QUESTION: Do Muslims buy renters', homeowners', and car insurance? If so, then why do they get exempted from Obamacare for "insurance is gambling and that offends Islam"?
Can someone with a solid knowledge of the misunderstood CAIR Bears that are Muslims tell us whether these people purchase renters’, homeowners’, and car insurance in America?
Obama deliberately setup page 107 of Obamacare to specifically exclude Muslims from having to either purchase insurance under Obamacare or suffer the severe financial penalties for noncompliance of the mandate.
His reasoning was that the misunderstood CAIR Bears of the “religion of peace” can’t buy insurance because “that is gambling” and it is item #17,876,543 of “Things That Offend Islam and Require Beheading and Death of Those Who Offend Islam”.
Maybe it was #17,876,542. It’s hard to keep track of what these murderous zealots are offended with day to day.
How are Muslims allowed to drive cars if they don’t have car insurance — isn’t that the law in almost every state, to purchase car insurance?
We believe someone told us Texas is one of the few states that don’t require car insurance, but they have some other arrangement in place for a person to prove they can cover the financial damages of an accident.
We also read somewhere that the Amish and other Christian religious sects that opt-out of the modern world still have to have insurance setup for their horse and buggies. They don’t buy insurance, claiming religious exemption, but instead have up to a million dollars in a secured loan from banks ready in case one of their flock causes a serious accident.
We’ve seen plenty of CAIR Bears driving around in cars.
We also know they are homeowners…and can’t imagine the CAIR Bears would eat the loss of their belongings to fire, theft, or some other disaster…so they would want insurance so they could demand someone else would pay for all of that.
How do they get around the “insurance is gambling and offends Allah!” garbage that’s written into Obamacare if they have insurance in these other instances?
Because wouldn’t it be unconstitutional (not that this matters to the White House or the current Congress) to exempt “The Religion of Peace” from Obamacare because they conveniently claim a religious exemption when it can be proven they have no trouble buying insurance in other situations?
Why would Muslims be allowed to have it both ways?
And no, “threatening to blow things up or cut someone’s head off if they don’t get their way again” is not a valid reason to ever give Muslims whatever special treatment they are demanding in the West today.
