Head over to The Daily Caller for the full article.
This is what the Left does.
If you do not agree with this administration, in any way, then you are a RAAACIST!. Case closed.
Because the only thing the Left thinks about is race. They are obsessed with it. Note Chris Matthews admitting that during the SOTU the other night, he, in his own words, “forgot Obama was a black man for an hour”.
That says much more about Matthews, and Liberals like him, than it does about Dr. Utopia. The fact is, Liberals treat black people like their favorite pets. They fawn over Obama the way Paris Hilton goes on for hours about Tinkerbelle or whatever else she’s carrying around in her powder pink purse that day. Clearly, neither Matthews nor Hilton see the objects of their affection as equals. They delight in everything their pets do, (“Tinkerbelle made big poopies!”, “Obama gave a speech!”), but sporadically, their true feelings about their “best friends” come to the surface (“Stupid dog ate my Manolos!”, “Forgot Obama was a black man for an hour!”).
We’re fascinated by what the black community really thinks of Liberals like Matthews.
Do they realize how condescending these Libs are to them, and how little they must think of black Americans if everything they do has to be about race, every mundane thing accomplished has to be praised as “historic and unprecedented!”?
It seems Olbermann, Matthews and their ilk have an incredibly low opinion of black people, and perhaps as cover for that, they love nothing more than screaming RAAACIST! at the top of their lungs before anyone shouts it at them, first.

Listen, I was a DIE hard Hillary supporter too, and I was so mad at the tactics that I did a whole report on Obama supporters. But the fact of the mattter is still that we would be in worse shape with the republicans in office. I am NOT a huge Obama supporter, but I will get behind him and HOPE that he will overturn DOMA. I know he’s thrown gays under teh bus, but what exactly are you trying to do- elect the people who will give you NO chance of equality? Come on.
January 29, 2010 at 2:31 pm
If he throws gays under the bus.. then why on earth are you behind him?
I am confused.
Please explain how republicans have taken away equality?
January 29, 2010 at 2:44 pm
Let me just add… DOMA was signed by Clinton.. a democrat.
California.. a HUGELY democratic state voted no to gay marriage.
Obama made it perfectly clear.. he is against gay marriage…
But.. republicans are for inequality?
Wake up.
January 29, 2010 at 3:04 pm
OUT damn troll!!
January 29, 2010 at 3:06 pm
Well done!! Woo hoo.
January 29, 2010 at 3:05 pm
Yeah…I’m afraid I have no idea where you’re getting the idea that republicans will give us “NO chance of equality.” I’m a republican…And a pro gay marriage one. I happen to know many conservatives who also support gay rights. I also know many republicans who are hesitant to make gay marriage a federal level (the argument being it’s a govt. overreach), but openly advocate moving the decision to the people via states’ rights.
Note that Obama put no deadlines on his SOTU request for Congress to repeal DADT. Dig a little deeper on this subject, particularly which groups on the left Obama is most ideologically loyal to. And then look at those groups’ views of homosexual equality. You will find that they, in fact, are very against equality for gays, and in some cases, to extreme, violent ends.
Obama and the far left claim to be champions of equal rights, including gay rights. For a year, the far left has been controlling Washington. You HAVE to ask yourself why, then, they haven’t made good on a promise they claim to so deeply care about…
At this point, the fastest way to gay rights is through federalism. The fastest way to renewing strong federalism? The right – which champions states’ rights. Law of transitivity, my friend…
“But the fact of the mattter is still that we would be in worse shape with the republicans in office.”
Careful with such claims…They’re empty and make for weak arguments, as they are impossible to prove. Classic tactic of the left – to move the argument from substantive to theoretical. Philosophize all you want…Doesn’t change the facts. Facts are stubborn things…
Were McCain/Palin in the White House, we’d at least know we’d have people at the helm who love this country. Can’t say that’s true of our current president – who is hell bent to destroy the liberties and individualism this country was founded on.
I recommend you check out Cynthia Yockey’s blog, a Conservative Lesbian – sure to open your eyes to the handling of gay rights on the left vs. the right.
http://www.aconservativelesbian.com/
January 29, 2010 at 3:46 pm
I’m a conservative.. and Gay marriage doesnt bother me in the least.
However.. I am all for DOMA.
All DOMA does is not impose a law in Vermont on Kentucky.
It cuts both ways.. if a conservative state votes on a social issue.. should that apply to the other 49 states? Or should each state decide for itself?
Our country was founded on STATES RIGHTS.. states are suppose to have the most power.. not the federal government. Each state should decide on gay marriage and so be it. If we followed that.. we would not be so divided on social issues as a country. We live in states that share our values. Massachusetts and Texas are worlds apart socially. Good for each of those states… they are doing in their states what they feel is right. Exactly what our country was founded upon.
What really gets me… JOHN MCCAIN was more for gay rights than Obama! Yet.. 99.9% of gays probably voted democrat.
He was all for states rights and deciding those issues for themselves.
January 30, 2010 at 3:38 am
Naw. DOMA sucks. It needs to get shelved. Did straight people have to obtain a state by state approval on basic rights.? Don’t think so. Call it what you want; spousal rights, animal husbandry, whatever, as long as its the same. Keep your religious affectations separate.
January 29, 2010 at 5:21 pm
I agree. Issues like gay marriage and abortion belong to the STATES.
January 29, 2010 at 5:33 pm
Well said Kelly
January 29, 2010 at 3:05 pm
Since when is throwing gays under the bus considered equality???
Let’s see… would civil rights have gotten anywhere without…hmmm…Republicans???
Let’s see… would Afganistan women have a right to education and a righ to vote without… hmmm… OMG… Bush???
January 29, 2010 at 3:15 pm
Precisely…Silly little troll! At least learn to make fact-based arguments so you don’t look like such a dolt!
Oh wait. The facts aren’t actually on your side, so…
January 29, 2010 at 5:22 pm
Not to mention that the Republican party was created specifically to fight for the end of slavery in America.
The Democrat Party was FOR slavery. Oh and wait … it still is!

Yes, I agree and was thinking this AT article was a good post here at Hillbuzz esp. since the trolls came out trying to spilt people again! Most of the comments were worth the read too.

Oh and – Congratulations, TL! You got your very own dedicated post on Hillbuzz. You can take this back to the leaders at Troll Command Center, they’ll be very proud. Refrigerator work.

Olbermann wants to EAT YOUR BWWAAAINNNNNNSSSSSS
(in other words, he’s a zombie… a very long winded zombie, but a zombie nonetheless)
January 29, 2010 at 2:28 pm
Just so I am clear on this alternate universe we live in…. I am a racist because I think Obama sucks.
but Harry Ried is not a racist for saying Obama is light skinned and doesnt have a negro dialect.
Chris Matthews is Ok because he forgot Obama was black for an hour..
And Biden is a great guy when he says Obama is ‘clean’.
hmmm.
January 29, 2010 at 2:34 pm
Just like they will give $$ to lawyers to defend the jihadis and $$ to the Taliban so they will “like us,” but they cut funds off from people suffering health issues from 9/11.
I swear, we are living in some kind of parallel universe where up is down and back is front.
January 29, 2010 at 2:56 pm
All you need is an “L” or a “P” after your name and you can say anything you want about anyone, do anything you want to anyone, vote against any minority group you want and you will be forgiven or even held up as a great example.
It’s not about right and wrong. It’s about whether you are a Liberal or a Progressive or not.
January 29, 2010 at 4:56 pm
…and articulate!
January 29, 2010 at 9:14 pm
KJA:
Yes, the Liberal/Progressive has me looking around at the meaning of words more and more. What I thought in the 70′s (high school and college) are coming back in wave these days of the true meaning.
January 29, 2010 at 2:32 pm
I posted this way down thread on another thread, but you really should see it:
Did anyone else see this?
http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/2010/01/angry-obama-lashes-out-at-house-republicans-tells-them-i-am-not-an-idealogue-video/
iObama chastising the Republicans for not “working with him.” Well, good Lord! If you let them in the ROOM, Mr. President, they might have a chance to work with you. What exactly do you want them to do? Bow and cheer when you come out from behind the closed door with whatever your lobbyists and union thugs came up with?
Worst, when he’s on camera saying all this crap, NO ONE can stand up to him and set the record straight from his LIES without getting called racist and impolite. Look what happened to Alito. All he did was shake his head no and mouth, “not true.”
I’m sorry, but someone, somewhere’s going to have to stand up to this guy and make it stick.
He is like a two-year-old throwing a bigger and bigger hissy fit when he doesn’t get what he wants. My question at this point is, how big of a hissy fit is he prepared to throw?
As for those “evil” Republicans, I wish I could give them a swift kick in the butt too because they’ve done NOTHING to seat Brown, they rolled over and played dead on the increase in the debt ceiling, and they keep asking for $$ when they’ve wasted what we’ve sent them.
Has anyone seen that reset button? It must be around here somewhere…
January 29, 2010 at 5:26 pm
“What exactly do you want them to do? Bow and cheer when you come out from behind the closed door with whatever your lobbyists and union thugs came up with?”
Um, that would be a big YES. The DNC definition of “bipartisan” is, “Everything we want exactly the way we want it.”
January 29, 2010 at 5:38 pm
Wish the Repubs had been harder on O today–they even let him get away with not answering the questions. :(
January 29, 2010 at 5:48 pm
This seems to be modus operandi for Dear Leader in any instance where he needs to “work with” parties with whom he disagrees. He (metaphorically) binds them hand and foot, ties them to a chair, gags them, and locks them in a cage, and then berates them for not doing their job. It’s what he’s thusfar done to Congressional Republicans and the intelligence community. He’s tried to do it to Fox News and the Tea Party people, but he has no direct jurisdiction over either. (Technically he has none over Congress, but his goons do, and they’re happy to help out on that.)
January 29, 2010 at 8:20 pm
That was an excellent angelaism Angelisms!
January 29, 2010 at 2:39 pm
Who is really a dupe of all his “RAAACIST” intimidation?
January 29, 2010 at 2:40 pm
Oh Lord, does Keith Olbermann have a crush on Kevin DuJan or something? It is almost as if he decided to make a video auditioning to become the poster boy for the Left’s “Raaaaaacist” strategy. It is proof positive of everything HillBuzz is experiencing right now.
This is either a serious romance, or a crazy man who has completely lost his moorings and can no longer keep his inner fascist under control.
January 29, 2010 at 3:02 pm
The term racist is losing its power and punch, because it is being thrown around too often. The left wing loons are rendering the term almost meaningless, the same way that the “F” word has lost its former impact, because it is so commonly used.
I’m not going to be intimidated by mere words. Thanks to the courage shown by the HillBuzz boys, I’m no longer afraid to speak out or disagree with policies and politicians. I no longer just sit silently and politely, while BO is being praised as the Saviour of the Earth. Showing my age, I now ask the robotic minions, “where’s the beef?” So Olbie, you are not succeeding in throwing around the raaaacist word—-you are just diminishing its meaning. I can clearly see that the Emperor Has No Clothes. And more people are coming to that conclusion daily.
January 29, 2010 at 5:51 pm
Tamy Bruce said my favorite thing recarding the race card: If someone calls you a racist, act like they just called you a cocker spaniel. Because they’re equally valid.
I understand that yours are rather different circumstances, BuzzBoyz, up in Chicago, but I think it’s excellent advice for people who live in less racially charged areas of the country.
January 30, 2010 at 3:45 am
I just like at it this way, being called a “racist” by a leftist simply means that you disagree with the speaker. It has nothing to do with the real definition of that word.
And I’ll keep the rest of my snarky remarks on that point to myself. ;)
January 30, 2010 at 3:46 am
err… LOOK at it this way. Sheesh. :)
January 29, 2010 at 3:08 pm
Ohhhh adorable, little Olbie…Such a national treasure, you are!
January 29, 2010 at 3:12 pm
Honest to God, I think someone is screwing with his meds…..
January 29, 2010 at 3:09 pm
Take a read of this:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_forgetting_blackness_analysis
Apparently we are all in a lose-lose situation. If we notice a person’s color we are racist – if we don’t, you guessed it, we are racist.
January 29, 2010 at 3:11 pm
Kevin-check out this law carefully, I think you are covered under Civil Rights violations also: re: associations.
The point they are missing re: racist charge is this country is made up of more races than just Caucasian and Negroid. Hello, lots of Oriental folks too. The Civil Rights act is to protect everyone-race, creed etc. Not just Black and White as the press attempts to portray this.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Rights_Act_of_1964#Title_VII
Title VII of the Act, codified as Subchapter VI of Chapter 21 of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e [2] et seq., prohibits discrimination by covered employers on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin (see 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2[22]). Title VII also prohibits discrimination against an individual because of his or her association with another individual of a particular race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. An employer cannot discriminate against a person because of his interracial association with another, such as by an interracial marriage.[23]
January 29, 2010 at 3:12 pm
You know . . . I wonder if Olbermann would want to stay in a hotel in a predominantly black neighborhood next time he was out of town. Naaaah . . . I didn’t think so.
January 29, 2010 at 3:18 pm
During the Cold War, the Soviets would accuse the U.S. of tactics the Soviets were actually engaged in. The same is true of these ideologues today. Whatever they squawk the loudest about, is generally a reflection on themselves. For decades, the only people of color they supported overseas were the ANC (communists). The only military intervention they supported was Yugoslavia (Europe). Any successful people of color that disagree with them are viciously attacked. But they never get called on any of this.
January 29, 2010 at 4:43 pm
Another term for what you describe is called “projection” in pyschology.
January 29, 2010 at 3:35 pm
I swear to god Olbermann looks like my Great-Aunt Gertrude in a necktie.
January 29, 2010 at 3:58 pm
Oh…
That can’t be a nice thing to say about your Great Aunt.
January 29, 2010 at 5:09 pm
Oh, she was cool! Drove a boat of a Caddy, had red hair in her late late 80′s and always wore a mink stole to church.
However, she looked like my Great grandaddy’s side of the family.
January 30, 2010 at 3:42 am
Maybe he is your great aunt Gertrude. Maybe he is someone’s great aunt gertrude. But I always have the feeling that Olberman dashes out of his studio after taping, and runs to the nearest public park and gets gang buggered by winos in the bushes. Its really the only explanation for his manic obnoxiousness.
January 29, 2010 at 3:37 pm
Someone called that Matthews comment “The soft bigotry of lowered expectations.”
January 29, 2010 at 3:41 pm
Exactly!
What was the line from Caberet? “And you can’t even tell she’s a Jew!”
Chris Matthews is a racist.
The End.
January 29, 2010 at 3:52 pm
Get this guys some meds – stat!
January 30, 2010 at 3:43 am
Better just to put him out of his misery.
January 29, 2010 at 3:57 pm
If I call you on your crap, argue with you, disagree with you, and tell you you are full of BS when need be, that means that I RESPECT you. I am treating you like any other full grown adult, whom I expect to be rational and to achieve, and to take your lumps or at least argue with me if I think you are full of it.
If I pat you on the head and coo over your every minor achievement as if it were rocket science, and clap my hands excitedly with “Wow! You could be Shakespeare!” over the cruddy little limerick you wrote, then I am treating you like …… my 8 year old child.
Liberal Democrats like Chris Matthews are in awe of Obama and his speeches the same way they would be in awe of a 10-year-old graduating medical school. Their awe is a “tell” that they think it’s really amazing that a black man could do this. That their baseline underlying belief is that he should not be able to, and thus he’s a prodigy.
Trust me, I’ve been involved with the Left for years, even used to post on DailyKos. I know these wankers, and they disgust me.
January 29, 2010 at 5:37 pm
Excellent analogy, WMCB. It made me think of how adorable it is when a toddler picks Mommy a bouquet of dandelions and how praise-worthy it is when that same little one does his poo in the potty.
Then jump ahead a few years when Mommy has every right to expect something better than free weeds on Mother’s Day and the kid would be rightfully embarrassed if Mom made a gold star fuss because he remembered to wipe and flush.
January 29, 2010 at 6:28 pm
Exactly. Engaging someone is respecting them and every blog I saw tried to engage Obots with logic and facts. As well as with her command of the topics.
The racist stuff came from the Obama campaign to the ‘journalists’ and like a dog whistle inspired all his followers to continue with the abuse.
That abuse hasn’t stopped. It is still stunning that people continue calling even the Clintons racists.
Don’t they realize they’ve been had?
And h/t to a conservative blogger who brought this up, forgot who, sorry. But they call a HillBuzz racist, while showing a picture of him with Michael Steele.
Uh hello?
January 29, 2010 at 6:29 pm
Oops….’her command’ being Hillary.
January 29, 2010 at 4:01 pm
MSDNC has several people who are totally unbalanced. They are pathological in their insanity and it is amazing they are even aloud on the air.
January 29, 2010 at 4:05 pm
Olby is going to end up in an ayslum at this rate.
January 29, 2010 at 4:09 pm
You put my thoughts into words. I think he is truly losing it.
January 29, 2010 at 4:26 pm
Soon, it’s coming soon.
January 29, 2010 at 4:09 pm
Regarding the point about liberal condescension, it isn’t by accident that the Democratic enclosure has been called a “reservation” or “plantation.”
January 29, 2010 at 4:19 pm
Oh, and it’s just rich that these things are coming from lily-white, almost exclusively male MSNBC.
As part of my de-tox from the leftist brainwashing during the primaries, I started watching more Fox. You know what I found, to my moderate-iberal surprise? The truth is that they have MUCH more diversity than any of the other networks. Both race and gender. And they don’t trumpet it or make a big deal of it – they just DO it.
I remember watching one midday while a panel of four women got all meaty and wonky over foreign policy, with not a man in sight. It was actually shocking to me. Like the world upside down. I realized that I had never, EVER seen that on MSNBC, and never would.
January 29, 2010 at 4:41 pm
That was my epiphany also (yes, I voted for Gore). It was when I watched Fox and saw nice folks, a balanced world and no PC crap.
January 29, 2010 at 6:07 pm
I’m responding a lot on this thread, sorry, but this was kind of my experience too. I had made fun of Fox News for ages despite never having acually watched it. My husband and his family watch it exclusively, though; I tried to avoid it at first, but then I watched one morning as they were talking about ANWR. The anchor was there in the middle, on one side was a guy who was for drilling and on the other side was a lady who was against it. Each was allowed to make his or her case, with the anchor asking intelligent questions of each of them. (The pro-drilling guy won, imo.) Sure, I suppose you could argue that they could have stacked it, but I don’t think they did.
It was at that point that I started taking Fox News seriously, and started realizing that, to paraphrase Natalie Imbruglia, my second-hand opinions didn’t make me look any smarter.
I’ll also never forget when, during the 2008 campaign, I asked my husband, “Is MSNBC really that bad?” He changed the channel right then and it was Olby interviewing Obama. We’d flipped over just in time to hear Olbermann say something like, “Now, in regard to the surge, it is clear now that you were 100%, absolutely [pause] RIGHT.” And Obama is sitting there grinning like an idiot and my jaw is hanging down to the floor. Obama was against the surge, said it would fail; it works magnificently, and he’s correct?? Mind. Blown. We changed the channel before Keith could break out the kneepads.
January 30, 2010 at 3:47 am
BTW He did break them out. They were a rhinestone bejeweled set.The sad thing was that his tiara kept getting in the way.
January 29, 2010 at 4:25 pm
Speaking as a black man, most black people do not see anything wrong with what Matthews or Olberman says, because they been brainwashed to be believe that only Republicans are raaacist. Imagine if Rush Limbaugh had that that he forgot the president was black for an hour. This is why I left the Democratic party in 1993 and will never return!!!
January 29, 2010 at 4:25 pm
Meant to say: “had said that he forgot”
January 29, 2010 at 4:40 pm
Exactly.
For fun, list all the bru haha’s over Republican Racist Remarks–
List all the Liberals Racist Remarks AND cartoons.

January 29, 2010 at 4:36 pm
Authorities should be monitoring this man very closely-he is losing his mind and is a danger to everyone. There will be no “he was so quiet, the last person you’d expect to grab a rifle and climb a clock tower” in his defense
January 29, 2010 at 4:56 pm
I think that Olbie is arrogant – guess that makes me racist, huh? Oh, wait, we’re both white…
What if a black guy thinks that Dear Reader is arrogant? What does that make him?
You know, for a second there, I forgot that Olbermann is an idiot; then he opened his mouth -
January 29, 2010 at 5:02 pm
He’d be called an Uncle Tom, unfortunately.
January 29, 2010 at 7:26 pm
Or, as the 15-yr-old twit son of my neighbor in front of me on the HRC line at our Las Vegas caucus said to his mother, a race traitor.
If looks could kill, that kid would be dead–twice.
January 29, 2010 at 5:08 pm
And Ace hits it exactly on the head: “It’s not that Chris Matthews is a racist per se. It’s that he’s never viewed Obama as anything but black, and therefore not as a human being, nor as a politician, but as a Symbol (capital S intended).”
http://minx.cc/?post=297639
January 29, 2010 at 5:13 pm
Listen up the reverse racist case was won last year for the firemen, remember that one…the test was too hard for blacks and they lost their jobs because they were not black, well that is now a turning point for many lawsuits filed under similar characteristics. I am over being called names because I did not vote for Dr Uselessly stuck on being a tyrant. Enough already. 60% of blacks have government jobs compared to whites around 10%, hello… As a white person I ask how can this be a continuing practice and no one says anything?? The black politicians in Chicago are shameless!!
January 29, 2010 at 5:41 pm
There is a facility in our state (State ran) that literally had orders “You have to hire blacks… period, even if they’re 50th on the test list.”
OK, now if that isn’t insulting, I don’t know what is. So, the facility is in trouble, the moral is awful and well, what’s been accomplished?

Maybe he bit Rachel and now he has “Madcow” too.
January 29, 2010 at 5:59 pm
Olbermann is the greatest mind ever produced by the Columbia School of Agriculture who didn’t go into agriculture.
January 29, 2010 at 7:14 pm
I think that is so funny and he gets so UPSET when AnnCoulter brings it up. I guess that deep down he knows he could not get into the other Cornell and that is one of the reasons he has to tell US ALL that he is so smart and superior. Inferiority complex manifested by acting superior so we believe he is not really inferior. Yeah, a psychiatrist’s couch should be in his near future.
January 29, 2010 at 6:04 pm
Everytime I see Queef Olberman, I can’t help but think of the SNL skit where Ben Affleck plays him, shouting and crying about his landlord’s mistreatment of his cat, Ms. Precious Perfect.
January 29, 2010 at 9:10 pm
Gregg Judd smacks down airhead Contessa Brewer over on MSNBC.
The stuff that gets said on MSNBC – you can’t make this stuff up.

January 29, 2010 at 10:58 pm
I stopped watching MSNBC during the democratic primaries and have not returned except for a few “sneak peeks” like the night Scott Brown won the senate seat in Massachusetts because I wanted to watch them squirm over at MSNBC. I guess what I don’t understand is how they stay in business? There just aren’t that many liberals around anymore. And the young adults who might still be Obama supporters, I suspect could care less about watching the likes of Olberman, Matthews, and Madow every night.
January 29, 2010 at 11:15 pm
On topic, did you all see this? Jon Stewart ripping Chris Matthews for that stupid ass statement? It is hilarious and the black guy with him is awesome…baby steps…
http://hotair.com/archives/2010/01/29/video-stewart-rips-matthews-on-forgot-obama-was-black-moment/
January 29, 2010 at 11:17 pm
