Multiple things we find absolutely hilarious this morning — you can join in too

Posted on September 21, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

Get your crayons out, and write Lena Jabrowski on stuff!

First up, in Alaska, Lena Jabrowski is really humiliating herself.

This is the damn fool (and spoiled child) who lost the Alaskan GOP primary and then decided to stage an elongated puppet show of a campaign, for her own personal amusement, the way HRH Princess Caroline of Kennedy on the Democrat side makes her Manhattan servants stage life-sized, Richard Pryor-esque versions of various classic board games, with live human toys as the pieces.

Princesses Lena and Caroline were given everything they ever wanted by their families, though Lena actually managed to get that Senate seat she always wanted, while Princess Caroline keeps complaining that “all (she) ever got was that lousy pony Macaroni” and “the creeps” from cousin William Kennedy Smith.

Lena Jabrowski, senior Senator of Alaska, is going around the state telling everyone to sharpen their best crayons so they can write her name on the ballot come November 2nd.

She’s conducting spelling bees from Anchorage to Juneau all the way up to the North Pole, trying to teach all the people who didn’t like her enough to vote for her when her name’s printed on things to vote for her now that they have to spell her name correctly (or draw an “accurate enough” picture of her (which can’t be a nude)).

L-E-N-A-J-A-B-R-O-W-S-K-I.

Make sure everyone in Alaska who wants to enable Princess Lena’s little puppet show spells her name JUST LIKE THAT so Lena Jabrowski has no problems at all with this Kennedy-esque lunatic write-in scheme.

Which is failing miserably, FYI, because the latest polls say Joe Miller is now in a double digit lead over whatever Democrat crazy person is running against him.  With Governor Palin’s Alaskan supporters backing Miller, and only people who hate the Governor voting for the Democrat, this leaves us to wonder who outside the Jabrowski clan will be using their sparkly crayons to draw pictures of Princess Lena on their ballots.

“Be sure you spell it L-E-N-A,” Jabrowski shouts from a bullhorn as it winds its way through the streets of Juneau.  ”If you write L-E-I-A by mistake, then that unstable Carrie Fisher nut with the cinnamon rolls stapled to her head might get to be Senator, and my family said I’M the only princess in Alaska…besides those Princess Cruise ships…but I’m still the only Princess that’s not a thousand ton boat, so what I wants, I gets.  Hear that world, LENA JABROWSKI will triumph!”.

R-E-D-I-K-U-L-U-S.

Then, in New York, something almost as hilarious is happening.

The Cocktail Party GOP establishment in that state seemingly had zero interest in picking up the Senate seats and Governor’s mansion, for whatever absurd reason.  They could have run Rudy Giunliani and George Pataki for the Senate, and they would have won…easily.

We’d never heard of the Tea Party-endorsed candidate, Paladino, that’s running for Governor but we have to say the man is beyond hilarious and he’s driving Prince Andrew Cuomo absolutely BONKERS.

He keeps hitting Cuomo with all sorts of jabs UNHEARD OF for a Republican to use in a race.

First, he called Cuomo a sissy…and keeps saying he should “be a man for once in his life”.  Paladino makes fun of Cuomo for being a “little prince” and then rags on him for not agreeing to a debate, with all that political experience he has.  Paladino actually said “The only debate I’ve ever been in is maybe in a bar”, and then asked what Cuomo was afraid of.

Oh, Great Merciful Zeus, Cuomo’s blood pressure went through the roof, he started throwing furniture around, and he kept shouting “Let me at ‘em, let me at ‘em” like he was an angry bulldog in an old Warner Bros. cartoon.

Paladino is so hilarious with this stuff that the New York media is calling him “Crazy Carl”.

This is exactly what Paladino needs to be doing.

For decades, voters have watched one boring, sorry, limp, impotent, Cocktail Party establishment-backed Romney Republican trot onto the state in his blue blazer and khakis and mumble a bunch of nonsense unenthusiastically afraid of upsetting the media or being too aggressive in pursuit of office in a blue state.

And for decades the Cocktail Party establishment has been fine with this, because they’ve never really cared about winning any races, and are just more content to sit around, drinking their scotch, eating their soggy cucumber-and-mayonnaise sandwiches on starched white bread and complaining about how spicy it all tastes.

Who wants to vote for THAT?

Bring on Crazy Carl and his to the point, accurate, jabs at the Democrats’ dynastic entitlement in states like New York.

And our favorite point of all:  Paladino is going for Cuomo’s jugular for supporting the Ground Zero Victory Mosque.

This is something that Republicans need to run on in New York, and force Cuomo, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Chuck Schumer to repeatedly defend and praise as much as possible…because Democrats are insane if New Yorkers would send any of these clowns into office if Republicans can consistently show the three of them want that abomination built at Ground Zero.

The Cocktail Party would never get into this, because the Cocktail Party is most concerned with scoring points with the state media and eating their non-spicy, bland, sammiches.

But, this is the road to victory in New York, we are TELLING YOU.

It was rather eye-opening (or should that be, sinus-stimulating?) when Paladino sent (scent?) out a flyer drawing attention to the corruption in Albany that had been sprayed with a complementary odor, the smell of landfill or garbage heap.

As for the two GOP senatorial nominees, I wish them well. Maybe they too will catch fire (as one of the ones who was not nominated, Blakeman, might well have done).

By the way, Dingy Reid thinks Kirsten Gillibrand is the the hottest Senator.

After seeing the thing about Gillibrand on HotAir this morning (http://hotair.com/archives/2010/09/21/reids-new-pet/) I also had to dig deep to remember what Gillibrand looked like. I suppose she’s okay, but hot? On what scale? That was not being snarky. That was an honest question.

I think the lefty people truly are starting to feel the heat. In a lot of different ways. ;-)

For her name to count on that ballot, it has to be spelled correctly.

It can’t be Liza, it has to be Lisa.

It can’t be Murkwski, the way she actually told people to spell it in HER OWN POLITICAL AD, but it has to be Murkowski.

Liza Murkwski is not Lisa Murkowski.

Lena Jabrowski is not Lisa Murkowski.

So if any fools write her name down, they have to spell it right the first time, with no help.

Anything that makes those people spell it wrong is a good thing. The fewer votes she gets the more humiliated the fool will be.

I figured that after I wrote my first comment. I find this all hilarious, especially since Lisa does not have a particularly easy name for most people to spell. I bet that she suggests that whomever intends on voting for her should bring a piece of paper with them when they go to vote that has her name spelled correctly, or her campaign will have stickers that will be mailed to voters in case they want to bring them to the polling place on election day.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’ve been praying for months for some kind of an epiphany for those who got a little confused voting for him – not actually understanding the “change” he “hoped” you’d buy once he was in office. Parse her words: “adding numbers” = democracy via voters. “quality of the candidate” = blue-blood aristocracy elitism. What’s next? Her and Michella waving their hands dismissively with a “Let them eat cake” ???

    So -

Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a 40 day “fast” as in “quick” spin around for all the Conservatives who now need to be supported in a final huge momentous push.

Maybe a moneybomb like a $1 a day for whoever the one is (or more are) for the day.

While announcing her running as a write-in, Lena complained that the people of Alaska couldn’t make a proper choice cos it was a CLOSED republican primary. My my, you didn’t complain bout that before the primaries, did you, Lena? What a hypocrite! And I’m happy that Paladino is going in all guns blazing. Hes double digits behind in the polls. Hes got to catch up soon.

And according to Politico, the uneasy alliance between TOTUS and Sestak (PA) was highly visible while stumping for him (given the history between them). Sestak is way behind in the polls. Its funny to think bout what BHO would have spouted in private.

I can’t wait to vote for Palladino. I’m so tired of politicians being politically correct. I like that he just speaks from the heart. Now if we can only get rid of Guillibrand. Isn’t Kara DeGuirdo’s (sp)from America Idol, father running against her? Here in upstate NY we are hearing no campaigning at all. People need to know there is someone other than Guilibrand.

Here is a report from Rasmussen I received today:

      http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2010/election_2010_senate_elections/new_york/election_2010_new_york_special_senate_election

It’s 49 to 39 according to his poll of “likely voters” – a very important point. Most polls are of “adults” or “registered voters” and you can’t get a handle if they will go to the polls. He’s only 10 points behind her with 7% undecided. This is doable and the public needs to know this info to get out the vote. So send it to everyone you know and ask them to pass it on. Obviously the media isn’t going to do it. It’s up to us…the resistance.

Paladino is also reminding voters that Prince Cuomo was also involved in the mortgage meltdown while he was HUD sec during the Clinton Admin. This info was exposed in the liberal VILLAGE VOICE!

Whooo hooo!! I wondered if that was going to make it into any of the papers in NY. Now they must make it an issue on the local news.

I’ve had trouble with that link so I put a copy of the entire letter, which is a hoot, into the spamcatcher. Watch for it.

I don’t know what happened with that link. Accessing it from Google it came through fine, but not only has the nypost entry disappeared but the one in the nyslimes is also gone.

    So here’s a copy I tracked down:

    September 20, 2010

    Mr. Andrew Cuomo
Office of the Democrat Party of New York
    Albany, NY

    Dear Andrew:

Please note in all previous correspondence that I have addessed you as Mr. Attorney General with the appropriate respect for the office that you hold. However, today I address you as the man the Democrats – the folks who gave us Spitzer, Paterson and Hevesi – have nominated for Governor of New York.

It has been six days since I publically challenged you to a series of debates. You have not responded publically and have declined to comment, but news from reporters is that you insist on including Conservative nominee Rick Lazio. So in other words you want to cut out the Black candidate and the Woman candidate and I imagine you don’t want the Green Party candidate their too. And the pro-tax Working Families Party, of course you are their nominee.

I guess what I find most offensive, other than the arrogance towards the public by your lack of a public answer, is the idea that this is somehow your decision as you have some sense of entitlement based on being the son of Mario Cuomo, a governor who left our state economy in a wreck. I know. I remember trying to make a living in Upstate New York while your father was governor.

I think former Govenor George Pataki set the correct precedent on this and debated all nine of his legal opponents who had a place on the ballot because he believed the people had the right to hear each candidate. Pataki put his own political best interests aside for the public good. It’s difficult to understand why you, a polished veteran campaigner, scion of a political dynasty and king-designate, would fear a simple businessman from Buffalo, who candidly has never been in a debate in his life – except maybe in a bar.

Frankly, i dont think you have the cojones to face me and the other candidates in a open debate. I dont think you have the cojones to answer direct questions regarding the mistakes you made at HUD in pushing a sub-prime mortgage scheme that cost taxpayers $2.4 trillion dollars and cost most New Yorkers the value of their 401-Ks. I dont think you have the cojones to answer questions about why you embraced ethically-challenged Charlie Rangel while pledging to clean up corruption. I don’t think you haved the cojones to defend why some were prosecuted in the Hevesi Pension scandal while others – including many of your key supporters – were not.

So Andrew, for the first time in your life be a man. Don’t hide behind daddy’s coattails even though he pulled strings to advance your career every step of your way. Come out and debate like a man.

Because no one inherits the New York Governorship – you have to earn it.

    Sincerely,

      Ouch, ouch, and ouch.

Cuomo won’t walk away from that, but will have to crawl gingerly due to a certain injury to his anatomy that’s just been inflicted several times over.

I was proud to vote for ‘Crazy Carl’ in the primary and love how he is letting Cuomo have it. For the first time I actually felt like my vote mattered–like it sent a message. Being a conservative in a blue state can seem overwhelming. It’s about time there was some truth spoken here! The cojones comment is priceless :)
