9-9-9 in a Nutshell
Years ago I read the book “The Fair Tax” and I thought it was a brilliant idea to simplify the tax code and make it fair. Herman Cain’s plan is similar. Whatever your feelings are for the man, you have to admit that this tax plan is pretty smart. And they finally produced a video to explain it. Me likey.
