LETTER HILLARY’S LAWYER SENT REGARDING CAUCUS FRAUD!!!
When Hillary Clinton conceded the Democratic nomination to Barack Obama–possibly under duress from Obama’s cohorts and party leaders–she was probably supposed to have removed from the Internet all damning statements that she and her campaign had made about Barack Obama. Unfortunately for Barry, a letter from her campaign counsel, which is still online at http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2008/images/01/23/nv.state.letter.1.23.08.pdf, is about to become the dreaded October Surprise. (A backup copy is now at http://www.stentorian.com/Obama/clinton_complaint.pdf). This extremely damning letter not only reinforces what is being said about ACORN, but extends allegations of election irregularities to Barack Obama’s own campaign.
There is no place in the American electoral process for the types of voter suppression, intimidation, and harassment systematically engaged in by the Obama campaign, its allies and supporters.

Jill Derby, Chair Nevada State Democratic Party 1210 South Valley View Road Suite 114 Las Vegas, NV 89102
Dear Chair Derby:
I write on behalf of Hillary Clinton for President (”the Committee”) in regard to the January 19, 2008 Nevada Democ-ratic Caucus. The Committee is aware of a letter addressed to you today from the Obama for America campaign requesting an inquiry into the conduct of the caucuses. The Committee shares the Obama campaign’s concern that full participation in the democratic process may have been compromised by the substantial number of irregularities occurring at the caucuses, and we fully support a complete inquiry by the Nevada State Democratic Party (the ”Party”) into all caucus improprieties.
This letter is not intended as a response to the Obama campaign’s letter. However, in the interest of a complete record, and in contrast to the alleged minor procedural problems noted by the Obama campaign, the Committee wishes to bring to your attention information we have received evidencing a premeditated and predesigned plan by the Obama campaign to engage in systematic corruption of the Party’s caucus procedures. Compounding this blatant distortion of the caucus rules was an egregious effort by the Obama campaign to manipulate the voter registration process in its own favor, thereby disenfranchising countless voters. Finally, the Committee has received a vast number of reliable reports of voter suppression and intimidation by the Obama campaign or its allies.
The Committee had 30 phone lines on Saturday to receive calls in its Las Vegas offices. These lines rang continuously from early morning until well after the caucuses concluded with reports from people who were victimized and who observed irregularities. The phone lines were so over-whelmed that many callers resorted to calling individual Committee staff cell phones to report that they could not get through. The Committee also received many similar calls at its national headquarters.
The Committee is confident that any investigation into the conduct of the caucuses will be thorough, fair and in the interest of insuring that future Party caucuses will be as open and democratic as possible.
Systematic Corruption of the Party’s Caucus Procedures
The Committee received substantially similar reports of improprieties of such a number as to leave no conclusion but that the Obama campaign and its allies and supporters engaged in a planned effort to subvert the Party’s caucus procedures to its advantage. For example:
þ Preference cards were premarked for Obama.
þ Clinton supporters were denied preference cards on the basis that none were left, while Obama supporters at the same caucus sites were given preference cards.
þ Caucus chairs obviously supporting Obama:
o Deliberately miscounted votes to favor Senator Obama.
o Deliberately counted unregistered persons as Obama votes.
o Deliberately counted young children as Obama votes.
o Refused to accept preference cards from Clinton supporters who were at the caucus site by noon on the ground that the cards were not filled out fast enough.
o Told Clinton supporters to leave prior to electing delegates.
þ Clinton supporters who arrived late were turned away from the caucus, while late Obama supporters were admitted to the caucus.
Manipulation of the Voter Registration Process
Numerous reports received by the Committee demonstrate a concerted effort on the part of the Obama campaign and its supporters to prevent eligible voters supporting a candidate other than Senator Obama from caucusing. The Obama supporters complained of were acting in positions of authority at the caucus sites. Some of these reports are as follows:
þ Obama supporters wrongly informed Clinton supporters that they were not allowed to participate in the caucus if their names were not on the voter rolls. However, Obama supporters whose names did not appear on the voter rolls were permitted to register at the caucus site.
þ Obama supporters falsely informed Clinton supporters that no registration forms were available for them to register to vote at the caucus site.
þ Obama supporters wrongly told Clinton supporters who were attempting to caucus at the wrong precinct that they could not caucus at that site, while simultaneously permitting Obama supporters at the wrong precinct to participate.
þ Obama supporters were allowed to move to the front of the registration and sign-in line.
Voter Suppression and Intimidation
The Committee received a substantial number of disturbing reports from voters that they had been subject to harassment, intimidation or efforts to prevent them from voting. Some of the most egregious of these complaints are described below:
þ Voters at at-large caucus sites were informed that those sites were for Obama supporters only.
þ Clinton supporters at at-large caucus sites were told that their managers would be watching them while they caucused.
þ Workers were informed that their supervisors kept lists of Clinton and Obama supporters, and were told that they could not caucus unless their name was on the list of Obama supporters.
þ Many Clinton supporters were threatened with employment termination or other discipline if they caucused for Senator Clinton.
þ Workers were required to sign a pledge card to support Obama if they wanted time off to participate in the caucus.
þ Workers at one casino were offered a lavish lunch and permitted to attend and register to vote only if they agree to support Obama.
The complaints summarized above represent only a small sample of the complaints received by the Committee. With respect to each of these complaints and many more, the Committee has the names and phone numbers of those reporting these incidents and the specific precinct numbers where the incidents occurred. Upon request the Committee will share these with the Party with appropriate safeguards to protect these individuals from reprisal. On the whole, these reports show a troubling effort by the Obama campaign and its allies and supporters to advance their own campaign at the expense of the right of all Nevada Democrats to participate in the democratic process in a free, fair and open manner.
Senator Clinton and the Committee are wholly committed to ensuring that every eligible voter has his or her vote cast and counted. There is no place in the American electoral process for the types of voter suppression, intimidation and harassment systematically engaged in by the Obama campaign, its allies and supporters.

This letter is absolutely damning. Seeing so many instances and kinds of fraud spelled out in black and white made me sick when I read it. The DNC should face a firing squad for turning a blind eye to this.
It seems though that the media aren’t interested in reporting any of Obama’s criminal activity. Consider his campaign contributions, for starters. Nary a peep. If the DNC isn’t bothered by these fraudulent, bullying tactics, why should the media care?
What a bunch of mother-rapers.

What was the word Obama used to shout at his Indonesian school kids when they made fun of him or played silly tricks…meant “cheater, cheater”. Someone ought to start showing up at his rallies and give him a taste of his own medicine.
From the Chicago Tribune (Mar. 25, 2007):
Teachers, former playmates and friends recall a boy who never fully grasped their language and who was very quiet as a result. But one word Obama learned quickly in his new home was curang, which means “cheater.”
When kids teased him, Obama yelled back, “Curang, curang!” When a friend gave him shrimp paste instead of chocolate, he yelled, “Curang, curang!”

All the more reason for Hillary not to be out there campaigning for him. Doing that only helps tear down our election system!! She is not only campaigning…she is doing fundraisers. Why…are they planning on buying the country? They most certainly do not have the people in mind…they have proven that in the last two years.

The primary’s were stolen from Hillary we all know who won, he is buying his way to the Whitehouse as we speak, through Acorn, the corrupt democratic party, etc. I am a Puma from Pa. and everyone shoulc know how corrupt he really is, he is no saint,he is no messiah, he is no answer the low income people, he is no protector of the black race, he will do nothing for them or anybody, but himself, thats what people forget he is not the answer to anything,he used most of the people to get where he wanted to and threw them under the bus and that is exactly what he will do if he becomes president, what I don’t understand is why everyone is not screaming about Dodd, Pelosi,Reid and the rest of the democratic congress, they are trying to take us off of a cliff.

The entire caucus-style of voting should be eliminated across the board. Our current caucus’ make this great country look like a third world nation run by banana-boat dictators. All votes should be a private thing. Open voting (caucus’) has clearly resulted in voter intimidation. It would appear that Barak Hussein Obama has truly lived up to his middle name. Shameful!

I hope this letter does something, although I’ve seen it before on some other sites about a week or so ago, so it’s been out for a little while.
An article from April that I thought was relevant to this subject:

Report: Clinton Blames Caucus Losses on Democratic Activists, MoveOn
by FOXNews.com Friday, April 18, 2008
After Super Tuesday, Hillary Clinton blamed her losses in caucus states on Democratic activists, and particularly on MoveOn.org, according to an audio recording posted on The Huffington Post.
The Web site reported Friday that Clinton was talking to a group of donors at a small closed-door fundraiser when she made the remarks, saying the “activist base” of the party “flooded” caucus sites and intimidated her supporters.
“Moveon.org endorsed [Sen. Barack Obama] — which is like a gusher of money that never seems to slow down,” she told the group, according to The Huffington Post.
“We have been less successful in caucuses because it brings out the activist base of the Democratic Party. MoveOn didn’t even want us to go into Afghanistan. I mean, that’s what we’re dealing with. And they turn out in great numbers. And they are very driven by their view of our positions, and it’s primarily national security and foreign policy that drives them.
“I don’t agree with them. They know I don’t agree with them. So they flood into these caucuses and dominate them and really intimidate people who actually show up to support me.”
The intimidation charge is nothing new. Bill Clinton leveled similar charges during the Nevada caucuses, claiming Obama’s union supporters were bullying people into voting for him. Clinton actually won those caucuses, though Obama still received one more delegate than Clinton. Obama has won every other caucus state to date.

Darkhan, that’s just what I was thinking. Germany in the 30s. What’s even more frightening than the Obama camp’s actions, though, is the media’s silence about it. They are complicit in this. They chose their candidate and are now doing their best to see him elected.
I would dearly love to see their crushed expressions the evening of November 4th when their Chosen One fails.

A couple years ago, when I was in college, I knew an exchange student from Khazakstan. This sounds like the crap she had to put up with back home. Sheesh.
October 24, 2008 at 10:27 am
It was rigged in Iowa, even the person overseeing the caucuses here was suspicious, but nothing was done………..
Won’t matter now, the momentum is great, too strong. Such a small thing in the minds of the blind it won’t sway them. Sort of like talking your teenager out of dating the “wrong person”, you’ll simply drive them closer.
Man I’m depressed!
October 24, 2008 at 10:31 am
Didn’t Hillary’s team also send out 2 — or was it 3? — “URGENT” press releases to the media while the caucus fraud was actually going on? In real time? And the media did nothing?
I’m 100 percent positive I remember reading that.
I’ll tell you what. I can give at least as many reasons as there are hours in the day for my decision to vote against Obama. But my #1 reason? He STOLE this nomination. And the DNC did nothing, NOTHING about it. They fostered it! They gave him those unearned delegates from FL and MI but they wouldn’t revisit the caucus results which were so obviously illegitimate?
Yeah, I’m still angry, I’m still bitter and I’m still ashamed of and shocked by my party. I haven’t “come home.” I haven’t gotten “over it.” I’m still offended at the way Senator Clinton was treated. I guess I’m just a nasty ol’ bitter, stubborn, irrelevent, grudge-carrying, indignant PUMA. So be it. My mother raised me to believe in fairness, and this was not fair. Obama and his team of thugs are cheaters. And cheaters shouldn’t win.
October 24, 2008 at 10:48 am
I am a registered Republican, and I stand with you – and everyone else who values legitimate elections – against this egregious affront to transparent democracy. While I may disagree philosophically with Mrs. Clinton on many issues, I have no tolerance for dishonesty in the election process. Deception and intimidation are the tactics of despots and dictators, not of candidates and officials chosen by the will of the people. Senator Obama’s campaign has been a shameful exercise of unethical campaigning. The persistence of Mrs. Clinton’s loyal supporters in uncovering the illegal, malevolent behavior of the Obama campaign brutally indicts the mainstream media, and the tenacity of Mrs. Clinton’s supporters shames many in my own party. Thank you for your good work.

October 24, 2008 at 11:12 am
Hillary can run in 2012 and would have a good chance. McCain will only be able to do one term.
If Obama wins, he and the Congress could easily change the two term limit rule and he could be there indefinitely. At the very least he wuld be there for two terms.
Voting for McCain would insure Hillary running in 2012.

I think it’s fair to guess that Hillary is only lending support for Obama now as a deal to recover campaign costs. With all the credit card fraud the Obama camp has used to attempt to buy the presidency, he can easily afford it.
Ironic, that Obama campaigns for letting the govt control every aspect of every one else’s lives, but didn’t want the govt managing his campaign money. Well… not really ironic – but I’m sure the people who support him now will think it’s ironic when they too are thown away like yesterday’s garbage once he’s done with them.

Whoever up there is calling Hillary misogynistic names your post belies the fact that we indeed DO have a “historical” imperative here and one of those is to see a woman take the White House in a FAIR fight. What’s going down in history for the books is that Obama cheated in every single caucus state and the Indiana primary and we have more than allegations, we have PROOF.
I was a member of Move On before this started and I resigned because they usurped democracy as if in a banana republic and thuggery, cheating, lying, and vote stealing are the only thing “historical” that will be remembered about Barack Obama whether he goes to the White House or not.
His “historical” moment is not the ONLY one to be considered here and in fact it should have been stepped up to with honor, it was not. In that case it’s Obama who is the “bitch”
October 27, 2008 at 3:24 am
@Alice – where is the proof? Being someone who questions everything, I’ve tried looking further into this story, and as of yet have found nothing but letters and claims. As I said above – it’s been over 10 months since these elections were held, and the charges were filed. “Proof”, to me, would come from a resolution through the legal system of these charges. Have they been resolved? If they haven’t been resolved, what is holding up the process? After all, it only took 2 weeks to decide that GWB had won in ’04…so what’s the hold up?
