The U.S. Supreme Court began hearing arguments regarding Obamacare today. At one point, the Supremes actually laughed at one of Obama’s lawyers.
The Trayvon/Martin incident is a top story all around the internet. One of the most interesting takes on it can be read here at Legal Insurrection.
President Obama was caught asking the Russian President to wait until after his re-election so that he could be more “flexible” with them. Sounds kind of treasonous to me. What do you think?

A more complete picture of Trayvon Martin emerges. Too bad nobody will run an actual recent picture of the 6’2″ h.s. football player instead of the several-years-old one the media keeps using.

Wonder if Al Sharpton will apologize to Mr. Zimmerman when the actual facts of the matter come out (and are buried on page 44-F of every newspaper in the country.) I made the statement on another site that I didn’t believe Trayvon was one of the Cosby kids, which is how he had been painted. Of course, I had to be a “racist” to say anything of that sort. Oh well, sometimes “racists” can still be right.
Maybe Daily Caller was paying attention.

If you want to know more then check out the international news online. I picked up that Kagan will definitely vote that it is ok. However, there are other vibes coming from the more conservative side and they are in no mood to agree to Abominablecare. You might find that they will look closely at the commerce clause and I think that they will look very closely at whether or not you can demand that someone enter into commerce.
I saw some interesting information on the Travyon situation. It seems that the media are running with a false meme.
What kind of mother trademarks her son’s name? She intends making money out of his death….. RED FLAG there folks.
However, it is Zimmerman, the Hispanic-American who is of interest to me. With a name like that I was betting that there is a Jewish link….. His mother is Peruvian. He is Latino but his situation is like that of my cousins whose father was Mexican-American and mother is Australian.
I also heard about the trademark today. I’m sure it was one of the race-hustlers like Al Sharpton who encouraged this. To be fair, though, I can see why they would do it. For one, it stops other people from capitalizing on his death, but it *could* become a way for her to carry on his legacy.
I do not know the truth of the scenario, but I am quite suspicious of Zimmerman. I do know that the MSM is pushing a false or twisted narrative, but as soon as the 911 operator told Zimmerman not to follow Trayvon, he should have gotten back in his car and left. One thing I know about carrying a concealed weapon, is that you should NEVER, EVER put yourself in a position to be seen as the aggressor.
