Many in the European Union want to reimpose passport controls on their borders in order to stop the viral wave of Islamic immigration to their countries. Back in 1985, the Schengen Agreement was signed by 22 countries in hopes of making a free and open Europe that would be better for businesses by making travel and trade much easier. Now that dream has turned into a nightmare due to the onslaught of illegal Islamic immigrants that have infested much of Europe. The new restrictions would require everyone to show passports before entering a new country. The new stricter policy was introduced by France and Italy who have been 2 of the hardest hit by the Islamic wave. They also want to reinstate the “readmission accords” with countries in the Middle East and North Africa that would make it easier to send illegal immigrants back to their home countries.
The new changes will have to be voted on by the European Parliament so we’ll have to see how serious they are about ending the freedom- killing disease known as Islam.
It’s at least a step in the right direction.
I hope it’s not to late to save Europe.

It's about time! Unfortunately, it may be too late. I've been reading several stories about the crime and mayhem in Islamic areas throughout Europe. Most people won't even go into these areas….even police and firefighters! If there is a non-Muslim businessman or woman in the area, they will vandalize their stores, physically or sexually attack people, or whatever it takes to run them out. There is complete lawlessness in these areas. Without radical changes to policy, it will be a difficult situation to turn around.
europe should have screened them before allowing them in their countries.I know for a fact these muslims are the scum,radicals in their countries where they came from.and europe thought they are helping the oppressed….VERY VERY NAIVE.
The Schengen Accords allow individual countries to reinstate passport controls on their borders in times of emergency. I believe what France and Italy are doing is not actually tossing out the idea of open borders altogether, but invoking this provision due to the recent increase in illegal immigration from North Africa because of the conflicts there.

Just was in Italy. In Rome there are lots of Indians or Pakistanis, and No. Africans. They say Albanians are a big problem. I noticed hajibs in small towns. Have a photo of a Muslim doing his prayers on the sidwalk at the Piazza Venezia.

When you have kids carrying signs proclaims one group will conquer another, you have to really scratch your head and reconsider your immigation policies. Are those who proclaim they will conquer you do anything, anything at all to help your country prosper? Even an idiot can figure that out.

They waited too long and gave up too much. Europe will be nothing but burqas and beards within a few years. Real Europeans will be wanting to do like their ancestors in the 19th and early 20th century and go to America.
I agree. Europe is gone, just like after the Nazis over ran them. Getting rid of the Muslims will entail the same thing, house to house fighting.
As a frequent visitor to Europe for lengthy periods of time over the last 45 years I concluded Europe as we know it will be gone within 40 years. My recent three month stay in Europe led me to conclude the continent is fated to become an adjunct of the caliphate thanks to uncontrolled islamic immigration & Europeans failure to procreate.
