We would follow Hillary Clinton to the very gates of Hell and back, so if this is the move she wants to make, we enthusiastically support her. And the world sure needs her. For the next four years, foreign policy will be in very good hands, and American interests abroad will be very well served.
There is no one we can think of who loves America more than Hillary Clinton. As Secretary of State, she will serve this nation well, and we will support her in her new role in whatever way we can.

December 1, 2008 at 11:20 am
You’ve got to give credit to the person that offered her the position. Like him or not you have to support President Obama if you support Hillary Clinton. They are now a team. A team for America.
December 1, 2008 at 11:35 am
Don’t be fooled. Whatever international catastrophe happens–and you can rest assured that something IS coming–will be blamed on her and she will be thrown under the Obamabus–just like everyone else who’s ever stood in his way.
December 1, 2008 at 11:35 am
I don’t get it. She does not need the job…..
December 1, 2008 at 11:47 am
I totally doubt Obama is capable of throwing Hillary under the bus. He may find himself under the bus which is right where he should be.
December 1, 2008 at 11:48 am
Obama won’t be able to throw Hillary under the bus. Let him try and he will find himself under it.
December 1, 2008 at 11:49 am
I still do not support Obama and I wish Hillary had not taken the job.
December 1, 2008 at 11:52 am
Yes, she will only BAIL your prez, if things go wrong she’ll get blame if things go right he’ll get the credit.. after Jan. 20, they won’t have W to blame, oh, and someone (media) to make fun of. Can’t wait for the countdown to 2010 and 2012… getting my calendar ready… and John, of course, he needs Hillary, they already have the Clinton cabinet. At least she’ll shape foreign policy, she’s an incredible woman, first lady, senator, and sos, pretty impressive… and John she actually has DONE things.. unlike the GD american idol media puppet… what a joke!
December 1, 2008 at 11:58 am
Well Hillary has taken the job. You can either support the administration or just go ahead and start calling yourself a Republican.
December 1, 2008 at 12:06 pm
“I don’t get it. She does not need the job…..”
maybe she feels this is the best way to serve this country…and not putting her own needs and ambitions above the rest of the country
December 1, 2008 at 12:20 pm
sorry John,
Dear Leader will Never have my support. He stole the election from US the voters…..I won’t simply fall in line and forget. The dem party flushed that option for me.
I only “hope” that both Clintons know what they are doing. obi is for obi and only obi.
btw obi, show us your BC!
December 1, 2008 at 12:35 pm
To me it’s more him admitting that he’s not up for the job. Mr. Hopey-Changey is going to continue doing what he’s always done and take credit for other people’s work.
December 1, 2008 at 12:46 pm
Remember Pumas,
Kindly remind ever Obot you can – as often as you can – that this might as well be a
THIRD BILL CLINTON TERM!
LOL!
December 1, 2008 at 12:47 pm
every
December 1, 2008 at 12:48 pm
Never gonna happen. Lotsa stuff brewing across the nation. Someone has yet to raise their right hand and swear to protect and defend the Constitution.
I just hope she doesn’t give up her Senate seat before Jan. 20.
December 1, 2008 at 12:50 pm
My wife was a PUMA. The organization no longer exists. She is now a Democrat and Obama supporter. Time to grow up like Hillary and Barack have done. Time to make our country the best it can possibly be.
December 1, 2008 at 1:22 pm
See. It’s working already!
LOL
December 1, 2008 at 1:23 pm
John, I’ll do whatever I want. Eight years ago, I knew Bush would be trouble. Was I wrong? Nooooooo. Will I be wrong about Obama? Nooooooo.
I will give him one thing only; half his cabinet appointments today were women.
December 1, 2008 at 1:27 pm
It’s working already!
December 1, 2008 at 1:27 pm
Oh John – Puleeze. No PUMA supports Ovomit.
We’re just happy it it’s shaping up to a a 3rd Clinton term! LOL,LOL
Change we can believe in!
December 1, 2008 at 1:42 pm
One way to make “our country the best it can possibly be” is for the US Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution that has made this country what it is. It’s high time that Barack Hussein Obama establish his qualification for office. Is he a natural born citizen or not? His word isn’t good enough; we know how reliable that is. If solid proof is not forthcoming, and the Justices decline to act, the true patriot will not support Barack Obama.
December 1, 2008 at 1:47 pm
huh, john. according to you, the organization of which i’m a member doesn’t exist. oops, someone forgot to tell me and the MILLIONS of current supporters. WHATEVER, obot. why don’t you grow up and stop telling fibs.
for the obama supporters who wanted “change,” so much for that. for all the times obama ignored the clinton presidency as if it never existed or praised other republican administrations, sure seems funny that it’s the clinton cabinet redux. if that’s the kind of change for which they were “hoping,” hillary would have been a far more HONEST choice. at least we’d know something/anything about her life as a natural born american.
i’m disturbed by her accepting a position with so many opportunities to be blamed from a man who treated her like dog crap scraped from his shoe. to me it sends a clear sign to young women (hell, women of any age) in this country – go ahead and let men beat you, rape you, ridicule you, rob you – go ahead, and then make sure you say you’re sorry and grovel at their feet for making them so mad they just HAD to do that to you. i see her and bill as groveling at the feet of the usurper and it makes me sick.
December 1, 2008 at 2:02 pm
All those folks who wanted nothing to do with a Clinton must be feeling a bit quesy now.
John says “the (Puma) organization no longer exists.”
hmmm … is that so? http://dailypuma.blogspot.com/
I do not trust Senator Obama in the least. He is a corrupt and opportunistic politician like so many.
Hillary Clinton has a stronger stomach than I have and a real spine of steel. She will do a great job.
December 1, 2008 at 2:02 pm
I beg your pardon John boy, but the PUMA Org still exists – Just ask Will Bower.
December 1, 2008 at 2:05 pm
John – stop the BS.
and kindly remind your “wife” that Obama is ths first black….Clinton.
December 1, 2008 at 2:09 pm
No you people are Republicans. Get it? Puma is a farce. Hillary and Barack are one administration. You cannot support one without supporting the other. Every decision will reflect on both of them together. I’m not sure you understand how politics works. Also, Hillary accepting the job as SOS pretty much guarantees she will not be running for President in 2012. You think she can criticize Obama after serving in his administration? Besides I think Hillary will serve for 8 years as SOS. Who knows? Maybe she’ll be VP in 2012.
December 1, 2008 at 2:14 pm
What BS? I don’t understand your statement? I’ve read elsewhere that Obama is the first black Kennedy, Lincoln, Reagan, and now Clinton? I’m just going to wait and see if Obama can be the first Obama. Obama/Biden/Clinton looks like a pretty unified Democratic ticket to me. But go ahead and call yourself Puma. I’ll call you Republican.
December 1, 2008 at 2:18 pm
Puma is dead!
December 1, 2008 at 2:41 pm
As long as Democrats rig their primaries, PUMA is alive.
December 1, 2008 at 2:43 pm
Puma=Republicans as far as 53% of Americans are concerned.
December 1, 2008 at 2:45 pm
John -
If your wife truly was a PUMA, ask her to explain to you the disgust that a Democrat of 30 years feels when her party starts acting like (and sometimes) worse than the Republicans that you have voted against for years. It’s worse to see some of these actions from Democrats, simply because we expected better.
December 1, 2008 at 2:53 pm
I am a Democrat I am a Puma I voted for McCain because I cannot stand Obama. He is not honest and his thug friends are a disgrace. I am still a PUMA and I am very
disappointed in Hillary Clinton. The DNC was so corrupt – until they clean house I will vote Republican next time, too.

December 1, 2008 at 3:05 pm
I can now sleep at night now she will answer the phone at 3am.
and 4th in line to the Presidency, well if Obama is not a citizen, Biden tells some bad gaffes and has to resign, and Pelosi quite politics so she can buy more shoes, and Byrd say no, we have President Hillary Rodham Clinton.
December 1, 2008 at 3:25 pm
Good for her. She wants to make the biggest contribution she can to the nation, and she will. If it works out, she’ll have the second most powerful job in government. In many democracies abroad, the foreign minister often becomes prime minister, though not a tradition here, yet.
Obama can (stress, can) be a good, even great president. But he won the election because of a broken and abused primary system, a wacko far left bunch in the dnc, a mainstream media desperate to survive financially, and an electorate too trusting of that media but understandably thirsting for change (whether they deliver or not, Obama’s campaign did a good job of branding change). These things I will not forget, ever.
Btw, this morning when Obama rolled out the security team, Biden said a few words. He ended with “we must lead the world by the power of example, not the example of power”. He did not credit Bill who said it first in his Denver speech. Biden continues to plagiarize. He’s got a limited mind.
December 1, 2008 at 3:28 pm
rae- Nice dream you got there. Just so you know… The SOS doesn’t answer the 3am phone call, the President does, and then calls the SOS.
December 1, 2008 at 3:30 pm
The dregs of PUMA must now report to America’s Racist Belt to secede with their new President Glenn Beck.
December 1, 2008 at 3:41 pm
Character/Honesty/Integrity trumps everything. When SCOTUS illegally selected an incompetent/in-experienced man in 2001, we knew it was a disaster waiting to happen. History has repeated itself in 2008. Disasters are happening as we all knew it would.
December 1, 2008 at 3:47 pm
Nick- I’m a person who in the end voted for Obama. I wouldn’t lump most PUMA folks in with the tin foil hat crowd. Must PUMAS fought for the women they thought was the best for this country, and had issues with the DNC and some Obama supporters who played the sexist and racist card against Hillary. Most PUMAS I know want whats best for this country and hope that Obama, who wasn’t their choice will do whats right for this country. The nut cases who are full of hatered aren’t worth the time or energy.
December 1, 2008 at 3:49 pm
So why does my posts not show?
December 1, 2008 at 3:50 pm
OK, that one showed, but the one I posted before this didn’t.
December 1, 2008 at 3:52 pm
The writer is assuming that BO keeps her for 4 years. He won again, she is out of the senate and he can fire her at will. 2 years max for this odd couple.
December 1, 2008 at 4:17 pm
JS Ruby- And why would he want to do that?
December 1, 2008 at 4:18 pm
And why would he want to do that?
December 1, 2008 at 4:49 pm
It’s offical nobama is the odd man out… it’s Clinton’s 3rd term!
December 1, 2008 at 4:51 pm
yeah, nobama poses for pictures… let the adults handle the real problems and crisis’ in the world. Clinton 3rd term… yeah, real “change?” they wouldn’t let him bring his own friends.. some change? good!
December 1, 2008 at 4:59 pm
Whatever will keep you happy Therio. Odd man out? I think Obama made all these decisions. You sound ridiculous trying to undermine it all. Why don’t you admit you like all of Obama’s choices? If you think that Obama is the odd man out then I guess Obama should just go ahead and fire his entire staff.
December 1, 2008 at 5:04 pm
JOHN…..I AM A REPUBLICAN!!!!!
December 1, 2008 at 5:05 pm
By the way JOHN…what are you doing here?
December 1, 2008 at 5:06 pm
Republicans can have Sarah Palin…I’ll stick with Obama and Hillary. Thank you and see you in 4 years!
December 1, 2008 at 5:21 pm
angels81. BO does not want her as a force in the senate that might oppose him. She made him look foolish in the primaries. And I think BO is vindictive enough to fire her just because he can. She will be toast.
December 1, 2008 at 5:39 pm
I can’t wait until four years is up and hopefully we won’t have to see Obama again, he will just fade away. Puma’s if you don’t want to hear any crap from Obot’s there are other sites to go to No Quarter, PumaPac and quite a few other’s will not let them on or will moderate their statements and they have a lot more people blogging, I hardly come on Hillbuzz anymore because of the Obot’s they are still falling at the messiah’s feet and waiting for the second coming of NOTHING!!!!!!
December 1, 2008 at 5:53 pm
3rd Bill Clinton term john, get over yourself, … aren’t you late for more butt kissing on another site?
December 1, 2008 at 5:54 pm
3rd term, odd man out. Get use to it!
December 1, 2008 at 6:02 pm
You’re weird Therio.
December 1, 2008 at 6:22 pm
Good on you Hillary. Clearly you have made a wise decision and have put your country first.
I also commend you for sending a strong signal to the ‘puma’ types that you do not don the tin foil hat. You are a smart professional woman, along with the other smart professional women announced thus far in Obama’s lineup. Strong professional women, this is shaping up to be an excellent administration that the Pres Elect is putting together.
December 1, 2008 at 6:23 pm
John, Puma’s are needed now more than ever. You do watch the spews, don’t you? MSNBC and Huffington Post are expanding their brand of crap reporting.
http://www.dailypuma.com
December 1, 2008 at 6:37 pm
John,
I’m still a PUMA & I believe our purpose now is to “keep a watchful eye” on Obama.
I did not want Senator Clinton to become VP; but I’m THRILLED with SoS.
As a LI/NYer I’ve joined forces with others to urge our Gov. to name another woman as her senate replacement. #1 for me is Carolyn Maloney. However there’s “rumor” of Bill wanting it. That would change everything for me.
There’s a petition circulating.
December 1, 2008 at 7:29 pm
Obama wanted all of Bill’s donors. Obama wanted to keep Bill on a leash. He got both of them, thanks to Hillary caving. What a farce!
December 1, 2008 at 7:33 pm
I am disappointed. I have been an independent for 30 years, before that I was a Philadelphia Democrat….that is not a point of pride, just a fact of a past life….so when I moved to an area the actually worked, that didn’t require it’s citizens to be victims to get their vote….and was basically Republican, I couldn’t quite pull the plug…and I became an independent. I am now really INDEPENDENT. I don’t think there is a Democrat out there in the National level; who isn’t Socialistic, and I feel Hillary is going along to get along. Despite that, you have been true to her, and that is admirable….but given the George Soros, Chris Matthews, any and all of the Kennedy’s, Pelosi, Reid and Obama bent of the Democratic Party, I am not going along. I have serious misgivings. My only advice to you is ” to thine own self be true”, and that way, you can keep your heads up. Keep the Faith, Ladies!
December 1, 2008 at 8:01 pm
JS Ruby- First off, Hillary didn’t have much power in the Senate. She was and is a Jr. Senator, and Jr. Senators don’t get plume jobs in the senate no matter how popular they are. As long as she continues to be a Jr. Senator she would never have much power within the Senate.
December 1, 2008 at 8:09 pm
60 second add on Obama:
December 1, 2008 at 8:38 pm
I guess if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!
December 1, 2008 at 8:57 pm
John,
PUMAS aren’t blindly about party identification– hence the term PUMA! That’s the point. I would say they are thinking AMERICANS and PATRIOTS, not democrat (or any other party) robots, like you seem to be advocating.
Now scoot back over to the Daily Kos and stay there.
December 1, 2008 at 9:22 pm
No, PUMAs are blinded by hatred. Adults get over their egos and come together for a higher purpose. You people on the other hand are pathetic whiners who’s hopes rest on Obama failing. Sad really and I feel sorry for most of you.
December 1, 2008 at 10:23 pm
“Dirty Pool” at the Supreme Court apparently on behalf of Obama currently usurping YOUR Constitution: Leo Donofrio’s companion case, brought by Cort Wrotnowski, with fuller/better briefing showing Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen” reportedly has been sidetracked to the anthrax lab to deprive the full Court from seeing those filings in connection with Donofrio’s case this Friday, Dec 5, 2008. DO SOMETHING AMERICA!!!
December 2, 2008 at 12:28 am
Wow check this out http://www.tinyurl.com/6afg4k
December 2, 2008 at 1:16 am
#1 is country succeeding!!!!!
#2 they are all, both parties, self-serving, power hungry,
pols.
like angels81 said (post #61) as long as Chuck Schumer (shyster) is in office, Hillary will be a powerless jr. senator.
I for one, am relieved that BO has chosen a more moderate cabinet…..much to chagrin of his far-left pals. I just pray he’s not just using them for cover so he can govern from the left.
Don’t be fooled, this guy is a shrewd pol. And Emanual is scary shrewd.
By getting Hillary, he shut up Bill and removed him from the world stage……shrewd!!!
December 2, 2008 at 1:39 am
Stop the republicans and democrats,we have to worry about our country not to cuss each other up.Grow up
December 2, 2008 at 2:46 am
If I was HRC I wouldn’t start packing my bags for Foggy Bottom. Her appointment is unconstitutional. Consider Article I, Section 6, known as the Emoluments Clause: “No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time.”
During Senator Clinton’s current term, President Bush (by Executive order) increased the salary of the Secretary of State, therefore rendering Sen. Clinton’s appointment unconstitutional.
Deliberate payback by Obama?
December 2, 2008 at 8:41 am
Correct First History.
If approved any act she is involved in will be illegal and fraudulent.
December 2, 2008 at 12:45 pm

Is this true? Somebody…?
December 2, 2008 at 3:27 pm
Any thoughts about Samantha Power and Susan Rice in State keeping an eye on dear old Hillary for the Prez.
December 3, 2008 at 1:02 am
Yes, it is true. To be legal, HRC has to accept the same salary she was making as a senator. Not sure how that’s all done.
BTW, it was on FOX that the case about BO’s citizenship will go before the Supreme Court on Fri. I bet it’s thrown out.
