The NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucus, and similar organizations are the most bigoted and racist groups in this country.
They get a pass on everything they do from the American Media, because Liberals treat black people like pets — they use them whenever they need convenient agitators and props to scream and yell about something on television, or as set dressing for any event they want to look “diverse”, but other than that ignore completely. The Left has no desire in helping black people advance, assimilate into the business and professional class, and move out of rundown urban areas. The NAACP and CBC have no interest in any of this either. They like black people right where they are, as poor and dependent on the state as they are, because that means they have to keep voting Democrat in lockstep to keep being fed, clothed, and housed by the state. Like pets.
We think the Race Industry in this country has gone too far, but hasn’t realized it yet.
The breaking point seems to be shaking out as the false claims of RAAACISM! that were hurled by the CBC at protestors on March 20th, 2010 — the day the CBC lied that people were calling black Congress members n***ers! as they walked across the capitol grounds. That never happened. No one has been able to produce video evidence affirming the CBC’s hallucinatory accusations. The CBC has backed down on its accusations and now insists its RAAACIST! to question them about their lies. The CBC looks incredibly foolish, and renewed questions are being raised as to why taxpayer money is spent funding a racist organization like the CBC to begin with.
The CBC bars not only non-blacks from membership, but non-liberals as well. It should, thus, not receive a red cent of funding to continue producing its lies and discriminating against would-be members.
The NAACP is quickly turning itself into a laughingstock of CBC quality. It’s been feverishly working on a memo calling the Tea Party Movement RAAACIST!, using all of their crayons and construction paper no doubt. They’ve been at this for weeks, and are almost done with their masterpiece. Knowing only about four or five words, the most prominent of them being RAAACIST!, we breathlessly await the release of this document — it should read like a MadLibs where every noun is probably going to be RAAACIST!, every adjective will be RAAACIST!, and ever sentence an unsubstantiated hyperbole.
Can’t wait.
And, neither, could the Tea Party apparently…because the St. Louis Tea Party has preempted the NAACP by issuing its own proclamation calling the NAACP out as the bigoted organization it is.
Somewhere deep in NAACP headquarters, stunned looks sweep across all the faces. ”Hey, they can’t do that! That’s RAAACIST! Only we get to call people bigots! That’s what we do! They can’t call us bigots! Quick, get me more crayons, I need to add that to our important document!”.
Ridiculous.
How much more of this garbage are Americans going to take from the NAACP and the CBC?
How much longer of a lifespan does the Race Industry have?

Another excellent, new one from Breitbart “I condemn the NAACP” by Marie Stroughter
http://biggovernment.com/mstroughter/2010/07/13/i-condemn-the-naacp/
Ms. Stroughter recommends “Thus, I say to the NAACP: Instead of wasting precious time and resources on resolutions that are nothing more than thinly veiled political machinations in a climate unfavorable to you, why not resolve to really make a difference in the Black community?”
July 13, 2010 at 8:53 pm
Lt. Col. Allen West’s comment
http://biggovernment.com/awest/2010/07/13/naacp-has-missed-the-real-issues/
The NAACP has missed the target. Their target should not be the Tea Party, but instead the larger issues facing the Black community: astronomical unemployment rates (15.5%) and the breakdown of the Black family, which result in higher drop-out rates, disproportionate incarceration rates and teen pregnancy rates (12.6%). These issues should be the focus of increased scrutiny by the NAACP.
This NAACP Resolution is consistent with the Obama administration tactic of demonizing and blaming someone else for your own failures and shortcomings, and not take responsibility and accountability.

I think people are getting tired of it across the board, and realizing that they are going to be called racist no matter how far they bend over backwards, so they might as well say what they think.
July 13, 2010 at 2:53 pm
In an example of excellent timing, Jesse Jackson also made those ridiculous comments (the bloviating response to LeBron’s decision) by owner of the Cleveland Cavs…Jackson said that James was being “treated like a slave.”
Right. Regardless of how unsportsmanlike Gilbert’s comments were, remarks like this only serve to make Jackson and other professional race baiters look utterly ridiculous. I think most people are quite fed up at this point.

This is the way to stand up to the empty charges of racism of the left. For decades now charges of racism have resulted in Republicans (or independent and Dems for that matter) apologizing and cowering under a table while denouncing all racism and racist anywhere and everywhere for all history. This tactic only has emboldened the race industry and served to stifle an honest discussion of problems in our country.
Fearlessly throwing it back in the faces of the race baiters and the MSM like the Tea Party has been doing the past year leaves them confused (Hey, no fair! they are supposed to cower under a table and apologize.) Doing this long enough will (and already has) discredit their lies with the American public.
July 13, 2010 at 3:31 pm

July 14, 2010 at 7:41 am
we have a black president and they cry RACISM???????
July 15, 2010 at 1:02 am
marie, thank you. The racist card should have been put to bed when Obama won the presidency. I am so tired of the left calling out RACISM when people do not agree with others. We are racists if we agree with Arizona, we are racist if someone breaks the law and we do not let them get away with it, we are racists if we say anything about someone else and they happen to be black or hispanic.
July 13, 2010 at 8:38 pm
They need to keep racism alive or its death to Affirmation Action and other programs like the Community Reinvestment Act. I think both programs should be shut down along with Federal pensions and Health Care. If we have to suffer with Obamacare, why don’t they?
July 14, 2010 at 5:16 am
The Community Reinvestment Act should be repealed. Look at the economic mess that it has created!!

That’s beautiful. I’ve dropped a note to Ryan Frazier (Colorado Congressional candidate) asking him to make a statement as well. Perhaps the intelligence and strength of black conservatives can overshadow the hollow whines of obsolete organizations like NAACP.

I’m very proud to add my support to Tim Scott’s campaign to represent South Carolina’s 1st congressional district. Tim has a remarkable success story. He grew up in poverty and was raised by a single-mom who struggled to provide. With help from a mentor and his brave mom, Tim learned to appreciate the value of hard work and American opportunity. He went on to become a business owner and has served in public office with integrity on the county and state level….

Any group will have its crazies. But I really haven’t seen any racism-type craziness from Tea Partiers at all.
One thing that bugs me about liberal-clap-trap-speak is that the libs say only minorities can claim things like racism, discrimination, etc. Those in the majority aren’t in a position to do that. BS!
When you have to go to such contortions to make your case credible, then it isn’t credible.

July 13, 2010 at 3:17 pm
Here’s an idea:
The tea party runs on reparations, not for slavery, but for the piss-poor schools that the liberals force black kids to attend. They’re the ones who put an end to the DC voucher system, ya know. Make the NEA, these foundations that purport to help “urban youth” pay for it. It’s only fair. While we’re at it, we can get those architects of the Great Society (the think tanks and bullcrap foundations) to compensate the black community for what has deliberately been done to them.
Check out the trailer to Maafsa 21:
http://www.maafa21.com/
What ya’ll think about this?
July 13, 2010 at 3:53 pm
What the hell is this? Why is there a picture of Henry Kissinger behind the swinging light bulb?
July 13, 2010 at 5:12 pm
Here’s the youtubed trailer link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLnNi_qb7nY&feature=player_embedded
The Maafsa 21 documentary traces the deliberate targeting of the black community by eugenicists, social planners, and politicians. Under podcasts, there is a fascinating interview on Living in Black radio and he producer, Marc Crutcher.
I guess they choose Henry Kissinger, although I can’t be sure that’s him, because he well known for social planning and manipulation. I posted about him at my blog here:
http://tinyurl.com/2ch367j
July 13, 2010 at 8:30 pm
Henry Kissinger made the comment that Barack Obama would be a great leader for the “New World Order.” He has been pegged by some people as one of the architects of a global socialist society, which by its nature advocates maintaining a permanent underclass.
July 14, 2010 at 7:33 am
Thanks, y’all. That was enlightening. I’m still in the dark about mfaa21, but I gather they are some sort of advancement-for-blacks organization.
I don’t know what to think about repetitive and graphic references to slavery. I hate and abhor the very idea of slavery, and I hate that it was ever condoned in this country. I hate to think about it, and I think whites deserve the legacy of stunted black people that slavery has given them.
Let me emphasize: black people are NOT stunted. They produce some of the finest human beings on the planet and I have met some of them personally. But there is still a legacy of undermined families and stunted persons, which we now ALL have to deal with.
But I still just do not know how to deal with the images of slavery. It needs to be remembered, I think, like the Holocaust does, but does it need to be presented to the minds of black people so graphically? (Never mind my own tender sensibilities.) Should they be forcibly reminded of degradation and horror all the time? I should think it would make rehabilitation all the harder.
This is a toughie for me.
July 14, 2010 at 4:17 pm
Maafa 21 is a pro-life documentary trying to call attention to the fact that the abortion industry specifically targets blacks for destruction. One out of every two black children die in the womb. It is not an accident, it is deliberate. This is what the NAACP should be focused on if they were true to their mission.
July 13, 2010 at 3:22 pm
The NAACP no longer has raison d’etre – it’s long past time they make a Bill Cosby type their general, turn and battle the enemy within: http://www.dailycomet.com/article/20100704/ENTERTAINMENT/100709731/1275?Title=Bill-Cosby-on-education-responsibility-at-Essence
July 13, 2010 at 3:30 pm
I never encountered racism until I moved to Oakland and started interacting with the black people there. Unbelievable! It was a revelation to me as I’d grown up in a very diverse community where people got along very well. In Oakland if you’re white you are a “racist.” I once had a crazed black woman call my 3 year old son a “racist cracker baby.” It was probably not a safe thing to do but nobody messes with my kids and I flipped out on her. It was amazing how quickly she backed off. I think she thought I was just going to take it. Until blacks are called on their own “racism” they can’t be allowed to get away with accusing everyone else.
July 13, 2010 at 3:32 pm
Everyday I think to myself how easy it would be for this “post-racial” president ::cough, cough:: to put this to rest. One call to his administration to tell them to knock it off. A conference call to the unions and black organizations to tell them to knock it off. And one answer at a press conference to say “Americans can disagree with one another on the basis of something other than skin color… SO KNOCK IT OFF!”
But no.
It serves them too well to set race-relations in this country back fifty years.
Shameful and disgusting.
July 13, 2010 at 4:44 pm
Exactly …. he all but ran on racism, this “black” man who never actually lived in a black community. Talk about a world class liar.

All of these false racism accusations are only HURTING OILbama!
July 13, 2010 at 3:40 pm
The St. Louis Tea Party acted heroically on behalf of all Americans today, by turning the public dialog onto the blatant racism of the NAACP.
The internet is abuzz today as to the detestable attitudes and actions of the NAACP and how that organization actually impedes the progress of black people in this country.
Bravo, and a lesson on how to properly handle Alinksky tactics! As I have always said:
Live by the Alinksy rules, die by the Alinsky rules.
July 13, 2010 at 3:51 pm
What’s really sad? Our First Lady encouraging them to “intensify” for equality and crap.
The Obamas have set back race relations 55 years. They have no clue what they’re doing…or saying :(
July 13, 2010 at 4:06 pm
They don’t care. They won’t be suffering the consequences, like either white OR black working-class and poor people will. They’ll hop into their limo and off they’ll go, leaving everyone else to actually deal with the mess.
July 13, 2010 at 4:40 pm
I’m not so sure they don’t know what they are doing.
July 13, 2010 at 4:45 pm
Oh I think they know EXACTLY what they are doing. They are where they are today because of their race. Does anyone believe that a white junior Senator with no real experience at leading anything would have been elected President?
July 13, 2010 at 6:19 pm
Never Ten, Never in a million years!
July 13, 2010 at 5:06 pm
Oh, they know. They just don’t care. They won’t have to deal with the consequences. They’ll drive off in their limo and leave working-class whites and blacks both to cope with the crap they created.
July 14, 2010 at 3:37 pm
it might be sad… but that woman is not representative of the wonderful black women that I met during my last trip to the USA.
I am talking about working class black women, especially the girls who worked for the Starbucks at the Marriott where we stayed for a week. (The girl in the dining room was snooty in my opinion).
The First Fart is a true disgrace to all black people.
July 13, 2010 at 3:52 pm
Congratulations to the St. Louis area tea party. They have initiated the first salvo in the war against racist demagoguery. More to come, no doubt.
July 13, 2010 at 4:09 pm
I am convinced that the Tea Party should adopt Martin Luther King as our leader to use peace and not violence with our enemies. They (NAACP and al lthe liberals) wouldn’t know what to do with that…heads would be spinning and they would choke on their own words!!!
July 14, 2010 at 3:39 pm
that is a good idea.
MLK stands for the TEA movement which has always been non-violent and accepts people from all races.

Great idea …. and honest, something the NAACP folks don’t seem to get.
July 13, 2010 at 4:50 pm
I agree!!! We the TEA party patriots need take all the leftist icons and turn them into the true heros that they are. MLK and JFK. And we should also start singing Dylan songs, play drums, wear tyedye. LOL Lets help pushng them ovetr the edge and expose them for the haters that the are.
July 13, 2010 at 6:49 pm
They’re almost at break point on their own. Besides, Dylan will probably sue the tea party if they sing his songs. :)
July 13, 2010 at 8:29 pm
Yes, it would TOTALLY confuse the left!!!
July 13, 2010 at 8:39 pm
“And we should also start singing Dylan songs, play drums, wear tye dye.”
No thanks. I did all that lunacy about 30 years ago and, while fun at the time, I ain’t going back!

don’t forget to wear the flowers in your hair if you wear tie-dye :)
July 13, 2010 at 5:10 pm
I disagree thank you very much – MLK was okay but he’s not my hero – leave the Tea Party as it is……………
July 13, 2010 at 5:13 pm
:-) ok, you know best :-)

It’s a way to neutralize the left the same way they try to neutralize us. King was about things we need in the Tea Party movement.

MLK Jr. was a registered Republican. Go figure…
July 14, 2010 at 7:28 am
The Civil Rights Act, even with a Dem Pres and Congress was difficult to pass….
March 30 – June 10, 1964: The longest filibuster in the history of the Senate was waged against the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with 57 days of debate over a 73 day period. It ended when the Senate voted 71–29 to invoke cloture, the first successful cloture motion on a civil rights bill (wiki)
That boggles my mind too.
July 15, 2010 at 6:03 am
The filibuster was led by the late Robert Byrd(D-WV), formerly of the Ku Klux Klan.
Yes, really.
“Even” with a Dem President and Congress? Democrats were always the party of segregation and oppression…and it grew more virulent the more “Progressive” they were.
Do some digging into ProgDem President Woodrow Wilson. You’ll be amazed and sickened.

While I am all for free market enterprise and capitalism, Jesse Jackson and Maxine Waters are threatening to stop the merger of Comcast and NBC if they don’t up their diversity quotas which include 25% staffing in positions in all levels. All television programming would have to have a certain percentage of minorities as well as producers, executive producers, directors and actors.
It’s time for corporations (and all of America, quite frankly) to tell the Justice Brothers (Jesse, Al and Eric) to kiss their collective behinds because black people certainly won’t and they are the ones being hurt most by these actions.
I sent an email to the President of Comcast. It’s not the merger that bothers me, it’s the joining with NBC which is clearly the enemy of America. I let them know that they are free to do as they please, but I would not subsidize a company that so blatantly carries the water for the Obama Administration and participates in the destruction of America.
July 13, 2010 at 4:50 pm
25%? Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t blacks only constitute 17% of our population?
July 13, 2010 at 5:08 pm
I think it’s actually closer to 13%. I think they should tell them to pound sand and that as a private enterprise they will be hiring the most qualified candidates…just like major league sports corporations do:)
July 13, 2010 at 5:11 pm
And tell Maxine and Jesse that perhaps they should peddle their wares to BET.
July 13, 2010 at 6:26 pm
And that percentage is shrinking smaller very fast all the time.
July 13, 2010 at 8:09 pm
Yeah, good point…let’s start a petition for all baseball, basketball, football leagues, etc., to institute quotas evenly representing white people.
July 13, 2010 at 4:26 pm

July 14, 2010 at 4:25 am
My standard reply is “PROOVE IT!” Anyone who actually knows me, knows better.
July 14, 2010 at 8:29 am
That is what everyone should say in response to the nit-wit Racist accusations. In my opinion they have worn that word out, just beaten it to a pulp. The Tea Party is about advancing the country for all of our citizens, and it is a very diverse group of loyal freedom loving Americans. I think the reason that they hate the Tea Party is because it is composed of 60 per cent or more of former Dems who are opposed to all of the policies of DNC/OBAMA,REID and PELOSI.

Being the case, how the HE-DOUBLE-STICKS can they afford a venue for their annual convention, awards, and other stuff?
There’s got to be a benefactor somewhere!
July 13, 2010 at 4:52 pm
Or outrageous fees for the attendees …. and also perhaps their current accusations at the Tea Party is their way of fundraising. They are getting press.
July 13, 2010 at 5:03 pm
They got what, $50K on hand?
Give me a “he-double-sticks,” please!
As 10 is already suggesting, they make too much money to have just that on hand.
If you kind folks check the bills they are currently involved in, just lobbying, consulting, filing, fees, alone would eat up that much in a week. Not to mention personal expenses for business related expenditures.
Any one suggest another good source of info?
I used to trust factcheck but had it be wrong or, possibly, BIASED one too many times.
July 13, 2010 at 5:11 pm
Yep and yep. If you kind folks will notice under “bills” they are involved in just about everything. That amount of lobbying or consulting or whatever costs a heck of whole lotta cash.
Bear in mind, we don’t even know how many LAWSUITS they have filed or are involved in.

MO just repeated Barry’s words/philosophy to the NAACP. He always wants others to do his dirty work. He would like nothing better than starting a race war in this country in a vain attempt to show his greatness in solving problems.
July 13, 2010 at 4:44 pm
I love that picture on your avatar!
July 13, 2010 at 4:54 pm
I don’t think she just repeated his words, she relished her comments. She may just like being Marie Antoinette. I never thought it was only Whites who could be slave holders, all ir depended on was who was on top at the time. After all, slavery had its origins in Africa. I think Michelle got a thrill going up her leg when she spoke….and it wasn’t for Barack.
July 13, 2010 at 5:12 pm
I have read there were black Americans with slaves, this link backs that up: http://americancivilwar.com/authors/black_slaveowners.htm
July 13, 2010 at 5:47 pm
There is more slavery today than at any other time in history, but it’s mostly eastern European women held as prostitutes….and one thing I do know is we won’t be hearing about it 150 years later. Hardly anybody knows about it now. Where’s the outrage??
July 13, 2010 at 6:30 pm
Yes, CAS, even in the northern states there were blacks who owned slaves until those states outlawed it.
That history of blacks owning slaves (especially in Africa and enslaving fellow blacks in Africa for sale to others) has been massively, covered up on purpose.
So if there are reparations like the all the African nations be the first to pay them.
July 13, 2010 at 6:32 pm
32 books about black slave owners are listed on Amazon.

While wanting to be a saint in black people’s eyes, Obama may well end up being an embarassment to them. They wanted someone who was beyond reproach and thought they had it in Obama. He professes to have been Harvard educated (can we see the transcripts please), and is well spoken so they thought/hoped/believed he was a perfect role model. But now that his lies and thuggery are starting to come out, that he really didn’t win the 2008 democratic nomination but stole it from Hillary, perhaps his image will start to taint and the first black president may well turn into the last black president. He didn’t have to be perfect, but he should have been a person of integrity and that is something Barack Hussein Obama does not know the meaning of. He has lied and cheated his way through the political process since Day One of his career and now his ineptness and incompetence are wearing very thin. He may well go down in history as our WORST PRESIDENT EVER!

HOW COULD HE **NOT** BE OUR WORST PRESIDENT EVER– HE HAS BESTED JIMMAH CAAARTER IN ONLY 18 MONTHS>>>

This is in today’s Tennessean, which is the Nashville paper about Memphis …Herenton is noted in the article as being Memphis’ first elected black Mayor.
http://www.tennessean.com/article/20100713/NEWS/100713109/Herenton+knocks+Obama+s+endorsement+of+Cohen
It is a short article, but here is a quote from it.
U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen of Memphis has the endorsement of President Barack Obama, but opponent Willie Herenton says Obama doesn’t know the needs of voters in majority black Memphis.
Obama endorsed Cohen on Tuesday, citing the congressman’s support of his health care plan and economic program.
It goes on to say that Herenton is making race an issue because is saying that Tennessee needs to have one African-American congressman.
July 14, 2010 at 8:22 am
“King” Willie was also the superintendant of Memphis City Schools before his “reign” as Mayor. He is a joke. His platform is totally about race.
What’s really interesting is that I think Cohen ~who is white~ will beat Herenton in the primary and then Cohen will face http://www.charlottebergmann.com/ in November. Charlotte Bergmann is a black conservative woman who is running as a Republican. Herenton will get his wish for a black Congressman from Memphis. It just won’t be him.
July 14, 2010 at 11:47 am
Thanks TN WAHM for filling in the details. I thought it was interesting that in making race the issue of the campaign he has turned on Obama to do so. I think it marks the beginning of more of his core supporters turning on him.
July 13, 2010 at 4:49 pm
I read the St. Louis response and it was spot on. They said what needed to be said, loud and clear. Hopefully some Politicians will open their eyes because if they don’t, this administration and its race baiting fringe, will take us back to 1861, and this time, it is anyones guess who will survive. If I were Mr. Soros, I would worry because even when he helped the Nazi’s, according to his own book…although he claimed it was his fathers fault, he may not have realized that when a coup takes place, it often gets rid of those who helped it…history does repeat itself.
July 13, 2010 at 6:37 pm
Was Mr. Soros one of Hitler’s Jewish soldiers, or ghetto guards?
I’ve been wondering a lot about that as I learn more about his ways….
July 13, 2010 at 10:06 pm
He helped confiscate property and send thousands to their deaths. Bastard is worse than a kapo.

Thank you.

Soros should be tried as a war criminal for his crimes against humanity.

Lt Col Allen West has something to say as well.
Statement Condemning the NAACP Resolution by LTC Allen West (USA, Ret.)
“The NAACP has missed the target.
This NAACP Resolution is consistent with the Obama administration tactic of demonizing and blaming someone else for your own failures and shortcomings, and not take responsibility and accountability.”
July 13, 2010 at 5:05 pm
Wow…sign that guy up as VP or something. Wouldn’t that be wild if Palin/West was the ticket? Wonder what would happen.
July 13, 2010 at 5:09 pm
This man knows his American and world history forwards and back. He’s really astute about the course of events in our history and how that relates to our world today. He’s inspiring and unafraid. God bless this truthteller!
July 14, 2010 at 5:36 am
Way ahead of ya. ;)
July 13, 2010 at 5:50 pm
I LOVE Allen West. Somewhere John Wayne is smiling.
July 13, 2010 at 6:54 pm
Allen West Rocks!!!
July 13, 2010 at 6:57 pm
Allen West is right. Use this race baiting moment to ask why the NAACP would’nt be trying to reverse years of unwed mothers, single parenting, and anbandoned children…. oh yeah, that might actually be difficult.
Oh well, I’m off for dinner at Cracker Barrel wearing my Washington Redskins T-Shirt.
July 13, 2010 at 5:04 pm
I remember when I was in grade school, every now and then we’d be a little silly and have Opposite Day. We try really hard to say the opposite of what we really mean. “I don’t want chocolate milk.” “I don’t want to play tag at recess.” “I want lots of homework.”
Well, I think Obama has been playing Opposite Administration. Everything he says is really the opposite.
Most transparent administration in history.
Most bipartisan
Post-racial
The buck stops with me
If I accidentally hear him speak he sounds like Peanuts adults – wah wah wah wah.
It’s clear that he has no desire for this country to be Post-Racial. He has done so many things to see that it is not. What I can’t figure out is why he believes this will benefit him. What I do see is that it will hurt our country more than any bad economic laws will ever hope to. A country divided can never heal it’s problems.
July 13, 2010 at 5:12 pm
I tell my kids that if you have to “tell” someone how smart you are, how popular you are or how good looking you are, it must not be very obvious to the people around you.
Obama touted all of these traits and aspirations because HE KNEW that such things would not be evident were someone to look at the path he walked, the friends he made and the philosophies he supports.
July 13, 2010 at 5:58 pm
“If I accidentally hear him speak he sounds like Peanuts adults – wah wah wah wah.”

Love Andrew. But he isn’t saying anything that the Boyz haven’t said repeatedly.
But if he reaches a different audience with the message, that’s great.
July 13, 2010 at 5:47 pm
Why has the NAACP decided to engage in hate speech and to act like a hate group?
July 13, 2010 at 5:55 pm
Because they are protecting that POS in office, by yelling RACCCCIST!!!. It’s all they know how to do. They certainly have done nothing for the black community.
July 13, 2010 at 6:03 pm
Because they are raaaacists.
July 14, 2010 at 7:49 am
think back to those videos of rev. wright and how he stirred up the blacks in church..they swooned right along with him..now thats real racism!
July 13, 2010 at 6:42 pm
I’ve said this before, but it seems even more apparent to me now: the civil strife in our country is going to crescendo in the form of a race war (in 3…2…1…).
But we know that the divide is truly one of diametrically opposed attitudes and principles. Separatist organizations are just helping the process come to a head.
It all boils down to those who want to turn the country into a socialist democracy versus those who want to restore the Republic. We’ll see Americans of all races, religions, and ethnicities on both sides of the chasm.
I’m betting that the lid blows in August.
July 13, 2010 at 6:46 pm
Starting with the Glenn Beck Tea Party rally??
July 13, 2010 at 11:41 pm
I’m afraid that’s going to be the case.
July 13, 2010 at 6:51 pm
The question I always ask, and have never received a satisfactory answer to:
Why do blacks allow the Democrat party to treat them like political lawn jockeys?
July 13, 2010 at 7:11 pm
When you’ve gotten crap for a long time, it makes it hard to figure out who your real friends are. It also complicates things. I’ve gone to left-wing sites that call women pussies and sluts, and then visit right-wing ones that say that a “real man” is one that makes sure his wife doesn’t “need” to work. o_O
One side calls me a sex toy, the other side seems to want me to not make my own money fair and square. Neither side seems to be talking about me as a human being who is 1) not a fuck doll, and 2) loves her career and making her own money. Again, sometimes it’s hard to work it all out if you’ve gotten the crap end of the stick for a long time.
And the left wing says the same thing about the working class and Republicans. The Repubs HAVE been, like all parties, shoveling money at the filthy rich and harming the working class … so left-wingers ask the same questions. WHY do the working class let themselves get used time and again by people who do NOT have their best interests at heart?
Turns out that’s where the tea party comes from. :-) Mostly ordinary working class people who are sick of being treated as bargaining chips by both sides.
Do I agree with their attitude? Hell, no. I can see where it came from. But as a result, I can also see where it needs changing and how.
What’s needed is to make oneself so strong that one NEVER NEEDS to depend on anyone else’s capricious kindness ever again.
July 14, 2010 at 8:42 am
“One side calls me a sex toy, the other side seems to want me to not make my own money fair and square.”
It’s not so much that the “right wingers” don’t think that women can/should make their “own” money, it’s that many of them think that it’s better for their kids to have mom at home. It’s not a control thing for most of them. It’s a respect thing.
July 14, 2010 at 11:35 am
Funny how “respect” always seems to involve us doing the crap work for no pay, though …
July 13, 2010 at 7:12 pm
Dunno if this will post more than once — it’s in answer to Lax’s question:

In response to your reply above about “crap work for no pay”…lots of stay at home mom’s with husbands who love and respect them consider raising their children and maintaining a a loving marriage a wonderfully fulfilling life. Remaining single and childless is a perfectly great way to live if you so choose but you ought to recognize that marrying and raising children is too.

Excellent thread on Legal Insurrection – NAACP Passes its resolution
http://legalinsurrection.blogspot.com/2010/07/naacp-passes-tea-party-is-racism.html#comments
July 13, 2010 at 7:13 pm
More and more Obama supporters are going to play the race card as Barry’s approval ratings fall. We’re seeing this with the NAACP and MO comment that “Blacks have to get more intense”.
I don’t think the most Americans are going to buy it. Obama wouldn’t be in the White House if America is a racist country.
Basically, the Dems have nothing else to run on. The economy is bad, the Federal budget and deficit is out of control and the vast majority of Americans hate the Dems only accomplishment, which is Obamacare. So they trot out the race card.
July 13, 2010 at 8:30 pm
Absolutely! The race card is the last resort of those who have no argument, no facts and no truth.

I think there needs to be a law introduced that Obama supporters are never allowed to use any kind of “But Bush did it too.” excuse. Obama PROMISED that politics as we knew it would change, implying that the old ways would not be acceptable to him. But all we’ve seen are the old ways.

From last spring:
Who are the tea partiers
http://hotair.com/archives/2010/04/05/who-are-the-tea-partiers/
[...]Is the Tea Party as racist as the media and leading Democrats have portrayed? Gallup’s demos of the Tea Party look very close to that of the overall American demos on ethnicity. Whites make up 79% of the Tea Party and 75% of the population; blacks, 6% of the Tea Party and 11% of the population; and “other” in the Tea Party exactly matches the general population at 15%.[...]

And let’s have a law enacted that disallows any Obama defender to say “But Bush did it.” We were all promised that Obama would rise above it all and the only excuse we’ve heard for things like the NBPP Voter Intimidation was “well Bush….”
July 13, 2010 at 7:52 pm
EXACTLY. I spent ten years listening to faux-gressive friends of mine whining up a storm about the crimes of the Bush administration, and here it turns out they didn’t mean a word of it. They were just bitching because their side didn’t do it.
And if you honestly care about that stuff? Hah. Good luck finding ANY party.
July 13, 2010 at 9:05 pm
Megyn Kelly was on fire. She is truly outraged by DOJ’s lack of action involving the New Black Panther Party in Philly. As well she should be.
The only defense that Powers had was “well, Bush was bad too”. Although she doesn’t cite any examples of where Bush’s DOJ didn’t prosecute a vote intimidation case.

MoveOn.org The DISCLOSE Act forces corporations to be more transparent about how much money they’re spending in this election. Passage in the Senate likely depends on 1 vote: Scott Brown. Help us win his support by clicking “Like” on his page (http://j.mp/azPuSF) & post this: “We need the DISCLOSE Act now so the Nov. election can be decided by the people and not corporate CEOs & lobbyists.”
If you can jump over to Scotts FB page you will see what I mean. This needs to be stopped. Psy-ops style.

Looks like the far Lefts first attempts at trying to Alinsky The Tea Party movement through ridicule (eg: LSM teabagger comments) have failed, so they have moved on the old standby of trying nuke their opposition with charges of Racism. Who better to do it than one of the most identifiable African American civil rights groups the NAACP? The problem is that the Racism epithet no longer packs quite the same punch as it once did due to over use, and if anything the NAACP by pursuing this course of action has revealed that they are having trouble keeping people on the political plantation so to speak. So by objectifying the Tea Party movement as Racist they are hoping to scare people back into the fold and stop them from jumping the fence. In a way it is very Orwellian and reminds me of the sheep in Animal farm who at the prompting of the ruling pigs constantly bleat “Four legs good, Two legs bad” as a means of drowning out dissenting opinions from any of the other animals on the farm during meetings.

Folks, citizen Palin has posted a response to the NAACP’s racism resolution passed earlier this evening against the Tea Party Movement.
The Charge of Racism: It’s Time to Bury the Divisive Politics of the Past
http://www.facebook.com/notes/sarah-palin/the-charge-of-racism-its-time-to-bury-the-divisive-politics-of-the-past/408166998434
Sarah has issued a clarion call … unity not division, equality and liberty not smears, lies and race hustling.
This is an extremely important post by the people’s Governor.
I ask that folks please help spread the word.
Email friends and family. Post a link to your Facebook page. Twitter your contacts.
Thanks,
John Frank

Some of these folks going on about racist remarks, posters and the unfounded incident of the spitting upon the congressman by Tea Party attendees are so incredibly ill-informed.
It’s as if they heard from a friend of a friend of a friend and they then assume it’s fact and happening on a frequent basis. Some guy on O’Reilly just slammed Kenneth Gladney for selling buttons of ” the first black president in clown face with blood dripping down his mouth and underneath the words “DOPE”. Then he says that the word “DOPE” was a racist reference to the fact that drugs are a problem in the black community, or something. Does this guy not know that the image was the Joker and that the word “DOPE” was a play on words of Obama’s “HOPE”? Ohhhh, it was painful to listen to this man.
July 14, 2010 at 4:06 pm
and it was not true. Gladney was selling the Gadsden flag. He was not selling the joker buttons

I told someone in another blog this:
“I know this. I’m very well aware of this.
I’m also aware of this: THEY KNOW THIS CHARGE IS FALSE!!!! Why do they still use it? Because THAT IS ALL THEY HAVE FOR AMMO!
I heard somewhere a while ago that it is much more difficult to impossible for an innocent person to defend himself against a false accusation than it is for a guilty one to lie about an accusation that is true.
We only have to look at the terrible situation of those three Duke Lacrosse players a few years ago to understand it. Even after they were proven beyond any doubt to be INNOCENT, those who had an interest in keeping the narrative haven’t let go… and they never will.
Same here.
The race card is all they have. (Let’s not call it “the race card” anymore. It’s too inaccurate. It’s not a “card.” It’s a stink-bomb! There! The Race Stink-Bomb!)
We must begin putting our heads together and figure out The Most Effective Way to not just Neutralize its effect on us, but TO TOTALLY NEUTER IT FROM ANY EFFECT AT ALL.
It should be like neutering a ferocious tiger. You will get hurt, scratched, or maybe even killed, but when it’s done… the tiger becomes a pussycat.
That’s what we should aim for, everyone.”
Take heed. We must come together and brainstorm this.

good point that they do not let whites or Republicans in. I know there is a majority black district, (Memphis) that a white guy represented and they kept him out. I expect them to deny entry to my new congressman Tim Scott (SC-1) even though his district borders SC-2, racist warlord Jim Clyburn.

Well the “Black Agenda Report” blog site is not afraid to call a spade a spade. It will be interesting when they weigh in on this NaaCP proclamation.
From there: “First Black Presidency Has Driven Many African Americans Insane”
“Freedom Rider: Obama and the Nadir of Black America”
“A Blacks vs. Tea Party Free-for-All on the Mall?” – “Will established civil rights groups physically confront Glenn Beck’s Tea Party crowd for control of the Washington Mall on August 28? Can the NAACP and labor unions figure out how to hold a March for Jobs in October while pretending that President Obama bears no responsibility for economic woes? No, and Yes. Although there will be no physical fight, jousting with cardboard “cracker” villains like Beck and Rush Limbaugh allows civil rights leaders to appear valiant while avoiding confrontation with real Power in the White House.”
