It’s Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I want to thank all of you HillBuzzers for supporting this site with your comments, your love, and your desire to save this country. I thank God every day that I have been blessed with friends like you.
We can quibble about politics, but we all should give thanks for living in the greatest, and free-est country on earth. We are damn lucky, and if you are one of those eeyore sad sacks who don’t understand how blessed you are, then you can choose to sit in a chair and pout. Boo hoo.

Now that we will be forced to live through four more years of the “social justice” dictatorship, I want to remind everyone that the ideas that these marxists regurgitate are not new ones. In this wonderful video from the 70′s, Milton Friedman points out that you can’t have equality first and freedom last. You have to be have liberty first.

The election is over. People are recouping from the shock, and trying to figure out “what’s next?” I’m not going to be anywhere near the internet for most of the day, so please share your POSITIVE thoughts about our future. I don’t know how long it will take for comments to get approved, as Kevin is taking a break and I’ve got to work, so don’t be surprised if it takes a while for your comment to be approved. And if it’s a nasty comment, it will just go in the trash anyway, so don’t waste your time.
Have a great day, and don’t let the election loss get you down too much. We’re Americans, damn it, and we pick ourselves up and get back in the fight. Don’t ever forget that.

This is the day. The day we begin to restore our Republic. Vote. Bring your friends out to vote. God blessed this country with more freedom and love than any nation on this earth, but freedom is not free. You have to fight for freedom or you will lose it.
I’m so proud to be a part of HillBuzz, knowing that we have fought every day to inform and engage our readers to get active and to take a stand for this great country. It’s up to us, not the government, to preserve all that we have been given by God.

Will Hurricane Sandy Sway East Coast Voters?
The victims of hurricane Sandy are still suffering, a week after the storm destroyed their homes and lives. Obama doesn’t even mention it on the campaign trail, and I’m wondering if the voters in New York and New Jersey will turn on Obama because of it. There are over a million people who still don’t have power, and a Noreaster storm is approaching. It’s absolutely disgusting to witness how pathetic the emergency response has been for these people. For God’s sake, we have Navy ships that could have been to those islands in a day with emergency supplies! Look how fast our Navy responded to the tsunami in Japan.
I pray for these people every day, and made my own donation to Salvation Army, but I expect there is going to be huge blow back against the inept Obama administration. What do you think?
