TIME TO PIVOT: Plan on putting immense pressure on all Democrats tomorrow to put the Holy Fear of Voters into all of them

Posted at January 18, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

As of this post, at 1038pm CST, we have now done all that we can to elect Scott Brown the next Senator from the state of Massachusetts.  Starting tomorrow morning, this is all in the hands of the voters.  No phone banking will matter.  No more canvassing can be done.  Nothing you say or do on the Internets in Brown’s behalf will do any more good.  We worked our hearts out, and we at HillBuzz believe Brown will prevail.

We need you to pivot to the next stage of things…and that is hitting every single Democrat, in the House, Senate, Governor’s mansions, and local offices HARD tomorrow.

Make their lives a living Hell, on a day when all of them will be browning their own shorts watching the people take “The Kennedy Seat” back from the entitled would-be royals and send a champion to Washington to save us all from socialism.

Democrats are going to be watching the Massachusetts race, on the verge of coronaries.

A massive effort nationally needs to be mounted to call, fax, and email every Democrat in office and tell them that what is happening in Massachusetts is going to happen to them next.

Tell all of them, especially the 60 Democrats in the Senate, that the people are taking this government back from the Liberal-Socialist Democrats in power now…and that a grassroots revolution is brewing that will sweep every last one of them from power.

We are telling you, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Rahm Emanual and Tim Kaine are going to be holding a lot of hands all day tomorrow.  They will desperately try to reassure people that the Coakley campaign was slipshod and disorganized, and this Massachusetts Senate race was a fluke.

YOU MUST PUT IMMENSE PRESSURE ON DEMOCRATS TOMORROW so that they do not believe a damn word Emanuel and Kaine tell them.  You must ensure the staff of every elected Democrat knows the people are angry, and are taking that anger out on Democrats at the ballot box.

Instead of just watching the election results come in, please do your part to put the everliving Holy Fear of Voters into these people tomorrow.

It’s counter-intuitive to what most people would do, but we think it will be the straw that breaks a lot of donkeys’ backs.

We know that if we were Democrats in the Senate, especially, and we were watching “The Kennedy Seat” fall to the people in Massachusetts, and our staff told us the phones were melting with angry voters saying they were going to oust every Democrat from Congress next, we’d sure as Hell get on the phone to the White House, the Speaker’s office, and Harry Reid and tell the three of these loons that the Healthcare Rationing and other such madness needs to end…PRONTO.

Republicans have a tendency to get distracted by a victory:  so surprised they won, they want to go to a cocktail party and celebrate.

Instead, you need to kick Democrats when they are down.  Kick them right in their yellow, Kennedy teeth.  They will be hurting tomorrow after this loss, but you have the power to make them hurt so much, much more by burning up the phones, faxing them like crazy, and emailing them constantly telling them that voters have had enough of this socialist garbage and that what’s happening in Massachusetts is only a taste of things to come.

Trust us, this will work.

It is the absolute nightmare scenario for Democrats.

Our work does NOT end tomorrow with Brown’s win.

Not by a longshot.

Another reason Mark Kirk should not be the Republican nominee in Illinois: his staff are Eeyores

Posted at January 18, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

Today was a busy day for us, and at a Martin Luther King Day event we ran into someone who works for Mark Kirk’s campaign here in Chicago.

Kirk is running for the GOP nomination, even though no Republican we know supports him because of his vote in favor of Cap & Tax, and every Democrat we know is itching to hit Kirk with all manner of embarrassing revelations in a general election campaign (including, we’ve been told, plans by the Giannoulias campaign to demand a military investigation into Kirk, for apparently violating DADT in relation to his living situation in Washington, DC as a Congressman from Illinois).

Here’s another reason Kirk should not be the GOP nominee, because he would hand the Senate seat to Giannoulias: his staff are Eeyores.

“Oh, there’s no way Scott Brown is going to win in Massachusetts tomorrow”, the Kirk staffer said. “You can’t beat the Democrat machine, so no matter what, they are going to use fraud and dead voters to win, so it’s not worth getting our hopes up”.

Do you have any idea how stunning this is — coming from someone who is getting paid a lot of money to work for a man running for Senate in another “blue state”, Illinois?

If Kirk’s own staff are defeatists who think “there’s no way to stop the machine in Massachusetts”, then how on Earth are they going to “stop the machine in Illinois”.

Republicans, we keep telling you this and hope to goodness you listen one of these days: stop running fatally flawed candidates who don’t even believe they can win. Stop running crazy people. Stop running people who are being blackmailed by the Left. Stop running people who have secrets that will destroy them. Stop running candidates whose staff are Eeyores.

You need more Scott Browns…fewer Mark Kirks.

There is STILL time to stop a nightmare from happening that lands Alexi Giannoulias, scion of the mob banking family, in the Senate.

You have to do better than Mark Kirk. You just have to.

PLEASE, someone listen to us while there is still time to avert disaster.

Question of the Day: What will the MSM and the Left do when Hottie McAwesome wins tomorrow?

Posted at January 18, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

H/t Miss Jodee for the McAwesome photo ops

Can you scry into the future and imagine what the MSM and the Left will do when Hottie McAwesome wins tomorrow?

We know, at this point, that the MSM and the Left are basically one and the same, but how do you think Scott Brown’s victory will be covered by the news media?

What will the Leftists and Dr. Utopia’s Kool-Aid Gang of thugs and trolls do in retaliation when Brown takes “The Kennedy Seat” back for the people?

Are the Kennedys, at last, finally finished on the national stage?

Use this thread for updates on Hottie McAwesome’s campaign throughout the day.

Monday Open Thread: January 18th, 2010

Posted at January 18, 2010 by HillBuzz // Hillbuzz

What are you doing to help Scott Brown win the Massachusetts Senate race tomorrow?

We have only today, really, to make a difference for him.  Tomorrow it’s put into the hands of the voters, so all we can do is monitor what’s going on in Massachusetts, on the ground.

If you love this country, if you do not want to see us go backwards, if you do not want Socialism to take over a nation that’s been running prosperously with capitalism for over 200 years now, then you need to do whatever you can to support Scott Brown today.

If you are religious, we’re asking you to pray for Scott Brown’s victory as well.  Whenever we’ve asked you to pray for friends who were sick, those people felt better.  We believe your prayers made a difference. So, today, please pray that Scott Brown and his family have the courage to campaign with all their hearts today, and that Brown has the fight in him in the days ahead to make sure he is seated in the Senate and that he can go to Washington as the vote that destroys the Healthcare Rationing bill once and for all.

Please pray that the voters of Massachusetts are blessed with wisdom and patriotism tomorrow.  Please pray that they understand the Republic is at stake.  Please ask the saints and angels and every last bit of all that is good and holy to be on the side of America tomorrow.

The Liberal-Socialist monstrosity that overtook and replaced the former Democrat Party must be defeated.

Tomorrow is the first in many great battles that will culminate in the destruction of Liberals for good…so everything must be put into this win today.

What are you doing to help?

*********

THE MOST SHAMELESS, REPUGNANT, AND DISGUSTING TROLL ATTACK EVER:

This honestly turns our stomachs, so we had to share it with you.  It highlights how low the trolls and concern-trolls will go in efforts on Martha Coakley’s behalf, and once again underscores how alien the current Liberal-Socialist Democrat party is from the entity the Democrat Party was under Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy, and the Clintons.

We are convinced the DNC issues the trolls their talking points — by email or some message boarding system, because too many IP addresses hit us with the same hatemail and spam every day —  almost word for word — for it to be coincidence.  Yesterday’s talking point, on Martha Coakley’s behalf, was that we need to stop supporting Scott Brown and talking about the Massachusetts Senate race on Tuesday because we should be talking about Haiti instead.

Here is a breakdown of what the Left is doing, using Haiti as a troll tactic for Coakley:

(1) Chastise us for not devoting our time to talking about Haiti (even though we are not a news organization, never claimed to be a news service, and we have absolutely no working knowledge of Haiti or experience there that is relevant in any way shape or form)

(2) Call us RAAACIST for not talking about Haiti, claiming we don’t like black people and saying we’re happy an earthquake hit there

(3) Insist everyone needs to stop focusing on the Massachusetts Senate race, stop telling people to make calls and volunteer on the ground for Scott Brown, and drop everything we are doing to urge people to go help Haiti (meanwhile, of course, Democrats would continue trying to drag Coakley across the finish line, hoping independents, moderates, and conservatives are distracted…while Liberals keep their eyes on the Massachusetts prize).

These trolls are absolutely disgusting.  This is truly a new low for them.

We noted the Haitian earthquake the day it happened.  We also noted we know very little about Haiti, and were very interested in learning more about the country and the relief efforts that will be underway.  We are committed to seeing Scott Brown win on Tuesday, and no earthquake is going to stop that.  If an earthquake hit Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester, San Antonio, or any of the other cities we have lived in and know well, we would honestly not be talking about those cities any more than we are talking about Port-au-Prince.  Our focus is on the Senate race until January 20th.  Post-January 20th, we will focus on stopping Liberals from enacting their plan to keep Scott Brown from being seated.  After that, our primary focus will continue to be taking down the 60 Liberals in the Senate who all conspired to pass Healthcare Rationing in the dead of night, as unconstitutionally as possible, despite all of their promises of transparency and judicious behavior regarding “healthcare reform”.  We will continue these efforts until 2012, when we hope this nation has come together to oust the Socialist occupying the White House and install a president who will fix everything this current adminstration has tried to destroy in its one-term.

We repeat:  we are not a news site.

We write about whatever it is we are talking about, in person, that day.

We are not a news site.

We are an amateur political site.  We are social commentary, snark, political analysis, and gossip from Boystown in Chicago.

More likely than not, we’ll have a lot to say about Haiti’s rebuilding efforts and whatever moves Dr. Utopia takes in those regards — and more likely than not, we’re going to cuss and swear up a storm in any essays we write about that, because we’re beyond furious it’s been a full year under a Democrat president and New Orleans is not rebuilt yet.  You can’t blame George W. Bush for that.  Dr. Utopia had a full year, with every movie star behind him, with the world lavishing him Olympian praise, and New Orleans is not rebuilt.  Not even with Brad Pitt and his eco-friendly, futuristic green blueprints.  New Orleans is still not rebuilt.

Whatever US efforts are made in Port-au-Prince, and whatever American taxpayer money is spent there, will be weighted in our minds against the zilch that’s been done for New Orleans, one of our favorite cities in the world, which needs rebuilding, reorganization, and some of that Hope and Change We Can Believe In the Socialist-in-Chief was so fond of waxing on and on about in 2008.

Trust us, you will be hearing lots about Haiti from us in the future.  Just you wait.  We’ll also talk about the rebuilding that needs to be done in inner city Cleveland, in Pittsburgh, in the Southside of Chicago, and in the absolute collapse-of-civlization-cum-Thunderdome that is Detroit.

Why aren’t there telethons for any of these places….on American soil?  Where American tax money and national attention are never spent?

Why couldn’t that Trillion Dollars this president blew on pork barrel projects, but called it “a stimulus”, have been spent on rebuilding our own collapsed American cities?

Trolls will tell us we’re not supposed to ask questions like this, but too bad, trolls, because we’ll ask them anyway.
