Proof that Obama knew about Project Gunrunner?

Well….David Ogden says that Obama ordered Project Gunrunner (and kicked in $10 million of stimulus money). Ogden specifically mentions “gun tracing” at the end of the clip. Sending thousands of assault rifles over the border to be traced to narco-thugs is the essence of Project Gunrunner. I know what the White House will claim….they didn’t know that the ATF was going to send assault rifles into Mexico as part of the project but who really believes that? In the military, if you are in command of a ship or battalion, you take responsibility for all those who serve under you…therefore, Obama is responsible for what is done by the DOJ (which covers the DEA and ATF).
So…is this video proof that Obama had some knowledge of what was happening with Project Gunrunner?

There has been a lot of excitement in the last few days over this video and the rediscovered fact (first reported by Michelle Malkin some time ago) that stimulus funds were used to fund Project Gunrunner/Gunwalker. The same thing applies to Eric Holder's 2 April speech in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Some of this is not exactly reinventing the wheel but more rediscovering that the wheel is round and leaping to the conclusion that therefore it must be evidence of a hit-and-run.
Look, let's recap. Gunrunner was a program that began in 2004 under Dubya. When the Obamanoids took over, they reinvigorated it, expanded it, with all the hubris that they were capable of because they thought that now that "WE" are in power instead of the Bushies, WE (they) are going to "fix things."

Of course BO knew about Operation Fast & Furious (gunrunner/gunwalker), Operation Castaway, et al. This is all about about international drug and weapons trafficking. BO's part and parcel of the Chicago machine. For two years now he's also been the head fed of the DoJ (ATF, DEA, FBI). Even minus the blatant funding of OFF under his "stimulus" bill, how could BO not have known about these operations?

If Holder could brag about “Project Gunrunner” in an April 2009 speech to Mexican authorities, how could he not have known about it a year later under its new name “Operation Fast & Furious”? And, if Holder knew at least a year ago, how could BO also not have known then?

Actually…the title of this piece should be "Proof that Obama knew about the specifics of Project Gunrunner" because the operation (in name) was nothing new…really…but the Obama administration put their own little spin on it. They added the "Chicago" touch to it. I can't wait to see where this all leads.

The big question here is: was it the intention to allow the guns to be purchased and used so that they could void the 2nd amendment?
Think carefully about that question.
P.S. I am not a gun owner. I am a lousy shot with a gun anyway (long story but I really do not want to use guns). A family member was murdered by a gun owner. However, that does not stop me from believing in the right of an ordinary citizen to own a gun.
Can someone tell me that this is not an impeachable offense? Isn't this "high crimes and misdemeanor?" If nothing else, this should serve up holder.
Gunrunner started during the Bush administration to stop guns from getting to the Mexican drug cartels. Fast and Furious was attached to Gunrunner under the Obama administration, funded with 'stimulus' money, and designed to push guns to the Mexican drug cartels as an excuse to undermine the second amendment. Obama, Holder and Hillary Clinton should be in jail.

Obama knew, he started it, he gave our money to pay for it, he committed treason. Put him on trial.
'Gunrunner' <> 'Gunwalker' — yes, Obama knew about Gunrunner, as did Holder, the FBI, probably Napolitano… The question is if they knew about a specific sub program of Gunrunner, to wit, Operation Fast and Furious (colloquially called 'Gunwalker'). I'm not trying to be pedantic here, but it's important to the entire process to keep the names straight so that we don't give those rat bastids any wiggle room.

Of course they knew. Obama signed an executive order and Holder implemented it. The real question is when will they be charged with being accomplices in the murder of 2 federal agents?
