More of that “war on women” crap from the Obama administration.  This time they’re claiming that insurance companies discriminate against women.  Does anyone with half a brain fall for this nonsense?

Pollster “We Ask America” is showing that Walker has a 12 point lead!! (Via Ace of Spades HQ)

And Frank Flemming has another hilarious post comparing Mitt Romney to Cat Woman and Obama to The Joker.

What have you got for me?

Just had to share this tidbit….”Brad Pitt hit up Cannes for the premiere of his new gangster flick Killing Them Softly, when he was asked whether he had any problem playing a murderously violent criminal on screen for his kids to see. Brad responds “Not in any way, I would have a much harder time playing a racist or something along those lines. That would be much more unsettling for me than a guy who shoots another guy in the face.” He says it’s just a barbaric horrendous reality.”

Liberalism truly is a mental disorder. Your story reminds me of a couple I once knew (both far leftist attorneys) whose sons were allowed to say “F* you!” and use every other sort of obsenity. The one thing the boys were not allowed to say to their parents was, “Shut up.”

This link is for you, Tamminator, because you introduced me to the Welcome Home Blog:

I hope other Hillbuzzers enjoy it as much as I do and that we all never forget the sacrifices made by family members of those serving in our armed forces.

Can someone explain this to me? Here you have someone who admits that he spent the last two years of his HS being a drug-addicted zombie, and he continues this way of living through college (but there is yet any evidence), and then he gets into Harvard Law where he is made Law Review president? I find that to be absolutely unbelievable that he could have gotten in by merits. So, please, don’t try to convince me that he’s the smartest man in the world because he’s not. So, don’t bring up stories about GWB’s drinking when you have someone in the wh who is a proud member of the “choom gang.”

There are a couple theories on this.

One theory suggests that Barack Obama was the benefactor of explicit and/or implicit affirmative action. It’s a very plausible theory. I do not believe Obama did particularly well in college, because if he had, we would have seen his college records. The fact that “the most transparent administration in history” has never released any college records essentially proves that he was not the stellar student his supporters make him out to be.

Another theory would address the account from the book rather than his life. There is credible evidence to suggest that Bill Ayers actually wrote Dreams From My Father, or at least provided heavy editing. Bill Ayers has admitted that his own books are not necessarily truthful, but rather accounts of reality as he sees it — in other words, a carefully-constructed narrative meant to serve a particular purpose. Combine that with the fact that Obama has admitted some characters from his book are “composites” and you have the possibility that his drug use was somewhat exaggerated.

That would beg the question: why?

If Bill Ayers did write (or assist in writing) Dreams From My Father, I think it’s fairly safe to say that Ayers would not have thought it possible at the time of writing that Obama could ever become President. However, it WOULD have been very realistic that Ayers/Obama had sights set on a career in Chicago politics, where a little history of dabbling in drug use would provide valuable “street cred.”

Personally, I don’t know which theory is more likely. It’s probably a combination of both. I wouldn’t doubt that Obama did use drugs, but if he tried drugs as “enthusiastically” as he said, with as many people as he said, where are all those people now? Where are all his high school chums with whom he smoked reefer on the beach?

The thing that we all have to remember about Obama is that he is, by FAR, the most “constructed” President in our history. His image is not a natural one. His life story has been manipulated to produce a useful backstory. Everything is a tool to further his own ambition.

It might be time to keep up with the case of George Zimmerman being charged with murder when in reality what happened was self-defense.

The ConservativeTreehouse has been onto this story and a real breakthrough came when it was realized that the drink was not Arizona Iced Tea, but it was Arizona Watermelon juice. The Skittles were purple Skittles. The rest of the clues came from TM’s facebook page, which has now disappeared.

Trayvon Martin was a pot smoker, a drug dealer, and at the same time he had been using a concoction known as Lean or Purple Drank. The other missing ingredient is Robitussin DM. This is a highly dangerous concoction and some of its consequences include paranoia.

It is therefore highly likely that on that night TM had been intending to make himself a lean, and he went to purchase the necessary ingredients. It is also likely that he smoked some pot on the way home, and that he was indeed high when spotted.

It is difficult to grasp that a lot of people would not have made the connection because the Watermelon juice was being described as Iced Tea.

Here’s another entry into how Democrats are helping to fight the “War on Women” … gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett is at a rally, and precedes the rap act “Proph,” and … well, you’ll just need to watch it yourself (warning: it’s disturbing). http://campaign2012.washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/barrett-rally-rapper-sings-btches-who-ride-me/563406

Not one drive by media outlet in the state has picked up this story, or has asked how this is fighting the “War on Women.”
