Mother Jones sees Governor Palin as a cultural giantess who is leading the middle class in a revolt against the Left.
They see her as an unstoppable force that will smash them to bits.
These Leftists are not afraid of Mittens Romney, Tim Pawlenty, or anyone else in the Cocktail Party.

I can add a little more to the article involved, about what is happening in Illinois.
GOP Chair Pat Brady has abandoned Steele…whom Brady called a personal friend.
This is because the GOP in Illinois is stone broke…and wealthy donors are refusing to write checks until Brady is booted.
Brady is trying to hang on, and is blaming the fundraising problems on Steele.
I think this is happening in every state.
The problem is actually not Steele.
What’s happened is that people have started giving directly to candidates they like because they do not trust the Cocktail Party establishment to make good decisions.
So, no donating to state parties and no giving to the RNC.
Frankly, this is how it should be…since the Cocktail Party poobahs are so worthless.
Steele could not make the state parties break old, bad habits and end their Cocktail Party ways.
I don’t know who can, really.

Just finished Thanksgiving dinner here at Buzzquarters. It’s been a very long day, including a round of arts & crafts making turkeys, pilgrims, Indians, and a mess.
Someone surprised me with these Alaskan playing cards, which I love, you betcha.
Why were the TSA scanners turned off on Thanksgiving?
Is there a rational and legitimate explanation for this?
