Notorious race-baiter Eric Holder should be removed as Attorney General.
The Left waged a successful campaign to force Alberto Gonzalez from office…and while we personally didn’t like Gonzalez or the job he did as AG, Holder makes us nostalgic for the days when someone that competent held the position.
So far, Holder has:
* refused to prosecute the Black Panthers for assisting the 2008 Dr. Utopia campaign by standing outside Philadelphia voting centers with weapons to intimidate voters
* refused to prosecute Dr. Utopia’s curly fries and Arby’s buddy, Bill Richardson, for graft and corruption as New Mexico governor
* mounted a determined and sustained assault on our nation’s intelligence network by going after CIA, FBI, NSA, and other agents he feels are too rough on Islamic terrorists
* jeopardized the saftey of New York City and American intelligence resources by deciding to try Khalid Sheik Muhammad and other 9/11 Muslim terrorists just steps from Ground Zero
Senator Lindsay Graham is not one of our favorite people in the world. He’s craven, self-serving, and just flat-out gives us the creeps most of the time. But, he sure spanked Eric Holder’s America-hating butt, but good.
Eric Holder and Valerie Jarrett both need to be removed from the Administration because of the harm they are causing this country. Republicans need to take Holder to task every day like Graham did here…and we all need to find a way to get Independents and moderats as well as conservatives tuned into Jarrett’s activities as well.

UPDATED: Tim Geithner’s been asked to step down at Treasury, too:

Related- Tim G. asked to step down/refuses, plays the blame game:
http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/2009/11/tax-cheat-geithner-urged-to-step-down-during-house-hearing-refuses-video/
November 19, 2009 at 2:48 pm
I have always thought Holder and Geithner dangerously ethically bankrupt and intent on destroing our freedoms. There is enough conflict of interest with Holder and his law firm, Geithner and Goldman to sink a ship (especially if Oprah gets on it)
November 19, 2009 at 2:56 pm
ALso read on the site Cold Fury that Holder was deputy AG when the USS Cole was attacked, NO INDICTMENT on his watch, as well as another instance of terroist attack in 1996-but he whined about the lack of timeliness in prosectuting–when HE WAS TO BLAME!!!! It took Bush administration to finally indict these terrorists.
November 19, 2009 at 4:22 pm
I heard that too, and find it pathetically typical of this administration to be so dishonest.
November 20, 2009 at 1:24 pm
If you have to say you’re going to be the most ethical administration ever, you probably aren’t going to be.
Not to get real religious here or anything, but Jesus makes a good point on this. Jesus says not to swear by heaven (God’s dwelling) or by earth (God’s footstool), but rather let your “yes” be “yes” and your “no” be “no.” If you have to say more, maybe you aren’t trustworthy!
November 19, 2009 at 3:07 pm
Well…a good start off point for ‘falling on swords’ is the resignation of Greg Craig (going back to private–wink, wink–practice) and soon to be former Czarina Anita Dunn’s hubby, Bob Bauer (Dear Leader’s consigliore) stepping into Craig’s vacancy as White House Counsel…even though THAT move presents conflicts of interest galore…but in this day and age WE ALL KNOW that there is an abject shortage of legal eagles.
Holder just seems stupid. I mean really, really easily befuddled…would have to have someone (like his receptionist who went to a community college) explain to him how to use LegalZoom. Or an electric pencil sharpener…because how slow witted do you have to be to have Lindsay Graham beat you up verbally? Graham found (or borrowed) a set of stones…and went off on the feeble Eric Holder.
November 19, 2009 at 3:13 pm
I heard today that former AG John Ashcroft said that Holder lacks the standing to move the trial of KSM in criminal court. The authorization for that had to come from Utopia. Note that Holder said that he consulted only two people – his wife and his brother, and then he announced his decision? He never told his boss, Utopia? That’s like telling me that I have decided that my company would not pay dividend, make the announcement to the public, and then tell the CEO? Isn’t this causing some anger in people out there that once again, Utopia has been given another out? Can anyone say plausible deniability??? How long, how long will people continue to run as cover for this man? Is the MSM so desparate for this man to succeed that they are willing to destroy themselves to enable that to happen?
November 20, 2009 at 1:29 pm
The governor of NY let the cat out the bag, saying that he was upset at this decision weeks ago when the administration told him. It is hard for me to think that the governor of NY knew this and Dr. Utopia didn’t. Dr. Utopia had to have approved this KSM deal. It is pathetic.
November 19, 2009 at 3:18 pm
Geithner really seems offended that he was being questioned and incredulous that he was asked to step down. He also seems shocked that anything is or has been expected of him, job performance-wise. I have never seen so many adults whining, and blaming their shortfalls on others. Aside from being flat out defensive, he was flat out rude. This administration seems to have the maturity level of some kindergartners. That was an amazing video.
November 19, 2009 at 3:27 pm
Joanne, I am not a tinfoiler type…but in addition to being overtly defensive and rude…I got the sense of ‘entitlement to the position’ from Geithner from that peice. Kind of a ‘in the plan this is MY job’ vibe.
Didn’t Geithner’s dad work with The Won’s mom (in some third world hell hole ‘think tank’ position?)
This group is just so freaking odd…
November 19, 2009 at 4:38 pm
Yes Mary there is some incestual suspicious relationship between Geithner-Dunhams-Ford MOtor CO.
November 19, 2009 at 7:28 pm
Well, of course Timothy thinks it is “his” job – both parties said he was the only one who could do it, don’t you remember?
I called bullshit then, and I call bullshit now.
Timothy needs to se what it is like to be in an unemployment line, the sonofabeetch.
November 19, 2009 at 7:30 pm
As Larry Elder calls ‘em, “Victicrats.”
November 19, 2009 at 9:46 pm
What is really amazing to me is that when someone questioned Geithner’s performance, instead of being contrite, he comes back with the remark that things could have been much worst. If I pulled that at work, I wouldn’t get a chance to finish my response. This entire bunch is the most arrogant crowd I’ve ever seen. They feel they are entitled to the power and will lash back at any attempt to remove them. My prediction is that Holder won’t go unless the Utopia Express has room. Utopia will use Holder as the frontman, and if attacked, look for the race card to come right out. If that fails, then Express will need to run.
November 19, 2009 at 3:26 pm
Utopia will keep Holder until the KSM trial really goes south (and we all know that it will), then he’ll throw him under the bus and try to blame it all on him.
Unfortunately, the media will buy this.
November 19, 2009 at 3:41 pm
I read somewhere that the military commission was already in place and that KSM had pleaded guilty and accepted the death penalty. Is that possible? Then Obama stepped in to put a halt to it and hold this circus trial in its place. I would like to quote O’Reilly and say the spin stops here, but I can only say, The Spin Starts with Obama.
November 19, 2009 at 4:24 pm
Yes, it is true.
!!
November 19, 2009 at 3:50 pm
The media will buy it? Ha! The media will *create* it!!
November 19, 2009 at 3:36 pm
I was just thinking about this very thing this morning and there are only two ways to be rid of him.
1)As he is a member of the executive branch who holds office with the advice and consent of the senate which would have to impeach him. The political condition in which the senate now sits make this very very unlikely.
2)He becomes such a large political albatross around Dear Leaders neck that he is forced to resign.
I see #2 as the more likely event, but only AFTER KSM walks on a technicality which could possibly result in our Utopian Hero being impeached for various high crimes and misdemeanors.
November 19, 2009 at 3:44 pm
Go to Michelle Malkin’s site; she is featuring an entire post about Holder.
November 19, 2009 at 3:49 pm
Holder has also refused to act in the St. Louis beating of an African American man by SEIU thugs – and, more recently, on the Che lovings bullies in Florida.
He is all personal profit all the time.
November 19, 2009 at 4:06 pm
Here is a PBS Jim Lehrer interview of Holder. The only interview I have seen:
http://video.pbs.org/video/1330318617/
November 19, 2009 at 4:07 pm
I think this decision will be reversed and Holder will be removed (by illness or something like that) before this ever goes to trial. Also, did any of you see the interview last night where Obama made a mistake, one a real lawyer would never had made. He said KSM would be found guilty and executed. Ok, so now Utopia is deciding for the jury and judge before the trial has started….aren’t defendents innocent until found guilty in our civilian courts?
I’ll see if I can find the link.
November 19, 2009 at 4:20 pm
>>>aren’t defendents innocent until found guilty in our civilian courts?<<<
Not when a good, old-fashioned Soviet style "show trial" is the objective.
They can't put the Bush administration on trial, so the next best thing is to give this animal a soapbox to cry about how poorly he was treated under the eeeevillll Boooosh.
P.S. Gotta give Lindsay credit… he's generally so squishy that he irritates me, but he opened one righteous can of whoop-ass on the Race-Baiter General.
November 19, 2009 at 4:29 pm
Yes he said that.
So on one hand, he’s saying we’ve got to show the world that we’re a civilized society by giving him a fair trial. Then on the other he’s saying the outcome is preordained and KSM will be found guilty and executed.
Makes a lot of sense, no?
November 19, 2009 at 9:51 pm
This is exactly how the Soviets did it in the 1930s. The show trial was to orchestrate that the USSR was fair, and even a US official (can’t remember his name) was present and came back to report how fair the trial was for Kirov’s murderers and conspirators. This will be expensive, very expensive.
November 19, 2009 at 6:22 pm
yes, America, land of the free and home of the kangaroo court. What tools these people are.
November 19, 2009 at 7:31 pm
Ya know, I’m curious. Has Dr. Utopia been admitted to the Bar in any state?
Or is he one of those law school grads who can’t pass the Bar Exam?
November 19, 2009 at 9:53 pm
Beth – I was thinking about this very point when I questioned whether anyone has seen Utopia’s diploma. When I accepted a part time teaching position at a college, I was not asked for my diploma until after a few years of teaching. Even then, the purpose was for a program that the college was conducting to seek a grant.
November 19, 2009 at 10:16 pm
His diploma? Has anyone ever seen *any* documentation of his past? No birth certificate, no school records, no college transcripts, no medical records, no list of legal clients (he must have passed the bar in IL because he was a defense atty for ACORN), no records of his time in the IL senate… there doesn’t seem to be any paper trail for him AT ALL.
Meanwhile, Bush was expected to produce pay stubs from his time in the Air Nat’l Guard to prove that he finished his tour. They can demnd pay stubs from 30 years ago, but we’re racists if we want to see Obama’s grades, or his thesis.
Riiiight.
November 19, 2009 at 4:27 pm
Folks, Congress has the power to stop Holder’s plan, but they need to be pushed to it.
Read this:
http://www.weeklystandard.com/weblogs/TWSFP/2009/11/can_reid_protect_holderand_ksm.asp?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=co2hog
I know Virginia dem Senator Webb immediately spoke out against Holder’s plans. My next push will be on this front and I hope you will join me and forward the above link that explains we need to focus on pushing for an up/down vote in the senate to try to put a stop to this.
November 19, 2009 at 4:46 pm

OT: If you have the stomach for it, you can go here and hear Chris Matthews and two MSNBC hags gang up on Sarah Palin and her supporters.
They say she’s a “mean girl” and that because the majority of the people at her book signing were white that there must be a “tribal aspect to this thing, in other words, white vs. other people.”
What a pathetic show of partisan bias from these clowns.

Ohhhhhhhhhh…….
Is Tax-Cheat Geithner going to resign?
I guess he figures he’s looted everything in the treasury by now……
November 19, 2009 at 5:14 pm
Eric Holder does not inspire confidence in me for all the reasons listed and more. I didn’t know anything about Holder until Obama appointed him AG. I just happened to come across recently a little of his history that even Wikipedia does not address (at least the last time I looked). A Mr Al Martin who describes himself as a whistleblower wrote a book called “The Conspirators. Secrets of an Iran-Contra Insider.” This book, which I consider shocking, is extremely anti-Bush (the entire family) and names all kinds of names. Eric Holder’s name came up in which Martin describes Holder as a Reagan-Bush coverup specialist who became a Clinton coverup specialist. Mr Martin claims Holder was a very loyal Republican working for US Attorney, Asa Hutchinson, in Arkansas. Holder worked his way up to US Attorney and supposedly “zealously” particpated in the Iran-Contra coverup. For some reason, he switched political parties and ended up working for the Clinton administration. Mr Martin characterizes Holder as a “real sneaky son of bitch.” I don’t know what kind of credibility Mr Martin has, but it seems reasonable to conclude that everything that Holder does is politically motivated considering his history. We really shouldn’t have rabid…or sneaky…politicians as Attorney General. But with such a sneaky President, it’s not surprising to have a sneaky AG.
November 19, 2009 at 5:43 pm
Last Saturday sent E-mails to Sen Feinstein and Rep Ed Royce demanding that Holder resign! I’ll also send one to Sen Boxer (she’s utterly hopeless)but I wasn’t in the mood to have to think about her!
November 19, 2009 at 6:26 pm
Boxer ( don’t call me ma’am ) would do nothing.
November 19, 2009 at 9:56 pm
Unfortunately, sending an email to Boxer would have been a waste of electrons.
November 19, 2009 at 6:01 pm
As a NY resident I am hear to tell you that all this talk about “finding KSM guilty and executing him” is (un)happy horse $)!# because the death penalty was “suspended in NY after lying dormant for decades, unused while thugs ran roughshod over decent people.
He’ll end up in a state prison if he doesn’t walk out into Times Square. Either way, he’ll be alive and capable of getting legal assistance from nutcases like the screwball that defended Abdel Rahman. He will have all the more force within the jihadi “community” and from his exalted place will be able to assist loners and ne’er do wells from every rotten third world, banana republic, camel riding emirate to blow themselves up in cummuter trains and Times Square and God forbid, even the theater district.
These people should NEVER have the blessed priviledge of setting foot on US soil and the PRESIDENT has not “let” them in, he has invited them.
November 19, 2009 at 6:14 pm
He’s being tried in Federal court, not state court. The laws of NY have no bearing, the Feds do execute people.
November 19, 2009 at 7:56 pm
Doesn’t really matter, if freed, he would never make it out of New York in one piece.
November 19, 2009 at 10:00 pm
I wonder how many people remembered a show called Hill Street Blues? There was one episode where a street thug had viciously attacked and killed a nun. There was a technicality which prohibited the police from charging the perp. The captain ordered his release. This, of course, grabbed the attention of the audience because a vicious thug was released, but the point was that the captain wanted this thug to meet “street justice.” Even the perp was fighting to keep from being released.
November 19, 2009 at 6:41 pm
Hmmmmm…… “Impeach Holder” keeps sounding better and better, guess its time to write my senators.

Author Larry Sinclair, who insists he had sex and did cocaine with Barack Obama, is taking his campaign for revenge to Congress – and insiders say the furious First Lady vows to crush him! GLOBE bares all the details of the bitter battle in an exclusive you can’t afford to miss.
November 19, 2009 at 10:04 pm
Wow! That is something that I have not even considered. I knew this guy was a chain smoker and drug abuser. Lung cancer has that evil effect of causing rapid weight loss. That seems more believable than the Sinclair claim.
November 20, 2009 at 11:41 am
What is Larry Sinclair claiming Bill?
I missed that one.

Buttered – I was referring to the claim that Sinclair and Obama had sex. That was an old claim. Sorry for not giving more context.

Remember at least twice before (I know once for sure, and I think it is twice) she said she was retiring her tired, old show but didn’t stop it.
November 19, 2009 at 9:24 pm
As far as Eric Holder is concerned, it seems that he and his fellow liberals don’t get the simple fact that Mr. Mohammed and other terrorists are NOT American citizens. They are cold-blooded killers who have committed an act of war against us, and therefore, they should not be bestowed with ANY constitutional rights and liberties, and should not be tried in Federal court simply as criminals (in the process recieving constitutional protections of the people they want to kill so much). The latest move by Mr. Holder and, by extension, the Obama Administration, is downright dangerous.
It really is something to think about, isn’t it? What would Mr. Holder and the Obama Administration do if they were to catch Osama bin Laden?
And as for Timothy Geithner, he was the president of the New York Federal Reserve Bank during the time of the crash, right? Does that mean that he was one of those that left the Obama Administration a dire economic mess? If he was so concerned about the Bush Administration’s supposed messing-up of the economy, being that he was in a position to do something, why didn’t he do anything? Why does he and other Obama Administration officials continue to attribute the economic downturn and every other malady in the world to the former Bush Administration?
And the actions of Congress as it relates to the economic crisis were necessary? Spending hundreds of billions of dollars on supposedly “saving” jobs (it’s been recently reported that the government has mistated how much jobs it has “saved”, and many of those jobs are temporary, though the last time I checked, Americans need permanent jobs), “saving” failing banks and other businesses, and handing out lots of government pork is necessary? Really? I doubt that if Timothy Geithner was in personal dire financial straits, he would wastefully rack up tons of personal debt, hoping that it would somehow get him out of his difficult financial situation.
But hey, its the American people that are going to be feeling the pain from all of this wasteful spending. Why should he and the Obama Administration care?
-D.R.L., of The political memo.
November 19, 2009 at 10:04 pm
Lindsay Graham asked Holder that exact question, “What would you do with Bin Laden if he were captured tomorrow? Mirandize him on the battlefield? Try him in federal court?” Holder’s answer was, “It depends….” Yikes! That’s “our” Atty. Gen. of the U.S. Graham schooled him! http://beltwayblips.dailyradar.com/video/lindsey-graham-destroys-eric-holder/

The ‘Congressman Brady’ in KR’s link is …………………. heheheheheheheh …………………. MY Congressman – met him @ a TownHall in September – he is a MOST gracious gentleman, who listens to people – several folks in the audience raised issues that Rep. Brady IMMEDIATELY put them in touch with his staffers, to “fix” – I’ll be campaigning for him – he had the courage to admit that his vote for the ‘first’ bailout was a mistake – he’s not voted for any subsequent bailouts ……………………..

Yes, yes and yes. What do the kids say these days about a broken clock and a blind squirrel . . .
November 20, 2009 at 12:19 pm
I know about the clock. Not sure about the squirrel. Is this it? Even a blind squirrel will find a nut once in a while?
I want to know about the squirrel. The ones in Olney, Illinois, are white. Is this a racist thing going on here? Hmmm.
November 19, 2009 at 10:39 pm
Am I the only one that thinks Graham was on something?
Don’t get me wrong, I sure enjoyed the show, but I felt the need to go take a shower after it was over:-)
November 19, 2009 at 11:33 pm
PLEASE don’t give Senator Graham such accolades for his “grilling” of Mr. Holder. He voted to confirm Holder in the first place!

Last night Andrew Breitbart threw down the gauntlet to Holder: http://biggovernment.com/2009/11/20/breitbart-to-ag-holder-investigate-acorn-or-well-release-more-tapes-just-before-2010-election/

I have no confidence that even if Holder (and Jarrett) are removed from office they would not be repositioned behind the scenes in this administration, much as they did for Van Jones.
Fired needs to mean fired and out needs to mean out…completely out.
November 20, 2009 at 11:16 am
O.k., I think I understand the P.C. narrative well enough to surmise that since Lindsey Graham is white and Eric Holder (and Baraq Hassan) is black that this was a racist attack. However, since Graham is from the most Confederate state in the Union (annually voted “State Most Likely to Secede” since 1860!), what does this make this smackdown? Murder?
Eric Holder sho’ did get his clock cleaned, didn’t he?
November 20, 2009 at 3:44 pm
I agree, Holder and Geithner both need to get the boot – now! Holder was a deputy AG in the Bush era, but Geithner should’ve never been given the job to begin with.
The KSM trial in NYC is an absolute joke, and slam to those in NYC, and boon to jihadists everywhere.
Great, timely articles yet again HillBuzz, keep up the great work.
