Go Bama! Roll Tide! DOJ trying to stop Alabama’s immigration law.

Fox is reporting that the Department of Justice, at the request of Obama, has filed an appeal to block Alabama’s new immigration law.
The Obama administration asked an appeals court on Friday to block the enforcement of Alabama’s strict immigration law — widely considered to be the toughest in the nation — arguing it invites discrimination against foreign-born citizens and legal immigrants and is at odds with federal policy.
What federal policy? You mean the one that the government won’t enforce? Oh, they must mean the federal policy that is to “look the other way and allow millions and millions of illegal aliens to flood over our border so that they can take advantage of our country and push us to the brink of bankruptcy.”
Alabama is ignoring the appeal. Woo Hoo!
The Justice Department’s appeal said parts of the law conflict with federal rules, and that “attempts to drive aliens `off the grid’ will only impede the removal process established by federal law.” It also said the legislation could impact diplomatic relations with foreign countries.”Alabama is not in a position to answer to other nations for the consequences of its policy,” it said. “That is the responsibility of the federal government, which speaks for all the states and must ensure that the consequences of one state’s foray in to the realm of immigration law are not visited upon the nation as a whole.”
What? Did they just say that this legislation could impact the diplomatic relations that we have with foreign countries? Really?
Did Eric Holder and Obama worry about diplomatic relations when they authorized Fast and Furious…allowing hundreds of assault weapons to walk into Mexico so that Mexican citizens could be murdered? I bet that did wonders for our relationship with Mexico.
You would think that the Justice Department would want to lay low right now and NOT get involved with anything Mexican but I guess this is the obligatory liberal pro-illegal game plan so Holder has to get involved.
God forbid a rogue state like Alabama would actually want to try and defend it’s sovereignty.

Can we also say, "follow the money on this?" I read that up to 2000 Hispanic children withdrew from the schools. Wouldn't that have represented loss of $ for the school systems? Just wondering. I know that in the Chicago area, that is a big deal – headcount. Anyone else know? Please correct me if I have a mistaken understanding here.

Well, the former jr. sen. from IL did compare himself to St. Abe a lot during the campaign. Looks like he has the same idea that the feds trump the states on everything.
Be vigilant of those who confess to be in the true TEA PARTY leadership, as we have been conned before by both sides of the aisle. Making the wrong decision when we vote in 2012, could as well replace Obama with another far right Republican, who are favored by the open border delegations who pour money into their campaigns. We should be nervous of Perry, and the apportionment of money heading in his direction, as he will be capable of swamping the TV channels with unequaled rhetoric. My limited funds will go towards Herman Cain, who is my contender in the race and has a strong plan for our country, including his ambitious D- in relating to his standing opinion, that no illegal alien should be offered amnesty. Romney, Bachmann have also are considered to have excellent records, to finally stop the devastating effect of people from foreign countries pouring into America. The rest of the candidates have poor to abysmal records, while they have been public servants of the people. The Democrats have to rely on those extra voters in 2012, whether they are legal or illegal. THIS IS A TRUE FACT THAT CAN BE AUTHENTICATED. The Republican hardliners are already hoping to derail Rep. Lamar Smiths Mandatory E-Verify, so their special interest lobbyists can still get their fair share of cheap labor. These people are coming here and not just through our shared border with Mexico, but by international flights from across the world. Both political parties have their own agendas, with the Liberal Extremists pushing the Department of In-Justice, trying to block the current Alabama immigration policing laws. More state will follow Arizona, Alabama, Georgia and others, but will be enveloped in lies from the other side and the goal of the Obama leadership in crushing any chance of a states sovereignty being upheld. New York is another State with relaxed immigration laws, so it’s no wonder there welfare entitlement commitment is zooming ever higher. Then again, Andrew Cuomo, collected the title of “Architect of Ruin” along with others as Rep. Barney Frank. On Coumo’s watch he pressured banks and financial houses to offer low income, specifically illegal alien’s mortgage loans—even though they didn’t have the means, to pay them back—even they couldn’t qualify with sufficient credit. All this issue was quietly snuggled away into dusty files somewhere, so the public remained in the dark. This had the cause of effect of the rest estate crash that took place in 2009.

Maybe if Alabama changed its name to Allahbama, Obama (who is not a Muslim) would like them and lay off?
The federal government's law enforcement refuses to enforce the law, thereby forcing the states to seek a remedy to the invasion. So far it is being done by passing laws aimed at making it uncomfortable to be an invader in the hopes of moving them along. The federal government then attempts to prevent this legal process and refuses to address the fact that they have sat by and let the invasion occur.
Is the federal government creating conditions where people begin to take more 'concrete' measures aimed at moving this plague along if their state and local governments are prevented from advocating for their own citizens? We know they will not hesitate to attack American citizens and will protect their precious invader serfs. Their policies are either recklessly naive or designed as if they are hoping for violence to break out. They certainly aren't leaving much of a middle ground.
Meanwhile the invasion continues mostly unabated while Americans agonize over long term job prospects in a nation that seems to be in decline.
When I watch these politicians shuck and jive while trying to figure out how to pass amnesty and attempt to bankrupt munincipalities and state governments through litigation in order to protect their precious invaders the word treason runs through my head but what do I know.
