Herman Cain schools Lawrence O’Donnell

Posted on October 7, 2011 by Bridget // 2012 Elections, Conservativism, Hillbuzz, Identity Politics, Lamestream Media, Mission, Tea Party, The Left

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEjl5iaSG6I

(this is part 1 of last nights show)

I wanted to get these videos up earlier today but didn’t have time before work.  You guys have been talking about it in the Open Thread so I thought I’d get something “official” posted on it.  I watched the entire thing last night on MSNBC….it’s hard for me to watch Lawrence O’Donnell because I always expect him to sprout horns and grab his pitchfork.  I think he’s a very evil person and he gives me the creeps but I will always watch Herman Cain so I tuned in last night.  Herman was simply awesome.  This man knows his stuff and he has a very natural way of explaining his plan to get this country out of the hell hole we’ve fallen into.  There’s so many parts of this interview to talk about that I’ll leave it up to you guys to comment below on your favorite parts but I’ll just say one thing that I got out of it….  Herman Cain is a very smart man.  I don’t think the liberals know quite how to deal with a black man who is so personable, engaging,  pro-America and NOT liberal.

Here’s part 2 and 3 of  last nights show…..

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykG_QkgJ7zM

I can’t find the ending of the interview ( nobody has posted it yet on YouTube) but let me just sum it up for you.  Herman Cain left Lawrence O’Donnell wishing that he had chosen to interview Mitt Romney….who would have kowtowed and apologized about everything and basically made himself and the Republican party  look mushy-gushy and weak.  Herman gave Lawrence hell and did it with a smile on his face.  You can’t help but like him and his ideas are very sound and sensible.  He’s someone that most Americans can connect with and this must  scare Obama and his re-election campaign.

Growing up and living in the South my whole life…I have been listening to Herman Cain for years on WSB 750 and I have been a BIG  Herman fan for a very long time.  He is the man with the plan…plain and simple.

I just ordered my Cain 2012 bumper sticker.

I’m joining his campaign.

watched the first one and odonnell is a douche. all he's doing is distracting from the message of cain. yes, it's nice to have some background on cain thru his book, but i thought that 44 years later, we'd be past worrying about what happened in the civil rights movement to focus on worrying about today. yay blacks marched and got equal-more-than-equal rights thru affirmative action, and some took advantage of it and others did it on their own, but what is that doing for us NOW? how is this fixing the economy so i, and others, can have better paying jobs and lower expenses, gas, groceries, etc? NADA.

oh wow bridget i see what you mean about sprouting horns in that giant, yet empty, dome of his! just watched the second one and WHO TF IS HE TO BRING UP JOHN KERRY of ALL people "joining without waiting for the draft"?!!! mr odonnell, you sir, can suck d!cks in hell. i will pray for him. pray for his decapitation!

but, still love mr. cain, now that ms. palin is out. he has a definite plan; he is funny; he can be indignant when he needs to be, and he can undermine the race card that obamao's campaign is planning on using STILL for campaign 2.0.

One wonders that, if Mr Cain is nominated — or, for that matter, accepts the VP nomination, how Obama will attack him? Any gains made by Obama and the MSM will probably be offset by losses form Obama's black following.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to see Mr Cain peel 20-30% of the black vote off of The Pantload's hide?

Cain getting just 20% of the black vote would probably defeat Obama! (I've heard numbers something like that and going to try to find the math.)

It's obvious that Mr. Cain is showing very well among the White House INTERNAL polls. The sad left has shown which playbook they plan to use to stop Mr Cain. What the left doesn't know is that Mr Cain is well versed in this 'garbage race politics' and has made a career of defeating all who would try to 'classify' him as a sell out. Hold on to your hats, patriots!!! It's going to be a bumpy ride for the left. I LOVE IT WHEN THEIR DESPERATION SHOWS!!!

Has anybody bothered to ask the self-righteous Mr. O'Donnell in which branch of the military he so proudly served? And if he did serve, was it for or against the U.S.

O'Donnell was at Harvard from 1969 to 1976. It took him seven years to get his "four" year bachelor's degree. He got a deferment from the draft each year he was in college. He's a low life hypocrite.

Bring up Kerrey (who LOD thought was fit to be CIC in 2004) caused me to tune out. LOD said Kerrey enlisted. Kerrey enlisted because he was drafted and his number was up and he wanted to go in as an officer. Kerry came back after only four months (asking for discharge) with three purple hearts that have been widely disputed. Kerrey marched against his fellow soldiers and slimed them before congress calling them baby killers. He threw his (or someone's) medals over the White House fence.

Draft dodging LOD threw anti-war activist Kerry in Cain's face. Disgusting.

my thoughts were very similar, california granny, except i thought that o'donnel was certainly showing typical liberal hypocrisy in supporting a war ONLY if it makes their opponents look bad. i thought draft dodging and war bashing were time honored liberal practices!

As a dedicated and very disappointed Palinista, I am about ready to jump on the Cain Train. I will admit that I was much too dismissive of him before. Now that I am paying attention, I am blown away by his intelligence and ability to articulate his ideas. I could listen to this guy speak all day long! As much as I love Sarah, she is not as eloquent.

i was for cain before i was for palin because i'd listen to him fill in for boortz and he always cracked me up. i hope when he debates and interviews, he recaptures that ease he had behind the mic when on the radio. i think in the above videos, even tho he hands whatshisface his buttocks, he was still a little nervous sounding, and it would be easy to entrap him into saying something stupid he didn't necessarily mean but the media would pounce all over. not that i would vote for him and thankfully he'll never run, but rush has that ease of speaking no matter where he's at- radio, cpac or in interviews, and i hope cain can channel that open honesty and ease.

I would also encourage you to look at Ron Paul and Gary Johnson if you like Sarah Palin. Gary Johnson got New Mexico government under control the same way the next president has to get the Federal government under control. And Gary was elected twice, in a state where Dems outnumber Reps 2 to 1. Ron Paul has been predicting the current economic crisis for 35 years, and writing books about it for as long. He knows EXACTLY what’s wrong and EXACTLY how to fix it.

The only significant difference either of them have with Sarah Palin is in foreign policy, an issue that very, very few likely voters care about. They would both bring the troops home from expensive overseas outposts in places like Germany and Japan. (Why are we still defending Germany and Japan?!?)

It’s about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS. It’s the economy. And Ron Paul and Gary Johnson are both fantastic on getting the government out of the way of the private sector.

I cannot believe what a prick that O'Donnell is. I thought that Mr. Cain did a superb job! O'Donnell's last point about the working poor having to go from a single digit tax rate to a double digit one. This moron assumes that the employed spends dollar for every dollar he earns. Who does that? Is buying illegal drugs part of the budget? I'm so glad that Mr. Cain brought up the fact that the payroll tax would be eliminated. I've always been a Cain supporter. And since Sarah has announced that she won't run for the nomination, I have made my choice. Thanks for posting this! I would not have known about this condescending interview because there is no way I would go to marxistNBC.

Herman Cain brings the house down at Values Voter Summit

This is a great speech from Herman Cain at the Values Voter Summit. As someone on twitter said, they lost count of how many standing ovations Cain got during the speech.

Patti, thanks for posting this. I watched it live but am glad I can watch it again.

One can just tell that Mr Cain wants this badly. He is working his butt off trying to make all the TV and radio appearances he can. He is all over the place. I wonder what his internal polling is showing? I don't believe those NBC, CNN, ABC, etc polls. They are always slanted for the dems.

He has all the momentum right now. I believe Herman Cain is smelling blood in the water. I hope he is right!

Quite simply, what we will be seeing is the Øbama media trying to Un-Black Herman Cain. This may turn against him. The media and the Race Industry in our country will be tripping over themselves trying to make sure that Mr. Cain is not viewed as being black enough. They will do their best at trying to try and make it look like Cain achieved his success by disavowing the black community.

Herman Cain needs to learn the bio of any person who is about to interview him, so that if they attack him like this again, he can take their hypocritical preening and jam it right back up their noses.

O'Donnell is an absolute racist. He expects black Hermain Cain to sign up for a high probability of death being a black man in an Georgian regiment. O'Donnell is such a mummy's boy he would be first to run away to Canada, yet expects black men to die in a horrible war.

LOD needs to learn that before he can go on the airwaves to attack someone, he needs to more carefully read the book written by that person first. You don't cite items from the book if you don't know the context. LOD looked like a chump. I've never seen him before and I know that I will never watch any show he's on.
