Latest Video Message from “Anonymous” Is Flooding Facebook With Claim Senate Has Repealed Bill of Rights

Posted on December 7, 2011 by Kevin DuJan // Climate of Hate, The Left

First off, whenever one of these video messages pop up from “Anonymous” and the whole Occupy Wall Street crowd, I’m reminded of the Joker pirating the airwaves of Gotham City in the 1989 Batman movie with Jack Nicholson at the mic (honestly, all that’s missing is some poison-gas-filled parade balloons, a Batwing hovering overhead, and Kim Bassinger lugging around a camera).

See what I mean?

“Anonymous” claims that S. 1867 (the National Defense Authorization Act) repeals the Bill of Rights and declares the entire United States to be a battleground under military control.

I mention this because this video is viral on Facebook, where I’ve seen it posted and reposted by hundreds of the accounts I monitor as a focus group of what the Left’s talking about today.

I never know how much of these videos anyone watches, or if any of the Facebookers reposting it have any idea what “Anonymous” is talking about, but I’ve come to recognize the importance of paying attention to what people decide to send out via Facebook on their profiles.

If you aren’t already quietly watching Facebook for clues into what the Left’s up to, you should be.  There’s never been a source of information like this before, with many Leftists severely tipping their hands and very candidly revealing exactly how unstable and dangerous they are with casual posts they make on their iPhones — or by simply reposting or responding to posts like those containing the “Anonymous” videos.

My gut feeling here is that whoever is making these “Anonymous” videos is part of a faction in the Left that’s deliberately laying the groundwork for violence in next year’s presidential election.

Hopeychange won’t work as a campaign theme again; the Left has thus decided to substitute chaos and violence to push Barack Obama’s re-election.

It’s going to get ugly, folks.

And it’s already started.

Kevin! Good to see you posting again! I've missed you for a few days!

You're right, that this is strange at a minimum, a diversive at a maximum. WTF is the F-ing point? Tearing everyone down so we can what? Reelect O'Postman?

It was the Democrats in the Senate who kept the budget from happening for over 4 years and almost into the next session. It was Dems who put the outlandish stuff that would repeal Civil Rights into the Defense Authorization Bill, not the Republicans!

All that anti-Civil-Rights stuff has to go to reconciliation between the (Boehner) House and (Reed-in-the-wind) Senate versions, before anyone's rights are violated.

I guess that the LSM / MSM / (loyal) toadies in the media believe that if they exclude the party affiliation of folks like IL Gov Blagovich, everyone will assume that the evil-doer is Republican. I guess that the LSM / MSM / (loyal) toadies in the media believe that if they don't explain the actions of the (Dem controlled) US Senate, that everyone will assume that it is the Reps that want to take away your freedoms.

Kevin, keep pounding the Dems on who they really are, the lying cheating stealing back stabbing buddy-f-ing sumbitches that they proved they were when they SHAFTED Hillary to roll over and get "The One" for their cause.

    Love you, Kevin!

That anonymous video actually made me laugh. Do they realize they come off as a joke?
I know this is serious stuff, but like you said, it was like watching the Joker. Or even like watching Austin Powers. It's hard to take it seriously.

Maybe if they read the statement then pooped on a police care I'd know they mean business.

If there are a lot of people supporting the ideas behind this video why doesn't the most democratic country of the world pay attention to a large portion of its people?

What gives a government the right to pass a law that is not fully supported by the American people?

I know I know the system is in place so that it does eventually happen with the senate congress etc, but you have seen how easy power influences decisions. And although the context may seem vaguely correct Ina lawful manner, it is relatively generic enought to be used in almost any situation "big brother" feels like using it.

Because we're not a democracy, Luis. We're a republic. The whole point of a republic is to balance the power of the many and the few so that neither can trample each other's rights. Thus the "full support" of the American people is tempered by the representative system.

It's better this way. Trust me. You don't want to see or live in a pure democracy.

Well said, GaigeM. A pure democracy, one man, one vote, which many claim to want, means that 10,000,001 can vote to strip all rights from the other 9,999,999. Luis, is that what you really want? Rule by mob whim and fiat?

And I still wonder why the attempted regicide, and parliament-cide, Guy Fawkes, has become the face of the occupiers and anarchists. Trying to restore popish rule? Wanting to establish a Roman Catholic state?

The folks using the Guy Fawkes mask probably have no idea about the history behind it. They saw the movie "V is for Vendetta" or read the book. Now they fancy themselves to be revolutionaries.

    Kevin,

What's the actual content of this bill? I hear a lot of BS from panicking libertarian-types, but I'm not sure who to believe, and I also don't want to slog through a multi-hundred page document. Any insight into this thin?

      Hey Gaige —

I’m curious too. I plan on reading the bill today and will write about it later tonight (Thurs night). I’m in bed sick so I will have the time to slog through it and take notes. I’m not a lawyer so I am sure I will not see all the minutia but I will be able to get a Cliff’s Notes of it.

I am sure it’s not a Joker-grade villainous plot. Also, this bill has NOT yet passed. This is a Senate bill. It has not been voted on by the House (which will NOT approve it) and it has not been signed into law, so the Anonymous people who think this has passed are just insane.

It's good to see you back too, and hope you feel better soon.

I couldn't listen to more than a minute of this video because the voice effect they use is annoying to the point of distracting.

The big sections in question with this bill are 1031 and 1032, and even the ACLU is having issues with this bill.

Last week, when the Senate voted, I wrote Pat Toomey and strongly urged him to vote against it. McCain's idiocy aside, I have….jokingly, I hope…since 2008, said I thought there was going to be a huge National emergency and the Dems were going to declare it too be toooooo intense, toooo important, toooo dangerous, that we can't hold the Presidential election. Every once in a while, something comes along to make me wonder if I should be taking my "joke" seriously. Obama, Pelosi, the Unions, the Communist, the Socialist, even the Chinese government support OWS….why is that? This week the NAACP petitioned the UN because they claim Blacks and Hispanics will have their voters rights abused….what is that about? We do need to keep a close watch on the Dems and their cohorts…and make sure they don't try to usurp our right to vote.

I agree with you! BHO has usurped the office of President, then usurped power at every conceivable opportunity, and the challenges that are raised to these usurpations seemto wilt almost immediately. There is little question in my mind but that this executive order-wielding tyrant will pull the martial law hammer out of the bag as soon as he can pretend to have a justification, however flimsy it may be. There are still too many uninformed and unconcerned folk out there. My brother is one of them. He'd rather hide his head in the sand than stand up and fight for what is right. It is easier to argue with me than to agree, because that would mean he would have to do something about it. PS – "tyrant", "usurpation", it's starting to sound like another Declaration of Independence is in order here!

NDAA 2012 created a dictatorship. Numerous senators confirm that NDAA 2012 allows Americans to be indefinitely detained by the military with no rights to due process.
