Congratulations to Michelle Malkin on being the Left's #6 most-hated American
This is actually a pretty big honor, considering the fact that if the Left hates you, you are doing something right.
Michelle Malkin is the Left’s #6 most hated American…they truly despise her, and go so far as to call her things like “a bag of meat with lipstick”. They hate her because she has Asian ancestry, and is, thus, supposed to be a Leftist, since minorities are supposed to be pets of the Left, and thus be Democrats unquestioningly.
It’s the same for us here in Boystown: since we’re gay, we must be Democrats, and thus must be Leftist Liberals, because of the Gyllenhaal siblings, the only one we give a damn about is Jakey-G. That’s the “logic” the Left has, and anyone who does not adhere to this, and thinks for themselves, must be destroyed.
We would consider it a high honor to one day crack the Top 100 on that Most Hated list, let alone be in the Top Ten like Michelle Malkin.
So, our rainbow-colored Pride hats are off to Malkin today. We think the woman is a national treasure. There are times we don’t agree with her, and think she needs treatment for the Clinton Derangement Syndrome she has a mild case of, but 95% of the time we’re right there with her on most things.
We admire how tenacious she is, and how she keeps refusing to back down and succumb to the threats and intimidations of the Leftists. She lives rent-free in these lunatics’ nightmares, and the mere mention of her name causes these people to roll around on the floor having deranged seizures of contempt.
It’s a beautiful thing to picture happening in all of the troll caves out there.
Keep up the great work, Michelle! You have fans in the most unlikeliest of places!
COMMERCIAL NEEDED: Superimpose images of Obamaspill Gulf Disaster with creepy "Obama Kids" singers
Someone out there with video making skills needs to start turning all of Obama’s cult of personality creepiness against him — by recycling all of the most memorable 2008 campaign bits and showing how all of that Hope and Change measures up to the reality we’re experiencing.
One of the greatest tools we will all have against this administration going forward will prove to be the above “Obama kids” video, shot in California, at a Liberal school where parents indoctrinated their children into the Obama cult by having them learn and perform this Leni Reifenstahl-approved song.
It’s not just super-creepy…it’s political gold, and Republicans need to realize this. Pronto.
Think about it.
Just imagine how effective a video would be if it showed facts and figures about the Obamaspill Gulf Disaster, with these kids as the soundtrack. Intersperse images from the disaster with photos of Obama golfing, yucking it up with Paul McCartney and Beyonce in the White House, and generally behaving like the fool he is while the Gulf of Mexico is destroyed. Include the facts that Obama approved this well, that Obama waived the safety requirements to make drilling easier for BP, and document all of the international offers for help that Obama turned down which have made the disaster worse. Show the resistance the Obama Administration has given Governors Jindal and Barbour as they have tried to protect their states from this disaster…all while people hear those creepy kids singing their praises to Obama the Lightbringer.
This could be a very powerful visual.
And it can be repeated for every other disaster to come under this “president”.
He proclaimed himself a demigod who could do anything.
His cultists used children to literally sing his praises as a Lightbringer.
Every day, he fails the most basic tests of competence.
Call. Him. Out. On. It.
In as creative a way as possible to drive the point home to the American people.
Why is the Media claiming November won't be as bad for Democrats as expected (and that Obama's a lock for re-election in 2012)?
Here’s an interesting article we saw over at RealClearPolitics today, where the author, Byron York, refutes some of the nonsense we hear in the national Media about November not being as bad for Democrats as we believe it will be.
Is the Media just lying, for the sake of lying, because it wants to keep Democrats from becoming Eeyores who’ll stay home on election day to fulfill the prophesy, or is something else at play here.
In the last two years we’ve had the unusual opportunity to actually spend time with a great many reporters, print, digital, radio, and TV. With few exceptions, all of these people have been very nice — but they have all been 100% Liberal. So much so that they don’t even realize it themselves, because the “journalism” they were taught in college has a deliberate and predetermined Liberal bent, the professors they admired and who mentored them are all unabashedly Liberal, and perhaps the only people who go into journalism to begin with are those with this Liberal leaning in them while growing up. Once they graduate and are hired into Liberal news organizations, that Liberalism only grows, since their new bosses are Liberals, their colleagues are Liberals, and whoever’s assigned to mentor them in the workplace is Liberal too.
Something happens to these people, where they become unable to see the world through anything but Liberal eyes.
Trust us, we’ve had long discussions with some of these reporters — many of whom just can’t fathom how anyone out there can NOT support what the current “president” is doing to this country, or just how far Democrats have fallen in the eyes of former party loyalists.
That’s actually why the RAAACISM! garbage is thrown around so much in the Media, and why everyone in the Tea Party Movement who is revolting against this spendthrift, reckless government is so casually called a RAAACIST! — it’s because the Media has no other way to understand how someone can oppose what’s happening under the “historic and unprecedented first black president” these people have been waiting for their entire adult lives, so therefore this unexplainable (to them) behavior must be rooted in RAAACISM! That’s the only explanation their ivy-league-degreed minds can come up with.
It reminds us of how people in Iceland believe elves stole something if it’s gone missing. In Iceland, elves are considered to be “the hidden people”, and are cousins of humankind that God made invisible. This is accepted as fact, and never questioned, so if anything odd ever happens in a household, blame for that’s assigned to the elves and some sort of sacrifice and peace offering is made to elfdom in ransom for whatever’s been taken that day. Trying to convince Icelanders that elves have not, in fact, stolen the hammer and that maybe the hammer was never returned by a neighbor who borrowed it is pointless, a frustrating waste of your breath.
So it is talking to a Liberal, who believes, honestly and truly, that Obama is some sort of demigod who was sent here to an undeserving nation to usher in a Golden Age of Liberal Hopes and Dreams. Their Liberal upbringings, educations, and work history essentially make these people less reporters than high priests of an apocalyptic cult that’s hellbent on destroying this nation “in order to save it”.
Obama, and Democrats, can do no wrong in their opinion…and opinion is what passes for “news” these days. Republicans, especially Republican women, are “divisive and polarizing”, while Obama is always painted with the traditional black brush of victimhood. Criticize his job performance and you are just a damn, dirty RAAACIST picking on a black man and not giving him a chance. Point out that he’s now had 18 months of a chance, and you are just a RAAACIST for demanding a black man do what he promised and perform competently in his position…which is reminiscent of all the many excuses constantly made by the Left to explain poor test scores by black students or bad job evaluations of black employees (“The tests are RAAACIST! They are culturally biased!”). Everything with this administration is seen through a racial lens by the Media, and it’s a Media that’s been hard-wired through many years of Liberal indoctrination to never speak a critical word of a black person (lest they open themselves up to irrational jeers of RAAACIST! from the peanut gallery).
All of this has created a perfect storm where the Media, in its own delusions, has seemingly convinced itself of two things we don’t believe are true:
(1) That Democrat losses won’t be bad this fall, because America secretly loves what Democrats are doing
(2) Obama is guaranteed his second term, because America won’t deny “the historic and unprecedented first black president” his re-election
In terms of November, anecdotally speaking, we’ve never seen people more upset with Democrats than they are today.
We remember 1994, and the tide that build against the Clintons in their first two years in the White House. As Clinton guys, in high school, we were all stunned by the opposition that emerged to them, in quarters we didn’t expect to find such dissent. This was before the Internet, before we watched the news, and those observations came from just listening to what people on the bus, the train, and out in public were saying — and how much they were against what they perceived to be an overly aggressive and too-Liberal agenda from the White House and Congress. The whole “Contract With America” deal the Republicans came up with was savagely ridiculed and maligned by the Media, we remember, and every reporter tried his or her level best to mock Newt Gingrich and the others behind it…but the Left lost big that November, and the Clintons certainly learned from that defeat (and realized, once and for all, that Democrats need to remain a centrist party if they want to succeed on the national level, keeping the radical Left locked away in the attic like a crazy, foul-mouthed, lunatic uncle).
In 2010, we are seeing and hearing things that make 1994 look like a cake walk for Democrats. We’ve never encountered people as angry with our government as we see today. Part of this, of course, is because through HillBuzz we encounter much more politically active and aware individuals than we did back in high school in the 90s. Another part of it is that we live in Chicago now, a major city, so we’re exposed to a lot more people in general — and those people tend to be more active and aware than counterparts in smaller towns. Also, because of the Internets and 24/7 news, people are more informed about what’s going on today as well.
But, if we just focus on the emotion we are seeing on display…and we harken back to the emotions we saw in 1994…it’s impossible for us to believe that 2010 will be “not so bad” for Democrats.
The only hope the Media really has in all of this is that Republicans will drop the ball, as Republicans so often do.
We will never understand the inner workings of the Republican Party, or why the RNC insists on making people like Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty, and the rest of the soggy sandwich society the face of the party — when people like Jan Brewer, Chris Christie, Michele Bachmann, and Sarah Palin are what the country wants and needs in terms of opposition to this White House. Republicans, as we’ve noted many times here, have a twisted fixation with being loved by the Media, and will do everything they can to court that affection. This reminds us of delusional, sad, tragic women who fall in love with gay men and do everything they can to try to get them to notice them, buy them presents, and spend weekend after weekend hanging out in Boystown pining for hot guys who are only interested in other hot guys.
The same is true for the Republican Party and its one-sided, hopeless, unrequited love affair with the Media.
If only Republicans would wake up and see that no matter what they do, they will be painted as villains by the Media, because that’s all hack journalists know how to do. It’s the way they were taught to write in school, and they’re paid very good money to churn out anti-Republican pieces in their newsrooms. Pulling punches, censoring themselves, and pussy-footing around issues does Republicans no good…and just makes them look like weak, pathetic, soggy, cucumber-and-mayonnaise sandwiches left out in the rain.
Sure, the Left will use the Media to forever villainize the likes of Brewer, Christie, Bachmann, and Palin. That’s what the Media does, as a de facto arm of the Democrat Party. If you don’t realize this by now, then you’ve been in a coma for the last thirty years (welcome back!).
Part of why the Media seems to believe Democrat losses won’t be as bad as we know they will be is that the Media is counting on the Party of Stupid to pull its usual Washington Generals impression and lose in the fall by sending out the soggy sandwich society as the party representatives…and benching, or hamstringing, the likes of Governor Palin, who pulls no punches and cracks skulls on a regular basis.
That’s what the GOP has always done, after all. Someone at the RNC gets nervous that Republicans are being too forceful, too tough, so the order goes out for everyone to sissify their message. “Just ask yourselves, ‘What would Mitt Romney do?’ and then do that,” is the direction we truly believe Republicans are given by someone at national.
The Media, and Democrats, appear to count on this. They cannot win without it, and they know it. Hence the endless praise heaped on Republicans like Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty, Mitch Daniels, John Thune, and other boring as dirt, innocuous, “pets” of the Media. They might be Republicans, but they are tame Republicans…good Republicans…quiet, mousey Republicans who do as they are told, drink all of their skim milk, and never, ever step out of line.
Unlike pioneer feminist Governor Palin, Congresswoman Bachmann, and Governor Brewer…who all tell it like it is, refuse to back down, and are intimidated by NO ONE.
The Media’s fear of women like this in the GOP is palpable. The reason so much effort is put into destroying all three of them is that the Media does not want whatever they’ve got in terms of testicular fortitude to spread to the rest of the Republicans ranks. The Media has chosen Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty, in particular, to be the Republican make-and-models of choice, and they do not want to see more Chris Christies or Jim DeMints come down the assembly line at the GOP with a Palinizing spirit driving this surge.
The Media thinks incredibly highly of itself, so it must believe, collectively, that it can indeed limit the influence of Palin Republicans and subjugate them to the Romney crowd.
That’s where this nonsense about Obama being guaranteed a second term comes in: the Media truly believes it will pick the GOP’s 2012 candidate, so they have no worries at all about Democrats keeping the White House. That’s on top of their belief there’s just no way “the historic and unprecedented first black president” WON’T get a second term, because depriving a black person of anything he or she ever wants in life is just RAAACIST! The Media was taught in school and in on the job training that black people are pets of the Democrat party — the most cherished and beloved pets that have ever existed, that no one in the Democrat party really wants to do anything substantive for, except shout from the rooftops how much they love black people and hate anyone out there who criticizes the black community for anything or expects them to work hard, keep their promises, and contribute something positive to society. So, from the Media’s perspective, it’s just unthinkable that Obama would not be handed a second term — if not RAAACIST that Republicans would even dare run a candidate in 2012, since opposing Obama on anything is RAAACISM.
The Media is out of touch with not only reality, but the American people.
A good portion of Obama’s 2008 win was attributable to race-baiting, and many Americans who wanted the cathartic experience of voting a black man into the presidency, to prove to themselves and neighbors that they, and America itself, is not RAAACIST the way the Media has always claimed. It’s John McCain’s own fault for not aggressively taking down the Race Industry in the general election, and for going against common sense and making a command decision not to talk about Trinity United and Jeremiah Wright’s 20 years of rantings and ravings during the campaign. McCain was afraid of the Media branding him a RAAACIST, so he gave Obama a pass to run as much race-baiting as he could, letting him own that race card and psychologically hold it over a good many Independents out there. Couple that with McCain allowing the old “we’re going to sit home and teach the GOP a lesson” garbage to keep such a large number of Republicans home on election day, and there’s Obama’s win right there.
Will either of these things be a driving force in 2012? We don’t think so.
The Race Industry doesn’t yet realize it, but 2008 was the absolute zenith of their power. They will never be able to bully and intimidate American voters in a national election like that again, because America has already elected a black president. That black man in the Oval Office is an incompetent failure of a “president”. He is lazy, dithering, weak, anti-American, and clearly in over his head. Racial intimidation might have gotten him a great many votes in 2008 from people who were willing to give a black man a chance in the most important job in all the world, but we don’t see those same Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson/Henry Gates antics working so well in a repeat performance in 2012. Oh, the Race Industry will surely try, but we think they’ll be largely laughed off the stage next time.
As for the “we’ll stay home to teach the GOP a lesson” garbage, if any Republicans even think about pulling that again in 2012, seeing what that thinking resulted in in 2008, there’s just no hope for those people. Anyone who advocates sitting home on election day or voting third party is someone who is clandestinely working for Democrats, and working against the best interests of this country. They should all be called out on that. Big time.
The only way Obama wins a second term is if he’s put up against Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty, John Thune, Mitch Daniels, Newt Gingrich, or any of the other men the Media keeps pushing the GOP to nominate in 2012.
Clearly, we back Governor Palin for the nomination, and the presidency, but if not her then Republicans need to run a Chris Christie, a Jim DeMint, a Michele Bachmann, a Jan Brewer, or someone else who is tough as nails, takes no prisoners, does not mince words, and is not part of the soggy sandwich society the Media wants all Republicans to be.
The path to victory for Republicans is showing spine, true grit, and fighting spirit.
The Media, clearly, does not believe Republicans have any of this in them…hence the Media’s inability to see a future with Republican victories in it.
Only time will tell if the GOP can see the light and start Palinizing itself, or if the soggy sandwich society will continue to rule the day.
