Jerry Springer. Just not as classy and intelligent.

I hear the National Enquirer is up for a Pulitzer for breaking the Edwards story when the MSM wouldn't touch it. Is there any way to support the Enquirer? Sign a petition, write to the Pulitzer committee or something?
I wrote that up a couple of months ago. In a nutshell:
* Most of the Enquirer's revelations about Edwards came in 2007-8, but the current Pulitzer deliberations are for stories published in 2009. Be great to see them win, but they probably aren't eligible even if the judging were fair and unbiased.
* The Pulitzer, like the Nobel, has been pretty much devalued anyway. If the Enquirer won one, I'm not sure who should be more embarrassed.

It is not such a sad story. The man knowingly committed adultery. The woman knowingly had sex with a married man… it is on her head.

I often wondered if Rielle Hunter was really as dumb as all that. I read the GQ interview and yes, she REALLY IS THAT DUMB.

Hunter's life is a series of bad choices that she cannot see. Oftentimes, women who have the innate ability to get a clue, learn these things the hard way and then find Jesus in their personal foxhole.
Not seeing that she learned anything here. Making stupid decisions continued up to and including posing for GQ without her pants.
It's one thing to be ignorant, it can be cured with education. Either someone teaches it to you or you learn the hard way. Insisting upon staying ignorant results in entrenched stupidity.
This story has morals running all through it and you don't have to look too hard to find them. You'd think that living it would drive those points home.
If you live a few years, you'll make mistakes. Live long enough, you'll make some doozies. I could deal with her saying "jesus what was I thinking. I fell for the guy, it was stupid, and moving on now'. Not great but it's respectable. Instead she's finding virture where there is none. Which means she is doomed.
