Australian courts deny a man’s Sharia defense.

Finally….some good news on the Sharia war front. An Australian court has sentenced a man to 10 years in prison for pedophilia. The 31 year old married father had been having sex with an 8 year old girl for several years until she became pregnant…that’s when he got caught.
His defense? “Hey, I’m Muslim and it’s ok for us to do that kind of stuff.”
But Melbourne Judge Lisa Hannan didn’t think it was ok. “Your conduct is abhorrent to anyone with even a shred of decency or moral compass,” Judge Hannan said.
The Islamic community isn’t too happy about this. The Muslim invasion has been going on in Australia for some time now and this is a definite setback. So…in protest, a prominent Saudi cleric, Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, has issued a fatwa that there is no minimum age that a girl can be married….“even if they are in the cradle.” (no kidding..his exact words) Fawzan goes on to say “Uninformed interference with Sharia rulings by the press and journalists is on the increase, posing dire consequences to society, including their interference with the question of marriage to small girls who have not reached maturity, and their demand that a minimum age be set for girls to marry.” He then stresses the fact that no where does Sharia set an age limit for marrying and that Muslim men have always relied on the Koran for guidance. The specific verse is Koran 65:4, which says that men should marry girls who have not started menstruating yet because …well…Mohammad married his favorite wife, Aisha, when she was six. They “consummated” the marriage when she was 9 and if Mohammad did it then everything’s a-okay.
The cleric ends his fatwa with a warning….“It behooves those who call for setting a minimum age for marriage to fear Allah and not contradict his Sharia, or try to legislate things Allah did not permit. For laws are Allah’s province; and legislation is his exclusive right, to be shared by none other. And among these are the rules governing marriage.”
Yep…Islam….that lovely religion of peace (and pedophilia).

When are people going to start organized complaining about Muslim holidays and activities?
Here is another front on the ongoing Leftist war on Christianity…this time it’s lunatics insisting the word “Easter” be removed from an Easter egg hunt in Ohio.
A few things need to start happening with this garbage.
First, whenever a community goes after a Christian tradition like this, Christians nationwide need to start inundating whoever is behind this with nonstop negative attention that guarantees their defeat in the next set of elections…if not their being run out of town on a rail.
Next, whenever Muslim holidays are celebrated, they need to be protested and complained about and businesses like Best Buy that go out of their way to promote them need to hear from the public on the appropriateness of their behavior.
Christians are too silent of a majority in this country…much to their detriment.
Constantly, Christians need to look at what the Left does and use their tactics against them to stop the erosion of our holiday traditions…since this erosion allows the Left to replace these Christian celebrations with Muslim ones (as Best Buy seemingly wants to do).
This is how Islam operates…and it’s part of the Global Caliphate’s patient long term plan to subjugate the West.
Erode Christianity’s cultural core in the West…then fill the subsequent void with what the Left thinks will damage America and bring the country to third world level so Islam can take real root here.
An Easter egg hunt is sometimes more than an Easter egg hunt…it’s another line in the green plastic grass we just can’t allow the Left to cross.
Oklahoma tries again to ban Sharia law
Oklahoma is once again introducing a new law that would ban Sharia law from being considered in cases within their state.

70% of Oklahomans voted to ban Sharia last November, but an ignorant Leftist judge, Vicki Miles-LaGrange, bought Hamas-linked CAIR’s deceptive line that Sharia was just private religious law, and ruled against the will of the people. The obvious problem with her ruling is that no one cares if Muslims choose to practice Islam; the only difficulty arises when they infringe upon the rights of others in that practice. The political and supremacist elements of Islam that contradict the U.S. Constitution were the point of the Oklahoma law, not Islamic laws regarding prayers or ablutions or the Ramadan fast and the like.
The new law (thanks to Ron) is more pointed and doesn’t mention Sharia, but accomplishes the purpose.
SECTION 1 (C) Any court, arbitration, tribunal, or administrative agency ruling or decision shall violate the public policy of this state and be void and unenforceable if the court, arbitration, tribunal, or administrative agency bases its rulings or decisions in the matter at issue in whole or in part on any law, rule, legal code or system that would not grant the parties affected by the ruling or decision the same fundamental liberties, rights, and privileges granted under the United States and Oklahoma Constitutions.
Hopefully….this time it will work.
The Holocaust to be taught to Gazans
The UN wants to teach students in Gaza about the Holocaust as part of their human rights curriculum. I’m not so sure this will go over very well with Hamas.

Anything that could possibly arouse sympathy for those “strongest in enmity” to Muslims (Qur’an 5:82) is bad for business, and clearly Hamas cannot tolerate that. Toward the end of the report, we find out the Palestinian Authority can’t, either. And they’re supposed to be the “moderate” guys.

The United Nations has launched a new plan to teach the Holocaust in Gaza schools, drawing fierce condemnation from Gaza’s militant Hamas rulers, school teachers – and even the body tasked with peace negotiations with Israel.
If implemented, it would be the first time most Palestinian children learn about Jewish suffering. But the outcry underscores how sensitive the issue is to Palestinians.
“Playing with the education of our children in the Gaza Strip is a red line,” Hamas Education Minister, Mohammed Asqoul told a website of the group. He said Hamas will block attempts to teach the Holocaust regardless of the price.
The uproar erupted after a UN official told a Jordanian daily in February that UNRWA, the main UN agency serving Palestinian refugees, would introduce a short case study about the Holocaust to Gaza students as part of its human rights curriculum.
“Instead of pre-emptive accusations, it is important for Palestinians … to fully understand the tragedies and suffering that happened to all people through generations, without divvying up facts and taking things out of context,” the official, Sami Mushasha, was quoted as saying.
UNRWA representatives refused to comment on the record, but one official said the agency was committed to introducing the curriculum for the next school year, beginning in September.
He added that officials were hesitating because they feared Hamas would incite loyalists to damage UN schools or harm their teachers if they introduce the materials. He requested anonymity because he was barred from discussing the matter with the media.
Hamas frequently accuses the UN of spreading immorality, and unknown assailants have attacked the agency’s property in the past, including the torching of summer camps last year.
Since Hamas seized power of Gaza in 2007, it has viewed the UN as the main challenger to their influence in the coastal territory. Officials have tried to limit the international group’s vast influence in Gaza, where it operates schools for some 200,000 children.
But the controversy over teaching the Holocaust in Gaza is more than a power struggle between the UN and Hamas, whose militant officials frequently deny the Nazi genocide of European Jewry ever occurred.
Many Palestinians are reluctant to acknowledge Jewish suffering, fearing it would diminish recognition of their own claims. Views range from outright denial to challenging the scope of the Holocaust.
Even Hamas’ bitter enemy, the Western-backed Palestinian Authority, which rules the West Bank, reacted angrily to the UN plan. And the Palestinian Liberation Organization, the chief body tasked with negotiating peace with Israel, rejected the idea.
“Teaching the Holocaust to Palestinian students in UN schools is unacceptable,” said Zakaria al-Agha, a member of the PLO’s executive committee.[...]
Yet even if the UN moves ahead with the plan this year, it could face another obstacle: its own schoolteachers. In about a dozen interviews, they said they did not want to teach the materials and warned of rebellion.
“The agency will open the gates of hell with this step,” said one schoolteacher, Sami. “This will not work.”
I’m taking bets on whether or not this program actually gets off the ground.
Britain’s first Muslim Miss Universe contestant being harassed by Islamic zealots

Great Britain has it’s first Muslim Miss Universe contestant…..and she’s stunning. Shanna Bukhari has had a mixed reception from the Muslim community. As expected, she has gotten some pretty harsh criticism from the Islamic “zealots”, but she has also gotten a great deal of support from her Muslim friends…..which is refreshing.
( Alarabiya) Shanna Bukhari who is Great Britain’s first Muslim Miss Universe contestant told the press that religious zealots not only slammed her decision to enter the beauty contest but told her to rot in hell.
Miss Bukhari aged 24 had the zealots predicting her torments in hellfire and with some other religious Muslim men posting messages on her Facebook page condemning her Miss Universe move as offensive to Islam.
“Three men wrote that they would not support me because what I was doing was sinful,” the young beauty contestant told the Manchester Evening News. “They said I should rot in hell, which is pretty shocking.”
“They contradict themselves by going out clubbing, drinking and smoking at the weekends. That is completely hypocritical and they should look to themselves before they start judging others.”
The Georgia mosque controversy

Lilburn, Georgia is a quiet little suburb of about 11,000 residents that sits just 17 miles east of Atlanta. It is also home to a growing Muslim population and they want to expand. The land that they want to use is owned by the mayor of Lilburn and this new mosque will be a replica of a shrine to a Muslim holy warrior in Iraq (where more than 4,00 US soldiers have been killed). Originally, the Lilburn city council shot down the proposal, siting numerous zoning restrictions. After this zoning meeting, residents of Lilburn who have been protesting the mosque required around the clock police protection due to death threats and harassment from the Muslim community.
But now….Islams beloved knight in shining armour, Eric Holder, is stepping in to save the day.
(Creeping Sharia) LILBURN, GA — Hope has been restored to the members of a Lilburn mosque that wants to expand.
The U.S. Department of Justice has decided to investigate the City of Lilburn’s decision not to grant permission for rezoning to the Dar-e Abbas Shia Islamic Center. The rezoning is necessary for expansion.
And hope to restore the peaceful neighborhood seems all but eliminated now that terror-friendly Eric Holder’s DOJ is using taxpayer funds to ensure this mosque can expand against the wishes of residents and local law.
“There is no good reason for the City Council’s non-approval vote. No public service is being served by not allowing the mosque to expand,” said Doug Dillard, an Atlanta attorney representing the mosque. “What is to be gained by the City Council by ruling against a group that has been in the community for the past 12 years?”
Early reports stated that the mosque wanted to build a gymnasium and other additions.
Dillard denies this. “The mosque is looking to expand and needs a larger parking lot and main building,” he told 11Alive News.
The Department of Justice declined to comment, citing the ongoing investigation.
The Department of Justice has four options, according to Dillard.
“One — DOJ could do nothing. Two — DOJ could intervene as a party in a current lawsuit. Three — DOJ could file a friend-of-the-court brief, or four — DOJ could file its own lawsuit,” he said.
A ruling from the Department of Justice is expected soon.
Just peachy. Once again the feds are taking over.

Jihad Cosmo?
Al-Qaeda has launched a new magazine that is being called the Cosmo for the female jihadist. On it’s glossy pages are pictures of the latest in suicide belts as well as skin care secrets.
(UK DAILY MAIL –(H/T Maria) Dubbed ‘Jihad Cosmo’, the glossy magazine’s front cover features the barrel of a sub-machine gun next to a picture a woman in a veil. There are exclusive interviews with martyrs’ wives, who praise their husbands’ decisions to die in suicide attacks.
The slick, 31-page Al-Shamikha magazine – meaning The Majestic Woman – has advice for singletons on ‘marrying a mujahideen’. Readers are told it is their duty to raise children to be mujahideen ready for jihad.
And the ‘beauty column’ instructs women to stay indoors with their faces covered to keep a ‘clear complexion’. They should ‘not go out except when necessary’ and wear a niqab for ‘rewards by complying with the command of Allah Almighty’.
A woman called Umm Muhanad hails her husband for his bravery after his suicide bombing in Afghanistan. And another article urges readers to give their lives for the Islamist cause. It advises: ‘From martyrdom, the believer will gain security, safety and happiness.’ More traditional content for a women’s magazine includes features on the merits of honey facemasks, etiquette, first aid and why readers should avoid ‘towelling too forcibly’.
A trailer for the next issue promises tips on skin care – and how to wage electronic jihad. The first issue’s editorial explains that the magazine’s goal is to educate women and involve them in the war against the enemies of Islam.
