Using this Hitler clip, but adding new subtitles, is getting cliche…but trust us, this one is masterfully done.
Spot-on, in fact.
It perfectly captures the sheer lunacy of the bunker mentality in the Liberal-Socialist Democrat party.
More so, it also captures what we, as moderate Hillary Dems, feel about the current DNC and where it’s been led (astray) by Dr. Utopia.
We sympathize with the many millions of Germans who did not support the Reich, who knew its leaders were insane and driving the country into the ground, and who watched with horror as criminals and despots destroyed everything good around them, inflicting immense harm upon as many people as possible.
We’re skirting Godwin’s Law here, but really, it’s the clip that brought out the analogy.
An apt one at that.

I just emailed this to my Congressman:
“Let me offer some advice to the Democrats on how to stem this populist tide. Scrap your current health care bill and start from scratch. We all want true reform, but government mandated insurance is not it. Scott Brown campaigned against this top-down bureaucratic mess. We need common sense solutions like reforming malpractice laws, allowing people to purchase insurance across state lines, giving individual purchasers the same tax benefits as those who get coverage through their employers, and letting small businesses pool together to provide insurance for their employees.”
I asked you again and again to support the Republican bill, which included these things. You and your cronies just kept on saying Republicans had no solutions, don’t want health care reform, and hope people would just die.
We’re tired of being lied about. We want SOLUTIONS, not “broken promises, fat cat bailouts, closed-door meetings with lobbyists, sweetheart deals for corporate cronies, and midnight votes on weekends for major legislation that wasn’t even read.”
Wake up and smell the TEA, Mike. Massachusetts turned Brown tonight and your oh-so-blue district in New York could easily go the same way.

Nice, Chrissy! Very nice!
And I would add re insurance: allow freelancers across the country–and across industries–to band together to form a GROUP that can buy at reduced, affordable rates, and offer cafeteria-style plans from which people can choose, relevant to their particular needs.
(And cut off all benefits to illegals, and no freebies to noncitizens. Take care of those who are dependent through no fault of their own. For the rest of us? Fishing lines, not fish!)
January 20, 2010 at 12:00 pm
I was just going to send two words to my Senators (one of whom is up for re-election this November) ….. Scott Brown. Do you think that alone will make the point?
January 20, 2010 at 3:02 am
Here’s the headline I’d like to see today:
Brown to Obama: “Truck you, and the jet you flew in on.”
January 20, 2010 at 3:04 am
I LOVE the Hitler clips – they are genius. I am passing this article along – isn’t it ironic that Ted Kennedy was directly responsible for the healthcare bill failing? Read it and you’ll understand!
http://www.redstate.com/erick/2010/01/19/obamas-unicorn-of-hope-and-change-died-under-the-weight-of-ted-kennedys-ego/
I have a feeling we are going to have a LOT of stuff start to come out about Obama now – he is essentially done as President. I don’t see him learning from this like Bill Clinton did. He’s never had to face a defeat like this before, and I don’t think that he has it in him to recover from this.
Once people realize that he has no influence, they are going to tear him to shreds – it won’t be pretty. I am sure that as members of the MSM become more and more disillusioned, they are going to start to leak out the information they were holding back during the election.
This could get ugly….
January 20, 2010 at 8:41 am
He’s so right. If Kennedy had resigned at his last reelection, the dems would still have 60 seats.
I wonder how long until someone starts blaming Ted:
“Do it for Teddy”…
resign, that is.
January 20, 2010 at 8:52 am
I agree. Bill Clinton corrected his course when he realized the direction America wanted to go. I was not fan of his during his presidency. However, I am learning to like him more in retrospect. And I admit his two terms in office were largely successful. He worked with Republicans and did some good things.
I don’t think Obama’s ego can handle the same type correction. He’s headed full-speed–off the cliff. And if that is indeed where he chooses to go, then he deserves the political damnation.
January 20, 2010 at 9:41 am
That was awesome. Everyone should have stuck with Hillary. And I’m a registered Republican!!!!
January 20, 2010 at 4:13 am
I want Bill Ayers kicked out of the hole he’s working in. He is somewhere doing education planning or what not for his buddy O-hole. That man is up to no good and he needs to be ratted out and kicked out of anything to do with education (read: brainwashing). There are way too many thugs and commies working quietly behind the scenes for Fauxbama—some not so behind the scenes like the Hitler wannab Cass Sunstein who doesnt believe in freedom of speech….Van Jones good riddance but there are so many others, where to begin?
January 20, 2010 at 4:36 am
Love the Hitler bit!

“Once people realize that he has no influence, they are going to tear him to shreds”
Obama has operated according to Alinsky’s “power isn’t what you have, it’s what other people think you have.”
That’s done now.

Implosion time?
How much you wanna bet Dear Leader goes into ‘hiding?’ No RISK of camera face time…and on camera meltdown?
January 20, 2010 at 12:02 pm
I’m expecting him to be the Whiner-in-Chief for the next 3 years.
January 20, 2010 at 6:03 pm
My money is on Dr. U coming down with “lung cancer” (cough, cough) and resigning. He is lazy and a wuss and only in it for the glory. Now that the glory is gone, he wants out. Take it to the bank.
January 20, 2010 at 6:26 am
This is too funny!!! Thank you guy, needed a lol this morning.
January 20, 2010 at 6:30 am
Failed Lunch.
Oh. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 20, 2010 at 10:34 am
I know! Brilliant!
January 20, 2010 at 6:46 am
Hey, just saw this (looking at news all over the web). There is a FR thread, for a spontaneous rally on I-95…Sen. Brown’s ‘Route to DC.’.
Think of the follow up message THAT will send!

This is the best Hitler spoof by far, thanks for posting!

Failed lunch? ROFL! And barely passed recess.
However, although nazi references are usually over the top, it fits in another place:
The whole burnt earth way of dealing with an opponent. Obama and company came in balls to the walls, take no prisoners. Made it a war, not a luncheon meeting. The problem with lunch is that things move slow when you try to enroll someone in your ideas. The problem with war is that there are winners and losers, and you could end up as either.
They did the 2004 republican thing on steroids/acid. Instead of looking at a majority as an opportunity, they looked at it like a coup. Like they had won the final battle when the truth is, it was just starting when it came to hearts and minds.
They never added the idea of losing as a possibility to their calculation.

…and as they ran into the trenches they didn’t turn around and look back to see if the army was still behind them…
January 20, 2010 at 9:15 am
I haven’t seen outbursts like those since Bernie Sanders’ on the floor of the Senate after he was forced to withdraw his alternative health-care legislation!
January 20, 2010 at 9:15 am
“Democrats should not have stuck it to Hillary” is what that line should read. It’s Independents who decided the election in Massachusetts–not Repubs, not Dems–and you’ll notice that Sen. Hottie McScottie also identifies with freethinking.
I continue to exhort everyone to leave their party and go Indy. It’s the place where we who believe in the integrity of the Republic as set forth by the Founders can meet and move mountains.
It’s the Independents who will be responsible for repopulating the Houses of Congress with sane, moderate Americans.
Love the clip. I never tire of it.

This one’s fun too:

I never thought Hitler could be so funny! ;)

This is great! Thanks Hillbuzz for posting it.
January 20, 2010 at 12:05 pm
Loved it (and I usually avoid the Hitler thing). My favorite line: “Do you think John Kerry excites Massachusetts???” *LOL* I so want to see him OUT.
January 20, 2010 at 1:12 pm
Video- Spot On.
My husband, who is less political active than I, pointed out the irony that Ted Kennedy killed his own bill- by dying. It makes you believe in miracles.
January 20, 2010 at 7:23 pm
This is truly masterful. It is rare I say that about any given Youtube clip, but this is amazing.
Just because most of the Hitler redubs suck doesn’t mean you should discount this.
And you only really violate Godwin’s Law when you insert Nazi aspirations on opponents you don’t like as a basis for ignoring their argument. This is a parody using the mannerisms in a movie clip to fit a specific script. It’s more a play on the reaction and fallout than comparing Dems to Hitler. Who would it be, anyway? Not a specific person but rather a mindset.
January 21, 2010 at 7:26 pm
…and its the only redub of its kind I’ve seen that doesn’t drop an F-bomb.
