PS: Is it just us, or does Peter Cushing remind you a lot of Dr. Utopia? The way he stands there, so pompous, with his hand on his face? That’s a gesture our current president makes a lot, too, before raising his head in the air, to contemplate how wonderful he thinks he is.
An Open Message To Sarah Palin: Ninja Throwing Stars on Facebook Needed Now
Governor Palin,
Your ninja throwing stars are needed now. We know you were advised to stay away from the Massachusetts Senate race, because the Brown campaign most likely did not want the Liberals to be revved up to hit back at you.
Well, with Scott Brown now duly elected, you are most definitely needed.
Here’s what we hope you will do:
* Call for the immediate seating of Scott Brown in the United States Senate, based on the precedent established in 1962 when Ted Kennedy was sat the day after his election
* Object to any efforts Paul Kirk makes to usurp this Senate seat during any drawn-out certification process for Brown; as we understand the law, Kirk’s interim appointment expired as of the close of polls today in Massachusetts. Paul Kirk is no longer a Senator. He must not be allowed to vote what the Senate is having for lunch, much less on any legislation. He needs to vacate Scott Brown’s Senate office immediately.
* Call Deval Patrick, William Galvin, Tim Kaine, Harry Reid, and the White House for plotting to either force the Healthcare Rationing bill through via reconciliation, or scheme to delay Brown’s seating for a month or two. Call them out Governor. Make them taste your nightstick.
* If the Senate refuses to seat Brown, call upon your supporters to come to Washington to support Hottie McAwesome. Be there with Brown and setup an office for him on the steps of the Capitol. Embarrass Harry Reid — a man who embarrasses himself daily, and who buckled quickly when he tried to prevent Roland Burris from being seated. Just threaten to cause a historic scene and world-class photo op, and Democrats will fold. They are terrified of you. Especially if you hint you will appear in person. You scare them on Facebook. They would probably run screaming if you came to the Capitol.
* Embolden Republicans to fight like Hell, uncharacteristically for most of them, to SEAT SCOTT BROWN now.
* Encourage your supporters to call every single Democrat in elected office tomorrow, from the school board level to the White House, and tell every last one of them that the people have spoken, they took back “The Kennedy Seat” for the people of Massachusetts, and that they will no longer tolerate the Liberal-Socialist Democrat agenda.
Only you can lead the charge, Governor Palin. You are our great, American hope.
We will do everything we can to help you in all that you do…and hope you stand with Scott Brown now, when he and America need you.

Martha Coakley concedes. Thus, there is no reason whatsoever not to seat Scott Brown TOMORROW
Martha Coakley has conceded.
Precedent in Massachusetts for special elections was established in 1962, when Ted Kennedy won a special election and was seated the next day, as his challenger conceded immediately.
There is, thus, no reason Deval Patrick, William Galvin, Harry Reid, Tim Kaine, the White House, or anyone else can use to stall Scott Brown’s certification and installation as the newly elected Senator from the state of Massachusetts.

PS: Here’s a song that makes us think of the 2008 primaries…and every bad thing Liberals and the Utopia campaign did to Hillary Clinton. Just think, if not for any of that, we wouldn’t have joined millions of other moderates and independents who are now taking Democrats down, race by race, in the leadup to 2010.

Scott Brown needs to deliver Republican State of the Union rebuttal
Michelle Malkin posted this idea, and we want to run with it.
Let’s advocate this far and wide: give the GOP rebuttal to Dr. Utopia’s State of the Union address to Scott Brown after he wins the Massachusetts Senate seat.
The GOP has picked such losers to deliver these remarks in the past, like Bobby Jindal, who stuttered and stammered through his address like Kenneth the Paige on 30 Rock.
Either Scott Brown or Sarah Palin should deliver this address…and with all due respect to Palin, whom we love, you know that, but we think Brown has earned this right for taking back ‘The Kennedy Seat’ for the people of Massachusetts.
If Brown gives this address, heads will explode. Heads of people we don’t like.
Give. Scott. Brown. That. Speech.

If Scott Brown won Boston, then this could be a blowout.

Here’s what Martha Coakley’s own staff is blaming her defeat on:
National Dems Failed to Aid Coakley Until Too Late
— Coakley campaign provided national Democrats with all poll results since early December
— Coakley campaign noted concerns about “apathy” and failure of national Democrats to contribute early in December. Coakley campaign noted fundraising concerns throughout December and requested national Democratic help.
— DNC and other Dem organizations did not engage until the week before the election, much too late to aid Coakley operation
Brown Capitalized on Concerns About National Democrats
— From the beginning, Brown labeled President Obama’s health care and cap and trade plans as tax increases. Polling throughout the race showed this to be the most effective attack on Coakley.
— Coakley’s lead dropped significantly after the Senate passed health care reform shortly before Christmas and after the Christmas Eve “bombing” incident. Polling showed significant concerns with the actions of Senator Nelson to hold out for a better deal. Senator Nelson’s actions specifically hurt Coakley who was forced to backtrack on her opposition to the abortion restriction amendment.
— Democrats concerns with Obama’s Afghanistan plan forced Coakley to oppose the Afghan war in the primary, which hurt her in the general.
Claims about Coakley’s Scant Campaigning and Miscues Were Exaggerated
— Because of the failure of national Democrats to support Coakley, she was forced to devote significant time to fundraising in December. She also released a variety of plans in December and had a public event nearly every day.
— Coakley’s failure to release television advertisements until 12 days before the election was the result of a fundraising problem that national Democrats failed to resolve. Meanwhile, right-wing groups pumped significant amounts of money into Brown’s campaign, allowing him to go up with ads first, including negative attack ads funded by the Swift Boat and Willie Horton groups.

For what it’s worth, as we said before, we only got involved in this race Christmas week, when Democrats shoved that Healthcare Rationing through with Whore of the Senate Ben Nelson’s bribe tucked into it, and all the pork people like Mary Landrieu larded it silly with, like spoiled children on Christmas Eve.
It was sickening.
So much so, that we jumped into the Brown campaign with everything we had.
That would not have happened if not for Nelson, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Rahm Emanuel, and the current president, and how they all behaved themselves right before Christmas.
What turned us against Coakley for good, and what made us start hitting her directly, instead of just advocating Brown, was when her aid Michael Meaghan shoved a reporter to the ground as Coakley shouted “No more questions! I aready won this!”.
That arrogance, violence, and hubris could not go unpunished in our opinion.
And the incident should be added to the campaign’s list of reasons they lost. Big time.

Here’s something else interesting, via Michelle Malkin, where a woman writes in to say that she volunteered for Brown’s campaign — her very first political game — chiefly because of Ben Nelson, the Whore of the Senate’s, Cornhusker Kickback deal. She was so repulsed by this that the day after she heard about Nelson whoring himself out for that unconstitutional Medicaid deal, she marched right down to Scott Brown’s office to volunteer for him so that he could go to the Senate and put a stop to that madness.
THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME REASON WE LEAPT TO HELP BROWN HERE IN CHICAGO.
We wonder how many other people, who’ve never been involved in politics before, are getting involved now because of what Ben Nelson did.
If we are this enraged at him, in Massachusetts and Illinois, how mad are Nebraskans at that slut, that whore, that piece of absolute Obama that is Ben Nelson.
