Convicted Felon David "Popcorn" Kernell Sentencing Watch Update

We were told back in April when David “Popcorn” Kernell was convicted on multiple charges by a jury in Tennessee that his sentencing would happen some time in September, a month we are now midway through.
Sentencing guidelines state that a convicted felon, such as Obama operative Kernell now is, should receive his sentence no later than 90 days after conviction.
The delay in this case is because federal prosecutors were deciding whether or not to retry this son of Democrat legislator Mike Kernell on the identity theft charges he mistrialed on.
An article from June, the last time we heard this case talked about, said the sentencing would happen on September 24th, 2010.
Does anyone know if this is still the plan?
Have you heard any more about the case?
Is the government going to retry Kernell or will the Obama Justice Department wipe away his identify theft charges and try to get him as little time in prison as possible, so he can be out in time to campaign for Obama in 2012, probably with a new Soros-supplied computer setup?

How YOU can help make the Democrats' new toilet logo into as big of a disaster for them as possible

First off, you should check out this thread over at Democrats.org. We got a comment in there very early, and it seems to have set off a lot of the whackadoodles. It’s always a good thing to get these loons revved up. Raising their blood pressure is beneficial to everyone. Good thing they all have free Obamacare now, right?
It’s high time Americans did to the DNC’s donor lists what the George Soros and DNC-backed groups like ACORN did to the voter rolls in many states in 2008: fill those computers with the names of your pets, favorite imaginary friends, and cartoon characters that talk to you through household appliances and ask you to burn things.
Sign everyone on your block up for a new Democrat sticker, whether they’d want one or not. There’s actually no LOSE in this scenario. Think about it:
(1) If they don’t like the Democrats, they will be mad this came to them in the mail…so it reminds them to vote against Democrats in November. WIN.
(2) If they are a Democrat, they’ll be so revolted by the terrible new logo Democrats have wasted so much money on that it will demoralize them even more, and that could help keep them away from the polls in November. WIN.
(3) If they are an Independent and have been on the fence in deciding whether or not Democrats are indeed terrible, well, this sticker will sure make up their minds for them. WIN.
We’ve already registered for about 30 stickers at this point and are having a blast sending them to everyone we can think of, just to cost Democrats all that postage.
Now, the REAL reason these stickers are FREE is because Democrats want to add name to their donor lists…and all the names we’ve given them are either ACORN-grade fakes or people who are never going to give Democrats a cent. When Democrats start soliciting these names for funds (the real motive behind this stickerpalooza), we’re going to take as many of those postage-paid return envelopes as we get and send the DNC all the loose screws, soup can lids, rocks, and other heavy bits of scrap we can find so that the DNC has to pay all that postage to get this garbage from us.
Inside the envelope, we’ll briefly write how terrible Democrats have become on whatever form they’ve sent us to fill out. We bet we can cost the DNC about $3.00-4.00 for everything they send to us. Just imagine if we could cost them $120 a week for all the cartoon characters they have to mail things to…and just think about all the Chicago trash that’s going to be cleaned up by us sending it to the DNC.

RESEARCH: Find recent "polarizing" examples used against Governor Palin (or other female politicians)
Can you run some searches and find the recent uses of the word “polarizing” against Governor Palin (or other female politicians)?
We need to take this word away from the state media between now and 2012…it’s the go-to coded attack word for these “journalists” when looking for veiled pejoratives to hurl at women who dare to run for high office.
We have a larger project we’re working on that tracks who in the media uses the word “polarizing”, when it’s deployed, and what affect the media wants to have in targeting a particular woman with it.
This was, of course, used extensively against Hillary Clinton in the past, and it’s one of the tools the Left is using against Governor Palin now.
What do you think would happen if we systematically took all of their tools away from the “journalists”?
Are they creative enough to come up with new ones by 2012?
Doubtful.
They’ve been using the word “polarizing” against female candidates for as long as any of us have been following politics…so that’s in the 20 years+ range. They aren’t going to come up with an effective new line of attack in the next two years if we take this favored weapon away from them.
The first step to defeating the “journalists” and the state media is to keep track of what they are doing and to show in charts, graphs, and tables just how often these people collude, “JournoList-style”, to push a meme dictated to them by the DNC and the Left in general. The more Americans can see this collusion, the less power the state media will have.
“Polarize this” should be our rallying cry.
Remember your Alinsky: take your opponents’ weapons away from them and then use them against them.

UPDATE: We think this is so important, and could be such a benefit for the Palin 2012 campaign that we’ve setup a special page here at HillBuzz for POLARIZE THIS. You can find this permanent page at the very top. On it, we’re going to collect links, screengrabs, and the names and employers of all JournoLists who deploy the word “polarizing” against female candidates, Governor Palin in particular.
We need your help to sleuth out as many of these “polarizing” instances as possible so that we can gather the material we need for an article about the collusion the state media engages in with this, their aims in using “polarizing” against female candidates, and how we can take this word back from the Left and turn it into a net positive so that “POLARIZ THIS” becomes a rallying cry and not a pejorative.
In the gay community, we’ve successfully taken words like “queer” and “fag” back from the ignoramuses who once used these terms to beat us down and shame us…so let’s use another Boystown lesson to do the same thing to “polarizing” so that no women in the future will have to deal with the state media’s coded use of the term to impede their electoral chances.

Seriously, what a way to start a Friday.
Please go over to Democrats.org and read what’s being said about the new toilet-inspired logo Tim Kaine spent the LAST FIVE MONTHS designing, with the help of Amish school children (who had never seen or touched a computer before). Kaine’s inspiration and reasoning appears to be that “Well, everyone’s got a toilet in their house, or knows of one nearby, and the same should be true of Democrats. One in every house, or nearby that you know of, so that’s what our logo should look like. Who doesn’t like or need a toilet? It just sort of made itself”.
Our favorite comment so far on the DEMOCRATS’ OWN SITE is that the new logo is RAAACIST:

Two things are possible here, based on the extreme level of ridicule Democrats are receiving ON THEIR OWN SITE:
(1) Either, miraculously, a nationwide brigade of conservatives, independents, and Tea Partiers has arisen to counter the efforts of Daily Kos, DemocraticUnderground, and the Soros astroturf machine that used hired bloggers to hit conservative sites with comments like this instantly
OR
(2) People who used to follow the Daily Kos lead have now turned on Democrats and are attacking the Democrats’ OWN SITE, doing to them what they would normally be doing to conservative sites…and mocking them every which way to Sunday.
Maybe it’s a little of both.
Curious that no one’s defending the new logo…or even trying to battle back against the negative comments.

We’ve been exploring the new Democrats.org site for about 15 minutes and are laughing so hard tears are welling up and we’re having pain in our sides and trouble breathing. We can’t remember the last time we laughed so hard…it might have been the first time we saw There’s Something About Mary in theaters like 15 years ago or so. It’s just a laugh riot.
And then we got to the STORE page, and saw these tee shirts for sale: Does BFD mean what we think it means…as in, Big F***ing Deal? If so, then Democrats have now made bigger asses of themselves than even we thought possible.
First off, it’s hilarious they think someone would want to buy these shirts.
Secondly, they think people would spend $25 on them.
Of course they’re “in stock”. No one wants them.
How ridiculous is it for them to believe, in the Obamaconomy, that anyone has $25 to spend on ANYTHING anymore?
That absurdity’s followed up by the fact that an official political party is using the term F***ing on official merchandise.
Great. Merciful. Zeus.

Because, if so, this is well-played.
This is way better than when college kids disassemble the Dean’s car and put it back together inside the cafeteria in 80s movies.

Democrats won't be able to un-flush this toilet
Earlier this year, there was an Internet controversy regarding a depiction of Christ on the cross in an Oklahoma church, based on the Renaissance San Domingo crucifix, that has an odd depiction of his abdominal region.
For centuries, people had looked at this image of Christ, but never saw anything other than abs. But, the Oklahoma church commissioned a reproduction of the crucifix and its artist inadvertently changed the public’s perception of this work of art overnight…by making the abdominal region, well, abominable in its own way. (Don’t click on the links if you don’t want to see something that can’t ever be unseen).
The first thing we want to note, here, is that no Catholic is calling for the death of the artist…as would be the case if this was a depiction of Muhammad that in any way offended anyone in Islam in the least. The artist claims he didn’t intend to create a double entendre here, and even people who don’t necessarily believe him are dealing with the problem by having the image fixed — not calling for the man’s death.
Just to note, yet again, the difference between actual religions and the terrorist cult that is “The Religion of Peace”.
Our point in drawing attention to this is that ever since we read about the Oklahoma church’s controversy we have not been able to look at that San Domingo cross the same way again, because the image it’s burned in our mind’s eye remains even when we see the San Domingo original, and not the phallic Oklahoma reproduction. We’re never going to be able to “unsee” what we’ve seen.
This is very similar to something that happened yesterday in relation to the new logo Tim Kaine unveiled for Democrats — which will forever look to us like a toilet bowl from now on.

Was it “bold” or “bowled” Kaine was shooting for?
In fairness to the graphic designer who concocted this, Kaine DOES speak with a drawl…so “make it BOWLED” could be the explanation for why the end result was a toilet, instead of a useable, legitimate logo.
We never noticed it before we saw the images above, but there’s actually a “D” inside of a toilet bowl, just sitting there. Lookit. See for yourselves. It’s formed by the hole where the bowl’s contents gets flushed away, and the shadow that hole makes in the water. Go check your water closets at home…you have the Democrat “D” with a circle around it in your bathrooms too!
And then Angelisms created this revised Democrat logo which really captures not only the similarity between the Democrats’ logo and a toilet, but also editorializes on Democrats’ feelings towards our Constitution as well:

We don’t know about you, but we just can’t look at the toilet here at Buzzquarters the same way again.
And we can’t look at the actual, new and improved, Democrat logo Tim Kaine trotted out without seeing it as the round basin of a toilet, with the D-shaped excrement chute right dab in the center.
We weren’t bowled over by this generic, uninspired, amateurish logo before…but now that Angelisms has added a little bar to the side, and some beautiful smurfy-blue tile around it, it’s one heck of a commode the DNC can be proud of — since their aim for the last two years was flushing this country down the toilet, they might as well wear it as a badge of honor.
Kind of reminds us of that new movie opening today, Easy A, where a young girl gets called a bunch of terrible names for supposedly being promiscuous and instead of refudiating all of that just tacks a big red A to her clothes and embraces the Scarlet Letter she’s supposedly earned.
So, it’s heartening in this surreal way that Democrats have recognized how royally they’ve screwed up while in office to the point where they’ve made a toilet into their official, actual, can’t believe this is real logo.
2010 Alaska-themed Halloween costume ideas

We’re very big on planning ahead, as well as recycling costumes for various uses…so in addition to patriotic-themed costumes that can be used again at Fourth of July or other such events, we’re thinking about good Alaska-themed costumes that could be used, lovingly stored, and then worn to campaign events for Governor Palin’s presidential run in 2012.
Lumberjacks are always a great costume for guys.
Women could dress as the Governor herself…either in politician mode, or in her outdoors attire.
When we think of Alaska, we think of the magnificent fauna…so there’s a wealth of wildlife to pick from.
But, for those of you who’ve been following Alaska for years, or who live there, are there more CLEVER costumes that would capture the spirit of Alaska?
Are there costumes, in fact, that would make Governor Palin smile if she saw them, instantly recognizing that nod to her great state?
Please put your thinking caps on for this thread and give us any ideas you can come up with.
With money tight for everyone, working on a great costume you can get two full years’ worth of use out of sure sounds like an effective crafting project to us.
