We have no idea what’s going to be on it, but the Philly ACORN video drops tomorrow at 930am EST.
There’s a clue over at James O’Keefe’s Twitter account…saying something about “NPR and Philly”.
Should be interesting.
We have not heard anything more about a Chicago video, but everyone here believes that would be the mother of all ACORN videos, since Chicago’s easily the most blatantly corrupt city in the country.
Remember, Dr. Utopia got his political start with ACORN in Chicago. It defies logic to believe there are no videos from the very belly of the ACORN corruption beast.

As a Pittsburgher, the anticipation of the ‘Philly’ drop is kinda like the feeling a Stiller fan gets the morning of a playoff game…(with the ‘please let there be one’ Chicago film being Super Bowl Sunday kinda vibe)…or maybe I should equate it to the Penz and Stanley Cup playoff time…yes. The NHL…they aren’t RAAACIST like the NFL…
Speaking of which Limbaugh ought to have fun with this and the release time lines it up perfectly for Beck to dissect it on his radio show.

You have me curious as well. Way back when PBS started, they promised they wouldn’t have commercials, they would be free of outside influence…that they wouldn’t have an agenda. I was an avid watcher, and supporter. Now they disguise half the commercials as grants, do have actual commercials…and of course, they receive funds “from viewers like you”. I resent every penny of my tax dollars that goes into PBS and NPR (and the NEA, but that is another issue altogether). They clearly have an agenda, one that isn’t good for the Country. The only thing they haven’t politicized, so far, is the Antique Roadshow. So, NPR, and ACORN, wow, what a combo. I can’t wait to see what the connection is, and will be watching. If I miss it, I hope someone on HB will post the link.

You are right about the “tone”. I read an article about 6 months ago by a liberal in the media who admitted to this deliberate sound or tone of the voices on NPR.
Personally, I’d take any other tone telling the truth over sweet sounding lies or half truths. Also it is often what NPR does not report that irks me.

I just don’t understand the purpose of ACORN and why it qualifies for federal funds. Most state and local run agencies are cutting back their services and laying off employees because of tight budgets while these little cockroaches seem to be thriving in hopechangey world.

Which is exactly why no non-profit should get government funds. Period. Said thing is Congress voted to cut off Acorn funding only until October 31. Hopefully they will just cut the cord period and only we as constiuents force them to do so. If anyone thinks the 2010 and 2012 elections are going to be a cakewalk even with all the dissatisfaction in the country, they are sadly mistaken. Obummer and his crew are going to do what it takes to remain in power and they need Acorn and all the other organizations it has been reorganized as to do so.

I was able to view it here. There are several places where the sound stops.
But I love the little video statement by the director interspersed throughout. She claims they were kicked out. Yet there’s video of her completely cooperating with them. Does she think that Obama will use his powers to make sure no one sees the actually video – well maybe.
I love how these ACORN people (from the top on down) just lie and believe that most of the media will take them at their word.

I am somewhat relieved (not my equipment, addy) but pi$$ed that we are ALL having troubles finding/viewing the Philly/ACORN videos…why?
Is it tinfoil time? Is this some wonky prelude to ‘Net Nuetrality?’ Somebody is hacking/hitting alot of (usually technically) reputable sites and ‘blocking’ the video. Why? Who gains from this NOT being out there?
I haven’t read anything from Breitbart about the technical difficulties…BUT he has stated there are ‘more’ videos to comes.
I think the contents of whats coming is known…and that is what is ramping up the attacks on Fox; on Limbaugh; and on small independents like Breitbart.

All, I read the comments under the video on biggovernment.com and found the reason why the audio on the ACORN workers is not there…brilliant…
“Sweet… Because of Pennsylvania wiretapping laws they need to blank out the audio… However they could ask permission from Mrs. Russell to “Clear up any misconceptions” about what happened and allow the audio to be played. If Mrs. Russell/ Acorn doesn’t allow it she and Acorn looks bad. “
