Just listen.
Neil Abercrombie admits to his friend, a radio host, that there is no birth certificate with the name “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.” on it.
That is because his birth certificate says “Barry Soetoro” on it.
That is what his birth certificate says since he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in the 1970s. Once a child is adopted, the original birth certificate is sealed and the adopted parents and the child’s new adopted name appear on the birth certificate.
There is a “Barry Soetoro” birth certificate on file in Hawaii…but there is none for “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.”.

When you think about it though, that’s not the way it should be. There should be a birth certificate, and then a certificate of adoption, because that is what actually happened.

This is why I don’t think “Barry Soetoro” was ever a legally given name. I think it was used for certain forms, but none of any legal significance. Look at Stanley Ann’s passport application to see that she referred to “Soebarkah” as an alternative to Barack Hussein Obama, most likely because “Soebarkah” was documented as his official name on Indonesian paperwork stemming from his adoption. She would have had to provide the adoption papers as documentation.
If Hawaii has anything Indonesian, I think it references the name “Soebarkah”. I am still not convinced they have anything on file, though. Is there any reason she would have needed to file his adoption papers in Hawaii? Has he voted in Hawaii or anything that would require Hawaiian citizenship?
From the HDOH responses to UIPA requests I made for records created when BHO amended his ‘Place of Birth,’ his ‘Name,’ and his ‘Date of Birth’….ONLY the ‘Date of Birth’ amendment records request was answered by the HDOH denying me access according to state privacy laws. Isn’t that interesting?
The requests I made, at the same time, for records resulting from a ‘Name Change’ and amendment to his ‘Place of Birth’ came back with the answer that NO SUCH RECORDS EXIST.
However, that’s not to say that Obama was never ‘Barry Soetoro.’ He was in ‘Barry Soetoro’ in Indonesia–adopted legally or not. At least I am inclined to believe so from his school records photographed by the AP. As I recall, Texas Darlin’ had the theory that he just came back to the US and resumed using his original birth certificate – I go with that.
I recall reading once, that in Indonesia, a Muslim child is de facto adopted by a man after two years under his care. By that I mean I read it when looking at Indonesian law–not some second-hand source. But, the child and man have to be Muslim–it’s not de facto for *ahem* a Catholic child – hare, har.
The Post & Email story indicates that Indonesians typically had only one name, but would adopt a nickname + father’s single Indonesian name when there was a need to fill out Western style forms or other cases in which a first and last name are generally used. I think that’s where “Barry Soetoro” stemmed from.
I agree that *if* there is a U.S. birth certificate somewhere (I’m still not convinced), he simply reverted back to it when he returned to the states. There would be no real reason for his Indonesian certificate to be filed. The way his mother flitted around the world and used all kinds of different dates and locations on official paperwork, I don’t think she really cared about doing things properly.
I am persuing dual citizenship for my little boy, who (like Obama) was born with both U.S. and British citizenship. If I’ve learned one thing, it’s that countries don’t coordinate this stuff. The U.S. does not care that my son is British, and vice versa.

I like to remind people that Obama was born under the British Nationality Act of 1958, too. His ‘team’ likes to omit this fact which is curious to me given that the BNA of 1958 left a lot of people ‘stateless.’

To clarify, they only mention the BNA of 1948. Seems the BNA of 1958 would be ‘current events’ for a Kenyan student of law and parent of a child born in 1961.

If Abercrombie was smart enough to look at the hospitals for records of the birth of Barack Omama Jr., don’t you think he would have been smart enough to look for a birth certificate under the adoptive name of Barry Soetoro?
He went by Barry Obama throughout high school and college. It was his nickname among his family, not something that they came up with in Indonesia.

The name Soebarkah is the one that was given to him when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro.
Indonesians typically use nicknames. This is the case with the name Lolo. Soetoro is his offical name but to fill out a Western form where two names are required he added Lolo.
At the Catholic school Barry’s name was written in as Barry Soetoro, not Soebarkah.
The only time we have seen the official Indonesian name which is Soebarkah has been on that passport application.
Ok, here’s what bothers me about the name ‘Soebarkah’ appearing in the passport records:

2.) The cover letter indicates that some of the records had been destroyed although the agency that is given the blame says they ordered no such destruction of records.
3.) Here goes: To me, that first ‘a’ in the name ‘Soebarkah’ looks like too much like an ‘o’ that someone just added a tail to unlike the second ‘a.’
And then that makes me wonder if the ‘b’ could have originally been a ‘t.’
To me, it just looks like ‘Soebarkah’ could have once said ‘Soetoro’ and that would corroborate the school records in Indonesia.
During the campaign, that could not be allowed to happen.
It’s one thing for a school teacher to make an error in someone’s name, but not your own mother.
In other words, the fact that someone may have accessed these records and the whole wierd way they look, AND the fact that some of the records had been ‘disappeared’ according to the state department’s cover letter makes me just wonder about all of it.

This is a follow-up to my comment that’s in moderation….
I can’t help but notice that every other page in the passport documents was scanned in color – but not the page with ‘Soebarkah’ written on it and it is page 2 of a two-sided form. The ink on Page 1 is black, but it still has some ‘hue’ to it and also there’s the red typewriter ink. And just look at the noise and funk in the background of page 1 and the back side just looks clean as a whistle? Sorry it’s weird.
Page 2 of that form looks like a scan of a photocopy – every other page of those passport forms looks like a color scan from an original…to me anyway. The papers don’t pass the smell test…
No, I don’t think that Abercrombie is that smart or knew Obama well enough to be aware of those other names. Bloggers are, though, and so far there’s no evidence anywhere that Barry Soetoro was officially used in Hawaii. Index data, which would list that name, is available for public consumption. Of course, they could be hiding it and breaking the law, but I doubt that. I’m not sure if anyone has looked deeply into the “Soebarkah” name yet, but it’s been out there for a little while so I assume so.
I believe that in her dealings with the U.S. government, Stanley Ann continued to use Obama’s American name, knowing that legal matters in Indonesia are not that relevant to the U.S.

1) Abercrombie in fact has NO personal knowledge that B.O. was born in the state. To the contrary, an eyewitness in a position to know (Abercombie) has no memory of B.O.’s birth to his dear, dear friends.
2) No bc exists.
Regardless of the explanation, this interview is gigantic news.
But this interview is also, I believe, all part of the ongoing Kabuki show initiated by Abercrombie. The precise motive, we do not know.
But it can be inferred, something profoundly corrupt is taking place with respect to this issue.
I suspect that there is indeed no birth certificate. I believe that Abercrombie and Obama discussed Abercrombie’s plans to search for the evidence, but I think that Obama was relying on various government peons to invoke the “privacy” concerns before Abercrombie got as far as he did and screwed things up. I don’t think either Abercrombie or Obama are as brilliant as some people like to think. The whole thing is going to fall apart because they are relying on too many different people to perpetuate a lie.
I think we can count on two things:
One, there are lots of people who are involved in this mess, who have knowledge of the magnitude of the fraud going on.
Two, that being the case, you had better believe that the Obama Gestapo is working very hard to keep things under wraps and that there more than likely is some major intimidation going on. This is one he[[ of a dangerous administration.
Sometimes I do judge a book by its cover, and this may come off as rude, but when I saw Abercrombie, and when I read his braggadocious comments that he was going to prove to those awful Birthers that Obama was born in a Hospital in Hawaii, and that he had seen Obama as an infant, which was the impression he gave early on, he seemed peculiarly flakey, almost as if he just went through a 12 step program for recovering flower children. I feel sorry for Hawaii, they really elected a doozy.
I agree…I think the conspiracy theories give him too much credit. I don’t necessarily think that Obama would take him seriously enough to coordinate a plan with him (until it became clear he was a BIG liability).
Sadly, he reminds me of my city’s mayor, in both appearance and conduct.

I could be naive, but I really do think that Abercrombie is an idiot. It became a Kabuki show AFTER he got far enough to create problems for Obama. Someone had a word with him, and that’s why the story changed to “privacy issue” instead of “no records”.
Here’s what I think happened:
Abercrombie took it upon himself to settle the birth certificate issue once and for all because he wanted to help dear leader get reelected.
Obama, knowing that Abercrombie is a complete buffoon, didn’t worry about it at first. He’s got plenty of government people in place to lie for him and block access, just like they have been doing all along with the general public.
Somewhere along the way, the firewall broke. Some government peon, blinded by Abercrombie’s status as governor and/or his nice personality, overshared.
Abercrombie flapped his big mouth and the Obama team made a few calls to make sure that there would be no more digging, citing privacy laws. Now Abercrombie is going to parrot that line, wrongfully indicating that there ARE files in existence, he’s just not allowed to see them.
Of course Obama could share his certificate with anyone and everyone if he really wanted to. Therein lies the Kabuki. There is no certificate. Team Obama is perpetuating the idea that the certificate is filed away and won’t be revealed because it contains embarassing information.
What could be so embarassing that it’s worth over two million dollars and government employees risking perjury?

Far from casting dispersions on the Hawaiian people, they may well have saved us by electing Abercrombie. Think about it. Would anyone who was not PERSONALLY there take such steps to prove to himself that Obama is who he says he is? The guy describes Abercrombie as “militant” in defending that Obama was born there. Who but someone like this would have had the audacity to search the records, and make PUBLIC that he’s going to do so?

The Evans interview is linked at the top of Drudge right this minute. I found out because I just got a call about it from a friend who followed the Drudge link and listened to the interview and found it persuasive. This is a friend who has made fun of me for being a “birther.” My friend is a highly educated and successful professional, not some kid in his mother’s basement.
I believe the Drudge link is huge. Millions who would not otherwise know of the interview will discover it today.
As I read the twists and turns in this story, there are two questions that keep coming to mind. First, what would we have to discover from revealing the original birth certificate that would be so astounding as to challenge Obama’s legitimacy as president, now that he’s two years in? That the COLB is totally bogus and he was born in Kenya? I think that’s unlikely. But we could discover something that would reveal another lie, something that shows Obama, as an adult, fabricated and perpetuated a lie about himself. Something that would disillusion enough independents to guarantee he’s a one term pres. The second scenario is more interesting to me.
Here’s what I honestly think, and I’ve followed this story from nearly the beginning back in ’07… I think “Barack” used whatever name and identity was expedient at the time to whatever he was pursuing. He needed to get into college? Use the foreign name to get special perks. He needed graduate school and some street cred, he changed his name to the one that sounded “blacker” to get the civil rights cred. He is a camelion. He is at this moment whatever he needs to be to convince you to 1) like him, 2) do whatever he says.
Witness now the ever-changing hair color. Need to look older and wise, gray. Need to look young and healthy, black.
He melds and molds and lies and charms… Actually I think that weird one-name thing probably fits him better than any of the others.

How about running a campaign that involves yard signs that say, “I won’t vote for Soebarkah, Barry Dunham, Barry Soetoro, Barack Obama or whoever he really is. Even so, I think it’s important to know!”
If millions around the country had the signs in their yard, it would be hard not to notice, wouldn’t it? It would also show, seeing the birth certificate isn’t about Hawaii.
From now on, I think I’ll refer to him as President Soebarkah in public. It’s obscure and weird enough for people to ask about the name. I’ll tell them it’s his real name, and to look it up, which will lead more people to research the bc issue.

I agree, because I have a liberal relative who does precisely the same thing: using different variations of her name, associating with a variety of religions, adopting bits and pieces of different cultures that float her boat, fibbing about where she was born and raised, etc. etc. etc.
I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. All of the obsfucations…all of the loose ends are simply a cover up of the fact that he has multiple records under multiple names. Even his mother went by Stanley Ann Dunham, Anna Obama, Ann Soetero, etc (probably collecting various SS#s for each name as well.) It’s much easier to hide money and get different grants and benefits when you are using multiple names. I’m not sure of the numbers but haven’t invesigators found multiple SS#s associated with BHO?
This whole diversion of the Birth Certificate is simply an attempt to hide the fact that, as you stated, he has used whichever name has benefited him most in a particular situation. And while you can call yourself whatever name you like in your personal life, when it comes to official documents, if you use different names to obtain financial benefits, it is called FRAUD and it is generally frowned upon in most societies!
the difference with Ann Dunham is that she really did marry Lolo Soetoro and take on his name, and then she returned to her maiden name per her divorce papers from Lolo Soetoro.
She also appears to have married Barry Sr. and she apparently divorced him.
She certainly never lived with Barry Sr.

I still think it’s creepy how all references to Queens just… disappeared when K’apali (spelling and I don’t care to look it up) had their 100 year anniversary and BHO (or someone) sent that letter saying how honored he was to have been born there. Literally within days ALL references to him being born at Queens were GONE.

That is a VERY interesting article. I’ve read several of his. This one seems very… cover-your-head-it’s-coming. Then I see it in red on Drudge and hear Limbaugh talking and AZ coming out with the new law. I’ve been a “birther” from nearly the start, got shouted down, called names, laughed at, ridiculed, pitched off of sites I very much enjoyed.
But I always knew “there is something there.” Far too many questions, not nearly enough solid answers. And I love MissTickly for saying that she doesn’t ridicule anybody’s theories because sans facts that’s all we have to go on.
My question now… what happens to the Supreme Court when all of this comes down like a house of cards, and could we be looking at President Boehner being sworn in at some point?

It’s about time we figure out who the DBA’s are at the Hawaiian DOH. The DBA’s, or Database Administrators, are the people that control edits of indexes (which appear to have happened in this case) or anything else pertaining to these databases. DBA’s are the keepers of the keys to the castle. These DBA’s are probably being kept on VERY short leashes or being intimidated. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Those who believe Obama is saving his birth certificate to triumphantly spring on his enemies in the next campaign aren’t thinking it through. If he does that he will look smaller than ever and it could backfire big time. I can just imagine the campaign ads and viral Youtube videos about how, in order to gain a personal political advantage, Obama arrogantly toyed with the American people, insulted citizens with honest questions they have the right to ask, wasted the time of countless courts, made a mockery of the Constitution he swore an oath to uphold, and knowingly allowed an honorable military officer to be court martialed and imprisoned. Regardless of how this plays out, Obama will eventually lose.

This is the one thing where he is lying and to the point that his little band of trolls are trying to throw people off the scent… with their obsfucation about the Indonesian Embassy in Washington denying that he was even adopted or had Indonesian citizenship….
After all, that response needs to come from the American Embassy in Indonesia… or vital records in Indonesia…. NOT in Washington.
Then there is the information on Ann Dunham’s passport application… it really does show that Soerbakah was adopted.
I don’t know Indonesian law, but in the research regarding my own family, I’m discovering that citizenship doesn’t just disappear. In most cases you need to formally renounce it. I have read that in Indonesia dual citizenship only lasts until 18 and then you have to pick a country…so I guess if he did use an Indonesian passport in college, it’s indication that he picked that citizenship…or else was using it illegally.

Damage Control: Hollywood Reporter Mike Evans, reaffirms(backtracks) that Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie told him, now says he did not speak with Abercrombie but spoke with his office. But still says there is NO long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama in the state of Hawaii. Mike Evans appeared on the Peter Boyles radio show to discuss his recent comments on the KQRS morning show. Once the audio is available I will update this post with it. I think we are hot on the trail here. They are in panic mode trying to cover the tracks. Seems like we’re starting to develop a pattern of people accidentally speaking the truth, then being instructed to backtrack on their statements.

Possibility: Through obfuscation, ridicule and with help from LSM, Obama manages to keep any records of his past ( including birth, school, law school, passports, Selective Service, IL state senate, etc.) from being released. By playing out the clock to 2012, Obama will play the legal card if it is discovered that he is ineligible, claiming that a legal precedent has been established by his serving one term already as President.
It is one man’s opinion that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen as the Constitution requires only the President to be. Therefore he is ineligible to hold the office and should be removed.
Thinking out loud–does the fact that several Supreme Court Justices didn’t show up at the SOTU have anything to do with Obama’s eligibility questions?
Did we ever find out why those Justices didn’t show up–in their own words? As far as I know it was all speculation. Anyone know how we can find out if there are any eligibility issues on the SCOTUS docket?
It is my understanding that 0bama, Barry, whatever his name is, can no longer practice law in Illinois; neither can Michelle.
Kevin, what have you heard about this? I have heard that perhaps he lied about having used another name.
I’ve looked into that, and the other names are of no consequence if he didn’t use them for official business in Illinois. Both Michelle and Barack gave up their licenses voluntarily because they didn’t need them anymore.
Bambi may have put his license into inactive status once he was in elected office just because he didn’t want to deal with the requirements to keep it current but I suspect that Meechelle MaBelle had some ethical issues and surrendered hers rather than face misconduct issues. Who would go all the way through law school and work that hard to pass the bar and then just decide to surrender their license after only a few years?
