My mom's decided she wants Lindsay Graham to run for president – she thinks Sarah Palin "hasn't been on the scene long enough" and is too (wait for it) POLARIZING to win. ARGH!!! My mother is way too intelligent to be falling for this "inexperienced/polarizing" crap…
Bleurgh!
I'm not suprised that a lot of intelligent people are getting their talking points from the MSM. But Lindsay Graham?!
May I ask what the appeal is? Maybe he creeps me out too much for me to have a valid opinion, but he's a conniving so and so.
She saw him talking to Greta about Obama "whining" and thought he made a lot of sense. Which he did, but that doesn't mean he ought to be president, for God's sake.
I asked her if she noticed that "polarizing" is always used about female political figures, and she was like, "Well, I thought Bill Clinton was polarizing."
Me: Maybe, but did the MEDIA ever refer to him as "polarizing"?
Her: I don't know, I don't remember…
If she bothered to take the time to look into Sarah Palin's record, I think she'd be at least 75% over to "our side"…I try to bring it into conversation when I can without being obnoxious.
Lindsay Graham is the most unsuitable choice. He is all over the place… and because he refuses to come out of the closet he is a known "risk" for bribery and extortion.
He would be a very poor choice indeed.
Well, duh.
"The Tea Party's brew includes gays and lesbians."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/arti…
You…you mean the Tea Party doesn't sit around hating non-straight and/or non-white people all day?!?!?!?!?
Read this for the comments.
"I don't believe it."
"How can you vote for a party that hates you?"
"I know gays across the country and none of them voted Republican".
"Tea Party principles would undo Brown v. Board of Education, Loving v. Virgina, and Lawrence v. Texas." How can they come up with this stuff.
Comments are closed and I'm not registered, but I would link them to Hillbuzz.
An outrageously outrageous outrage:
Fox News is calling the government run healthcare option – wait for it, you may want to sit down:
The government option.

I know, I'm outraged too. *epic eyeroll*
Hmmmmmm… Why would Prince Charles and Camilla instruct their driver to drive thru a raging mob of protesters knowing full well cameras would be present to catch it all on tape?
Oh wait… maybe they had NO idea?????
Sure.
Sarah Palin supports Paul Ryan's roadmap:

Stronger than the Cocktail Party.
Great article. As always the comments have a lot of criticisms of Palin. They are all personal not one damn comment criticizing her political positions.
Dems set their sights on 2012 elections.
Allen West features prominently:

This is why the left is so effective. They have no problem with this level of engagement with the government, and they NEVVUR, EVVUR stop fighting.
Charles Krauthammer on why Obama actually won the tax battle:
http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/254946/swi…
I know a lot of the commenters here have problems with Krauthammer, but I think he's right.
Considering what a rabid leftist Teh Once is, there's no reason he'd back down – and so *ostentatiously* – unless he wanted to win in the long term. All the Cocktail Party wanted was a short term boost and to be able to describe themselves as the party of low taxes.
Check out the Obama moves on Gov. Christie

He is a mean little man.
He is part of the new generation (big year for retirements!) sleeper cell/RINO candidates the DEMS/LSM are creating to AGAIN pick our candidates and dictate the agenda. Both he and his wife are progressives.
Trust and believe us on this!
Sarah Palin mentions what she likes to read. One of the authors is C.S Lewis. Joy Behar has fun with this – ooh, childrens' author, hur hur.
Srsly – how can you consider yourself one of the elites (*snort*) and not even KNOW that Lewis also wrote adults' books?
http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/254927/palin…
I wonder if she makes fun of the many adults who like the Harry Potter books as well. I know plenty of adults who love those, as well as the Twilight saga. Also what about children's/family movies, i.e. the Pixar ones? Come on…
For the past 2 days, I've heard ads on local Dallas talk radio seeking American INDIANS for "settlements for discrimination by the USDA against those who wanted to be farmers".
The TSA pats down the Indian Ambassador. Because kuh-LEER-lee the threat America faces is Indian diplomats who have the temerity to war saris:

Of course, they're blaming the raaaaacist Mississippi, even though the state had nothing to do with it.
The security in Australia do not pat down travellers.
Every time we disembarked and then embarked at our destinations we had to go through security check. (security for embarking). It was inevitable that people were beeped and the security on the ship had the wands. At no time did they personally touch the passengers.
I have written this about my security experiences
…. what happened was my fault because I placed items in the wrong bag.
http://inforapenny.wordpress.com/
I have written a little piece on my experience.
As I have explained, it was my fault, and I screwed up when I placed the items in the wrong bag.
Sarah Palin will never be the next Mother Theresa, but she is certainly the most brilliant politician on earth. She is aligning herself with non other than Franklin Graham and his father. The latest move of our next GOP nomination winner is good will visit to Haiti. This will catapult her as the "Christian Evangelical Woman" the great prophet Chris Mathews predicted she would be to win Iowa and South Carolina.
Way to go future President Palin!
lloks like the deal made with the dems is now full of earmarks..if the repubs let this slide it will be their waterloo! i'm sure there will be more revelations, i was shocked to hear this.
