Alright! It was me! Okay?? I Almost Shrugged.

Posted on November 12, 2012 by Megan Fox // Hillbuzz

As Kevin pointed out, his “friend” was seriously considering going underground. Yes, it was me. LOL…I admit I’ve been in a fog of shock and horror for the last week. But after copious amounts of macaroni and cheese and study of our founders and what they wanted for us…I’m back. Dammit. Read more about it here.

We are NOT outnumbered, we did NOT lose the culture war – Obama cheated!

    Please read this article:

    http://noisyroom.net/blog/2012/11/11/romney-did-not-lose/

He writes: “The reality, though, remains: the real, true majority of Americans did not ask for this outcome, did not support this result, and actually desire something very different from the plans they know this false president has for the nation.

Here is how it’s supposed to work: you know that you voted for Romney (or against Obama), but now you’re supposed to believe that “everybody else” wanted Obama. The “overwhelming majority” of people want Obama, want his policies, and want you to suffer. That’s what the Press will tell you, that’s what the authorities will tell you, that’s what the “official” version will be.

You are now supposed to “accept” your fate. You are now supposed to sit down and shut up. You are now supposed to “accept” the so-called “will of the people.” That’s what you’re supposed to do.

YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO GIVE UP. YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO SUCCUMB. You’re SUPPOSED to stop fighting, stop resisting, stop speaking out.”

I tried the GOP offices. I emailed local GOP people. Nothing. The election was stolen with hordes of fraudulent voters. Sickening. The conservative talkers are a joke as well. They are not backing up Colonel Allan West like they should.

I was reading the above article & saw a comment that made me think, “Hey Dummy Me, why didn’t you remember your Constitution?? The founders may have thought this problem out for us – The Electoral College!!! Now don’t go all haywire because I know that the EC is not popular, but read this by the poster Smokin’MadOkie.

“Everybody let’s remember, we have an Electoral College. So when you voted (unless you had a paper ballot you might not have noticed) you are actually voting for a list of people that will cast the Electoral college.
Electors chosen on Election Day meet in their respective state capitals (or in the case of Washington, D.C., within the District) on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December, at which time they cast their electoral votes on separate ballots for President and Vice President. That means Dec. 17th?

HE IS NOT ELECTED UNTIL THE ELECTORS CAST THEIR VOTES!

Spread to everyone you know in OH, WI, PA, VA, & FL. Today (Mon) is Federal Holiday, but tomorrow people need to contact either the individual electors on that ballot (reps for Electoral College) or their State Repub. Party.

These electors can ask for recounts. Don’t know where Mittens is, apparently licking wounds? So, WE THE PEOPLE are going to have to get busy. All Mitten’s contact links that I had available are now static.

It ain’t over till the fat lady sings, and I can’t carry a note! ha! Get busy troops, if you don’t live in one of these states you can still contact anyone you know and make this message go viral.!!!

There are too many precincts in these states that are showing over 100% of registered voters vote. Fraud anyone?”

Some states do not require that all electors vote for the candidate of the popular vote. I think PA is one of them. I did not see where electors pledged to vote according to “popular vote” numbers. In OR, the electors sign a pledge to vote for the “popular vote” candidate. (Does this sound like a plot to usurp state rights?).

Google “Electors for ___fill in state name___”. The information is right there. OR & PA have all the information about the constitutional purpose of the EC & the names of each elector. Then deluge your electors to get them to switch their vote to the real choice.

It seems like there should be SOMETHING we can do. NOW. I truly feel that this election was STOLEN and that we are letting ourselves be “disenfranchised” by the very party that cries “disenfranchised!” at the drop of a hat.

Nothing makes sense anymore. Mitt’s crowds were larger and more enthusiastic. Left-leaning newspapers who hadn’t endorsed a Republican in decades endorsed him. We hear of Republican pollsters being kicked out the voting places, the Black Panthers making appearances again, Republican voting apps shredded, shady 100%+ of districts voting for Obama, Leftists bragging about voting multiple times…the list goes on and on.

It doesn’t seem like we should have to just take it. I’d give anything for this to be overturned. ANYTHING.

Barring that, if nothing is possible, then we need to focus on the next vote NOW. Purple fingers, voter ID, I DON’T CARE. But whatever we do, we need to Not Wait until the next election, until it’s too late.

I think part of our problem is….we all know there is a need for Voter ID! But…we don’t say or try to do anything about it until the election is on top of us. We need to start NOW, trying to get state laws written, passed, enacted that will require Voter ID! Indiana has it….and I believe their law has already passed Supreme Court review….we should push our individual states to pass laws that are similar and/or identical to the Indiana law. Then DOJ shouldn’t be able to do anything about it.

We must get VOTER ID in ALL STATES!!!!

I also believe that the Early Voting gives the LibDems unparalelled opportunity for voter fraud. (I personally voted early in Texas because there was a real possibility that I would be out of town working on Election Day)

I do NOT know what the solution is for this…because it is helpful to those of us who work out of town, but it is a prime opportunity for voter fraud! Thoughts?

Pat, I feel the same way. Sometimes in the past when I’ve felt bad I’ve thought to myself, “What is it that’s making me so down?” and then I recall and think, “Oh, that’s no big deal. It’s not like it’s the end of the world.”

Well, to me this IS bad. It DOES feel like the end of the world. This country that I love so much, that I’ve been so grateful to have been born in, is disappearing as I know it.

I find myself looking at old people – and there are a lot of them in Iowa – and feeling a little bit jealous, because they’ll be dead soon. Isn’t that terrible?

Then I find myself looking at my sixteen year old son, and feeling even worse for him.

We have GOT to turn this thing around. Marxism is Voldemort and we’re Harry Potter. I was hoping this election was going to be the end of book seven, but perhaps it’s just book six. Dumbledore/Uncle Sam may be dead, but his influence is still there. Nerdy, I know, but I’m trying to find…something. Anything.

My understanding is that the people over 50 went for Obama in Iowa. Maybe someone who has the stats for Iowa can fill us in.

Byron York has a good article, at least one in which it looks like we are not outnumbered (yet), regarding the missing voters. Saw it referenced first on Legal Insurrection, a very good site.

        http://legalinsurrection.com/2012/11/knowledge-is-good/

York believes it was the “soft” Republican voters who did not turn out in Ohio (and one can extrapolate this to Virginia and Florida, too). IOW, while they didn’t like Obama, neither did they sign onto liking Romney as they had with Bush and even McCain. Obviously, someone stayed home on Nov. 6th.

We know we always have to vote in larger numbers than the Dems to make up for their voter fraud. Until we can stop their outright lying and corruption at all levels we’re in a world of hurt. The Lefties do not follow the law because that’s what Communists do, everything is subverted to their power and control.

The communist media was complicit in this because they covered up the truth about everything in this admin, and particularly the truth about Obamacare. Now so many naive people are shocked…they shouldn’t be, all the warning signs were there.

Chief Justice Roberts betrayed the sole entrusted mission of the Supreme Court: It WAS the court’s job to protect the people from corrupt gov. and illegal legislation.

Wanted to pass this article on, absolutely worth reading.

Just wait for the crash, and watch Obots run around like panicked chickens.

Don’t get upset but resolved, we all know where this is all heading, moochers voted more than the producers and people who wanted liberty from the fed govt. I’ve cut all lefty charities, I don’t buy from lefties, don’t even talk to them anymore, except to say “I told you so” and “you voter for this misery, now live with it, idiot!”
Approaching 20+ trillion in debt, there is no way around the consequences, prepare and be willing to help NON-obots, those jerks can fend for themselves.

    http://dollarcollapse.com/the-economy/now-we-can-stop-paying-attention/

“The system, in short, demands ever-increasing amounts of debt and couldn’t care less whether republicans or democrats provide it.

Someday the markets will put a stop to the borrowing, but until then it really doesn’t matter who we elect or what they promise. Debt, after it reaches a certain level, is all that matters – not immigration policy or health care or marginal tax rates or short term interest rates or gay marriage. All are irrelevant compared to the institutional momentum of increasing leverage.

Total debt is now about $175,000 per citizen, or $700,000 per family of four. The average family’s income is something like $50,000, so it’s clear that we’ve long since passed the point where a return to a 1980s version of placid normality is a viable possibility for the country, any more than it would be for a typical family that woke up to find itself $700,000 in debt. Going forward the choice is to inflate or die.

    So Why Bother Watching?
This story is at least a decade old, and it’s getting tiresome for all involved. For the majority who expect positive change from each election the disappointment must be exhausting, as each inevitable compromise moves their latest hero one step closer to impotence. For the small number of people who see the underlying truth, this show is even harder to watch because the obvious, inevitable ending just won’t come. The zombie that should have died for good after the 2000 tech stock crash keeps shambling along, wreaking havoc or boredom, depending on whether you’re in its path or watching from a safe distance.

The solution? Accept that time spent obsessing over a process with a predictable result but unpredictable schedule is time wasted. So just stop watching. Make the right – and by now obvious – financial and lifestyle choices and then tune out. Turn off the TV and stop reading the business and political sections of the paper. Use the resulting time to develop yourself and cultivate your community. You know what’s going to happen, more or less: A decade hence your gold will be worth a lot more and everything else quite a bit less. And you know your friends will suffer and need your help. So prepare for the things that you can predict.

Once the markets stop providing unlimited leverage and the system crashes for good, then tune back in and add your voice and your capital to the debate over what to build in its place.

    ”

TV is the biggest waste and the biggest control tool used by these evil ba*tards. Pull the plug. Stop supporting people who hate you. I dropped TV years ago. The web posts on election night proved they all knew what was going on the with the stolen election and they called states to early to help Obama. It is all momentum overload to overwhelm us to concede. They did flash mob voting.

Evil ABC/Disney and D Sawyer and George S torturing Americans with hope that Romney could win it. They did it for hours. the reality is Romney had won the election. The people on and behind TV and Hollywood are the lowest and most despicable “humans.”

I think a lot of people share your opinion of television. The explosion of Youtube as an entertainment source and the fact that there are now two over-the-air networks that feature programs from the ’50s and ’60s tells me that what passes for entertainment today doesn’t generate enough advertising revenue to justify its existence. Perhaps even people who describe themselves as “liberal” find to be obnoxious the depiction of men as stupid, women as either slutty or abrasive, kids as beings far superior to their parents and any religious person as a priggish Nazi.

Thanks for the laugh! (Germans bombing Pearl Harbor…)

My general sentiment is something like as follows (points separated for logic, not for a line of chronology):

      1. Consolidate household/family conditions… (Make sure you know what you have, that it gets maintained, pay mortgage(s) as regular as clockwork, quash credit card debts (if any)…)

      2. Keep in touch with neighbors, and up-to-date on local area events and conditions.

      3. Keep in touch with our kind of people over whatever ‘net is available.

      4. If armed, make sure equipment AND skills are maintained – not because I expect you to need them, but because the point of having them is a moot point if NOT maintained!

      5. Keep informed of (and, if necessary, keep THEM informed (and heated up)) your state’s government and assemblies, and their policies.

The general idea is that only informed, self-sufficient, voluntarily cooperating citizens can have a hope of either righting this ship of state, or replacing it if righting it fails…

    Yay you Megan.
I LOVED the rant…I’m so there, too.

I’m a little off balance at the moment because I used to have Fox News on in my studio during the day….and now the sound and sight of the Bill Kristols of the Republican Party saying things like ” we should just give in on the “rich” paying higher taxes because Obama won and what harm would it do?” makes me want to shoot my TV.
What HARM would it do? How about, What GOOD would do other than simply bending over and handing Obama the lube and showing Republicans to be spineless wimps.
This is the most disturbing thing to me….the supposedly “conservative” talking heads behaving like those neurotic octopi that begin consuming their own tentacles.
In the week since the election EVERYTHING I have heard from the newly re-elected BathHouse administration is cr*p….a tsunami of layoffs, Obama saying he is willing to work w/ Rs re: the “fiscal cliff” but only if “the rich pay their fair share”, zillions of new regulations, Benghazi bs, Hillary bs, Petraeus bs, millions more on food stamps, Sandy blackout from mainstream media, and that’s just a drop in the bucket…..all garbage.

I am madder than ever, refuse to be silent. only now I will be listening to JS Bach and Van Morrison.

I’ll admit I’m not good at coming up with initial great ideas, but I am more than willing to follow a good leader and will do whatever work is necessary to accomplish the end result.

The ironic thing is that the people that are willing to follow the Socialists because of what they get will also benefit (probably even more, which is maybe what/how we need to advertise) from the constitutionalists.

I want to find/compile a list of Conservative Merchants….ones who do NOT donate to Democrats! I have made a vow that I will not vacation in BLUE states, and I will not purchase anything from a company that is not absolutely essential to survival of my family from a BLUE state or a company in a BLUE state. Therefore, I am searching for alternatives. I am all for supporting companies which are laying off people due to **Barry-Care-Tax.

    Chik-Fil-A
    Hobby Lobby
    **Papa John’s
    Home Depot
The Marketplace on Glen Beck’s site
    Markdown.com (also GB’s )

I’m also going to make a concerted effort to do more shopping from local merchants, farmer’s markets, etc. At least it will keep the money in the community, and you are much more likely to know the political persuasion of local merchants and you can choose accordingly.

Looking for input/ideas! Would love to see a Comprehensive List Compiled somewhere that would address this.

Many conservative businesses find themselves in blue states that were once red states. That isn’t the fault of the business and not doing business with them punishes them unfairly.

Instead, target businesses that own the MSM such as anything GE or that advertise within it. For example, here is a list of The Daily Show sponsors -

      http://www.catholicleague.org/contact-the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart-sponsors/

However, you have to vet the list as some advertisers pull sponsorship such as Delta did in May -

      http://cnsnews.com/news/article/delta-stops-advertising-daily-show-after-anti-christian-vagina-manger-skit

It all revolves around money. Reduce the flow to advertisers and you reduce politician donations. I am disappointed to see some favorites on the list but somehow I’ll muddle through.

One thought I had to help compile this list is to look who the Left hates. I went to MoveOn.org (time for a long, hot shower!) and found these three companies:

Sept. ’12 – WalMart – ad exposing abuse to warehouse workers

Dec. ’11 – Lowe’s – criticizing pulling ads on “All American Muslim” reality show

Aug. ’10 – Target – contribution to MN gubernatorial race

I also think when we patronize companies we should write to them telling them why.

Can’t say I blame you all that much, I’ve been in a fog since last Tuesday trying to come to grips with the fact 2 to 3 million McCain voters stayed home. While I believe voter fraud is very possible, (many precints in Cleveland and Philly with NO Romney votes? C’mno, man!), I fully expected GOP turnout to exceed all past elections. How could I and so many other been so wrong? Are we delusional? What does it say about the sorry and about to get sorrier state of our nation?

It just means we got to keep on working. I’m not ready to give up on my country. Resistance is NOT futile.

The GOP turnout DID exceed all past elections. The meme that 2-3 million McCain voters stayed home is crap. Do not rely on what you’re told by ANY media outlet — whether it be ABC, Fox News, MSNBC, or your local newscasters. Rely on what you yourself saw — the TENS OF THOUSANDS of people at Romney/Ryan rallies vs. 2,000 tops at Obama rallies. The roaring tsunami of voter sentiment at Romney’s speeches. The massive lines at polling places. The nationwide enthusiasm at the prospect of throwing off a Communist/Marxist totalitarian administration.

Massive voter fraud is what happened.

Best way to combat it and prevent it happening in 2014 and 2016? Personally, I lean toward paper ballots, or purple ink on the index finger. I don’t buy into the idea of “no more elections”; such a thing would immediately trigger a revolution. Therefore, I think it’ll be of critical importance to come up with methods of safeguarding the voting process. Poll watchers. Local law enforcement at polling locations, if necessary. Having biker gangs show up in precincts where the New Black Panthers are likely to be. Supporting ideas like starting brand-new news organizations that will report the REAL news, instead of just being a bunch of leftist talking heads. Networking with friends, family and acquaintances to build and strengthen nationwide grass-roots movements.

Oh swell, now I’ve gotten on a soapbox without even knowing it. :)

Glad to see you are hanging in there. I truly believe the real problem is not so much President Obama, but the people who blindly support him irregardless of the harm he is doing to them and our great Nation. The only way to counteract this is to open the minds of as many people as possible about the truth of how President Obama’s leftist ideology is ultimately harmful to most everyone but his inner circle of cronies. Cronies like the Hollywood elite, the government Unions, the anti human environmentalists who would ban the use of cheap energy, and the crony capitalists. As long as the mainstream media is in full support of President Obama and his ilk, news sites like your are needed more than ever.

So glad you’re hanging in there Megan. I am too, although there was a short period of time when I thought that I was crazy for continuing to fight against the status quo. But then I realized that being a conservative in California means that I do that every single day. We are so used to fighting back and not getting anywhere that it takes a really stubborn person to keep it up. I guess I’m pretty stubborn.

Your aunt is a national treasure. She nails it on every issue. So much of what she says is good common sense. Sometimes when I look at the world the Left has created I don’t know how they can do it. Nothing makes any sense, there’s no consistency in any of their so-called beliefs. Where I live you see nothing but SUVs in the parking lot of Whole Foods. Gay people support Muslim groups. People beg for more police and protest them at the same time. Anti-war people disappear when a Democrat is President, as do the homeless. The poor are hungry and yet their children get fed 2 free meals a day at school, they get food stamps, and they are always standing in line for the latest freebie at the local food bank….while wearing expensive sneakers and talking on iphones.

I don’t get it, it’s like living in Bizarro World where nothing makes sense, up is down, white is black, right is wrong…it’s very confusing.

And people wonder why there is so much drug abuse, mental illness, and troubled teens! It’s obvious to me that the “everything goes” mentality is bad. People need structure, they need to have a sense of right and wrong, if they don’t they go crazy, and so does our society.

However, when you point out these conflicts between what the Left says and what it does, you’re the one with the problem. You’re being mean by pointing out their hypocrisy. Oh, and of course, their standard answer is that if it wasn’t for those nasty Republicans everything would be wonderful. It’s like some kind of mass hypnosis, or the Night of the Living Dead, these people have no idea of how stupid they sound, and of how ignorant they are.

I don’t know how to fight this except to go after the culture and start changing things. Being smart and conservative has to be the new “in” thing, and soon, or we’re in big trouble!

So true. I have been thinking for the past couple days it’s as if everything in our culture is now turned inside out. My daughter used to love the show Little Bear a few years ago. I remember one episode was “opposite day”. I feel like every day is now opposite day in this country-at least opposite to what this country was like when I was little or even just 20 years ago. It’s also like the movie Ground Hog Day because every day since Nov 6th I keep waking up to the same bad dream and I don’t know how to get out of “opposite day/world”.

It does help to know there are others who feel the same way.

Historical data on 56 previous elections indicate at least 15 to 20 million votes flipped and
missing. Data available for everyone right in front of our eyes. Out of 56 presidential elections there were only 7 elections that voter turn out was down from previous elections. The combined total for all 7 elections is 13,428,613 or 0.73% out of all 56 elections generating 1,835,207,811 votes. These 7 elections had events such as war of 1812, civil war, ww2, stock market crash attached to declines in voter turn out.

The average growth in all presidential elections is 2,892,573 per election. The increase in votes for the last 5 presidential elections is 40 million. Yes that’s an average of 8 million more votes per for the last 5 elections, In 2008 131 million votes were counted. On Nov 2012 Gallop reported that this election mattered more to democrats 66% independents 62% and republicans 85%. So voter turnout 131 million from 2008 + 8 million average rate of growth last 5 elections + increased voter interest. That is 139 million + increased interest. 122 million votes counted
for 2012 ???? THATS A SHORTFALL OF 17 MILLION VOTES!!!!! Where are they ? Everyone lets put on our thinking caps and why are we being distracted to different issues?.
does it touch you in your core?

As for the fraud in the White House, I am sending letters to my state GOP reps. We need resolutions coming out of these state governments demanding an investigation into the election of Barry Hussein. Send them the links with VIDEO PROOF of the fraud. They cannot explain that away. With GOP majorities in most states, we might get some action. Forget about your federal reps. They will do nothing. Romney will do nothing. In spite of my frustration, I am slowly moving towards acceptance. I’ve turned off talk radio and stopped checking the right-minded websites (except Hillbuzz, of course, as it so postive). My goal is to not hear Obama speak one word for the next four years. I don’t understand why the republicans seem uninterested in even exploring if there was voter fraud. Only thing I can think of is that the dems have something on all of them, like, maybe they have proof they committed voter fraud.

It surreal how the next day mitt disappeared and all the republicans except Col West seemed to switch something in their brains and all acquiesce.

I’m glad to hear that others can’t watch Fox news, I had stopped watching them but on election night watched again (they had all networks running). The only one worth watching their now is Piro, the others I realize are democratic shills.

If they could have done something about BO, it would have happened long ago. McCain had enough evidence to utterly wreck Obama. We’re dealing with a cabal so powerful they can control the actions of both parties, steal an election, and then turn around and have the media blame the results on GOP racism. I should say they think they are all-powerful. They can do nothing without our co-operation and consent. I do not consent.

Conservatives should have nothing to fear from the truth. We should welcome dissenting opinion and rise to the challenge of defending our positions. Living in an echo chamber solves nothing. The far left has become insane because they cut out all dissent and focus on manipulating the system and manipulating the message. I don’t want to be part of any party, conservative or otherwise, which follows the same strategy.

There is a symbolic demonstration of solidarity going on in the nation. Over 21 States have begun petiitons at WhiteHouse.gov to respectfully and peacefully leave the union. Texas already has enough signatures to get White House recognition to their request. This is to show that they are not happy about obama.
There is also a petition to recount the election because of fraud. It is statistically impossible for all those many counties in Ohio, Indiana and Pa not to have even one Romney vote! ANd funny things happeded in early voitng.
It is easy to join and find your state or start a pettion for your state or sign the recount petition. There may be a pettion for Benghazi too

States intending to leave the Union don’t file petitions asking “Oh pretty please, is it OK with you if we leave?” The governors and state legislatures issue proclamations TELLING the central government “This is what we are going to do”.

Why would anyone trust anything coming off the White House’s own website, anyhow? How wise is it to give one’s name and location to them?

The other petition — the one regarding a recount — looks to be less wonky. If I remember correctly, it doesn’t come from whitehouse.gov.

Its time to cut the cord and begin again. This time with our own rules and without compromise. We have enough resources on our own including, coal, oil, marble, farmland, poultry & beef plants, warm water ports, industry bases, and an armed populace with military training as well. I need to give y’all a list of my FB friends!! They are all madder than hell and they aren’t willing to “just let this go” until the very last option has been tried.
I had signed up for all the newsfeeds of people for Romney and the people who are the most vocal about having these votes recounted is “Christians Against Obama’s Re-Election”
    Everybody has signed: http://www.petition2congress.com/8222/petition-recount-on-2012-presidential-election/?src=widget
You put in your zip code and the letters are sent to the president, senators and house member of your location.

Received this from the Romney campaign newsfeed yesterday:

The Romney campaign is currently doing all they can and researching all they can and any possible options right now and rest assured if there is something that can be done it will be. I’m not at liberty to give specifics right now, but it is all being investigated. Many similar circumstances across the country. No ruling on the the military vote at this time. Please keep praying for unity in our country and do not fall for divisive or hateful rhetoric. We the people must remember who we are and always stand for America and all that makes it great and good. We know Romney wants to get all the information in. Lets not jump to conclusions. I am confident if this can be contested he will do.

There are 20 petitions to Washington from state citizens to secede from the union. Texas has already reached the 25,000 that they have to look at it. Surprised me that 2 of the petitions are from NY and NJ…so much for cutting red tape……

Please do anything you can to help force a recount of these votes and get the military votes counted…….it is so UNJUST to have their votes thrown in the trash!! The voter fraud was just too blatant this time to just let it go!!

I wonder how exactly a “recount” takes into consideration machines that may not have recorded a vote for persons at all? or flipped votes? or if ballots were discarded in some manner? I suppose they would have to cross reference with how many people signed in to vote? but what about folks who don’t sign in and only mailed in ballots? and if those were the ones discarded? a recount only helps if all votes are present and accurate, imho.

Wow, the unemployment numbers will be overwhelming. Every place I go, someone in the comments if reporting more people “let go”. Just read about hostess. The union went on strike, hostess literally closed the plants. I guess the union will drag them into court but it won’t matter, they are bankrupt. They can simply close the whole company, can’t get blood out of a stone. The bond holders get the first crack at the carcus. The union might be somewhere on the list but everything will be gone by the time they get there.

    Glad your back!

We got a lot cut out:

    Fight the media.

Keep off tax hikes at least until the elections of 2014, then even if the Democrats get the House they only have two years to screw things up.

2016 will be the year of stronger contenders. Paul Ryan, Rubio, Susan Martinez, (Jeb Bush?), and maybe Allen West?

Above all, support Paul Ryan to be Speaker of the House. Boehner has got to go! The man’s weak and a fool. He’d be dumber to think about doing that immigration stuff.

Because let’s see, an immigration bill passed in a democratic Senate, signed by a democratic president. Oh that will so win hispanics to the GOP. *rolls eyes*.

Tone down the rhetoric, but don’t get stupid and cave in. Give in on education for hispanics instead. Also hold off on the tax hikes until they get spending cuts. The democrats need to stop bankrupting this country to fund their voter rolls.

At this point, let them blame us if we go over the fiscal cliff. We can’t let them drive off or sink anymore businesses so that they can increase their “voter rolls” with benefits to insure their “majority”. We’ve got to atleast hold them off for two years.

They’ll paint us as the party of no, no matter what we do so we might as well be the “Party of HELL NO”!

Our bench for candidates in 2016 is strong. The democrats have what in 2016? Hillary is their best, otherwise it’s Biden. Their bench is weak.

Raul Castro can’t even speak spanish and he’s got that Texas twang that democrats hate. Plus Raul Castro is a PROUD Texan even if he’s a commie, he’s a Texan commie (we don’t get even them right).

Apparently there have been only two true conservative Presidents in the last century – Calvin Coolidge and Ronald Reagan. Coolidge was after Woodrow Wilson, so Americans were pretty much sane at that time. Coolidge talked of the “restful” nature of the Constitution – that is was not a changing, progressive document. Here’s a neat quote from his speech on the 150 anniversary of the passage of the Constitution:

“About the Declaration there is a finality that is exceedingly restful. It is often asserted that the world has made a great deal of progress since 1776, that we have had new thoughts and new experiences which have given us a great advance over the people of that day, and that we may therefore very well discard their conclusions for something more modern. But that reasoning can not be applied to this great charter. If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions. If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people. Those who wish to proceed in that direction can not lay claim to progress. They are reactionary. Their ideas are not more modern, but more ancient, than those of the Revolutionary fathers.” – Calvin Coolidge, “The Inspiration of the Declaration,” in Foundations of the Republic: Speeches and Addresses (New York: Scribner’s Sons, 1926), 441-54.

Actually he’s writing about the 150th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The Constitution didn’t have its 150th anniversary until 1937, by which time Coolidge was dead. I agree with you though that he and Reagan were our best and maybe only conservative Presidents in the 20th century.

I follow some groups who are interested in preserving wild horses and their habitat. In the last 4 years they have had on-going battles with Secretary of Interior, Ken Salazar. On election day there was a meeting with him, there was media coverage and some questions were asked of Salazar. After the cameras went off, Salazar turned to the person who set up the meeting and threatened to punch him out because he didn’t like some of the questions. He also made a weird statement to Ginger Kathrens, who made the PBS special about “Cloud” the mustang stallion. She witnessed what he said to the reporter, he said to her “you know you shouldn’t do that.” What? Listen?

You have to understand that some of the mustang advocates are “Left of Lenin” lefties. They have been confused, shocked, and unable to understand the behavior of Obama and his administration for the last 4 years. They believed that he would help them out (because he said so), get rid of oil, and ranchers out west. But the Obama administration has systematically been killing off the mustangs. Although it is currently illegal, they have been rounding up and selling mustangs for slaughter. They’ve been caught in the act, and that is the question Salazar refused to answer. Today these same people are as shell shocked and gut-punched as we are. They are running in circles and tearing their hair out. Some of these same people went ballistic when some of us suggested voting for Romney, that because of Ann he may be more likely to be sympathetic. You should have heard some of the vile, hateful lies.

I know most of you don’t care about the mustangs ( I do because I am a horse lover, I believe they are a part of our history, a symbol of the West, and freedom, and they have a lot to teach us about the nature of horses), and maybe you want them dead, my point in telling this story is that Obama will be doing this to many of his supporters for the next 4 years. He has to. He has a secret agenda. How do we exploit his behavior and turn it to our advantage? I haven’t said much yet, I know they wouldn’t hear me because of their panic and fear, but I’m thinking about what I will say.

Thanks for this information, I did not know anything about this. I grew up on a farm and raised horses and showed them throughout my growing up. That is SOOO disgusting what they are doing to these wild mustangs, always trying to lie and cover up their dirty shenanigans. I am heartbroken when I hear of this kind of crap done by our own government! The more I learn of this administration and it’s policies, the only word that describes them is EVIL!

Ginger Kathrens was scheduled to be on the Hannity show, it was cancelled because Petraeus is so much sexier. We need to start hitting them everywhere and anywhere there is misconduct, we need to start demanding that ALL Media hold their feet to the fire.

Here is the thing, if you don’t investigate the fraud from this election, (which we all suspect there was….) then how are we going to stop it from becoming even WORSE in the next election?

Been dreaming about the election every night, still sick about it and have known since that night something was way off about it. I feel like someone died. Oh, maybe Lady Liberty perhaps…

My answer? I don’t want to succumb to victim mentality, so I joined the NRA and am going to buy a gun at my first gun show this weekend. Then I am taking a concealed carry gun class here in New Orleans Thanksgiving weekend and then practicepracticepractice. One caveat to the election last week was that Louisiana strengthened their 2nd amendment rights and it’s damn time I exercise my right!! I just ain’t going down like that, not without a fight!

    Lock and Load!!!!

On election day I thought you played us for a fool with all of this false hope.

In retrospect though there were too many reports of people selecting Romney on the touch screens and it registering as Obama instead for the vote totals to be legit.

We use/abuse touch screens here at the hospital and NEVER has it happened that we selected one thing and another came up in all the years we have used them. NEVER. If it happened on election day then it was on purpose. Bet on it.
