Obama is doing everything he can to dismantle this country industry by industry and job by job. A slogan that keeps popping into my head is GOT JOBS? NOT ON OBAMA'S PLANTATION!

I've been thinking about making up small stickers/labels of the slogan and putting them up all over the place – bus stops, restrooms in fast food restaurants, bulletin boards and laundry rooms in apartments, etc. Places where people would see it and start thinking Obama has done nothing for the job market AND Obama has taken control of our lives and taken our freedoms away, like being a slave on a plantation. Other ways to distribute the slogan might be to print just the slogan on a business card and leave it wherever you go, or custom print some sticky notes and post them in places. Bumper stickers don't work for me because I don't like them on my car and I'm afraid of having my car damaged so I'm looking for other ways to get the message out.

Kevin's right in that we need to act to get the word out and get Obama out of the White House.

Hi South Carolina Bridget. Bill from Summerville here. What part of the state are you in?
Anyway, Mittens Romney is coming to Charleston for a campaign rally with Gov. Haley and the "honorable" old loser John McCain. John McCain who wrote the NDAA. I am going to try to get off of work early and ask Mittens if he supports the NDAA and the indefnite detention of US Citizens.

I will always believe that what McCain went through in Vietnam permanently affected him in ways that we still don't fully understand. He has major issues with going after people in positions of "authority" (such as Obama), even when what they are doing is clearly wrong.

There may be a medical term for his behavior but in the common vernacular I will simply say that he is clearly passive-aggressive, specifically against the conservative wing of the Republican party, whom I am sure he blames for his defeat in 2008! (He will never admit that HE was the one who so completely botched the campaign that a 2 year US Senator with NO private experience and more skeletons in his closet than a serial killer kicked his butt!)

I have never heard anyone think about the issue before now. I think that you are correct, that John McCain underwent some form of torture in Vietnam that affects him in the way that you have mentioned.

Have you seen the video of McCain introducing Romney at a rally in South Carolina? He calls him President Obama! The poor guy is clearly senile and I am so sorry that the people of Arizona foolishly chose to re-elect him in 2010! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JG5u8EbBUcs

I have another reason to thank Herr Obama for his beneficence. I opened my check stub today, and discovered my takehome pay is now 27.00 lower per week than it was in 2011, thanks to the medical insurance increases our company has had with Obamacare. No wonder Obama didn't want the payroll tax reductions to expire while he was still in office – that would reduce my pay another 30.00 weekly and it would be obvious to his base how much "free" health care is costing them already. Looks like I'm taking on a second job in 2012 so that I can afford Obama's remaining time as president.

Ditto for us! My husband's insurance raised our deductible from $1000 per person to $1500 per person, raised prescription co-pays by 25%…and our premiums still went up by 20%!

Hope and change baby….hope and change!

John Podhoretz, while denoucing the Republican debates as actively harming the GOP/conservative cause, wrote something that made my heart lift a little:

"So the race may be coming down to a one-term Massachusetts governor who can’t close the sale with more than a quarter of Republicans after running nonstop since 2007 and a two-term Pennsylvania senator who lost his last election by 18 points.

"And you know what? If things are pretty much as they are today come Election Day in November, either one of those guys will beat Obama handily. At least they will have had a lot of debate experience."

    http://www.nypost.com/p/news/national/those_damn_…

I want to believe it's true. America needs to stop Obama yesterday, if not sooner.

Anyone else think that Obama is ageing unusually rapidly, even for a POTUS?

    http://pjmedia.com/instapundit/134803/

Also, people have been mentioning his blink rate. Now, it's all I can see on the rare occasions I actually watch him speaking. It's…odd, in a way I can't quite put my finger on. It's never a good sign when people notice your blink rate, no matter what they're saying.

I know it's a stressful job but, for heaven's sake, is it not part of the job to not look weak and like it's getting you down?

Slow blink rate can be caused by Parkinson's. Some drugs (used for Parkinson's) cause blepharospasm, which can be fast blink rate, but slow to open the eyelids. The later was what I noticed. Parkinson's is also related to an accelerated aging process.

These are relevant because it has been postulated on this site that he may have Parkinson's.

Americans Elect: Obama's Third-Party Tar Pit

Anyone with the remotest interest in replacing Barack Obama as America's president in 2012 should take his eyes off Iowa and the boring ups and downs of the race for the Republican nomination.
The real action that may well decide our next president is quietly going on elsewhere, in the state offices that qualify candidates and parties for the November 2012 presidential ballot.

Obama's fingerprints, or those of his surrogates, will be hard to find on Americans Elect (other than 2008 Obama man Peter Ackerman's seed money of $5M, a birthmark Americans Elect will find hard to blot out). Obama Campaign Manager Jim Messina and über-guru David Axelrod have both gone so far as to criticize Americans Elect. Smart cointelpro move by the shrewd Obama pols.

In the privacy of their dens the two are rubbing their hands together in glee at the prospect of Americans Elect.

Paul Hoffmeister: Romney is a Keynesian and His Plan Would do Nothing to Spur Economic Growth

Economist Paul Hoffmeister penned an excellent piece in Forbes in which he methodically takes apart Mitt Romney’s ”Keynesian” plan to jump-start the economy. Never mind that Obama’s Keynesian economic policies are to blame for the crushing debt and bleak economic outlook America faces, Mandate Mitt wants to continue down this same path. Hoffmeister begins with his theory as to why 75% of Republicans don’t support the Mittster:
    http://conservatives4palin.com/2012/01/paul-hoffm…

…if offered a choice between a Democrat and a Democrat-light, the Democrat will win every time. But, when offered a choice between a Democrat and an actual Republican, the Republican will win. Bold colors, not pale pastels. Unfortunately, it appears increasingly likely the 2012 contest will be between a Democrat and Democrat-light. Given America’s precarious position, that the Republicans are unable to offer a real, pro-growth alternative to Obama is tragic.

The Birthers Went Down to Georgia

The birthers went down to Georgia, lookin' for an election to spoil….

Last November, Georgia citizen David Weldon filed a challenge over Obama's qualifications to appear on Georgia's 2012 presidential ballot. Yesterday, Obama's motion to dismiss Weldon's challenge was denied by Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia's Office of State Administrative Hearings. The hearing is scheduled for January 26.

    Georgia Court Ruled Against Obama

Breaking CCA News! This morning the Georgia Court of Administrative Hearings denied Obama’s motion to dismiss our ballot challenge. More importantly, the court’s opinion ruled in our favor on all procedural and state law issues, leaving only one thing left to decide: Whether Obama is a natural-born-citizen under the Constitution.

Remember that no court has ever addressed this issue! As you know our argument is very simple. We argue that the Supreme Court has defined “natural-born-citizen” as a person with two U.S. citizen parents, and Obama admits that his father was never a U.S. citizen.

The US has been trying to interfere in Spanish politics:

    http://torrentfreak.com/us-threatened-to-blacklis…

The dates are sketchy, but it seems that this went on under the Bush AND Obama administrations.

There's a cliche in the "intellectual left" (stop laughing!) that George W. Bush is Woodrow Wilson on steroids. I like to claim that Obama is Dubya on steroids, but they seem to resent *that* one.

Imus Guest this morning, Jake Tapper ABC News “The Democrats Want Mitt Romney To Be The Republican Nominee”

Mr Vanilla apparently the Democrat’s favorite flavor.

28,000 Independents participated out of 122,255 republican caucus goers, that puts republican participation in their own caucus under 100,000.00 Ron Paul came in 3rd with 21% his 3rd place win was made up of 44% Independents. The GOP really has a big problem with their base.
They can’t see the big picture they need an excited base to vote in the General and Ron Paul’s voters are committed they will write Paul’s name in -in the general.

Mitt Romney’s strategy of last man standing – surviving the primary by dividing the conservative base is hurting the GOP’s voter enthusiasm quotient. Barack Obama isn’t going to have a problem ginning up his base against the evil 1% that Mitt Romney will be representing. Talk about made to order political punching bag. Yes I can see why the Democrats want Romney to be the nominee.
