I Miss You, Sarah.

Posted on November 29, 2011 by TheTamminator // Hillbuzz

A plea to get her to run.  I’m afraid it’s too little too late.  But I still miss Sarah….

I miss her, too. I'd been leaning toward Newt recently (which I find un-freakin'-believable). If Romney's the nominee, I'm writing in Sarah.

It would be great if Palin, Levin and Beck storm for Michelle Bachmann in Iowa making her win. Conservatives and Tea Partiers should rally around Bachmann. Gingrich would be 4 more years of Obama guarantee.

Are you kidding me? Bachmann's campaign manager Ed Rollins said this about Sarah Palin: "Sarah has not been serious over the last couple of years. She got the vice presidential thing handed to her. She didn't go to work in the sense of trying to gain more substance. She gave up her governorship."

And you want her to support Bachmann? I don't think Palin is suffering from Battered Woman Syndrome. I expect she would support Bachmann in the unlikely event that she's the nominee but I sure don't look for her to climb on that train soon.

This is Gov. Palin's time to lead. No other candidate on today's conservative landscape can do what she can do–lead as one who is not and has never been for sale, lead as one who has achieved and can achieve again the kind of sudden and relentless reform that's needed to clean up the systemic crony capitalist corruption within the permanent political class in D.C. I contributed to the reconsider ad because I believe that respectfully asking Gov. Palin to reconsider is of vital importance to the future (and perhaps very survival) of this country, which we all deeply love. Thanks for posting the ad, Tamminator!

I saw the ad, and I started to cry. Am I crazy for seeing the honesty of this woman and being heart sick that she is not running for the Presidency?
How can others not see her sincerity? It just blows me away.

If you just watched Hannity he dismissed Palin running and called everyone at C4P cultists. First time I've ever heard him make any sense. This whole reconsider ad is backfiring dramatically and almost feel sorry for people who wasted their money on it.

I saw the Hannity program you mention. Hannity did not refer to C4P as "cultists." The nut from Red Eye, Andy something or other, is the one who made a remark about a so-called "cult of personality," indicating he didn't want the country to repeat the '08 general election mistake, referring to BO supporters. Funny you would zero in on that. BTW, in no way are Gov. Palin's supporters anything like the wild-eyed, kool-aid swilling zombies who blindly followed/follow BO. Gov. Palin's supporters will continue to support her sound Constitutional conservative policies, her fight against the crony capitalist corruption of the permanent political class and her deep love for this country and its people, whether or not she ultimately runs for office. BO has neither sound policies nor love for this country or its people. Feel sorry for yourself…er…all BO supporters for wasting your energy, money and time on an abject narcissist, and for subjecting our country and its people to his dangerous ineptitude and corruption.

Sarh Palin has been threatened. Her family has been threatened. Her children have been mocked and slandered. Her Church was fire bombed. If Sarah Palin doesn't want to run I respect her decision. She has effected big time change in the 2010 election. She will continue to be a voice for true conservatives and will be the most important endorsement for any rep. presidential candiodidate. I am sorry that she might not be our next president. But some day when the entire Chicago Mafia is in prison for treason and the New World Order republicans are finished, Sarah Palin will rise again. Until it is safe for her and her family I support her decision. We the People must create a safe inviroment for a Palin run.

I cannot get excited about any of the candidates. I have tried, really I have. But, then I go back and listen to Gov Palin's Indianola speech and I realize what we have running right now are not even shadows of the Governor. There is simply no comparison. My heart is heavy with concern for the Republic. I pray every day that Sarah will step forward and lead us out of the mess we find ourselves in.

Governor Palin, if He leads you to it, He'll see you through it.

You want Sarah to run for President? Why? So you can hang her out to dry when the MSM 'CRUCIFYS' her and the family??? Do you need proof of how you and other 'conservatives' would back away from Sarah once the heat got too hot….See HERMAN CAIN for further reference! Conservatives don't have a 'true' candidate because the soul of the conservative has a cowardly streak that can't do hand to hand combat with the degenerate left. In addition, the conservatives fall for the same 'TRICKS' every single election. The incumbent 'CONSERVATIVES' will not investigate the crimes of the liberals, even when there is a conservative majority. CONSERVATIVE ARE THEIR OWN WORST ENEMY…….WAKE UP!!! STAND UP!!!! GROW UP!!

People need to look a the long term and the Demographic nightmare confronting this country. Cain is a huge step in the right direction for the GOP. The GOP needs to surround him with a couple of mentors and things woudl be just ducky.

How can Sarah possibly hope to win if she is not on the ballots in South Carolina, Florida, and Michigan where the deadlines to get on the ballot have passed? It is fantasy to think a write-in campaign will determine our next nominee. Sarah made her decision. I, too, am sorely disappointed that Sarah is not running, but we have to pull up our big boy/girl pants and stick to reality. Anyone who sits out the election and does not vote against BamBam in the general is being a petulent child, and such action is tantamount to casting a vote FOR BamBam. That is how we got stuck with him to begin with. We are not going to fix this country in one election cycle. We have decades of decline to try to overcome, but our first focus has to be on ousting the anarchist in chief in D.C. lest we want our country to cease being a republic. Vote conservative in the primary, Republican in the general, and communicate with your representatives. Let them know you are watching them and hold them accountable.

    From Sarah’s Thanksgiving message:

“I am thankful that, as in so many areas of life, the bitter people who say bitter things about someone facing challenges are so outnumbered. There have been stinging criticisms, even from people still screaming that Trig should never have been born, but we know those critics may be the loudest and most malicious, but they’re not the majority.

To me, when individuals reflect the greater societal acceptance of someone facing challenges, they show the best of humanity – even by offering a simple pat on Trig’s head or a knowing smile shot our way. Conversely, when a society works to eliminate the “weakest links” (as some would callously consider the disabled) or “the unproductive” (as some would callously consider the very young and the very old), it eliminates the very best of itself. When a society seeks to destroy them, it also destroys any ability or need for sincere compassion, empathy, improvement, and even goodwill. And those are the very best qualities of humanity! Those are the characteristics of a country that understands and embraces true hope! America can be compassionate and strong enough as a nation to be entrusted with those who some see as an “inconvenience,” but who are really our greatest blessings. Through Trig, I see firsthand that there is man’s standard of perfection, and then there is God’s. Man’s standard is flawed, temporary, and shallow. God’s standard lasts an eternity. At the end of the day, His is what matters.

So, this Thanksgiving my family will bundle Trig up and grin while we watch him through ice-frosted eyelashes as he curiously takes in all that is around him in the crisp open air. I hope your Thanksgiving gives you the opportunity to find that reminder of what really matters, too. For me, my perfect picture of thankfulness is my perfectly awesome son. With him, all is well with my soul and I know I am blessed.”

Yeah, I wish she was running too. I'm definitely a Palinista. I really thought she would run, especially after her ads in Iowa. I think she would have been a formidable candidate. I find her and her life story very inspiring. I'd be a lot more optimistic about the future if she was running. Oh well.

Unfortunately too many state deadlines to be on the ballot have passed, even if she started running today I don't think she can get in enough primaries to do it. Right now I'm just curious to see who she endorses, if anybody.

    Love you, Sarah!

Sarah Palin will be our president one day. We must all do everything posible to change American culture so that we are once again a meritocracy; a place where a hard working self made person of character and strength gets the sucess they deserve. Now we are a culture where an entitled elitist do nothing crack smoking, down low Sal Alinski radical adolesant rebel without a clue has the presidency handed to him on a silver platter.

It may be too late to outright win the nomination… but it isn't too late to keep Mitt from outright winning, either.

The other day I did some research on which state filing deadlines had passed and which hadn't. Don't have the paper handy, but what if…

In caucus states like Iowa, there is no filing deadline. I don't know how this works, but since C4P is running their Reconsider Ad there, I'm assuming they'll be working toward creating some buzz for the governor. What happens if she places in the caucus. Doesn't necessarily do well enough to win, but does well enough that it gets reported.

She reconsiders and announces, filing in every state where the deadline hasn't yet passed.

Again, she wouldn't necessarily have to win all of the states she can file in… just do well enough that when it comes time for the convention, there are a lot of delegates who have some pause. Mitt can't pull the win out in the first ballot, so it goes to a second.

How do you think that will turn out? Once delegates are free to vote for whomever, rather than the candidate they were bound to support, who will they go for?

    It's fanciful, I know… but it's my fondest fantasy right now…
