FOX just reported on air that Black Panther members are intimidating voters in Philadelphia — people who don’t look like they would vote for Obama.
We told you months ago that in Chicago, Obama supporters told us that this was their plan for election day — to hire gang members, Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, you name it and use these men for “voter turnout” efforts in Philly, Gary (Indiana), Cleveland, Detroit, Miami, Pittsburgh, you name it. Anywhere with a large black population, where white and Hispanic voters (read: Hillary voters) could be intimdated and kept from the polls.
Glad the police are on top of this in Philly. Obama’s followers will try this in every major city, from what we are told. They are especially desperate in Philadelphia, because they need big numbers there to win the state, and the only way they will get that is through fraud and intimidation (aka, The Obama Way).
If you see Obama’s followers doing this in your city, call the police immediately, then start calling the local news. Follow that up with a call to the McCain/Palin voter hotline. Post what you see here if you can — we’re monitoring things all day.

I wonder why Fox didn’t report on the group intimidating blacks in NC yesterday. Of course they voted anyway but came out to find 30 of their vehicles had tires slashed.
There will be very isolated incidents of this on both sides and it is appalling. Of course the group was McCain supporters but to characterize these groups as either McCain supporters or Obama supporters is absurd.

I worked the poll here in this district from 6-10 (voting began at 7, and polls close at 7). This is a fairly small, conservative voting district, with a GOP majority. It was amazing. At 6, there were people waiting outside the church. When we opened the doors at 7, the line went all the way around the church and down the street.
At 10, I cast the 396th vote. That’s a huge turnout for this district, a huge GOP turnout. There was no sign of any more “youth” voters than usual. There were some volunteers for candidates standing outside when I left, and both the two Dems and two Republicans agreed that from the reactions of the voters to them as they went to vote, most were voting GOP.
If there is a massive GOP turnout all over the state, McCain has a very good shot at carrying Pennsylvania. I’m seeing similar reports from Indiana, Virginia and Florida.
Also note: The polls assume a huge Democrat turnout and a depressed GOP turnout. That’s not what’s happening here. I suspected as much. That’s how we won in 2004 — huge turnout. I think we’re going to see a huge GOP turnout in all the battleground states. We may also see a huge Dem turnout. That will make the race close; it won’t seal it for Obama. Not, that is, unless the Dems get a bigger turnout.
Don’t look for results from Pennsylvania until late. We’re expecting many polls to still be voting at least until 11. “The polls close at 7″ only means the doors close. Everybody inside still gets to vote. In this district, it will take about 90 minutes to get everybody inside through. In larger voting districts, it will take even longer. That’s going to make “early reports” based on exit polls even more problematic than they were in 2004. Let’s hope the media learned their lesson about that.
I’m going back to work from 4-6. Turnout did slack off from the first hour, but it’s much heavier than any other election I’ve seen here, and people who have been working elections for years say it’s bigger than even what they saw in 2004.

I was approached INSIDE the building of my local polling place here in the suburban Philadelphia area by a Obama supporter. She said, “Are you voting for Obama”, while attempting to hand me a sample Obama/Biden ballot. I have never had this problem before. I had a hissy fit and called the Poll caption to report this. Are there any other reports of this out there going on expecially in PA? What the hell?

Just a lil info from chicago—-My husband works at Michigan and Wacker and he said there are 2 busloads of folks parked in front of his bldgng. (in for the victory party tonight-which aint gonna happen). I asked him where the buses came from and he said he has no idea. Also, people are being told to leave the city early AND barely any train service out of the city. I guess to accomodate “the one”.

Philly voter here. We lived in a mixed race neighborhood, heavily Democratic. We just returned from the polls and had no issues. There were even R poll watchers there. There are entire sections of the city that are heavily pro-McCain.

And if I were going to the polls as a young white female and had it in my mind to vote for Obama already…then encountered those Black Panthers, I would change my mind and vote McCain, because those kinds of supporters and tactics aren’t something I agree with at all.

The police are on hand in Philly, the important thing to do is if you see these situations is to take pictures or video with your cell phone, call 911 and then call your local Fox affiliate, and then the rest of the affiliates.

Not really a suprise, actually, BO has gotten ‘Blacker’ (which is something entirely different from having a black skin, e.g. Africans are often very polite) over time during the election. First he was the ‘post-racial’ candidate, then he became ‘African-American’, now he’s running in public with Otis ‘Skin-condition’ Moss (I saw his sermons on Tube, he’s basically a smarter version of Wright) and his ‘people-decor’ is almost entirely black. However, the ElectionJournal vid is the ‘before’ vid (with the NBP’er talking about the ‘end of white supremacy’ – hello William Ayers & Wright), the Fox one the ‘after’.
BTW, 80% of us cloggies doesn’t know Obama’s stances and would vote for him, the other 20% do know him -and we wouldn’t vote for the crook.

I believe what you are saying is this: The black panthers are African-Americans, Obama is an African-American, thus Obama knows the black panthers, asked them to do this, and they are are criminals together? Plus pretty much all blacks are criminals, right?
Did you happen to hear about the McCain supporters that have been having a little fun with illegal activities such as handing out leaflets telling people that because of turnout the election has been shifted to two days. One for republicans and one for democrats. Or that they will be checking criminal records at the polling place and if you have any outstanding fines or warrants, you will be arrested on site.
Did anyone hear the rants at McCain/Palin rallies saying “kill him”, “Terrorist” etc?
And how about those “that believe in god” praying for distractions to cause Obama to lose. That is certainly good Christian behavior to make everyone proud!

As a Chicago resident, I’m looking forward to tomorrow. When Obama wins, everyone will see that the US didn’t end and there weren’t any riots. Should the republicans somehow pray and steal this election away, then you will also see that there were no riots in the streets, etc.
The ignorance and racism that have reared their ugly head during this election certainly have been eye opening. And you’re right, we should all be praying for American as until people get past the color of skin and making racial assumptions, we need help.

These black people just don’t get it! Barack Obama is beyond the petty racial divides in this country. In this day and age black people are more racist than whites, it seems that they believe they have a right to discriminate due to how they have been discriminated against in the past. Barack Obama represents a group of people who do not judge upon skin colour. While I believe a great many white people for the most part have surpassed racism, it seems unfortunately many black people appear to mistake racism for equality. If some black people think that Obama will give them better treatment than whites, they are gravely mistaken. I am sure if Obama should win, some black people may brand him a traitor for not giving them rights that are superior to the rights of others. Barack Obama does not give two craps about the colour of someone’s skin. I hope Obama wins, just so black people will realize racism is not the answer to racism. I am white, and I fully support Obama, but I sincerely believe that perhaps racist black people will wake up and realize that in order to surpass racial divides in this country, they must become colourblind as well. Thankfully,there is many black people and portions of other minorities that realize seperating themselves from the rest of society only contributes to the continuance of racism in this country. These black people intimidating people at the polls are no better than white power psychos. Intimidating people at the polls is violating the freedom of others and is contrary to the equal freedoms people like Martin Luther King fought for and died for. Martin Luther King would have some harsh words for these people. These racists are against people such as Martin Luther King and Barack Obama, and they only impede the progress towards erasing racial divides in this country.
