Doesn't it seem like no one trusted the current First Lady not to F-up the Olympics bid?
Proud of the Olympics and the IOC for the first time in her adult life.
On Friday, our current First Lady was supposed to plead the case for the Chicago Olympics, but instead her husband will do that for her.
Her husband, incidentally, is apparently the acting President of the Chicago Chamber of Commerce.
Oh, he’s also the current President of the United States, but we all know where his real priorities lie (while his heart, of course, reamains in Honolulu, or Indonesia, or wherever the heck he considers himself “from”).
It’s just amusing to us that someone in either the White House or the Chicago Olympics Bid Committee set Mrs. Utopia up to look so stupid — the way this was all handled was TERRIBLE. The White House announces fashion-icon Mrs. Utopia would single-handedly win the Olympics for Chicago, using all of her charms and her ultra-glam fashion sense to dazzle all 100 of the IOC voting members. It was claimed by the newly-created and potentially-illegal “White House Office for Olympics Advancement and Encouragement of Vast Amounts of Graft and Corruption”, headed up by notorious slumlord and tenement profiteer Valerie Jarrett, that Mrs. Utopia would clearly save the day. Fussy Belgians and petulant Frenchman would walk into a room backing Rio, but Mrs. Utopia would seduce them over to Chicago’s side by employing all of her Southside charm to full hilt. If that failed, presumably, she’d just push and shove them with her Dennis Rodman-esque hands and throttle them until she got her way.
“For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of the IOC and its voting body because they have given me and my husband what we want. Anyone who does not agree with us on this is a RAAACIST”.
Mrs. Utopia, with Oprah, Lake Michigan’s own Charybdis, supposedly “had this under control”.
But, doesn’t it seem like SOMEONE possibly reviewed footage of Mrs. Utopia speaking in public, without a script and teleprompter, or remembered her antics at Trinity United, where she sat for decades listening to the hatemongering and conspiratorial craziness of Jeremiah Wright on Chicago’s Southside and realize maybe this was not the right person to sell Chicago’s Olympics bid after all.
Mrs. Utopia was very effective at collecting a large salary from the University of Chicago Hospital while lending her name to programs that diverted the poor and sick to substandard “neighborhood clinics” so UC didn’t have to foot the bill for all those indigent patients.
Not so great at being able to persuade the IOC to grant Mayor Daley his wet dream of diverting BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to his friends and relatives with Olympics construction projects.

Evidently Chicago fashion designers were not too confident in the 1st Lady(?) and her ability to dress(?) herself.
Maybe they had nightmares of Michelle showing up in Copenhagen in a muddy, fudge-brown velour track suit with little blue whale necklaces and little blue whale bracelets to complement her gold metallic track shoes.

So Daley doesn’t think ‘Aunt Esther’ is going to plead the case properly? Shelli plus Oprah…not enough? So, The Won has to mobilize his cast of taxpayer funded thousands, for a seven hour flight over for a five hour stay in Copenhagen and an eight hour flight back (lack of tail winds can be such a bummer.) All of this, for what millions are praying to be an epic failure (please G-d, let it be Rio!!!)

The underlying motivation for getting the Olympics is so that Barack Obama can use it as his curtain call after his presumed 8 run as president, which is a gasp comment for me.
However, Barack Obama flying in to cover the event appears to be a direct response to other countries who apparently have their own heads of state flying in as well.
He will never get a second term, never. The Indy’s are gone, and the Repubs will never vote for him again. He’s losing Dems all over the place, so he’s a one termer, no doubt.
Don’t underestimate him.
The only way to guarantee Dr. Utopia is defeated in 2012 is:
(1) Ensure Republicans have a conservative at the top of the ticket to turn out the base
(2) Use the next 3 years to permanently disband ACORN and keep it from reforming in another form
(3) Move against the Black Panthers to make sure they too are not able to intimidate voters and commit fraud in 2012
(4) Take down the SEIU and keep it, too, from reforming
(5) Keep hitting the MSM adn exposing its shameless bias so by 2012 people trust blogs and the internet more than they trust MSNBC and CNN
(6) Depress Liberal turnout the way conservative turnout was depressed with Eeyore-ism in 2008….keep telling Liberals all hope is lost, that Dr. Utopia was not the Lightbringer they thought he was, that Liberals were all used and that Dr. Utopia thinks they are all stupid.
That last one is important because Liberals love to tell anyone who will listen how many Masters and MBAs they have. If you point out how gullible and naive they were regarding Dr. Utopia they bristle now…just imagine what we can collectively do to them by 2012. “Where is the Hope? Where is the Change? Where is the utopia we were promised?”.
Keep those people home, get Republicans to get out and vote, and enrage the Senior Citizens against Democrats and its over for Dr. Utopia and his couch upholstery-wearing wife.
And render La Raza, the Nation of Aztlan, the Brown Berets, and the Mexica movement ineffective.
They’re the equivalent of the New Black Panthers in the Southwest.
Regarding number 6) I think it is easier if you give these advanced degree types of people an “out” that doesn’t require them to admit that they were foolish. I think the trick is to focus on how the media did not reveal pertinent information that we all needed to know before the election. If you can let these people have someone else to blame for their mistake they are more likely to admit the mistake. Not that I really believe the BS I just wrote, but I have used the technique to some effect this summer.
Research shows that the more years of education people have, the more naive and gullible those people are.

I think far more important than ousting Obama, which I fervently hope happens, is gaining a Republican majority in House and Senate.
Doing so effectively nullifies any of the schemes Obama seems bent on getting implemented. Easy now because of the Dem majorities, it will be a stonewall for him…and he’s so angered and alienated more than half of the voters, not to mention the Congresspeople, that payback is going to be delicious.

I was just wondering if those future ACORN workers will be suing for emotional distress and is it against the law to put them on public display without their consent? I mean were they told they were being taped? Where is civil rights people? This film could make these young kids look bad.
