The Democrat-Controlled Media and Herman Cain: Who Are You Going To Believe?
This election will be / is a scorched-earth campaign. The Dems will burn down every building in America if they believe that it will help them win the election.
Manufacturing “witnesses” is easy… Judas was bought and paid for.
The “October Surprise” tactics are coming out early.
Stupid rock-ribbed conservatives… The Bush DUI story on the eve of the election almost cost him the Presidency. That DUI was a long-time earlier, and Bush had repented, sobered up, and become a devout Christian, but because the knee-jerk reaction of the moral majority, they didn’t vote for the hypocrite Bush, when their Christianity should have DEMANDED that they accept his long-standing repentance and so vote for Bush.
If today’s Republicans can’t see that the lying-cheating-stealing PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media are doing everything they can to scuttle anyone who may threaten Obama’s 2nd term, then they deserve to be defeated and have Obama oversee the final destruction of their remnant of America.
The PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media are LIARS. Liberal Dems are happy to help them destroy candidates. The Cocktail Party Reps are in bed with them, too.
The Cocktail Party is to the Democrat Party like the Washington Generals are to The Harlem Globetrotters; they make a good living by always losing to the “home team” after making it look like they tried hard.
Gloria Allred showed up in the last days of the 2010 California election to throw an illegal-alien maid under the bus to service her beloved Democrat Party. It may have contributed to the Republican loss.
Now Allred is showing up with accusers who have no court case, not even CIVIL courts, so where is the money? Somebody is giving out $B$I$IG$ to lots of people to make it happen.
OWS? It’s a stage magician’s distraction to get people’s eyes off Obama and the Dems so they can operate more freely. Now ask yourself where the $M$O$NE$Y$ for the gourmet catering in all those cities is coming from? Somehow, the PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media is not curious about it.
How do all these Cain accusers find the money to do things like fly to California and be in press conferences with Allred? Who is paying the freight?
If the Republicans allow themselves to be tricked into swallowing the lies of the PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media and the Dems, that Cain, or any candidate, is bad / immoral / what ever, then the Reps deserve to lose everything, and be taxed 100% while Dems get paid government money in several more rounds of Porkulous.
Decide who you want to believe:
(1) the PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media who always is surprised at the high unemployment numbers (3 years running) but predict a good outlook next month, only to be surprised by the disappointing unemployment numbers again, but next month will be better
(2) your own eyes.
Like a jealous teenager, the PRESS Democrat-Controlled Media and the Dems will do and say anything to ruin a candidate who the Reps may like that could beat Obama in the 2012 Presidential Election.
Don’t be stupid!
Don’t fall for it.
Why I Advertise on Hillbuzz (And Why You Should, Too)
Some advertising decisions are easy. If you want to sell beer, buying advertising during a football game or other sporting event is a good idea. You should advertise where your clientele are likely to see your product or service.
I write mystery and thriller novels, with dashes of politics and religion. Where are the kinds of people who might reader my novels likely to congregate? One might think that literary hot spots are a good place to find them, but at those confabs, there are a lot more writers than readers. To make my mark in the literary world, I need readers.
But where can I go to find the sorts of folks that would read my novels? My stories are eclectic, with similarities to Kinky Friedman and Tom Dorsey novels. My novels are just as whacky as theirs, maybe even more so.
I had started reading HillBuzz.org when the (“Party Unity My Ass”) PUMA 2008 web site went bust. At HillBuzz.org, Kevin’s wit and wisdom were delivered with such panache and stinging satire that I was hooked.
I corresponded with Kevin DuJan and Kathleen Gee about a few ideas for HillBuzz topics, and they asked me to write the blog posts myself. I’m now a contributor with a few HB bylines.
While doing my HB bio blurb, Kathleen saw that I was an author, and asked if had considered advertising on HillBuzz.org.
I hadn’t thought about it before, but I certainly started thinking about it then.
The plots of my novels are always about defending right from wrong. Core American values run strong through my prose. While they are not completely conservative, they certainly are not liberal; they address controversial topics in the context of crime story fiction.
It occurred to me that HillBuzz.org is a perfect place to advertise. There are a lot of “my kind of people” here. From the HB advertising page:
“According to data compiled by Quantcast, Hillbuzz.org’s readers are:
Highly educated: 81% are college graduates, 34% have advanced degrees.
Affluent: 78% of Hillbuzz.org readers earn over $60K per year; 49% earn over $100K.
Mature: 79% of Hillbuzz.org readers are age 35+; 38% are 50+.
So, HillBuzz’s target audience is much the same as my target audience.
“Hillbuzz.org consistently attracts at least 10,000 site visits a day, from approximately 6,000 unique visitors. In 2010, site traffic averaged over 602,000 visits per month. Traffic has risen to over 100,000 visits per day when Hillbuzz is featured on The Rush Limbaugh Show, or leading conservative blogs such as MichelleMalkin.com or AnnCoulter.com.”
When my advertising was running on HillBuzz and HB was mentioned on Limbaugh or another site, I had a spike in sales, prolly from the new visitor traffic to the HB site.
But it gets even better! I want my novels to take off nation-wide. Again, HB is a perfect place to advertise.
“In terms of unique visitors, the top 10 identifiable U.S. States are:
- California
- Texas
- Florida
- Illinois
- New York
- Arizona
- Pennsylvania
- Ohio
- Virginia
- Georgia
But who are these HillBuzz.org readers, anyhow?
“Hillbuzz.org readers are highly opinionated and are passionate about the site. In the two years since Hillbuzz.org moved from Blogger to WordPress, readers have made over 300,000 comments. During campaign season, it’s not uncommon for daily Open Threads to attract over 300 approved comments.”
Wow! Passionate readers! My kind of folks!
But will HillBuzz last? Oh wow, and how!
“Founder and editor Kevin DuJan typically posts seven to 15 times a week. He is joined by several guest bloggers who contribute approximately 10 additional posts per week. In the two years since the site moved to the WordPress platform, Kevin and the “Hillbuzz Boyz” (most of whom are actually Girlz) have written over 8,000 posts, as of October, 2011.”
That is why I advertise on HillBuzz.org. My sales from advertising on HB have given me the best return on my advertising dollar compared to other venues I’ve tried. One of my publishers was surprised that my paperback sales exceeded my e-book sales for the quarter I started using HB advertising services. The Hillbuzz advertising folks (aka Michelle) was great at helping me create a new and better (animated) advertising GIF. I can’t thank her enough!
One final reason I advertise: I know how much time it takes Kevin and Kathleen to run Hillbuzz. It’s not unusual for each of them to spend 6 to 8 hours a day writing for and maintaining the site, on top of trying to work a full-time job. Other contributors like Bridget, Justin, Penny, Tamminator, and myself, can easily spend an hour or two writing and researching each post.
Hillbuzz is an important part of my day, and I want to make sure that the people who run it don’t run themselves into the ground to entertain and inform me. I want to pay them for their time, because I know that they lose money running Hillbuzz.org when they could be doing other, more profitable things.
That’s why I will, as often as I can afford it, run ads on HillBuzz.org. (I have a long way to go before this unknown author becomes a best selling author.)
If you have a business, a product, a candidate, or a cause you want to share with over 6,000 rabidly enthusiastic Conservative, Republican, Libertarian and Tea Party readers, I hope you will also buy an ad on Hillbuzz.org.
Blessings on your path,
Newton Love

Don’t Surrender Your Freedom
“From the get-go” is a cute euphemism for “from the beginning,” but betrays a subtle brainwashing.
But what does “get-go” mean in regular life?
“Get-go” implies that the user of the phrase acknowledges, at least subconsciously, that they must secure permission from an authority figure over them before proceeding with what ever it is they want to do.
The liberal lexicon is built to double-speak us into an altered mental state where we are open to suggestion, persuasion, that we should conform to their mindset.
Political Correctness is contrary to our Constitutional Right to Free Speech, but being Politically Incorrect is a sin akin to racism. The left is adept at using words, and words have real and spiritual power, to constrain and conflict their opponents.
We are all born (or naturalized) free citizens of the United States of America, the greatest country on earth. Our President Monroe put forward in December 2, 1823, the Monroe Doctrine, which stated that further efforts by European countries to colonize land or interfere with states in the Americas would be viewed as acts of aggression requiring U.S. intervention. Besides our own Declaration of Independence, it is the most concrete expression and defense of free will and self-determinacy.
In a “Newt-shell,” The Monroe Doctrine said that all countries in Latin America were free to choose their own destiny and map their own future, without European meddling, or the Americans would spend blood and treasure to protect those rights. “Self determinacy” is at the heart of American Freedom. “Go where you want to go, do what you want to do, with whoever you want to do it with” is the version that The Mamas and Papas sang in the hippiest of times. Don’t let anyone put chains on you!
So why am I concerned with the silly saying “from the get go?” It is symptomatic of a larger problem.
The enemies of freedom are not so stupid to try and take our freedom(s) in a big, bold action. It is more effective to cook the American voter like the slowly boiled frog. Unexamined sayings like “from the get-go” are a symptom of the slow creep of authoritarianism, socialism and Marxism into our daily American lives.
Emboldened by the 2008 (D) sweep led by the as-yet-unrevealed Obama (who is not a Muslim), the (D) party rammed Obamacare down America’s throat in the dead of night with very few witnesses on the floor of Congress, and then signed it into law in a tiny White House ceremony. That bold but covert move sparked the TEA Party and the voter revolt that led to a (D) rout in 2010.
The (D) Party learns from its mistakes, and won’t likely repeat their over-step that is Obamacare. Therefore, we are back to the chess game of pawn warfare, where major victories are set up by strategic deployment of pawns taking very little steps.
For example, why do we let pundits tell us how to think? I’m willing to listen (or read) their opinion, but only I decide if I will take their suggested course of action.
For decades, the Liberals accused conservatives of being mind-numbed robots controlled by Rush Limbaugh. I’m happy to report that it is the listeners to NPR, PBS, MSLSD, et cetera that behave with mind-numbed precision, parroting their non-factual talking points to which fact-checkers award high Pinocchio scores.
When someone tries to control our behavior with an accusation of raaaacism, we must immediately call them on it and tell them to prove their accusation. If they refuse, then we need to tell them that in America, we are innocent until proven guilty. Without proof, their accusation is a baseless lie, and we should, a la Alinsky, ridicule them into oblivion, right there on the spot.
If someone tries a Politically Correct constraint on our free speech, we need to call them on it, and denounce their anti-American ways. Sure, we need rhino (not RINO) hide to deal with the blistering attacks of the left, but we can no longer afford to give ground in the battle for America’s destiny.
Already, 47% of America is on the government handout program, while only 53% are working and paying taxes. With the latest Obama and (D) debacle, many of those working people are now unemployed. I certainly hope that the recently unemployed do not give up and surrender to governmental control.
Let us heed the warning of Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor. His observation about the fall of the Athenian Republic is just as apt today, when applied to the American Republic–whom many insist on calling a democracy:
“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.”
We cannot allow America, the world’s last best hope for freedom, to vanish in the chaos of voters pushing (D) politicians to empty and gut America. Freedom is very precious. We dare not surrender even a molecule of it.
We must be ever vigilant that every time we are asked to surrender even one iota of our freedom, we must strenuously reject it. Even when it comes to figures of speech.
Leftists, Litmus Tests, and Disqualifying Conservative Candidates
Liberals imply that a candidate for office cannot stop from inflicting their personal beliefs on others. That may be true of them, but it is not necessarily true of conservatives.
In the HB post Media Manipulation (And Eeyore Breeding) Alert: Herman Cain on Homosexuality , “greg2213″ commented: “Some people are concerned about Ms. Palin due to her religious beliefs (creationism, etc.) . . . Personally, I don’t care if she believes in the Flying Spaghetti Monster, but just like Cain’s remarks can be used by some as a club against him, some will make remarks against Palin like: ‘She believes the world was created 6,000 years ago, so she’s a nutcase…’”
The basic strategy used by the left is to create a series of litmus tests for conservative candidates…litmus tests that only Leftists can pass. Leftists use science and pseudo-science to bash conservatives, evolution, climate change, et cetera. They dumb-down debates to true/false terms, but only the liberal side is pronounced “rational.”
This is a fallacy, a false choice. Many devout Christians, Catholics, Deists, Atheists, scientists and non-scientists have served well in public office.
The real question is whether a person’s beliefs are rational, and how thoroughly they wish to inflict them on others. Many 1960 voters worried that JFK, the nation’s first Catholic President, would take orders from The Pope. They now worry about Christians and Evangelicals. Those who have such worries assume a person is strictly accountable for the entire doctrine of their faith and that doctrine will dictate their conduct in office.
(The only exception is the most bizarre: Leftists live in fear of Evangelicals, but not Muslims—who really are sworn enemies of secularism, freedom of speech, freedom of association, womens’ rights, gay rights, and human rights in general, and whose stated intent really is to destroy democratically elected representative governments around the world and replace them with an authoritarian theocratic Caliphate.)
It is necessary to examine how rational each candidate is in their approach to the topic and the opinions of those who disagree with their own opinion on the topic. The Scientific Method led the world out of the Dark Ages into the Modern Realm of Reason. Superstition (witch trials) gave way to pragmatism.
Sadly, the modern era, with all of its modern inventions, has done little to change human nature. The grass moved; was it a lion, or just the wind? We carry the DNA of our ancestors who ran from everything scary, and lived to breed.
Human nature is still superstitious at its most basic level. Despite our modernism, we–especially liberals–remain prone to emotionally-based beliefs not anchored in scientific principles. One glaring example: among the scientific community, we debate all sorts of topics, but only evolution inspires heated debate. Only evolution is defended or attacked with religious zeal. That is because topics like String Theory and Quantum Mechanics do not touch on theology and morality. Evolution does. If evolution is true, then there is no God, and religion can’t dictate (im)morality. If evolution is false, then God exists, and there may be moral consequences for my actions.
The Scientific Method has become the “Holy Water” blessing to the liberal / “progressive” led group-think of modern society, only “Science” has been greatly misused, co-opted, especially by the alarmists in the “climate change” debate. (Read http://wattsupwiththat.com/ and http://www.climatedepot.com/ to get the scientific skeptic’s side, which the LSM tries to supress.)
Real scientists disagree all the time. The basic Aristotelian principle is Thesis, Anti-Thesis, Synthesis. We have a theory that is pretty good at explaining observed reality, but it is not perfect. Eventually, somebody proposes a new theory. Debate ensues, new experiments are run, and if the new theory is better, we discard the old, and embrace the new. This was the case with physics. Isaac Newton’s Laws were pretty good, but not perfect. Albert Einstein proposed Relativity. Debate ensued. Eventually, it was shown that if gravity–a variable in Relativity–were fixed at a constant of 1, Einstein’s system of physics collapsed (the math is left to the student) to be Newton’s Laws of Physics. Thesis, Anti-Thesis, and Synthesis. Still, Einstein’s physics are an incomplete explanation for the universe. So we have the hunt for the Grand-Unified Field Theory, String Theory, et cetera.
Given that there are scientists on both sides of the evolution debate–not that the LSM will admit–how can we fault Sarah Palin or any other candidate for having an opinion?
It boils down to this: Does the candidate approach the question with an open mind, or have they decided before observing the data, what the answer is? Are they open to new input, or are they dogmatic in their beliefs? Are they open to the possibility that they may be wrong, or do they believe they are infallible?
I believe that the criteria for determining whether someone who holds an opinion on one of the litmus list should be disqualified from holding office is whether their position is rational or simply superstitious. We need rational people to be in positions of public trust. We must not be ruled by the whims of superstition.
So, the question should not be “Does the candidate hold the Politically Correct opinion,” but instead “Can the candidate give a rational explanation for how they arrived at their belief?” And furthermore, “Would this candidate use the police power of the Government to inflict their personal belief system on me, my family, and the economy? Will the candidate use his or her personal beliefs to guide their private behavior, or to set coercive public policy?
America is The Melting Pot, of peoples and beliefs. Science is a melting pot, too.
American culture is based on “live and let live,” where we have Freedom of Religion (or no religion). We must also reject any push to achieve orthodoxy in scientific opinions. Science advances as we disagree with each other and strive for a new synthesis. So too, we should embrace the diversity of opinions of science that occur within our politicians.
The most important point is not what they candidate believes, but whether they are going to inflict their will and opinions of others. (Cap and Trade, anyone?) So, make up your own mind on whether you can support a candidate, but don’t let their personal opinions on science dissuade you, unless of course, the candidate’s explanation reveals that they are deranged and not capable of rational thought.
Leftists, Liberals and Progressives: They Are Not Like Us
First, who are we? We are HillBuzzers.
We were drawn to Kevin Dujan and his web site like moths to a flame. We came from different backgrounds, from different walks in life, different religious and political backgrounds. We came because Kevin and his crew stood on principles that most Americans hold dear. We came to HillBuzz to get what was not offered elsewhere: a chance to work for honesty and a fair deal for everyone, a chance to make a difference, in a place of true equality.
We HillBuzzers united to remove injustice, as exemplified by acts like robbing Hillary Clinton of the 2008 Democrat nomination with a sleight-of-hand reassigning of delegates, giving Barak Hussein Obama (who is not a Muslim), the nomination. Injustice like the unrelenting attack on a great American, Sarah Palin. We are here to fight hate and injustice.
Okay, who are “they”? “They” are the people, both in public and behind closed doors (and behind our backs), who want everything their way, and will do anything to get it. They don’t believe in individual and human rights. They claim to, but their goal is not to have a good inning in the game of politics; they want to eliminate the game and seize power.
The Soros-funded uber-liberal wing of the party plotted a magnificent strategy to steal the primary elections and Delegates, and hand the crown to their chosen one. How can I say this? If you were alive, like I was, when JFK ran against Nixon, and were not blinded by party loyalty, you would have witnessed Chicago Mayor Richard Daley (the dad of the one who just handed power to Rahmses I) saying “It doesn’t matter who votes; it only matters who’s counting the votes.” Daley rigged the Illinois vote and gave it to JFK, which gave the national election to him, too.
Historical research reveals that Nixon knew of the voter fraud, but to avoid a Constitutional crisis, he declined to pursue the matter, for the good of the nation. What’s the real story with ACORN and the other voter fraud schemes? It’s to rig and re-engineer the elections to never produce an outcome that “they” do not approve.
Why do the uber-liberals scream hatred and shout racist accusations against voter reform? In poll after poll, around 75% of Americans approve the requirement for an ID, like a driver license, be presented before being allowed to vote. “They” claim it is racist and an attempt to suppress the minority voters. If that’s true, then requiring a drivers license to drive a car is racist, too.
But what proof do I have that “they” are not like us?
There is a test that psychiatrists and criminologists administer to some people. Try it for yourself:
A woman’s mother dies. At the funeral, the woman meets a really hot guy. Before they can exchange contact information, while the woman is in the bathroom, the hot guy leaves. A week later, the woman kills her sister.
Here’s the test: Why does the woman kill her sister?
If you can’t answer that question—congratulations. You’re probably not a sociopath, at least as far as this test is concerned. The woman killed her sister because she reasoned that if the hot guy heard about her mother’s death and came to the funeral, then he might hear about the sister’s death and come to her funeral, where the woman would make sure to connect with the hot guy.
Only a sociopath could come up with this answer.
Sociopaths are entirely self-centered. They’re incapable of feeling empathy. Sociopaths take things they don’t own to use or trade for other things they want. They have no morals, and so have no remorse.
We HillBuzzers want to win, but not by stealing the elections. We want our values to win, but win by convincing enough of our fellow citizens to agree with us. Not them. “They” don’t care how they win, as long as they win. They don’t care who they have to ruin, just as long as they win.
I read about how Reprobate AntHorny Weiner (D-NY) got started in politics. He did an anonymous racist character assassination of his opponent in the Democrat primary, which ruined his opponent, so Wiener, an unknown, won by 197 votes. Wiener later admitted he was the source of the racist fliers that inundated his district a few days before the election. In that Democrat stronghold, the winner of the Democrat primary was sure to overwhelm his opponent in the general erection. (Oops, I meant election.)
We HillBuzzers are still naive. We came from nice families in nice neighborhoods, where honesty and fair play were the norm. Well, welcome to the big city of mean, where “they” have learned to broadside and bushwhack innocents like us, eliminating us before we know what happened.
Kevin warns us about Concern Trolls and Eeyores. (See http://hillbuzz.org/2011/05/21/concern-trolls-vs-eeyores-can-you-spot-the-difference/ ) They are the most obvious ones we encounter on HillBuzz, but there are others who are in the “they” group. Think of Shakespeare’s Iago from Othello, the Moor of Venice. Iago derived satisfaction from telling different lies to Othello, Othello’s wife Desdemona, and anyone else he could embroil in his deceitful scheme.
Iago was small-time; he just wanted to see if he could ruin Othello’s marriage and happiness. George Soros is big-time. The Chicago Machine is big-time. They want to remake America the way they want it, and they don’t care who or how many they hurt to get their way. Their public minions like Daily Kos, Media Matters, and others are running the general rabble rousing. It’s the ones behind closed doors and behind our backs that are really dangerous. Those are the ones that make the anonymous and sometimes direct death threats to people attempting to shut them down and keep them from having an impact.
But the “they” are out there. They look like us (human) and even talk like us, but they will stop at nothing to get what they want. They are expert character assassins and are adept at ruining the careers and job prospects of those who they think stand in the way of what they want. You, me, we mean less to them than the sociopath’s sister meant to her. We are fodder to feed to the maw of their political machine.
Barack Hussein Obama (who is not a Muslim) is the top of their current effort. They are behind the throne, and will do anything to make sure he is re-elected. Anything. But even he is not important. He is just the face-puppet in front of their movement at this time. Soon, others will replace him and the new messianic meme will be launched.
Getting back to specifics, the basic difference between “us” and “them” is that we believe in individual rights and freedoms. We believe that everyone has a God-given right to self-determinacy.
As we Lakota say, “They are your feet. You must walk your own path.” They believe in controlling your life and your choices. They don’t eat meat, so you shouldn’t either. They hate guns, so (despite the 2nd Amendment) you shouldn’t have a gun either. They are skinny, so you can’t be fat. They are Liberal, so you cannot be allowed to be Conservative.
Open your eyes. They are not like us! They are essentially sociopaths. They will do anything, ruin anyone, perhaps even kill people to get what they want. They attack us by threatening our livelihood and the health and safety families. And yet, like sociopaths, “they” are a minority. In fact, surveys reveal that Leftists are only about 15% of the electorate.
We love America. We love the Constitution. And we are the majority.
We are HillBuzzers. We must band together to survive.
Liberals: Looking for Racism? Look in the Mirror.

Hillbuzz Contributor Newt Love
We’ve all heard it, the constant pounding of pundits and the news media telling us that white people, especially those in “The South,” are racists. Living in Maryland, I’m surrounded by a lot of these socially elite liberals who know that they are right about everything, especially when it comes to who is a racist.
I’m Lakota (an American Indian nation called Sioux), living off-Rez in Annapolis, Maryland. Having heard the incessant drumbeat that “Southern whites Are Racists,” I was apprehensive when my company sent me to a small town in southern Georgia to help with a project there. Some of my liberal Maryland neighbors warned me that I would face racial ignorance in southern Georgia.
I’ve spent three weeks so far in Warner Robins, Georgia. The group that I joined has been together for a year. It’s made up of three blacks, one Hispanic, and nine multiple-generation “Southern” whites and self-described “Georgia Crackers,” and now one red man (me).
I was amazed at the absence of the racism I had been pre-programmed to expect by the northern liberals and the news media. When I was in grocery stores and other public places, I saw no racial problems. In fact, everyone was free and easy in how they interacted. Everyone accepted my red skin and spirit hair (pony tail). Some people politely asked about the medicine bag hanging from my neck, a sign of my religion. In fact, the people in Warner Robins, Georgia, made me feel more socially free than I do when I’m home in Maryland!
We need to push back against the people in the media who repeat the meme that whites are racist. Saying that all whites are guilty of racism because of their skin tone is as wrong as saying that all blacks are criminals, or all red men are drunks. All of that is stereotyping, and prejudiced, and wrong!
One day at work, when I was alone with the youngest black engineer on the project, I said, “Before coming here, I was told to expect racism. Instead, I find more than friendship between the races; I see genuine love and affection in the team for everyone.”
He replied, “We’re family here.”
“So what should I tell my liberal neighbors back in Maryland?” I asked.
“Maybe you should tell them that they are prejudiced against southerners who are actually good people,” my black co-worker said. “Maybe they need to look into the mirror to see actual racism.”
