Where there's a Hill, there's a way
The above is a Hillary 2012 ad that a local Chicago dentist (whom, strangely enough, one of us actually knows…and has been a patient of his) put together and is airing with his own money, drawing attention to the woman we should have elected president in 2008.
We hope you understand how hard it is for us to say this, because there is almost nothing we want more than to have Hillary Clinton in the White House — but we just don’t see how a Democrat can win in 2012. Obama has damaged this country, and the Democrat party, too much for that to happen.
We also don’t see how a Hillary Clinton challenge to Obama in 2012 would be feasible, because of the nuclear weapon of race that Obama would employ against her. If she challenged him, and he did not want to lose the nomination, he would dispatch his wife, Al Sharpton, Henry Gates, Jesse Jackson, and the Congressional Black Caucus to call Clinton a RAAACIST! and accuse of her of “trying to steal from the black man”. As ridiculous as these rolling around on the floor, wetting their pants, making asses of themselves spectacles are, they are still incredibly effective in the black community — where, sadly, many people walk into voting booths with paint samples, to determine which candidate has a skin color sufficiently dark enough for them to vote for. Black voters in this country are the most racist voters this nation has ever had: when 90% of a group votes exclusively for members of that group, that’s called racism. Even when blacks are the ones doing it.
If Clinton challenged Obama for the nomination and won it in 2012, blacks (and white-guilted liberal whites) would sit home on election day, and Clinton would lose the general. Honestly, from where we sit, no Democrat can win in 2012 because Independents are going to be horrified by the Democrat Party for a number of elections to come. Obama has so alienated Independents, by letting the Democrats’ collective mask slip and reveal the socialists beneath, that we just don’t see Hillary Clinton being able to change any of that between now and 2012.
She’s an incredibly smart woman whom we love so much we think of her as family. It breaks our heart to know that the Democrats prevented her from becoming president, because she would have been an excellent one. There would be no nuclear Iran if Hillary Clinton was behind the Resolute Desk. Tehran might even be a parking lot today. Vladimir Putin would not be parading around shirtless, hunting tigers and shooting whales with bows and arrows. He’s be in bed, under the covers, coping with nightmares realizing a strong, forceful, take no prisoners woman was in the White House who would never take any of his garbage.
But, Democrats insisted we have our “historic and unprecedented first black president”, even though no one knew anything about this man, and he has proved he didn’t have the natural abilities to “grow into the job” as Democrats insisted he would. His presidency is a disaster, not just for the country, but for the Democrat Party itself.
We were lifelong Democrats until two years ago, but doubt we’ll ever vote for a Democrat again. We just don’t trust them in office, and don’t believe they care about what’s best for the country.
So, it pains us to say this, but we doubt Hillary Clinton will ever be president, as much as we’d love her to be. We think she knows this too, and if anything might try to challenge President Palin in 2016.
As always, we’ll support whomever we believe is best for the nation…because our love of country trumps our love and support for any one person.
Even if it’s a person we’ve respected, admired, and loved since we were still in grade school.
QUESTION: Did Brian Williams REALLY ask Obama recently where he was really born?
We didn’t catch this, but someone in a comment in another thread said that Brian Williams recently asked Obama where he was really born…or if he was a Muslim…something like that, and apparently it took Dr. Utopia a minute to realize he was being asked about some of his secrets, seeing as how this has been off limits for three years. He was a little flabbergasted, and then apparently mumbled something stupid, the way he does when there’s no teleprompter feeding him his lines.
Does anyone know if this really happened, and if so, do you have a transcript or link to the footage?
Brian Williams is the sort of “journolist” who would love to ask Obama questions such as “what do you want for breakfast?”, “can I get you another pillow?”, and “was it good for you too?” – so if this shameless shill is asking Obama about things the White House has already told the state media it never wants questioned, then that could be one heck of an interesting development.
Anyone able to clarify this a bit?
California Watchers: Chime in on what you think the chances are for Barbara Boxer to lose her Senate seat (the one she likes to say she worked so hard for)
We hope a lot of you are waking up to the fact that when Republicans run boring, cucumbers-and-mayonnaise, wimpy, Mittens Romney-grade, soggy sandwich, bland white males against Democrats in many races…these guys always lose. Without giving the incumbent Democrat much of a sweat.
For decades now, the state media, controlled by the Left, has taught Republicans they need to be meek, mousy, fey, and always know their place. That place, of course, being the losing end of elections that could have been competitive.
Democrats want meek Republicans in office wherever possible, and do their level best to push Romney Republicans for the GOP nominations in as many contests as possible.
Well, in California, Carly Fiorina might not be as Momma Grizzly as we’d like her to be — and we believe she pulls too many punches, and we’d like to see her metaphorically stab Barbara Boxer in the eye and punch her square in the smug face more often — but she’s sure as heck an improvement over the loser men the GOP usually runs in the Golden State.
And, you know what, WONDER OF WONDERS, voters seem to be responding to this…and have embraced Fiorina in ways they never embraced Boxer’s last two stale, boring, dull as dirt, soggy sandwich, Romney Republican challengers.
Conservatives need to stop eating the lotus blossoms and drinking Democrat-provided Kool-Aid…because playing the go-al0ng-to-get-along, be as quiet and unoffensive as possible, game just doesn’t get this country anywhere.
Americans want conservatives to be brassy, ballsy, in your face, loud, unrelenting, and forthright. They WANT an alternative to Democrats, and that alternative should be patriotic, standing tall, pulling no punches, and unabashedly proud of the fact that they aren’t Liberals, or Democrats-lite.
For years now, the media has been insisting that Americans DON’T like conservatives to be forceful and aggressive…and that Americans wanted Republicans to be “moderate”, read here as Democrat-lite. That is just not the case folks. If the media was right, then Boxer would be double digits ahead of Fiorina right now. The fact the two are practically tied says an awful lot…if conservatives are smart enough to listen.
Democrat-lite Lisa Murkowski just suffered a humiliating primary loss, to a conservative candidate who is not afraid to stand tall and be proud of who he is.
There’s a reason huge crowds gather to support Governor Chris Christie, Governor Jan Brewer, candidate Nikki Haley, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and Governor Sarah Palin.
All of these people have no fear in being themselves, speaking out, and punching ugly in the face when they see it.
THAT’S what Republicans need to do, coast to coast, ALWAYS.
We’re curious, for California watchers, do you see people in the Golden State waking up to this reality?
How did Fiorina play in last night’s debate, from what you are seeing?
We think Fiorina held her own just fine, but we wish she had pummeled Boxer, and slapped her clean across her smug face with her 18 year record of failure. Someone is advising Fiorina to hold back and not be a claws-bared Momma Grizzly. It’s probably leftovers from the McCain campaign that Fiorina picked up. Those are Romney Guys, folks, and they are still being employed as consultants to all sorts of GOP candidates, despite these blue blazered and khaki-pantsed ladder climbers losing election after election doing the same things over and over but expecting different results.
We see in Fiorina that she has the instincts to win, but we wonder if the Romney Guys will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by keeping her too boxed in and refusing to allow her to go for Boxer’s throat, as she should do, and as millions of Americans want to see her do.
Boxer is the establishment that got California into the mess that it’s in. She should be excoriated for the condition of the Golden State. She’s a committed acolyte of the Cult of Liberalism and an original Kool-Aid drinker in Obama’s own personality cult.
Boxer is the living embodiment of everything that is wrong with our government, and she is more vulnerable than she has ever been.
Our most sincere hope is that someone close to Fiorina has enough sense to kick whatever McCain leftover advisors she has (and all Romney guys around her) to the curb and listen to any Momma Grizzlies and Alaskans who might be available for consult.
Boxer needs to be so rattled that she can’t fall asleep at night and spends every waking moment of her day with a case of nonstop, stress-induced, amoebic dysentery.
Republicans need to stop caring about what bad things the media is going to say about them, because the media is always going to say bad things about Republicans. Conservative candidates should just ignore the media altogether and operate like it doesn’t exist…because what the media says no longer matters to a great many Americans.
Stop pulling punches.
Start hitting the Left in the very heart.
Hold people like Boxer accountable for their failures and make the public see that the Boxers of the Senate are largely responsible for the economic suffering of the nation right now.
No longer play the go-along-to-get-along Romney Republican game.
But, we’re not on the ground in California, so we don’t have the read on all this that we’d like to have.

Can someone who speaks Cantonese (which we think this is) translate the voiceover in this clip? Some of us have had a little Mandarin, and can pick out a few words here and there, and it’s not good at all for Michelle Antoinette.
The hundreds of thousands of dollars she wasted to take 40 of her closest personal friends on a spare-no-expense excursion to Spain, to eat in royal palaces, play all day on the beach, and live high on the hog while tens of millions of Americans are out of work, deciding which day this week they can afford to eat. No such tough decisions for Michelle Antoinette. It’s champagne wishes and caviar dreams every day, baby.
We’ve said many times before that Michelle Antoinette is the sword of Damocles for this administration.
She is going to do something, at some point in time, that crosses a psychological line with the vast majority of Americans. It has not happened YET, but the Spanish trip came precariously close.
No, at some point in the future, before they are out of the White House, Michelle Antoinette is going to say or do something that is a perfect embodiment of the contempt the Obamas have for regular Americans. It’s going to be something she won’t even realize is wrong, but it’s going to go down in history as a “Let them eat cake” total disregard for the suffering of millions…while she parties like it’s 1999 every day she’s in the people’s house.
It’s going to be like that moment at the end of Cruel Intentions, when the Verve Pipe plays, and the spoiled, nasty, hateful little girl who’d hidden behind a carefully manufactured and PR-managed facade was finally exposed for who she really was…and it all just came crashing down around her.
There’s a scene like this in Dangerous Liaisons too, which Cruel Intentions was inspired by. Glenn Close, as the Marquess, goes to the Opera in all her finery and is loudly booed by everyone there. No longer do they call her a “fashion icon”. No longer are they afraid of her, or cater to her in bowed sycophancy. No, they give her the boos she deserves.
And there is never any going back to how things used to be for these would-be “royals”.
Just ask HRH Princess Caroline of Kennedy what it feels like for her to walk around today, after being exposed for the clod that she is during her disastrous 2008 power grab for the Senate, compared to what it was like when she still was oooh-ed and aaah-ed over.
It’s a bittersweet symphony indeed.
