Did Obama deliberately try to stage a hostage taking in Benghazi as an “October Surprise” PR stunt that blew up in his face? LISTEN LIVE at 330pm CST to find out!
Today I’m going on the radio in Los Angeles to accuse the Obama administration of deliberately attempting to stage a hostage-taking in Benghazi as part of a manufactured “October Surprise” that Obama intended to make himself look great on the foreign stage in the lead up to the election. The plan — if you were paying attention — was set in motion at the Democrats’ convention in Charlotte in early September when repeated mentions of Obama as a “foreign policy president” were made. This was timed to lead up to September 11th…when deliberately lowered security at the Benghazi consulate (and OTHER consulates and embassies in the Mideast) was supposed to encourage Muslims to take Americans hostage like they did in 1979. Only, Obama’s plan was to negotiate their quick released by trading the “Blind Sheik” from the 1993 World Trade Center bombings for any Americans taken hostage on 9/11/2012.
The plan was to make Obama look like “a badass” and a to have him revel in this through October and into the November election. In fact, the hostages were probably planned for release not long before the Foreign Policy Debate (the last of the three presidential debates this year) in Boca Raton, Florida. This was supposed to show Obama standing up to Muslims, negotiating “peace”, and proving to the world what an effective and strong leader he was.
Only…it blew up in his face and the administration has been in overdrive trying to cover this stuff up ever since.
The only way any of this makes any sense, including the deliberate lowering of security and the disregard of Ambassador Chris Steven’s multiple pleas for help on the ground in Libya in the weeks prior to his murder, is that Barack Obama WANTED a hostage situation to happen so he could “look presidential by resolving it in October”… but the Muslims in Libya went overboard and killed people instead of just taking them hostage.
This also explains why no effort was made to even look for the Ambassador and others missing from the consulate for many hours: Obama’s gang just assumed he was taken hostage as planned and were STUNNED to learn the ambassador was murdered.
Why else would Obama go to sleep so casually at 3am that night if he didn’t think things were just going according to plan…but when he woke up at 11am the next day he found that all Hell broke loose instead.
And then the coverup began.
Folks, more people are going to eventually go to jail for what happened at Benghazi than went to prison for Watergate. This is a coverup that goes directly to Barack Obama himself. I have friends who lived through Watergate and who repeatedly tell me they had no idea in the initial days after a “break-in was reported in Democrat offices” that it would eventually topple Nixon and bring down so many powerful people. I love the woman on a personal level, but if Hillary Clinton knew about any of this and didn’t stop this scheme for a “hostage-taking October Surprise” then she belongs in prison too…along with Barack Obama, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, and a host of other women and effeminate men who thought lowering security at consulates so “something would happen that we could use in October” was a good idea.

I’m not with you on this one Kevin-just too many things could have gone wrong. Plus the negative comparisons to Carter would have outweighed any possible pluses.
When you are someone like Obama who believes he is the smartest person in the world and who thinks that Muslims adore him and would do anything for him this makes sense…he didn’t think anything would go wrong.
He thought he’d be able to step in and “save the day” by the power of his persuasion.
He never thought it would blow up against him.
I found it quite telling that the so-called filmmaker was an Obama donor. My very first thought was “false flag.”
Correct; those who murdered Stevens weighed out their local benefits, i.e. would helping BHO play them for theatre to win selection behoove them more than being local America-crushing “heroes” especially as payback for piles of muslims O murdered with his drone attacks? O was going to swoop in with some SEALS and murder a pile more of muslims in his drama-rescue play. The fact is, Obama’s contract was trumped by a better deal for the perpetrators. Petraeus I read sent out a military team about 6 days after the terrorist attack, to “hunt down” and kill those “responsible” (aka those who betrayed the initial contract in lieu of a better deal, who also then held the blackmail cards on Obama).
Plus muslims relish the takeover of symbols of infidel power, just like the WTC megamosque was going to be named Cordoba House after Cordoba, Spain which the Ottomans conquered. Killing a US Ambassador is a huge win in the muslim world.
Obama’s celebration with that five-striped “Bengazhi Flag” — the one with the five bloody finger drag marks like the dying Americans left on the cement of the Benghazi compound walls as they were dragged to their deaths with “the eye of obama” — was met with such revulsion that his website finally took down (I heard) the offer to buy one for $35. My conclusion from that is that even if Ambassador Stevens was only supposed to have been taken hostage then saved, Obama was still showing support for the violence which took place there.
The fact that he deliberately REDUCED their security whilst they begged for more security, is absolutely indefensible. It’s all so evil.
Sorry, but that flag came out BEFORE Benghazi. Just one of those weird coincidences.

Disagree somewhat because of Occams Razor. Obama thinks Muslims love him, they don’t. However he’s incompetent, he didn’t care and honestly I doubt his State Department even told him what was going on there. HIllary sorry to say is as responsible because she knew what was going on.

Yes, I suspect that was the intention that a situation would occur and that the Blind Sheik would be returned to Egypt. It is just that I do not accept that theory that it was supposed to happen in Benghazi – more like it was supposed to happen in Egypt.
Aussie, You are right. There has been a group of people protesting outside the American embassy in Cairo since the Blind Sheik has been in prison who demand his release. When Morsi ordered the protestors to leave after the recent riots, he allowed that ONE group to remain. Read Andrew McCarthy’s columns on PJMedia. He prosecuted the bombing of the WTC in 1993.

I heard tonight from retired military: Obama wanted Stevens dead – he knew something. . . another theory, and that the military will drag it out since the white house and media are playing cover up. It has to be something more than we are getting…for intelligent people..we just don’t buy it.

Sadly, it would not surprise me after Fast and Furious. The Obama administration purposely put 1000′s of guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, and did not track them, knowing that they would be used in crimes. That’s just evil.
I believe they are capable of coming up with something like this, however, I think the whole thing is much bigger than this. I think it’s a good theory given what we know, but there is so much more we still don’t know. We just get to see the “Wag the Dog” version of the conflict. But rather than a fake war like in the movie, our view is a downplayed version of what is going on.
Unfortunately, in these put-up schemes, REAL flesh-and-blood people die. LOTS of them.
Releasing the Blind Sheik in a hostage swap is much, much worse politically for Obama than unilaterally releasing him as some sort of goodwill gesture, and Obama’s idiot commie handlers are quite aware of that fact. I cannot envision a scenario where ValJar et al would cook up such a risky venture. Remember, this is the same crew who dithered for months over killing Osama because of the political risk if the mission failed.
It’s an interesting theory and the circumstantial evidence does seem to support it. I certainly don’t think the Obamunits are above doing something like this and I could concieve of them hatching an idiotic plan like this and seeing themselves as geniuses for doing so. I would like to see some tangible evidence to support it before I would believe it – it will be interesting to see if anything emerges. I think it would be more likely to come AFTER the doofus leaves office, unfortunately.
I’m going to hold off judgement on this issue for now, but there is another part that I am sure of. Within hours of the torture and murder of the man he personally sent to represent him in Libya, along with 3 heroes, Obama jumped on a plane to Las Vegas to raise funds. What kind of person does that? And If it had been a Republican, the ministry of truth would have been knocking on your door within hours with audio, video, and flow charts.

After the reports today that Stevens tried to keep his security detail and it was denied. That was the tip in for me. I don’t think Obama thought Stevens was going to die, but I’m pretty sure he was fishing for an incident somewhere. If he wasn’t he is the stupidest man alive.

Also (and I can’t find the article) a version of events I heard it that the ambassador and them were locked in this room and the terrorists tried to smoke them out. I hope you’re wrong about this. However, the scenario for this type of thing actually going down is not beyond narcissism.
Having a borderline malignant narcissist in the family, having no plan B is not in their make-up. They really, truly, believe that their plans will turn out exactly as they plan them. They’re so convinced of the sheer brilliance of the plan that they can see no other outcome but success. The thought that someone might get hurt, or worse, never enters their mind. I’ve seen the “or worse” part take place. It’s not tragic; it’s downright evil.

My gut tells me the KGB armed those terrorists as part of a plan to take the ambassador hostage, making it appear to be an Al Qaeda plan. But the terrorists turned out to be the Three Stooges with matches, fuel and weapons. They shoved the ambassador in a room for safekeeping, a room with BARRED windows, while they ran amok in an arsonist’s fueled frenzy. I think they were trying to save the ambassador just like Hillary said – once they realized the ambassador was dying. They were definitely the wild card in an ill-conceived plan between Putin’s KGB and Obama’s People. (Putin does not want a President Romney committed to stopping Iran’s nuclear plans.) I think HIllary was caught uninformed about the entire situation. (Call me nuts, I don’t mind.) I bet the Clintons are undermining Obama in this election with a vengeance. I saw still picture images taken from a cell phone of the capturers of Gaddafi and he was taken hurt but alive. There is a man trailing behind him shoving a stick up his b*tt. It is grotesque and they are sick puppies but the purpose of this is to humiliate the victim as the Tamminator says.
I agree with you about Hillary not knowing about this if it went down like that. I mean, she is not going to be involved in a second Obama administration(Lord help us), so why would she be involved in a plot to help Obama’s relection bid. Besides, the Clintons cannot stand Obama. So why would she risk a possible 2016 run for POTUS to help Obama to win in 2012? It makes no sense for her to do this. But if it is found out that Hillary is involved in this, then I agree with Kevin about what should happen. No one is above the law. I just think that she is too smart to be anywhere near this.
Hillary was on a major Asia/Pacific trip right before the Benghazi attack. Remember at the time how everyone noted her absence at the Dem Convention? She was out of the country for nearly two weeks and returned September tenth.
I don’t believe she will ever run for office again. She looks terrible and she’s probably tired. I feel bad for her I really do. If Obama allowed this to happen and she didn’t know it and now she’s tied to it she’d drop a dime on him so fast it would make your head spin. Not a lady I’d play games like that with.
Hillary came out and parroted the same story as Obama and Susan Rice. That doesn’t exactly point to her being uninvolved to me. She may not have, and probably didn’t have prior knowledge, but helping to cover up is not an innocent action. Not by a long shot.
Also, having Huma Abedin as her assistant is not exactly an innocent oversight either.
Don’t forget, Hillary is in charge of security at our embassies. They did not dismantle the security without her knowledge.
It looked to me like she was in complete shock, had just seen a ghost, stockhoom syndrome, or had been threatened. Not sure which but complicity is also a possibility.
Thank God we live in a free country where we can say whatever we want without retribution.
That being said, people wouldn’t be analyzing this entire situation if the administration came out with a clear logical explanation. I’ve been following this pretty closely and I haven’t seen any explanations as of yet. I understand there will be hearings so we’ll have to see what comes out during the hearings.

I don’t know how free we really are. I sometimes think the government keeps tabs on all of us with our replies to articles. Obama and everyone around him are very scary.
The nagging feeling in my gut that this diabolical theory could actually be true is making me feel ill. That, and the photo. Apparently, even after decades of watching TV, I’m still not desensitized to horrible images like that.

His first question is “How does he know”. I told him what I think is that it’s all been out there and none of us have figured out how to put the puzzle pieces together. So, that is my question to you. How did you figure it out? What is the possibility that this will even been seen by anyone that can do anything in the future. Right now I know that nothing will be done, but Lord willing in January….

I am not a subscriber to this theory of a plot to kidnap Ambassador Stevens but I do think that there was a plot, just not in Libya.
The protests started in Egypt, and the man who plotted the attack on 9/11 was Egyptian. There is a link somwhere in that, especially when Obama was getting ready to hand over the blind Sheik who is Egyptian.
What if the plot was supposed to take place in Egypt and not Libya? Does that make sense to you?
There is something not right about the whole thing including the man who made the awful documentary. The rage was staged. The apology that we saw, including that speech in the UN was planned. I am of the view that this was to be the October surprise.
I am yet to process in my mind some of the new information, such as the total disregard for security in Libya. The State Department removed security from Tripoli in August. They took away the small aircraft that had been used by the Embassy in Tripoli. They made no effort to secure the consulate in Benghazi.
One thing that is disregarded here is the fact that at least 10 Libyans, used as a security detail in Benghazi died or were wounded that night. They never seem to rate a mention. I have also heard some disturbing information that the security team were threatened by those behind the plot.
What I am suspecting however, is that the kidnapping or taking of hostages was supposed to happen in either Egypt of Pakistan. The Egyptian situation was already out of hand, and Pakistan was beginning to rev up… and RAGE BOY came out to play. So yes, I do think that something was planned. Maybe they thought Libya would be an easy target, so they made it easier for an attack to happen. I am just not ready to go there with the idea that there was intent to kidnap. I am ready to believe that the attack on the Ambassador was intended, especially when the State Department took away the Marine security detail, leaving Stevens very vulnerable.
The brother of the now leader of Al Quada, Ayman al Zawahiri is named Mohammed al Zawahiri and he’s a crazy radical leader in Egypt. He’s been interviewed all over the place during the riots. Thats the link. Actually the Muslim Brotherhood and the first roots of Al Quada were born in Egypt in the very early part of teh 20th century. Check it out. Google search. The history on each of these men is verrrry strange – especially when you consider their power today.

Everyone keeps forgetting the Libyan security team who were on the spot. The Libyan eye-witnesses have plenty to say on the subject. One in particular was amongst the first to contradict the White House meme!! The Libyan President has been very swift in denouncing the meme as well.

I will think about your theory some more, I’m skeptical that region is so unstable the idea would be too risky. Recall Valerie Jarett is the decision maker and she nixed the idea to take out Bin Laden 3 times, it was Hillary who finally forced the decision to give the order to take him out. With that background, I cannot see VJ take that kind of risk.

He suggests Stevens was looking for weapons we gave to the “rebels”. I have been wondering if this is another F&F type deal where Stevens was kiled with the arms we provided? Whatever happened, there is a massive cover up. We lost Americans, valuable intel, assets are at risk, likely Libya friendlies have been killed, who knows? The FBI is “investigating” and that falls under Holder, we may never know the truth. Something is very wrong at the State Dept and the WH.
I also tend to go with this theory – we know that the “consulate” in Benghazi is NOT listed as a Diplomatic post on the State Dept web-site. Hillary was careful to never call the buildings a “consulate”. We also know that the men that were evacuated (number ranges depending on the source from 20-37, with 37 mentioned the most) were almost certainly CIA/Special contractors (NYT actually admitted this) and they were located in the “safe house” which was probably their operations center – they are now scattered all over the world. It’s widely reported they were trying to round up weapons. The two former Seals were part of the group in the safe house as ‘special contractors’ (many ex-special ops dudes work as contractors after they separate from the military.)
I think the “October Surprise” is two fold –
First was the unbelievable tumble of the jobless # – it was widely predicted (WSJ, Bloomberg, Money) to rise to 8.2% and instead it fell to 7.8% , the largest drop in 29 yrs.
Part 2 is going to be a film on the ‘Daring Raid on OBL’, it was produced by a major O donor/bundler and will show on National Geographic (release on Netflix the next day) 4 days before the election.
Indy a security team was present, and those Libyans actually prided themselves on the job that they had been doing.
What I have learned from various news sources is that the Libyans who were a part of the February 17 Brigade were aware of the threats. When Stevens arrived in the area they had a meeting with him about security etc. What they have also stated is that they were threatened by the Al Qaeda affiliates.
What is of concern is that a few in their group might have been a part of the plot… maybe their families were threatened to the point where they agreed to participate.
The bad ones are Ansar al-Sharia. The people of Benghazi and Derna actually blame them for the attack. Most likely they were working in with the Egyptian who was the leader of the group.
People have been arrested but the Libyan government would not give any detail about those arrests. Then there were the two Tunisians who were arrested in Turkey in relation to the attack… yet the Americans have no idea about these two? Curious.
Let’s get back to the Egyptian. He was in prison in Egypt until released when Muburak was forced from power. He wanted to get back to his involvement in Al Qaeda. I doubt that he entered Libya prior to the end of the civil war. He has been operating in the desert in Libya… and there is a lot of desert… just ask Rommel and Monty about the Libyan desert. The problem is that there are plenty of places to hide in the Libyan desert. The Al Qaeda affiliates had been allowed to remain in existence after the end of the civil war. The newly formed government is very weak. In fact a few days ago the new Prime Miniser was toppled but that is probably a good thing since there were problems with what he was trying to do with regard to picking a cabinet. The weak government has meant that no attention has been paid to building up a new military or a new police presence. It means that Libya is ripe for these types.
However, there is another player that is being overlooked…. Iran.
Iran is an instability factor in Libya. The Libyan government does not favour Iran, but you can be sure that Iran will be prepared to fund the militant types, giving them weapons and the like to cause instability.
The plot was pure Al Qaeda. The method of operation has been fully recognized by experts (people who know how Al Qaeda operate because of their own former involvement).
Whilst I do not accept the idea that there was a planned kidnapping I do accept that the White House deliberately took away the security in Libya to cause an incident. It simply did not go the way it was planned.
I actually think there was a sub-plot that involved the terrible video. No one has explained where the funding came from to make the documentary in the first place, which means that the funds could have come from Al Qaeda or another source within the USA, not far from D.C…. actually in the centre of D.C….. I think that this sub-plot was meant to see a protest in Benghazi and with the same kind of demonstration as in Cairo, except that it was Al Qaeda that turned up. There was no demonstration in Benghazi.
Keep in mind that we were told that the Libyan security disappeared during the alleged demonsration. That was not true. They were busy fighting Al Qaeda and several of them were wounded or died. I did read that 10 Libyans died in the attack. They were trying to protect the Americans in the consulate!!
The weapons that they were seeking were not US weapons that were given to the rebels. They were the weapons handed out by Gadhafi.
Another point I forgot to mention is the Bilnd Sheik may be released but it will happen after the election, there is no way O will release him prior to November 6th because he knows it will cost him a second term. Once the voters have spoken, regardless of outcome, he is free to do what he pleases. There was no reason to manufacture a crisis to release the Sheik. A hostage situation would make us look weak and remind voters of 1979, even if a different outcome than under Carter, most Americans would never tolerate a hostage swap. The Hard Left is ~20% of the electorate, O would lose in a landslide, voters don’t like seeing our embassies attacked, our Flag burned and a weak President.
I have been reading Andy McCarthy (prosecuted the Blind Sheik) and listened to his interviews with Mark Levin / Beck and he is predicting the release after the election.
I agree with Kibby, the “surprise” was the drop in the unemployment rate, there is one more jobs report to come and it may drop another tenth of a point or remain flat. The Labor Department has been playing the numbers game for months. A month ago, I had the opportunity to meet Tony Katz (talk radio host) and I told him I thought the rate would drop below 8% driven by more people dropping out of the labor force and data manipulation. He looked at me like I was insane, I just may try to contact him to see if he remembers our conversation, he was willing to make a bet that it wouldn’t happen…I should have taken the bet.

Kevin I think you are right on with this theory. I read about it yesterday on Ace of Spades and it made sense. There is just no other reason that explains why security was taken away.
Those Seals weren’t part of the Ambassador’s security team and I think when the consulate was attacked they came to the rescue and they may have been the ones that botched Obama’s operation. When the people that were behind the plot heard gunfire they may have thought they’d been sold out and went all in and killed the Ambassador.
I think Hillary was in on the hostage taking but the Ambassador wasn’t supposed to be killed and I think she was shocked. She truly looked sick. It wasn’t supposed to go that way and you can see the guilt and the shock of the death on her face. She couldn’t hide it but she got up there and lied for him right in front of those caskets with our dead, brave Americans in there. If she did know about the plot then she needs to be put in prison and the key needs to be thrown away.

I researched all of the American men who died in Benghazi, and it appears that all of them were gay. One of the victim’s mother’s actually said that her son answered an ad for the job that specified “same sex couple” as desirable. I am wondering, as Mr. Stevens was a Chicago based crony of Obama’s, if Barack needed to get rid of him because he had evidence that Barack is also gay. It appears that the two former Navy Seals working for the Welsh security firm were in some kind of a trial marriage. So many questions, and possibly several elephants under this rug.

I can’t go into detail, but let me give you folks some solid advice. When stuff like this overthrow of Gadaffhi happen in the blink of an eye after years and years of being in power…..it involves overthrowing regimes with lots of weapons for very poor people who can’t afford them. Look for the more powerful regimes in the world who have an interest in the overthrow and also have the weapons and/or money. Then figure out what those two regimes need most from each other.
There’s a huge economy in foreign trade that’s done off the books and off the record. Always has been always will be. There’s always a regime with weapons with a motive to lend/sell them quietly and people with the money and motives to buy them.
The country has 23 million unemployed or underemployed. 47 million on foodstamps, net worths cut in half and gas at $4.00 a gallon…..yet the Obama supporters were able to part with 181 MILLION dollars in September?????? C’mon. If you believe that I’ve got 20,000 SAM launchers to sell you Benghazi.

Wow.. that is a very interesting theory and perhaps those Navy Seals (i.e. Tyrone Woods) who were not suppose to be there, threw a wrench in the works by not standing down as ordered. When the Muslims terrorist had to take them out, they accidentally killed the Ambassador in the process.
And I think that Michael Savage had a good point too… when it went bad, Obozo allowed them to be killed as a sacrifice to appease the Islamists for killing bin Laden and also because he didn’t want them talking about what they were really doing there in Benghazi.

Just wondering whether there is any connection to the Turkish Ambassador leaving the compound shortly before the raid. ‘Was that a signal? Rumour’ has it that Ambassador Stevens may have been involved in an arms deal with the Turks and the Syrians! Just a thought and a rumour.

When someone first told me this … it made total sense to me. I had heard 3 experts talking of how BHO would be releasing the shiek regardless of the outcome of the election. My questions would be though… why start the fire that killed Stephens?
