Mobs of black youth hunt white people in Wisconsin — the same thing’s been happening here in Boystown for a few years now
Drudge Report has quite a few stories up today, about mobs of black youth deliberately hunting white people in Wisconsin. The black youth are clearly racially motivated when committing these crimes. They are deliberately seeking out white people to beat, rob, and come close to killing.
The same thing has been happening here in Boystown for four years now…ever since The Center on Halsted opened on the strip of bars, restaurants, and shops that make up Boystown’s main drag. “The Center”, as it’s known in the community, was a hair-brained idea conceived by a group of well-intentioned fools who actually live nowhere near the neighborhood. But, they thought they should build a “community center” in the middle of Boystown, and then direct that Center to perform “outreach programs” to “disadvantaged youth” in the Southside of Chicago (quite a hike from Boystown, actually…about 40 minutes spent on the train) to bring those “youth” up to Boystown to hang out in the Center.
Knit/crochet/sew for the Troops — Operation Gratitude
If you are looking for a way to support Operation Gratitude and don’t live near our Los Angeles location, and if you are a knitter/crocheter/seamstress, we need your help! During the summers, when our troops are subjected to temperatures up to 130 degrees, we send them bandana cool ties. Those are neck scarves filled with little polymer granules, that they soak in water, and the scarves hold the moisture and keep their necks cool. During the winter, we send them knitted/crocheted scarves and neck gators to keep them warm. Please keep in mind that colors should be muted, desert camo, brown or beige, grey, drab green, (please, no American flag fabric)…..nothing to draw attention to our troops. Here are some tips for these projects.

New Chicago Tour from Margaret Hicks at Chicago Elevated: The Disaster Tour!
Margaret Hicks is an absolute riot.
She’s a local tour guide from Chicago Elevated who gives the most amazing tours of various parts of the city, with as much emphasis on humor and fun as history. If you are coming to Chicago and looking for something interesting to do, then Hicks’ walking tours are a really fun way to do something different…and actually SEE Chicago, instead of looking at mostly the tops of cars driving by while on other tour buses.
Hicks’ new tour is about famous Chicago diasters.
Give him more time because the “Change” is a coming.

This is the speech that Obama gave at his Birthday/Fundraising bash on August 3rd in Chicago. The audio isn’t great so you may have to turn up the volume. It’s his same old sweeping rhetoric. “I am going to save the world…part the seas…cure cancer” blah-blah-blah. He whines about how hard it’s been to be president….how big a mess he inherited…how he needs more time to get things done. He’s preaching to his congregation…these are his peeps yet this is a slightly different Obama than 3 years ago. He looks tired…sounds tired…and the crowd seems less enthusiastic. It’s sort of like watching the Rolling Stones halftime show at the Superbowl back in 2006. Same old songs sung by the same old Mick Jagger but they just didn’t sound the same. Old and tired…with a lot less energy and electricity in the air.
Around about the 8:40 mark in the video Obama says ” When I said ‘Change you can believe in I didn’t say change you can believe in tomorrow or change you can believe in next week. We have this big messy tough democracy’”
Yes…Obama hates a big messy tough Democracy. He would prefer a dictatorship. He’s not accustomed to compromise.
So…it appears that his new campaign slogan has emerged.
“Change we can believe in….just don’t expect it next week because I have those damned Republicans to deal with.“
ETrade Baby slips into depression.

I know this is an old video ( as old as this past April I think) but it’s very appropriate to post it today.
Enjoy!

Today in History:
1981 – Ronald Reagan fires 11,359 striking air-traffic controllers who ignored his order for them to return to work. Let’s think about this for a minute. If Carter gave us Reagan, and if Obama is WORSE than Carter, that means in 2012 someone even BETTER and more union-skull-cracking than Reagan should win the presidency. You betcha!
1957 – American Bandstand, a show dedicated to the teenage “baby boomers” that showcased popular songs and dances of the time, debuts on ABC. American Idol has nothing on it.
1914 – The first electric traffic light is installed in Cleveland, Ohio. Here we go again, folks. The wonders of Cleveland will no doubt be told to me at great length today…and you can join in by thinking of northeast Ohio whenever you’re at traffic lights all day.
1884 – The cornerstone of the Statue of Liberty is laid on Bedloe’s Island (now Liberty Island) in New York harbor. Just think. All these years later, not only does the pedestal and the statue still stand, but the cornerstones of our liberty and democracy endure, even longer, despite the neverending efforts of the Left to undermine them. Amazing, isn’t it? And not surprising nobody’s ever erected a Statue of Government anywhere to celebrate the waste, corruption, and burdens Big Government places on everyone.
1620 – The Mayflower departs from Southhampton, England on its first attempt to reach North America. Even without a light in a harbor to guide them, they still set their sights on freedom and traveled here. With no striking union members to in any way inconvenience them, either.
What’s happening in your part of the country TODAY?
