One of us here just noticed we crossed another milestone for us around here: 4,500 posts.
It’s been a wild ride since we started this site on February 17th, 2008 in the middle of Hillary Clinton’s primary battle. We began as a convenient way to share articles amongst Chicago HRC supporters, so we didn’t have to communicate via email to hundreds of people anymore.
We never intended for this site to even exist, let alone evolve into whatever it is now.
We pledge to keep working hard, putting out as much original content each day, and hopefully teaching others the lessons we learned in the 2008 campaign, so that what was done to Hillary Clinton, our champ, can never be done to another woman running for president again.
And, truth be told, we’re secretly, or not so secretly, doing everything we can to help HRC get another shot at that nomination too. We are most definitely not alone in that.
Thanks for sticking around for the ride…we are most grateful for your continued support and look forward to putting out 4,500 more posts for you too!

Congratulations HB! You guys deserve all the credit. You can be proud of the fact that you provide news, unbias, analysis which cuts through the chase, and you are honest in what you believe. Even with those of us whom you might disagree part of that time, you are willing to stay those disagreement. Instead of people turning away, there are so many things that we all agree on that are working to keep us part of this organization. I come to this site because it is a very refeshing site. You guys report the news, and also deliver your very colorful commentaries.

Happy Thanksgiving dudes. I was directed to your blog from TOTUS’ blog a couple of weeks ago, and it’s really interesting. I don’t agree with you on everything, but now is the time for Americans to come together on what we do agree on. I’m thankful that you’re able to see media bias.

Happy Thanksgiving guys.
We can enjoy watching today as the SS figures out how this couple crashed the White House state dinner and we’ll continue to comeback daily here to have you help us figure out how to remove Dr Utopia and MEchelle from the White House forever.

Hi Fellas,
Blessings to you on this day and every day. As Americans we should be grateful each day of our lives. Having had the opportunity to study and live abroad I can honestly say that as much as I loved and appreciated other cultures there is no place like home. America is my heart. I am truly grateful for having been born here.
HillBoyz, your blog is special and really to the point. By that I mean that in my small(ish) Southern town we embody the best of American values. You may think that I say that because we are patriotic, warm and welcoming. That’s true. But like most places we are a reflection of any other community. We have a significant gay and lesbian community here. They are, and always have been the sons and daughters of our friends, people we love and protect. They were born and raised here. They are successful and respected. That may sound odd, but it’s true.
Whenever I hear people disparage the USA and segments of it I just shake my head. They simply don’t know who we are.
Have a great Thanksgiving!

A Happy Thanksgiving to all. Thanks so much for your blog. Wishing you many many more happy days (and postings, too!)

Hillbuzz guys, I grew up in the Chicago suburbs-so I am familiar with many of the Chicago (City of) things you speak of. Is anyone covering the Cesspool of Corruption issues South Side of Chicago Obama and Jarrett Slumlord issues? All of the corruption angles? In prior posts you referred to various “bath houses” in Chicago-I wonder if that is where Obama met possible “patrons” sugar daddies.
“They are, and always have been the sons and daughters of our friends, people we love and protect. They were born and raised here. They are successful and respected.” Altho I am not a member of the Gay and Lesbian Community some of my friends are, and they are wonderful people. I want all people in American to be treated as I would like to be treated. I was a Hillary supporter why the corrupt DNC decided to go against the will/votes of the majority of Democrats I will never know. I hope the Obama most corrupt administration that ever was does not taint Mrs Clinton (more sinned against than sinning?)

Happy Thanksgiving to one and all! Thanks, boyzz, for making the daily grind bearable and helping us to cope with inequities and the unbearable truth of the O admin. Many more happy and healthy turkey days.

Well, it’s the content stoopid! lol Your content is spot on, regardless of where you’re from, who you support, or your party of choice. Your content generally transcends petty politics, even entire politcal parties. Trust me when I tell you that there aren’t many Hillary-supporting blogs I would even follow, much less bookmark as a daily *must read* – but you guys are definitely a MUST READ for me each day now. I get a lot of that common sense sort of ‘Gee Whiz, why didn’t I already see it that way?’ self-headsmacks from your posts. And yes, I said common sense, because you guys seem to have it in spades when the current populus paradigm indicates that common sense isn’t really that common any more. Obama is president for cripe’s sakes, that’s the anthethis to common sense voting IMO.
Anywho, keep up the great work folks. Our country needs it. Happy Thanksgiving…congrats on 4500 posts, looking forward to the next 4500+.

Congratulations – 4500 posts!
Happy Thanksgiving to all the boyz and the Hillbuzz community.
Thank you for everything. I love your blog. And if Hillary runs again, we might meet in person. I’m just a stones throw to the north.
BTW – Look at the CTA schedule and find out when the Santa Train is in your neighborhood. I hope your niece is in town before Christmas. Take her for a ride on the Santa train. I rode it on Wednesday and it brightened my entire week!

I love this site. There is so much hate out there…it’s getting tiresome. Every single day it’s as if Obama wakes up and asks himself “Who can I piss off today?” We’re being bombarded purposely with controversy and I think it’s a miscalculation by the Obama-bots….and you can see that in the polls. When people start yearning for blogs and common ground regardless of who they support you know you’ve reached a breaking point. I was not a big fan of the Clintons but I never felt like they were trying to destroy the country either. I honestly don’t have that sense of security with the Obamas. Americans have to stop being naive about the media and Hollywood and protect our country from this type of trickery. The far-left should be taken seriously as a threat. Thank you for providing a voice to those of us who love our country and who want to know the truth.
