Great poster promoting “Sarah Taking Stock” inspired by Woodstock posters — Waukee, Iowa Labor Day Weekend
A big thanks to Jen-for-Prez for this submission. It’s gorgeous work, and really invokes the vibe of the classic Woodstock poster.
“Sarah Taking Stock”, or “Sarahstock”, is gaining increasing energy as the grassroots name for Labor Day weekend and the big speech Governor Palin will deliver to the Tea Party in Waukee, Iowa September 3rd.
Jen gives you permission to print out her hard work and use it for decoration at the event, or for other personal purposes, but please respect her talent and time by not reproducing the above for commercial purposes.
Design your own take on the theme…the more the merrier…and tap into your creativity to create all sorts of terrific posters and banners to celebrate Governor Palin’s Labor Day speech!

Excellent work, Jen-for-Prez. Especially like the heels on Palin which I didn't notice at first. Two thumbs up.

I just had a tshirt made with Sarah's abbreviated quote: HEELS ON, GLOVES OFF. I am having it made as a poster as well for my solo drive ( well, with my guard dog yorkie) to Iowa from Florida. Since I'll be driving in my RV, I want to make it a billboard on wheels. I love the poster here as well for SarahStock. Thank you for sharing it with us. I look forward to meeting other Hillbuzzers at the event!
Thank you everyone! Glad you enjoyed it.
You are very talented! Thanks for this poster. The nostalgic muse visited me yesterday. Strange!

Well I came upon veteran Patriot, he was carryin’ Tea Party Poster
And I asked him tell me where are ya’ goin’, then he told me:
He said, I headed to Hawkeye Antique Acres, goin’ join Sarah Palin’s band.
Got’ta restore this land, back to the brave and the free.
We are Palinista, we are rollin’, we want 500 billion dollar reduction
And we got to get ourselves back to the constitution.
Well, then can I walk beside ya’? I’m so excited I want ta’ jog.
And I feel myself a part of America’s restoration
And maybe it’s late in the year, yes, said maybe it’s the time for Palin.
And I don’t know if she’s declare but we got’ta stop the spendin’
We are Palinista, we are rollin’, we want 500 billion dollar reduction
And we got to get ourselves back to the constitution.
By the time we got to Sarahstock, we were fifty thousand strong,
And everywhere was signs sayin' Please! lead Our the Nation.
And I dreamed I saw the commie’s campaign jet flyin’ cross the sky,
Askin’ is that a union meetin’, as he flew above the Palin nation.
We are Palinista, we are rollin’, we want 500 billion dollar reduction
And we got to get ourselves back to the constitution.
Laurairish~ I live on a highway in Illinois, and I was just thinking that I should get a "Sarah Palin for President" yard sign ready for the day that she declares. Then I saw your post on the sidebar…I'm going to start it off with that quote. Thanks for the idea! Safe travels to Iowa!
This is an awesome graphic! Well done!
PERFECT!!
