Sarah Palin's 2012 Presidential Campaign Update: Reality Show with Mark Burnett will be weekly hourlong campaign commerical on broadcast network
You know something, we keep saying how we are going to do everything we can to make sure the MSM, DNC, and RNC don’t do to Sarah Palin what they did to Hillary Clinton…and that we’re going to do everything we can to help Palin. That remains 100% true and will not change.
But, honestly, every day we see clearly this woman might not need our help.
She is doing a REMARKABLE job all her own of beating the MSM, DNC, RNC, and White House at their own games.
Word is Palin is negotiating to get a Reality Adventure Series about Alaska, which would feature her family, traveling around the state, teaching America about our Last Frontier and the Palins themselves.
Palin would control the content, the editing, the production, and the broadcast.
In essense, these would be hourlong campaign commercials where Palin would get to present her brand: Alaska, Family, Nature, Independence, Going Rogue, Loving America.
It is an absolute stroke of pure unadulterated genius that only Sarah Palin could pull off.
A travelogue that’s not really a travelogue, but a free campaign commercial for a candidate who will have an hour a week to show America the sides of herself and her family she wants shown, while captivating the country with the gorgeous scenery of a state most find pure magic.
Genius.
She’s going to define how America sees her.
The show will air in 2011 sometime. Maybe Fall of 2010, so Palin can still be on track to declare her candidacy on February 6th, 2011 as we think she will — which is Ronald Reagan’s birthday.
In other news, there is no interest at all in a Reality Series starring Tim Pawlenty and Mitt Romney, traveling in Minnesota, Utah, Michigan, and Massachusetts, eating cucumber and mayonnaise sandwiches dipped in paste, dunked in skim milk. Pawlenty apparently pitched the idea, or started to, but everyone in the room fell asleep before he could get past his opening joke, which was, of course, about the OJ Simpson trial (since Pawlenty’s humor is always so dated, unfunny, and not relevant to anything that’s currently in the news).
If this deal goes through, wow, it’s incredible.
It blows away anything the MSM did for Dr. Utopia in the leadup to his run. Palin will well-known and well-loved by hundreds of millions once this show hits the air.
Oh, wait, she’s already loved by hundreds of millions now, and she doesn’t even have a show yet.
Go, Sarah, Go!

We’ve been invited on The Andrea Shea King Radio Show tomorrow night to talk about setting up a national alliance of moderates, conservatives, and independents to defund the Left by identifying Democrats’ donors and pressuring them to stop giving money to the DNC and Leftist Democrats.
Which, at this point, is all of them.
It is the best idea we can come up with for putting pressure on elected officials to stop the madness that is the “nuclear option” of Reconciliation to ram the Rationing Bill through Congress. If we pressure the donors, the donors will call the DNC and Senators in a panic, and Democrats will actually listen to these very wealthy funders of the party.
We will do everything we can to take down the DNC using what we know about the fundraising world and the FEC records.
So, tune in tomorrow and let’s work together to do something that’s never been done before: to take the fight to the people who write the checks to fund all this madness.

Today, WordPress added a new feature, which lets us simultaneously autopost to Facebook as well. Someone very kindly helpd us set up a Twitter feed a while ago, so we’re on that too.
As far as Facebook goes, we know Sarah Palin loves it, but that’s about it. We are not techie guys. But, we realize a lot of you like Facebook so we hope this autopost thing works. It looks like we set it up correctly on our end, but we have no idea if it’s really working.
We won’t ever be logging into the Facebook account or checking messages and such there. That’s why we have the HillBuzz@gmail.com email. We do read the comments at this site and as many emails as we can each day, but it’s hard sometimes. Just wanted you to know that while the posts will be autoposting at Facebook, we won’t actually be looking at the account there very often, so don’t think we’re ignoring you.
It’s just that there isn’t enough time in a day to get to everything, and we aren’t Facebook guys, even in our private lives.
BREAKING: Obama sold judgeship for healthcare rationing vote
The current president just sold a judgeship to secure a vote for the heatlhcare rationing Reconciliation push.
He’s now bribed an undecided Congressman by awarding his brother a coveted position on an appeals court.
This follows the president offering a bribe to Joe Sestak not to run against Arlen Specter in the Pennsylvania Democrat primary: the bribe was the position of Secretary of the Navy.
After that, the president tried to bribe Andrew Romanoff not to run against Michael Bennett for the Democrat nomination in Colorado: the bribe that time was for a position in the Interior Department.
This has become the most corrupt administration in United States history.
Somewhere, the ghosts of Ulysses Grant and Warren G. Harding are spectral high-fiving, now that they’re off the hook.
Troll Dissection 101: the most effective troll of all
We’ve been waiting for a really good example of the most effective trolling that’s out there: a troll who derails something it does not want us to do, because we’re onto something that could seriously harm the Left.
This is a troll who goes out of its way to say how much it agrees with you, and how they think some specific action item is “a good idea”, BUT the troll then launches into a plea to convince people to not do that “good idea” and instead keep doing the things that have never worked, and will never work, because then energy and activity is diverted essentially into the toilet.
That would be Mission Accomplished for the troll…to break focus, splinter an effort, and rechannel activity to where it will do little or no good.
In an earlier thread today, we told you that an effective “nuclear counterattack” on the Left for using Reconciliation is to do what’s never been done before: to go directly after Democrat big donors and pressure them on a nationwide basis to stop donating money to the Left. If we cut off their funding sources, we’d cause panic at the DNC, which depends on socialites writing big checks. Socialites do not want to keep giving money if it means they start receiving thousands of letters a day from the public. Socialites hate “the public”. They’ll find somewhere else to donate that’s more fun for them, and that doesn’t result in stacks of mail, phone calls, and endless faxes eating up paper all day at their offices.
We’ve mentioned this strategy before, and instantly got the same troll response we got today, along the lines of, “this is a good idea guys, and I really want to stop the DNC, BUT I think we should just keep calling the same Senators who never care that we call them. After that, we should probably just blow up balloons and write messages on them, and then release them into the air and then go try to find those balloons, and take several weeks to do this. That’s a better idea”.
Trolls really and truly dont want us to encourage the country to identify and pressure the Democrats’ top donors to JUST STOP GIVING TO THESE MARXIST LEFTISTS.
That means we need to seriously focus and make this grassroots effort happen. If the most effective and best trolls out there come out of the caves to try psy-ops to keep this effort from happening, then we know we are onto something.
Can you dissect and identify the finer points of this troll dropping? This one is tougher because it’s much more subtle than usual, but pay attention to what the troll wants to see happen, which is the complete opposite of what we said would actually damage the DNC:
Ugh. This is really worrying me too. I want this bill KILLED. I don’t want it to pass just to get bigger republican wins on Nov. I want it DEAD. Period. I’m so nervous the repubs will get selfish and let the dems pass it for their own Nov gains. The repubs would have to be real big dirtbags to do that. I hope and pray that they’re not.
Boyz, I think this is a great idea. But. I think we should also burn up the phone lines. Call anyone and everyone – dems to put the fear of God into them. Repubs to let them know that if they pass this for their own power gains, then they’re out too the next change we get.
Questions:
(1) What made this troll more effective than usual?
(2) How did the troll try to derail the idea and thwart the action item?
(3) How is the troll trying to help the DNC?
(4) What is the troll afraid of us accomplishing?
(5) What does the troll hope will happen?
The Reconciliation Nuclear Option Will Destroy Democrats: But Only If We Do Our Part
Since it’s been announced the White House, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid are going to ram the Healthcare Rationing bill through “Reconciliation”, an unconstitutional and illegal move, by the way, since Reconciliation was never intended for a bill as massive and nation-changing as this Rationing Bill, moderates, conservatives, and independents need to join forces to completely obliterate the current DNC.
They must not just lose in November.
It needs to be the biggest losses a political party has ever suffered in any election year. Period.
To do that, we propose taking a tactic Republicans have never used against Democrats before, the equivalent of nuking the DNC for using the “nuclear option” in the Senate.
You might be tempted to start burning up the phones to tell Democrats in office not to go ahead with this. We think that is a waste of time, since all elected Democrats in Washington are fully and forever committed to this madness. Every last one of them needs to be booted from office come November. They are not going to change their minds, or their votes, no matter how much you call or email them.
BUT, there is a way to get to these people, something that has never been done.
We need to launch a massive, coast-to-coast effort to identify and pressure the Democrats’ LARGE DONORS to put a stop to this madness.
Large political donors are vulnerable because they are people the public doesn’t know. They are business men and women. Socialites. Wealthy people who fund political campaigns largely, in most cases, because it’s fun and something to do, and they like getting pictures with presidents and senators.
If these people suddenly found themselves on the receiving end of public ire, they’d stop writing the DNC checks.
If the DNC doesn’t get those checks, it can’t fund campaigns in the fall. That means heavier Leftist losses. Which means, come 2011, whatever makes it through Reconciliation can be repealed.
What we need to happen is this: we need to convince other moderate, conservative, and independent sites to think outside the usual box and direct all activist power to identifying and pressuring Democrat donors to rein the office-holders in. Instead of hitting the Senators and Congress critters directly, it will carry much more weight to have wealthy socialite donors make those calls for us — frantic — that their support for the people behind this madness has caused the public to start sending thousands of letters a day to their law firms and jamming their fax machines with endless letters demanding to know why they are the ones funding this madness.
It’s like a battlefield strategy to cut off the Democrats’ supply chain: if we severe the money stream from large private donors, we can cripple the DNC.
It will be a lot of hard work. We certainly can’t do this alone. But, we all have fundraising experience here. We’ve been on statewide Finance Committees. We know how skittish donors are. These people don’t want to be noticed. They don’t want to hear from the public. They don’t want to be questioned about why they’re writing big checks that directly led to the people they support enacting the “nuclear option” of Reconciliation.
Hold the donors accountable.
Cut off the DNC’s funding.
Cripple the Leftists.
Save the country.
Brainstorm in this thread how we can make it happen, and then let’s get to work tomorrow growing the plan and building the alliance we need across the moderate, conservative, and independent spectrum to MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Video Project: Hall of the Mountain King Troll Video
We’re not sure how we could pull this off, but for every Troll Dissection 101 thread we do, where we take an actual troll dropping caught in our spam filter and present it for your dissection, we accompany it with music from “Hall of the Mountain King”, at the suggestion of several longtime readers. We think that makes dissecting troll droppings so much more pleasant, and fun, to have the musical accompaniment.
We’re been using a different video clip each time, but would like to make a Troll Dissection 101 Troll Video that we could use every time going forward…which would have the best version of “Hall of the Mountain King” that we can find, along with images of actual trolls creating the droppings we’re dissecting.
So, not any old random troll photo off the net, but images showing trolls sitting at computers writing the particular comments we call droppings…all the different varietals of them.
For that, we guess we need to first identify the different trolls that are out there.
Then, create the pictures of them.
Then assemble them into a little video somehow.
Then add the music.
Then post on YouTube.
We’ve never done anything like this before, but if you can help us learn how to do it and use this thread to offer ideas, we think it would be a good learning experience for us all, and could lead to more of these in the future.
Let’s set a goal to have this video done by the end of the month. That’s a good challenge. If we can achieve that, maybe each month we can make a little HillBuzz video like this for YouTube, based on something we talk about a lot, like Troll Dissection.
The videos reach far more people than our essays alone ever will…and for us to take down the DNC and the Left, their army of trolls needs to be exposed and defeated once and for all.
