A few things that caught my interest today…
Did you hear the Ed Klein interview with Jeremiah Wright? He pretty much throws Obama under the bus.
A Wisconsin teacher reveals the union racket. You go girl! The one good thing to come out of the Scott Walker recall: The unions have been exposed.
One last thing, and this is a sad one. A friend of mine from the internet, Mish Shedlock, lost his wife to ALS yesterday. Mish has one of the best financial sites on the internet.

This particular teacher has taken a lot of flak for taking her stand.
Mayor Tom Barrett failed to show up for two memorial services for Milwaukee police officers this week, and can’t remember what he was doing instead. WTMJ’s John Mecure commits a flagrant act of journalism here: http://www.620wtmj.com/news/local/151951295.html It will be interesting to see if Mayor Barrett gets back to him or if he ignores it, hoping it will just blow over.

Walker is polling 4-5 points ahead of Barrett. Let’s hope this insult makes the spread even wider.

We sent Scott Walker, even though we are not from Wisconsin. It is vitally imprtant that the Governor busting antics of the Union are stopped. My husband and I have very limited funds…we give to St. Judes and the Wounded Warrior funds, and gave to Gov. Walker because if the Unions, SEIU, Teamsters, etal will in Wisconsin, no Governer will attempt to stop them. The Teacher in this ad deserves three cheers.

Why Conservatives Must Join the Battle for America On Twitter
Twitter is the online equivalent to “Easy Rider,” the 1969 film that changed Hollywood forever. When that film hit and became a national sensation, a whole generation of filmmakers were ready to capitalize and take over the industry because they had spent years in television and film learning their craft. In this same way, Twitter came of age after conservatives had already spent a decade-or-so learning their craft online through blogs. We learned how to write, how the media works, and how to fight. Twitter arrived and when it did, our foundation to utilize it effectively was already in place.
Yes, now we are winning, but the left will never stop adapting and neither should we. Even if we oust President FailureTeleprompter in 2012, that’s just the beginning of the beginning. This is an eternal war of inches and it requires tireless patriots unwilling to give up even one of those inches.

I’m convinced that by ending the left’s corrupt bottleneck of the flow of information, Twitter has become the most important political invention since the American Constitution; and like that document, we must cherish, protect, and use it.

This was at a memorial service for fallen police officers — the service which Mayor Tom Barrett skipped in order to meet with union officials.
