Running December 1st and 3rd will be full page ads in the Chicago Tribune asking Obama to produce his vault copy birth certificate, and also asking the news media why they refuse to report on this.
Questions have been raised in recent weeks as various relatives of Obama’s in Kenya, including his grandmother, insist he was born there in 1961, when his mother came to Kenya for a visit and then was not allowed to board a flight back to America because she was so far along in her pregnancy. Obama’s relatives insist Stanley Durham had her baby in Kenya, then shortly thereafter got on the plane for Vancouver, Canada, with a brief stop in the Seattle area, and then her return to Hawaii with baby Obama.
All of the above, if true, would make him a “naturalized” and not “natural born” US citizen.
FINALLY producing his birth certificate would clear all of this up. The Electors meet on December 15th to officially make him the President-Elect, so this needs to be done before then.
Just clear this up already. That’s some hope and change we would like to see.

He doesn’t have one that’s why… I feel he has a Hawaiian issued BC but in the day he would have received one he could have been born someplace else and been given one by Hawaii…it would note that on the BC though… my partner has one issued from the early sixties and it has a place down below (Box 7a) that could be checked and noted where the applicant was born…. The timing of his mothers return trip from Kenya makes me very suspect too….and how a few days later his birth was registered in Hawaii…. ALL things that makes you say hmmmm!

This is ridiculous. Everyone is afraid of it. But the people have a right to know. there should be no sealed records like this when the man is running – and in fact has won – to be the leader of the free world.
His college records, grades, IQ test, medical records, tax returns ALL OF IT.

This is a really big story on so many levels it is amazing that no one is touching it…
Even if the only story they report is on Obama’s former rival (Alan Keyes) also being a contestant in this race, and now suing him over the Birth Certificate.
But really, the WHAT IFs in this case are huge.
The Supreme Court is honor bound to go by the law – but the obvious temptation is there – knowing that this, if found true will rip this country apart and bring us worse division than the “Bush stole the election” hatred. the temptation to hide it rather than risk chaos will be great, if true.
It reminds me of an old Twilight Zone episode, where the govt. knew the sun was about to implode(explode?) knew that they had only days to live, and the debate was whether or not to tell the people, let them say their I Love You’s and make peace with their makers, or whether to just let them live oblivious to the impending doom.
Then there’s the moral issue – if true, given that Obama is fighting it in so many court cases, he must KNOW, and if he knows, and ran, then he is guilty of so much! Guilty of running a fraudulent campaign.
And in that case, the election would have to be nullified, so I do not see how Biden could hold a seat, his ticket would have been illegal…
And you’d have to place the blame on him.

The people who are saying they think there’s an issue with his citizenship would either dispute the vault copy (someone would find another birth certificate from a different time printed on a different kind of paper and or something and conclude that the vault copy was fake) or move onto the next theory, like the one about him unbecoming a natural born citizen when he moved to Indonesia.

The news media cannot afford to report on Obama’s Birth Certificate dilemma. They are the ones who put him over the top by not vetting him. Their integrity and crediability is on the line here, oh, not with those of us out here in the blogosphere, (we know!) but those who only get their news from television and radio.
It would not benefit MSM to reveal just how in the tank they were for Obama and how much of a disservice they were to the American people. We can count on MSM to remain silent on this matter and any other matter that will reveal their man as the fraud he really is.
My hope is that when the Supreme Court reviews this matter for furtherance that they will remember that historians will later reveal all. If the Court also chooses to cover this up “for the sake of the American people” historians will rightly identify them as helping to perpepuate a fraud upon the American people.
That said, it is a shame that we, the people, have no other outlet than the corrupt MSM to advance our cause of showing just how Obama, the DNC and ACORN has hoodwinked and bamboozled the American people.

At Thanksgiving, I told other dinner guests, all members of the Obama Reverence Club, about the birth certificate issue, and they just didn’t care. All I heard about was how his (s)election has shifted the energy of this country and how excited everyone is at the possibilities and potential for everyone. The Constitution? Doesn’t matter. Law? I agree, Obama should produce his long-version vaulted BC, but I warn that it’s a mistake to rely and focus on production of the BC, as it could look like, or come close to matching, the one on his Smears site.
It was possible to get a BC in Hawaii even if you weren’t born there, to even lie about your place of birth if, for example, you had parents or grandparents who wanted to ensure that your US citizenship would never be in question.
Remember, there is a birth announcement in the Honolulu paper, so whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii — someone wanted to be sure that the Hawaii “birth” was recorded.
But yes, he should show ALL his vital records. Keep up the good fight, Hillbuzz.

Duo Take Obama Birth Challenge To Court. November 26, 2008, By Pete Williams. Finally, after months of waiting for MSM to come forward and expose the lawsuits have been pending regarding Obama’s failure to prove Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be US President, an article was published by Pete Williams of NBC. At last, I thought, the public will be informed the truth about Obama. I was quite pleased until the paragraph below where Pete writes:

Did I just read what I just read? Does Obama lover not realize this issue is really not about Obama? That there is a crisis America is now facing greater than any election of a candidate. And this man is an NBC news journalist? Where is his logic? Where is his loyalty to the American Constitution which every elected official swears an oath to uphold? Is he actually saying because 66,000,000 people voted for a man to whom all evidence points has clearly and consciously deceived the American voter, the Supreme court judges should over look that America’s Commander and Chief is a usurper because 66,000,000 million people voted for him? Is he suggesting the nine sacred guardians of The Constitution would prefer to “turn the other cheek” rather than over turn the election? Since when can the Articles of the Constitution be ignored, violated, manipulated, convoluted and changed by popular vote of a fraudulent candidate? How do Obama’s votes rewrite the Constitution?
Is brave Pete suggesting our Holy Nine are so spineless, that out of fear of unpopularity, they will slither behind a stack of technicalities, (like “standing” or any other meaningless crap that has nothing to do with Obama’s fraud) dismiss all suits, and by svelte contortions declare Barry Sotoero, Barack Hussein Muhammad Obama qualified to be President because 66,000,000 voted for him.
Imagine if Abraham Lincoln were so corrupted and spineless when he issued the Emancipation Proclamation? He faced worse than an over turn of an election. He had to fight a civil war to save the union. That was the strength of a moral America.
It doesn’t matter if 266,000,000 voted for Obama. The issue is Obama, the DNC, MSM, and his hundreds of camp workers conspired to deceive the American voter and fraudulently stole the election. Every vote for Obama is illegal and fraudulent. Just because they all did it doesn’t suddenly alter the articles of the constitution and make it right.
There is also another reality here. Obama didn’t win by a landslide. Only 25% of the people voted for him. That means 75% did not vote for him. What about their rights to have a legitimate president in office?
Neither America not the world can afford the luxury of a Usurper as US President.
Does the jaded Pete Williams not recognize the price America will pay if the great guardians of our Constitution fail to uphold the laws of America, is far greater than the over turning of the election? If these nine judges are so corrupt as to succeed in construing the meaning of the Constitution, interpret Obama’s documents, accept arguments presented by Obama’s defense attorneys or in any other bit of legal trickery ultimately legitimize Barack Obama as President, then not only did they fail to their job, they became guilty of the same conspiracy of Obama and his blind followers. They will have rendered The Constitution of the United impotent now and forever? If that happens there will be no umbrella left to protect Americans from the tyranny of ruthless politicians, gangsters, terrorists, and criminals of all types of which we are obviously over run. This will invite major world criminals to run ramped against America and people will live in fear of their lives, middle of the night home invasions, and ultimately concentration camps.
Even though I feel Pete Williams is morally and legally confused when it comes to the Constitution of the US, I fear he may be right. The great silence by MSM about the entire issue of Obama’s refusal to present an authentic birth certificate and the question of his dual citizen has been a well organized conspiracy to keep the truth from the public. I fear the invisible conspirators might be powerful enough to reach and persuade the Supreme Court to simply dismiss the law suits on technicalities. The last hope of America will be crushed. Perhaps Pete Williams is part of the great MSM conspiracy to ignore Obama’s felony crimes of fraud, denial, and conspiracy to steal the office of Presidency regardless of the law of the land. That is why he so confidently predicts the Supreme Court will simply dismiss the law suits.

The situation is clear as crystal to me. As a child we all said to be President we had to have both parents be citizens and we had to be born in America. All of a sudden some 58 years later people seem to have forgotten the truth. People seem to be so confused about citizenship, born citizen, and a natural born citizen. We as children understood the truth.
There is one and only one ruling. A Natural Born Citizen has both parents as citizens and born in USA. both Obama and McCain are not NBC. Both are disqualified. If it takes a new election then so be it.
Right now the one with the best claim to the office is Hillary. She would have been the candidate and she would have won by more votes than Obama.
I vote Hillary as President by the Electoral College will sold the issue.

Even if his vault copy birth certificate says that he was born in Hawaii or anywhere in the US and proves that he is a US citizen by birth, that doesn’t change the fact that he is a “natural born citizen” by virtue of the fact that he was also a UK citizen at birth by virtue of his father being a UK citizen. The laws of who is a citizen change, and apparently they are different now than in 1961. Right now, pregnant Mexican women come over the border to have their children in California – and those children are full-blooded American citizens – doesn’t matter that their parents aren’t American citizens. And those children could one day run for president.
I think it’s incredibly suspicious that Obama has been served with the paperwork of so many court cases, and doesn’t just prove it. At first I thought he wanted Hillary voters to get in a lather, and then he would pull out the BC and make them look foolish. But now, all these months and months later, it only looks like he’s trying to get away with something.
But if he’s not a citizen, I think either it won’t be pursued (as it is currently being ignored), or they’ll pass a constitutional amendment. There is some big power that has always had him selected, and I think they’ll make this “go away”.
If we learned anything this election cycle, was it not that we don’t matter…?

Several past presidents had a foreign-born parent. The identity and history of President-elect Obama’s father have been well known for years. No one has suggested that this would raise an impediment to his serving as president. Whatever the law or precedent, and may be numerous conflicting and relevant legal grounds, the Supreme Court is not going to disqualify a candidate on this basis.

Check it out. Pictures and everything. If the evidence provided by factcheck were John McCain no one would be saying anything. You guys are really desperate. Barack Obama has the proper certificates to prove he was born in the U.S. Like it or not he has PROOF. So by some unlikely chance he was not born in the U.S. it doesn’t matter because he has the papers.

Of course this is racist. If John McCain had to “prove” he was born in the U.S. his birth certificate would be sufficient. But since it is Barack Obama showing his birth certificate is not enough for you racist. I’m not exactly sure what else he has to do. I believe factcheck over any other looney website and especially this one! In fact I believe every major national media website over this one. This is just a conspiracy theory website.

It is not racist to want the truth from Obama. It is not racist to expect the Constitution to be upheld.

Yes, Obama needs to prove he is native born. He needs to do more than just provide the short form, which has limited info.
Why can’t Obama even answer a simple question, such as: in which hospital he was born ?
John McCain provided ALL necessary documentation, including the name of the hospital in which he was born.
Even little league baseball players have to show their birth certificates.
Obama wants to be POTUS, so he needs to provide the necessary documentation. The Constitution is the law of the land and it requires “native born” for POTUS.
P.S. Everyone look at comment 2, regarding Hawaii-ISSUED certificates and box 7A (place of birth). Interesting.

John McCain was born on a US military base in Panama while his father was serving our country.
Also, both of his parents were US citizens.
John McCain qualifies as native born.
Obama *might* become the next President. If Obama is not eligible, then Joe Biden will become the next President.

to Riddlemethis (#21)…I had a similar thought re: Malcom X. But if Obama’s father wasn’t a Kenyan, and unless his mother gave up her citizenship, I can’t see how he ISN’T a natural born American. While his mom did go to a school in Washington State with Marxist leanings/teachers..and she did hang around with radicals, which is something Malcom X was considered…. it is possible that the only thing Obama is hiding by not handing over his Birth Certificate, is the true identity of his Father….but he would still be American. This Birth Certificate situation is really interesting….but regardless of the reason, the length of time this has been percolating as an issue, knowing if the real one is still in a vault may never be agreed on….truly fascinating.

To be a “natural born citizen” requires one of two things.
1) A person is born in the United States (regardless of the citizenship of either parent)
OR
2) A person is born to two U.S. citizens if born on foreign oil.
John McCain’s parents were both U.S. citizens at the time of his birth, so he became a natural born citizen at birth. For him, it does not matter that he was born in Panama.
If you need more help understanding this, think of it in pop-culture terms:
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, both U.S. citizens, had their baby Shiloh in Namibia. She received U.S. natural citizenship at the time of her birth because of their citizenship.
If Barack Obama really was born in Hawaii, then it does not matter what the citizenship or ages of his parents were at the time of his birth. However, if he was born in Kenya, then because one of his parents was and is not a U.S. citizen, he cannot be a natural born citizen and would thus be unable to be President. He would have had to apply for citizenship, which would make him a “naturalized” citizen – not “natural born”.
John, you need to read the Constitution a little more carefully regarding citizenship qualifications for the President.
It is not unreasonable to ask the President-elect to produce this information to end this controversy. Worse dilemas have been put before judges in previous administrations.

It may be he is hiding the question of LEGITIMACY. Not legitimacy over whether he is eligible to be POTUS, but the legitimacy of two married people legally having a child. I just recently saw a copy of my brother’s birth certificate (from 1949) and there was a box for Legitimacy (yes) or (no). Meaning, were your parents married at the time of your birth? If Obama Sr. was a polygamist (HE WAS), it may be that Obama Jr. was not legitimate. There may not have been a true marriage of his parents, or none at all. There are so many possible scenarios here. Mr. Obama is such a complete and utter fraud and has repeatedly and wilfully and consistently lied to the American people, they should change his name to PINNOCHIO.
The fixes are in place. Obama during his campaign has amassed more money than God and is probably using it to pay off every one who ever knew or should have known anything connected to his birth. I fear the answers we seek may never see the light of day.
