Andrew Breitbart is an American hero. How can we help him expose the Media as the Democrat operatives that they are?
June has been an incredibly busy and challenging month for us around here. Busy is a very good thing in this economy, but it’s meant we have not had the time to get to as many things as we’d like to on a political and national level. So, we’re happy Andrew Breitbart is out there providing leadership — and marvelous new ideas on how to take down the Left and sever the connections between the DNC and American media.
Today, we need you to find out as much information as you can on the Journolist scandal that Breitbart has drawn attention to. ”Journolist” was an email message system of some kind that reporters were using to coordinate their political strategies, in order to help Democrats. This all broke because a member of Journolist exposed some of its content in order to embarrass a Washington Post reporter.
But, there’s much, much more going on here.
There’s proof, apparently, in the Journolist archives that reporters in the national media conspire together to lob false and baseless accusations of racism at people who oppose what the Democrat Party is doing to this country.
This is what we have been telling you for two years that the Media has been doing, under direction from the DNC and the Obama administration (starting with his presidential campaign). If you oppose these people, you are branded a racist, and the Media assists in any way it can to destroy you. Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, and other Soros-funded endeavors then pick up the Media’s lead on the astroturf level to menace, harass, and attack whomever is on Obama’s hit list.
It sure feels like Journolist could prove all of this once and for all, and could be a sizable blow to the national Media.
Taking down the Media and discrediting it is one of the key paths towards defeating Obama in 2012. Without his Media cheerleaders in place, we don’t see how he can win re-election. Since the Media is controlled by the DNC and is a de facto arm of the Democrat Party, and the Democrat Party is now controlled by the Left, taking down the Left starts with showing the American people that what they see on TV and read in newspapers is just propaganda manufactured by this administration, no different than what passes as “journalism” and “news” in banana republics and other petty dictatorships.
Americans, in their hearts, have always known the Left controls the Media. This reminds us of wives who know in their hearts their husbands are cheating and are up to no good, but their personal situations prevent them from calling their husbands out on it. Maybe they don’t have jobs of their own, or are too deep in debt, or have wailing kids they have to look after. Maybe they just don’t want to be single moms, or be left all alone. So they ignore all the signs pointing to their husbands cheating on them, or doing whatever it is bad they are doing. They remain willfully and blissfully ignorant to what’s really going on, because they just don’t know what to do if they’d face up to reality and deal head-on with what’s been going on all these years.
What will the American people do if they finally confront the reality that the American Media, for all these years, was really just a propaganda arm of the Democrat Party, and the Democrat Party has really always been a front for the Marxist Left?
It’s like choosing between the red and blue pills in the Matrix.
There’s no going back, and the reality you’ll potentially face will be unpleasant, to say the least.
That’s where we are now with all of this. Some nights, we honestly all lie in bed, awake, unable to sleep, horrified at what the Left is doing to this country — frustrated because we don’t know how to make Americans see the truth behind all of the administration’s lies, and realize the Media is working against the best interests of this country while in service to the Left and the Obama regime. It’s frightening because this is the sort of thing the Soviet Union was known for, and it’s what happened in Iraq, Cuba, Venezuela, China, and other terrible places in the world. America is supposed to be better than this. America is not supposed to have a Goebbels-grade propaganda ministry. Americans are not supposed to be lied to every day by their government, and the people on public airwaves delivering what is supposed to be the news.
Major reform needs to happen at all journalism schools across the country. The entire MSNBC network needs to be removed from the air. The New York Times needs to be shuttered. The taint of corruption and propaganda is so great that the entire Media structure we have now needs to be dismantled and rebuilt somehow, in a way that produces a free and unbiased press that will give Americans the facts, and nothing but, going forward.
This is, clearly, so massive an undertaking that we just don’t know where to begin. It’s a problem larger than any of us, and it’s stomach-turning in its scope because thinking about all the effort that goes into spreading the regime’s lies makes you realize just how deeply the Marxist Left has infiltrated this country. It’s like being told your house is filled with bugs behind the walls: millions of insects, of all shapes and sizes, crawling, slithering, and worming around behind the plaster just out of sight. Once you’re aware they’re there, you can almost see the walls breathing with their movements…and good luck getting to sleep wondering what they are up to, what they are going to do next, and where they’ll all be tomorrow.
It’s a disgusting thought, and it’s just as creepy for us to think about everything we see in the papers and hear on TV being purposefully designed by “journalists” to advance the Left at the expense of America’s best interests.
THAT’S what the Journolist archives could very well prove once and for all — that the “journalists” in this country coordinate their articles to serve a greater purpose, and that is to proselytize for the cult of Liberalism. It’s a “Soylent Green is people” moment of horror, because this means that EVERYTHING you have been reading in the national media, EVERYTHING you have seen on TV, was more likely than not written by someone who took orders from this Journolist group…with the driving message being written at the DNC…as conceived by someone in the Left, who could very well be an anti-American lunatic like William Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Jeremiah Wright, or any number of the unsavories Obama and his ilk deem as prophets of Liberalism’s radical cult.
Exposing “journalists” as the Left’s activist operatives should be mission critical for all of us.
If the Media loses all credibility with the public, and the public wakes up to the fact that it’s been lied to all these years by papers and news networks that have claimed to be unbiased and serving the public good, then there will be hell to pay for all involved. It should start with the immediate firing of all “journalists” involved with the Journalist content coordination scheme — anyone who followed the Journolist ordered, and tailored their pieces to drive Democrats’ agendas does not belong as a news reporter. The papers and networks that employ these people should face congressional investigations in the next Congress, for employing operatives of the Democrat Party in positions where they portrayed themselves as unbiased observers.
Every last disgusting little bug in the wall needs to be rooted out and dragged out into the light of day for the American public to see clearly for the first time in its true form.
The institution of “journalism” needs to be so shamed by this that it’s forced to start self-policing and reevaluating how it conducts itself.
Andrew Breitbart has set something in motion that has the potential to bring down the Left.
We all need to help him…and that starts with brainstorming just HOW to do that.

You know – they get so mad when he catches them, then try to downplay his stuff, and discredit him – THEN they go and do the SAME thing! I could not be a liberal/progressive – my head would literally explode from trying to wrap it around their “logic”.
Count me in guys…not sure what to do except continuing to use social networking media to spread the word. That’s my strategy at this point, but I’m totally open to suggestions for how to take it up a notch.

One way to weaken the LSM would be for the Republican Party (Congressional leadership, RNC, and Rep. Governors etc.) as a whole to stop treating them as “independent” journalists. Honestly, if this happened, it would be huge, but I am not holding my breath.
You have touched upon this concept while discussing the cuc-mayo-set, in your previous posts. For example, who did the McCain campaign “allow” access to Governor Palin after her rollout? Katie freakin Couric of all people. That should tell you something about the mentality of the establishment Republicans and its view of the LSM. They want to be accepted and well-liked. They haven’t figured out that they will never be liked by the press not to mention where their loyalities ulimately lie. McCain found this out the hard way.
If memory serves after having read through “Going Rogue” twice and listening to it on CD once, the person who put Mrs. Palin in touch with Katie Couric was someone who had worked with Couric, as an assistant or an intern or something like that. This person was trying to do Couric a favor, it seems, by landing her a coveted interview. So Palin was interviewed by Couric to promote the career of one of Palin’s so-called assistants.

My ancestor was a Scot who fought for the crown. He was share cropping in Johnstown NY, and depended on a loyalist for his existence. They call them ‘Empire Loyalists’ in Canada, which is where they all went, and were partially compensated by the British with land and money. They had to provide data about what they had lost. Part of the family came back to the US in the 1870′s, which is why I was born here in the great USA!
This “bounty” is so great! I have long believed that not only are the media colluding with progressive apparatchiks, but they are being PAID for it, probably through some system of microtransaction online, like Paypal or direct deposit.
That means there’s a trail of documentation if we could just find it.

Hey, Rush has been calling them the “drive-by media” for years now, because the DNC has talking points put out every morning on a conference call. Then the “drive-bys” use the SAME WORDS from one network to another. It’s pretty clear that when the NYT, The WaPo, NBC, and all the others say that Obama’s replacement of Petraus for McCrystal was “brilliant” — the same word, there has to be some collusion going on.
OK, unsure? How ’bout when GW Bush chose Dick Cheney for VP because he had “gravitas”. EVERY network and newspaper was saying that word, when previously no one had even heard of that word before.
How ’bout when Jon Stewart and David Letterman were ridiculing Sarah for saying something that Tina Fey said in jest: “I can see Russia from my house.” Then EVERYONE who is in the Lefty punditry made fun of Sarah AS IF SHE SAID IT, AND NOT TINA FEY!! That one still gets me angry. Then, even “serious” journalists started to believe that Sarah said it. Barbara Walters had to be corrected, some Dem. “strategist” had to be corrected just last week!
Of course these are coordinated by the DNC. They have been, I think, since the Clinton Administration.

My nephew worked at CNN for a while and he is a Republican. He says it was very scary. He now works for a local TV station and says it’s scary but not as scary. In his words…the news media is liberal and in the tank. He predicted Obama woud win long before anyone gave him a chance in hell based on that fact alone so I believe what he says.

But, I empathically agree, Andrew Breitbart is a genious. I wouldn’t be surprised is someone has already sold it to him, and he is just seeing how many offers he gets, so he can out them all. I just love the thought of it.
We are already mobilized against the MSM and their ideology. Just take a look at the numbers: newspapers on the ropes, TV news in the tank (except Fox), movie tickets sales down to record lows and they keep raising prices, rentals plummeting without Netflix, Borders and their sister book stores on the brink, TV viewership in the basement.
Don’t let them have any more of your money! Starve them. Support the media you know is fair and balanced and promotes this country and its real identity wherever you find it.

When the Chgo tribune called to try to get me as a subscriber I said, “you’re promoting a liberal newspaper, 2. the tribune endorsed obama which means they endorsed the demise of capitalism and private industry so let me be the first to make sure the chgo tribune goes out of business” then hung up on him.
I truly cannot remember the last time I watched any news show from any of the alphabet networks. I don’t even watch their innocuous morning shows. So I have to admit that I really don’t have much of an understanding anymore of what gets reported and what doesn’t in the mainstream media and that’s not necessarily good. But I figure if it gets big enough, I’ll hear.
It’s Fox News for me, period. I get enough perspective from their line-up of contributors. Juan Williams isn’t conservative. Shep Smith isn’t conservative. Alan Combs etc. It truly is much more balanced than any other news network.
I watch the alphabet news (ABC) on my local station @6PM for my local news. Those folks (I guarantee!) aren’t on no stinkin’ Journolist.

I strongly believe that the talking points are spread further then just the newscasts and the NY Times/ Wash Post/ Soros sites.
I reached this decision by continious exposure to late night talk shows. I work nights, and the TVs where I work are invariably tuned into CNN. The few that arent’t generally have Letterman, Jimmie Kimmel, Leno, George Lopez, or Wanda Sykes
on.
I’m constantly amazed at how seamlessly
the nightly monologues touch right on the hot button topic of that day. Moreso, the way that the monologue is framed is ALWAYS
in a way that defends the dems/ liberal/ Obama viewpoint. A recent example has been
Kimmel continually linking the state of Arizona with Nazi Germany, due to the immigration bill.
I read months ago that Rahm was holding daily teleconferences with media operatives
such as Carville and Stephanopolous. Watching the seamless link during the late night talk show monologues makes me think that the talking points go beyond the news
divisions and spread into the entertainment section.
Final point: Infotainment shows such as
“Entertainment Tonight” bring this same belief home. There was night after night after night a few months ago on ET detailing
Levi Johnson. It was evident to any non-lobotomized person that all the coverage was less about advancing Levi and more about slandering Sarah Palin.

Here’s what’s going on: Obummer is getting his friends at the pension funds to invest in ‘approved’ companies, like BP, GE…

Once the money’s gone, so are Obummer’s faves.
The system WILL crash. The old Chinese proverb will work here: No need for action, just sit by the riverbank and wait for the bodies to float by.
That’s right. There are a lot (and I mean, A LOT!) of “blue states” and their unions who have lots of billion-dollar annuities bound to BP. CA, NY, NJ, MA… Heck, even TX!!!
If BP goes under, a lot of those people will come undone.
We should all donate to the Breitbart reward fund. For the right price someone will talk.

There have to be plenty of big-money donors who can put a cool million or two, even ten million in the pot. Once the million is reached, then Andrew can begin enticing…

Some enterprising plaintiffs’ lawyer should file a class action on behalf of any person who has ever purchased or subscribed to a news source based on the representation that it was objective and not agenda driven — which was false advertising, consumer fraud or something along those lines. The limited Journolist leak that occurred already is sufficient to show some basis for alleging that at least some portion of the MSM committed fraud — start with WaPo and use that as a basis to seek the whole Journolist archive and add defendants from there.
A gentle whisper of a suggestion. Let’s stop referring to the Mainstream Media, State Media, Lamestream Media – and instead use the Lapdog Media. Hit them where it hurts – sully their idea of themselves as being righteous (and deliberate) propagandists, lower that to “lapdogs.” p.s. this is a phrase Glenn Beck used once in passing
