League of Women Voters Gets Schooled by True Americans

It happened in a debate between Joe Walsh and Melissa Bean here in Illinois.
The League of Women Voters hosted the event, but claimed there was no time for the Pledge of Allegiance before the proceedings. When someone asked why they would not allow the Pledge to be said, the moderator from the League (Kathy Tate-Bradish) harped, hemmed, and hawed for some time…until the audience just rose up against her and said the Pledge anyway.
Ironically enough, that gasbag moderator Bradish took longer explaining why she didn’t want the Pledge said than it took to say the actual Pledge. It just shows how ridiculous the Left really is.
They didn’t want to say the Pledge because it’s a part of patriotic America. The Pledge takes 21 seconds.

There is no justifiable reason to ban the Pledge for time constraints.
It sets the right tone for an evening of debate and reminds people of their American civic duty to be involved in proceedings like this.
Here’s a question for you — and we want you to seriously think about this, reflect on it, and then answer truthfully in the comments below:
Would you have been one of the people shouting for the Pledge to be said, standing up to defy the League of Women Voters, and getting on your feet to lead others to say the Pledge?
It takes guts to stand up and be heard like this.
It takes courage to make sure America is properly honored.
It’s hard standing there in a spotlight having eyes fall on you.
A lot of people are programmed just to sit in their seats and be quiet. They see that League of Women Voters moderator as some sort of authority figure, and if she says no to the Pledge, then everyone has to go along with what she said and sit in their seats and be quiet.
HELL NO.
It is our most sincere hope that every single person who reads us every day becomes the sort of person who’d stand up to that moderator and just start reciting the Pledge. You might not be there yet, because we certainly understand all the programming and brainwashing the Leftist education system put into everyone to keep people complacent, dormant, and averse to challenging authority…but when something is wrong, we hope and pray you’ll stand up to it. We hope you’ll all be leaders who stand up for America whenever you think this great country is being degraded and not given proper respect.
Millions of good people died so that we alive today could stand up and say that Pledge. Some men and women in uniform lost the ability to even stand while fighting to defend that right and privilege.
The least you can do is get off your butt and defy some quack moderator from the League of Gender-Based Identity Voting when she tells you “to Hell with the Pledge of Allegiance”.
Remember: the Left only wins when good people let it.
Are you one of the ones who’ll let it, or would you be up on your feet encouraging others to strike back?
People like Kathy Tate-Bradish sure won’t keep any of us from saying the Pledge and honoring America.

It wasn’t her decision to exclude it from the schedule that night; it simply hasn’t been the norm at League events.
But a few audience members decided they would make it part of the agenda, stood up, and with much of the rest of the audience – packed with Walsh supporters – following suit, recited the pledge.A little flustered, Tate-Bradish admonished the crowd: “Ladies and gentleman, I hope … I hope that that will be the last time that I am disrespected.”

UPDATE: We really wish we knew Kathy Tate-Bradish and that we encountered her on a regular basis. But, we don’t. HOWEVER, we will make this little promise to you: if we ever see Kathy Tate-Bradish, or ever hear of a League of Women Voters event that she’s going to be at, we PROMISE YOU that we’ll go there and upon figuring out who she is loudly say the Pledge of Allegiance in her presence.
We hope people out there do this to her every day.
It would be wonderful if for the rest of her life Kathy Tate-Bradish heard the Pledge of Allegiance everywhere she went.
In elevators.
Stepping into a cab.
In the produce section of the grocery store.
Sitting, reading a magazine waiting for the dentist.
Everywhere.
For the rest of her life.
Sort of like how OJ Simpson, before he went to prison, would walk into a restaurant and people would shout “Murderer!” at him. Just regular, normal people who never shouted at anyone…but would shout at him.

QUESTION: Why do you call Muslims "misunderstood CAIR Bears"?
CAIR is the acronym for “The Council on American Islamic Relations”, a shadowy group with questionable financial backing that serves as a kind of fifth column here in the US, attempting to do to America what Islamic groups have done in the Netherlands, France, Sweden, and Great Britain…pave the road to dhimmihood.
CAIR’s mission is to undermine the West using our own Constitution, protection of religious freedom, and natural inclinations to be seen as friendly towards minorities against us.
Islam is not a religion — it is a political and military cult that smartly uses religion as a facade, knowing it can’t, thus, be questioned or dealt with appropriately in the West because of Westerners’ anathema at the thought of forbidding religious practices. Islam is very much at war with America, and the West as a whole, but it’s an entirely different enemy from anything else we’ve faced in modern times…because it’s a military without classic soldiers, bases, nation-state, capital city, or definable leader.
CAIR reminds those of us who grew up in the 80s quite a lot of COBRA — the amorphous, hard to pin down, shadowy terrorist organization the GI Joes fought in those old cartoons. COBRA forever operated bases inside front companies, shells, abandoned amusement parks, you name it. It wasn’t an enemy of the United States like Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, or the Soviet Union, because there was no COBRA nation…instead, COBRA existed within the United States itself, constantly trying to undermine our government and overthrow our way of life. Traditional military could never be used to fight COBRA because those units weren’t set up to fight anything other than traditional military units on the opposing side. Hence, the need for the GI Joes, who were designed to tackle COBRA head-on, behind the scenes, removing the facades and elaborate pretenses COBRA fashioned to do its will.
Another TV show and bit of 80s pop culture was “The Care Bears”, from American Greetings, which were colorful little bears filled with joy and love that had little symbols of happiness on their jolly tummies. The Care Bears used their magical symbols to spread happiness wherever they went, inspiring a toy, clothing, and candy line through the 80s that is much-loved to this day. Care Bears weren’t capable of so much as a cross word or a frown, because of their nature as happy little bears existing in the world to do good.
The American media is controlled by the Left. The Left hates America and all things American, where journalists learn in Leftist-controlled higher education that America is an evil oppressor in the world and that everything American is inferior to whatever exists in foreign, non-white countries. Christianity is evil as well, and is inferior to other religions in this Leftist paradigm. Christianity must, thus, be ridiculed and attacked at all times, while whatever is the opposite of Christianity must be held as superior and praised without fail. If a force in the world hates America, that force must be good and just and the Left must praise it to the point of worship.
Hence, the Left, and the media it controls, actively promotes Islam and elevates Muslims to a status where they cannot be criticized, judged, lampooned, or discussed the way members of any actual religion are handled in the press. Islam cannot be called out for its calls to violence, war, and persecution of all non-Muslims. The Leftist media berates anyone challenging the Left’s assertion that “Islam is the religion of peace” and that “Muslims are peaceful people serving Allah”.
Peaceful people don’t blow up cars.
Peaceful people don’t mass-murder thousands by hijacking airplanes to crash them into buildings.
Peaceful people don’t routinely shout “Death to All Juice!” in the streets.
That last one is something that happens all the time, because Muslims don’t seem to proofread their signs before hitting the streets for a dose of anti-Semitism. Signs routinely read “Death to All Juice”, where that last word is supposed to be, of course, Jews. There is no commentary from the Leftist media on how horrible it is for any group of people to walk around with signs saying “Death to…” anything. Because these are Muslims, their hatred and calls for violence are overlooked. There’s also no commentary on the fact that nearly every day Muslims are, somewhere, screaming and yelling and calling for anarchy over something. Each day brings a new outrage worthy of beheading someone over. Muslims chop people’s hands off for stealing. Muslims treat women like owned animals, where a woman raped better have five men who’ll claim she didn’t instigate it or she’ll be put to death for allowing herself to be violated. Just being gay is a death sentence under Islam.
And, yet, the media treats Muslims like they are just “misunderstood Care Bears”. The Leftist media ignores the barbaric, backwards, Medievalist behavior of Islam in the name of political correctness, forever excusing whatever horrific thing Muslims have done today by saying “but that’s not Islam” and invoking the specter of never-produced, invisible, mute “moderate Muslims” that supposedly exist SOMEWHERE as a reason not to condemn Islam for its clear and present atrocities.
“But, but, but, you can’t talk about Muslims crashing planes or mass-murdering people, because not ALL Muslims are like this, so therefore this behavior must be ignored,” is what the Leftist media says, repeatedly.
Well, not ALL sharks have eaten people. There are many at the Shedd Aquarium, in fact, who are moderate sharks who have never killed anyone.
Do you want to go swimming in the ocean with sharks in murky, chum-filled water to look for the moderate sharks that might be out there?
We can’t think of a single other “religion” in the world whose members carry out mass-murders, hijackings, car bombings, and other acts of terror in the name of that religion and its god. Catholics don’t do this. Presbyterians don’t do it. Jews don’t do it. Buddhists don’t do it. Hindus don’t do it. Sikhs don’t do it.
Only Muslims.
One of these things is not like the others. One of these things doesn’t belong. One of these things is, thus, not an actual religion…but something else dressed up in religious trappings and the requisite paperwork and permits filed to appear to be a religion…but is instead something more like COBRA from those cartoons. Something truly evil, bent on conquest, whose members seek to further this goal by infiltrating enemy lands and then turning their own systems of government and social structure against them.
The “misunderstood CAIR Bears” imagery is our way of combining all of the above to ridicule the Leftist media for its constant insistence that “Muslims aren’t evil, just misunderstood” and that Islam is “the religion of peace”, whose members just happen to be the only people in the world mass-murdering, hijacking planes, setting bombs, etc. in the name of said religion.
The most effective tool ever employed against the Left is ridicule.
The Left’s vociferous support of Islam must be ridiculed at every opportunity so that ultimately the Leftist mediate is eliminated as Islam’s ally…making it that much harder for Muslims to further their goals in this country, which then prevents us from becoming another Londonistan, Amsterdamistan, Malmoistan, or Paristan.

Media's pushing for a Sleestak in the Senate

I’ve been following you since 2009 and decided to contribute to the ground report project. I reside in the southeast of Pennsylvania, but attend college in Lancaster County, one of the state’s many rural & deep red counties.
Obviously, a college setting’s going to be different; we tend to get some hippies on campus here and there, and considering how most young voters are–only voting for the ‘cool guy’ and thinking all Republicans are stupid because Jon Stewart says so–most of them have shown little to no interest in helping Chicago Jesus this midterm or are so pessimistic that they’ll stay away from the voting booths. The only enthusiasm to vote that I’ve seen on campus are the College Republicans handing out literature in Lancaster and Pittsburgh and the newly established Young Americans for Freedom (conservative/libertarian college group) on campus. I haven’t heard a peep from the College Democrats, not a single one. Their bulletin board outside the Political Science office is still covered with faded “Obama ’08″ signs. Anytime Tom Corbett (R) or Pat Toomey’s (R) ads come on the local stations, my friends usually just switch the channel in a gloomy huff to Glee or Two-and-A-Half Men. I see no enthusiasm and there’s a bit of an air of nervousness in the room whenever this happens.
The adults, on the other hand, are very fired up. Most of my family is fairly conservative and pretty pissed off about the direction that this administration and Congress has been taking this country. Their fingers are itchy for pressing those virtual buttons on the voting screens in thirteen days. My mother’s working at the booths on the morning of November 2nd and handing out pamphlets for Toomey outside. There are a few exceptions, however: my older cousin and her vegan boyfriend love to complain about Glenn Beck, the ‘redneck teabaggers’ and how Obama is “way too conservative” for them, but once this election is brought up, they suddenly ‘aren’t really all that political.’ My father’s journalist friend, who is also a rabid lefty (most likely bordering on socialist), has been playing down his enthusiasm about Obama for the past six months or so. The grandparents are pretty fired up as well. My 77-year-old grandmother who lives up in mountainous Mount Carmel, was a life-long Democrat until a couple of years ago. She and her husband absolutely love Sarah Palin, for as she puts it, “that feisty girl is just like me!” I doubt she’s been this enthused for an election before.
As for my home district, represented by Obamacare lapdog Allyson Schwartz, the effects of the stimulus pork is glaringly obvious when you drive around: more construction areas and signs, roads that were once perfectly paved are dug back up again (some even multiple times), and more traffic on the main roads due to locals not wanting to run into any of these pork projects on the way to work. In these areas along with union neighborhoods, you see a lot of Sestak and Onorato signs, but moving out into the country spots and suburbs around Bucks County and Maple Glen, there’s much more Toomey and Corbett. Toomey’s been running some pretty tough ads for months, from connecting Sestak as the Pelosi lapdog that he truly is to exposing every little spending bill he’s ever supported and showing that he leans too far to the Progressive Left than for whom most of the Reagan Dems of this state are used to pulling the lever. Sestak’s trying to paint him as an extremist in the pockets of big oil and Wall Street, completely throwing the “all politics is local” rule completely out the window. Onorato’s doing the same thing to Corbett, only adding in how Medicare will be eliminated as a last-ditch effort to scare the seniors in voting for him.
With all the talk of how Sestak is going to shove Toomey in the Senate race at the last minute and how liberals in PA are ‘finally waking up’, I highly doubt the MSM is looking at the entire state. The only areas that have high advantages for Sestak are Pittsburgh and The People’s Republic of Philadelphia, both of which are targets of voter fraud and intimidation. They’re also strongly populated with minorities that simply vote Democrat out of long-instilled habit and plenty of union thugs that like to fritter away money given to them on construction projects that never get finished. Most of PA is much like my family and are no where near as liberal as perceived despite its reputation as a “blue state.” These are the key areas the MSM is honing in on for a Sestak and/or Onorato win, but there’s much more people in this state that don’t think they can handle more of the Progressive Left. The polls may be tightening, but both elections are a little more in the conservative favor. At this point, the folks of PA and the rest of mainstream America must pray that Tea Party principles will win out in the end.

ARKANSAS GROUND REPORT: Support Beth Anne Rankin, foe of Obamacare!
Dear HillBuzz,
Beth Anne Rankin is running against Mike Ross in the 4 Congressional District race in Arkansas. This woman is an amazing conservative. She has taken on a 10 year incumbent Democrat. Mike Ross was the one that passed the deciding vote to pass the Obamacare bill out of committee then he turned around and voted against it on the floor twice when they didn’t need his vote. He has called Beth Anne a liar and says she is distorting his record but the facts don’t lie. She is a true conservative and one of the most passionate, patriotic American speakers I have ever heard. Beth Anne needs national attention as she is going to beat Mike Ross. She has worked her heart out on the campaign trail and deserves to win this race.
The people in the 4th district, which is the largest district in the state of Arkansas, are fired up. Beth Anne has tirelessly traveled this district and everyone that meets her can’t help but love her. She will be an awesome advocate for the people of this district and this country. Why won't Jan Schakowsky debate Joel Pollak?
Having this woman sit on an "Intelligence Committee" is one of the biggest jokes in Washington.
Jan Schakowsky is married to Robert Creamer, who several years ago terrorized the nonprofit community in Chicago with a series of Riddler-esque check-kiting and bank fraud schemes, netting him prison time for his crimes.
Schakowsky, thus, goes to sleep every night next to a convicted felon…who actually wrote what became the Obamacare bill on slivers of soap, using the sharpened end of an old toothbrush (when it wasn’t employed as a shank), while behind bars.
If this woman shares her covers with someone from the Big House…then why is she so afraid of Joel Pollak?
Look at him — he’s adorable. Very nice, smart, professional. Not scary at all.
Why won't Jan Schakowsky debate?
Jan Schakowsky’s terrified of him though.
She refuses to debate him.
Some of the reasons her staff has given for refusing to allow the debate:
* Congresswoman Schakowsky is scared of Joel Pollak
* Congresswoman Schakowsky is a terrible debater
* Congresswoman Schakowsky maintains she can be Congresswoman for as long as she wants so this election is irrelevant
* Congresswoman Schakowsky won previous elections with 80% of the vote and believes her constituents are stupid enough to just keep re-electing her forever
* Congresswman Schakowsky has no idea what she’s talking about, is a pathological liar, and alienates people whenever she opens her stinky mouth
None of these are valid reasons why Jan Schakowsky should be allowed to decline all invitations to debate Joel Pollak.
It’s just the latest insult to the voters in Chicago committed by Jan “I can be Congresswoman as long as I want” Schakowsky.
MICHIGAN GROUND REPORT: How is Obamacare impacting candidates there?
If you are someone who talks about "third party this" or "third party that", you are only helping Democrats
I have a friend whom I love dearly and is a real firecracker, sharp as steel about most things, but she’s mentally ill in one regard: she has been brainwashed by the media, over the years, to parrot that “They’re all crooks! We need a third party!” garbage that keeps letting Democrats win in close races.
In 2008, she was one of the crazy people who sat home on election day because she said “McCain wasn’t conservative enough!”.
Honestly, I don’t even know how to address this anymore.
* You sat on your butt because you wanted to “teach Republicans a lesson” because you were upset a more conservative candidate was not in the race
* So, by doing that, you allowed a Socialist (in truth, an actual Communist) to become President
That makes no damn sense.
Democrats’ only hope for 2012 is to split the Republicans into two factions: The Cocktail Party GOP establishment, which would run a Mittens Romney-grade cucumber-and-mayonnaise loser and some kind of Tea Party-flavored third party Ross Perot-styled, Ron Paul sort of whackadoodle who would take away just enough votes from Republicans to allow Obama to squeak through with 40 so percent of the vote.
This is the Democrats’ 2012 strategy.
I don’t think this will succeed because of two words I just love saying: Governor Palin.
I’m not the first one to note this, but Governor Palin saved the Republican Party, and I think the country, in 2009 when she got in front of Democrats’ efforts to break the Tea Party movement from the GOP and splinter it off into a third party. Governor Palin saw the danger in this and instead directed the Tea Party to take over the GOP itself, which it is doing. This is hard work because the entrenched Cocktail Party elite likes where it is and doesn’t want to budge, but I’m confident Governor Palin’s efforts will succeed in the end — with the Tea Party movement carrying out reforms in the party that bring Republicans back to their conservative roots.
No more “go-along-to-get-along” business as usual garbage.
The New York Times ran an article today that’s actually worth reading. It’s a look at Democrats’ efforts to encourage third party talk to harm Republicans.
If you are someone who enjoys going on about third parties, the way my crazy friend does, you need to read this article and think seriously and soberly about what you are doing.
Consider this your intervention.
Instead of sitting on your butt to “teach people lessons” or spouting off about splintering into a Libertarian/Constitutional/Freedom/Tea this or that party that would throw 2012 to Obama, you need to start directing your energy to a productive and positive place starting November 3rd.
You know where that place is?
It’s where we at Buzzquarters intend to be: purging the GOP of the Cocktail Party establishment, taking the Republican Party back to its conservative roots, and putting as many Momma Grizzlies into power as possible so that the next Congress fights the Obama administration tooth and nail on absolutely everything. No talk of compromises with Obama’s socialist bad ideas. No bending over and across the aisle to do what Obama wants. No listening to the media when it excoriates conservatives for being too tough and holding their ground.
No more garbage.
No talk of third parties, ever.
You might not like this one bit, but it’s the truth. You need to hear it. That Times article should be all the proof you need: Democrats are playing you for a fool. They encourage you to go on about third parties because it helps them. YOU are helping Democrats so much with that third party squawk of yours that you might as well be wearing a Hopeychange tee shirt because you are an operative of Obama’s helping him get a second term.
That’s reality.
